Good swimming pool but mediocre hotel. I expected more from a Marriott.

Personeller ilgisiz , gerçekten sizi önemsemiyorlar. Eşimin doğum gününü bu otelde geçirelim dedik bi minik jesti bile çok gördüler, sözel bile kutlama yapılmadı rica etmeme rağmen. O yüzden siz onlar için sadece müşteriden ibaretsiniz. Otele erken vardık bize 2 kez söz verdikleri saati ertelediler sizin gününüz yanmış ne önemi var. Yaptıkları işin sorumluluklarını alabilecek karakterde değiller , hayal kırıklığı yaşamayın.

Çalışanların iş ahlakı konusunda yeterli tecrübeli olduklarını düşünmüyorum.

Este un complex situat intr-o zona linistita cu multa verdeata .Ai multe optiuni de relaxare , de la piscina , teren de golf , tenis, etc.Relaxare maxima intr-un loc de vis.Recomand locul fara rezerve.

The overall look of the hotel was beautiful

Some members of staff would benefit from a greater emphasis on good manners, courtesy and professional customer service. The service was consistently slow and, in several respects, inadequate. The hotel requires considerable improvement, particularly in relation to staffing levels. There did not appear to be sufficient bell staff or general staff to cope with the number of guests staying at the property. As a result, the hotel seemed unable to provide the level of service one would reasonably expect from an establishment of this calibre. On arrival, my room was not ready. While I was waiting, I was offered a one-night stay in one of the hotel’s villas away from the main hotel, with the expectation that I would then have to move all my luggage once a room became available. This was unacceptable on every level and certainly not an appropriate solution for a guest arriving at a hotel of this standard. Thankfully, a room was eventually found for me, although it was not my originally allocated room. The view from my terrace was of a bouncy castle and dead grass, which was extremely disappointing and certainly not what I would expect from a hotel of this calibre, particularly given the prices charged. I also had to wait approximately 45 minutes for my luggage to be delivered to my room. When it eventually arrived, I was given no assistance with placing my luggage in a suitable position to make unpacking easier. This was another example of the lack of attention to detail and customer service that I experienced during my stay. In addition, I encountered numerous problems with my room safe failing, which ultimately resulted in it having to be replaced. This was particularly frustrating and caused considerable inconvenience, especially as I was unable to leave the safe unlocked and needed it to be functioning properly. Overall, I found the experience disappointing and well below the standard I would expect from a hotel of this calibre.

I found it a little pricey

L'hôtel est bien situé au calme, la piscine extérieur est sympa avec les enfant et la salle de sport est complète.

les chambres concomitante sont très mal isolée de plus celle-ci était ouverte et nois avons eu la mauvaise surprise de tomber sur une famille en train train de dormir. les lits au bord de la piscine sont a 100e! pour un 5 étoiles ce n'est pas admissible.

Nice physical property, but it lacks the execution and standard expected of a proper 5-star hotel.

At €520 per night, this property is severely overpriced and feels managed purely to optimize costs rather than provide 5-star hospitality. Service was lacking — no one guided me to my room, and I had to locate the gym and spa / gym on my own. The dining experience was equally disappointing. Breakfast offers no à la carte options, and key requests like fresh mint tea or specific egg dishes were unavailable. Dinner / breakfast rely entirely on a buffet format, which made navigating a severe garlic allergy extremely difficult due to the lack of clear labeling or tailored alternatives.

Die Nähe zu den beiden 18-Loch-Golfplätzen, die in sehr gutem Zustand sind. Vier 1-a-Padelplätze mit Flutlicht. Gutes, umfangreiches Frühstück. Nespresso-Maschine auf dem Zimmer, und täglich werden Kapseln aufgefüllt. Restaurant „La Finca“ auf dem Gelände.

Die Hellhörigkeit der Zimmer zum Nachbarn. Der Pool ist eher durchschnittlich.

1.Am așteptat cam 50 minute ,pentru ca camera nu era gata. 2.Receptionerul mi-a dat inițial o camera sub confortul și rezervarea făcută,in loc de doua paturi mari mi-a dat o camera cu pat King size și o canapea extensibil.Eu plătisem pentru doua King size,receptionerul inițial mi-a zis ca asat au și ca nu poate schimba ,foarte sarcastic și plictisit .Apoi m-au sunat de la receptie și mi-au oferit ceea ce am plătit.Apreciez ca cineva din superiori a înțeles mai bine situația ,care nu era ceva foarte greu de înțeles.Receptionerul cu care am interacționat foarte plictisit, sarcastic,dezinteresat,arogant chiar supărat ca l-am deranjat ,pe scurt asta avem asta e ,banii sunt deja în contul nostru și nu mă mai deranja.

Das Zimmer war geräumig, sehr sauber, schön eingerichtet und verfügte über eine eigene Terrasse – wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Auch das Frühstück hat überzeugt: reichhaltig, abwechslungsreich und qualitativ sehr gut. Der Poolbereich war gepflegt und schön angelegt, außerdem gab es ausreichend Liegen zum Entspannen. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist auch der moderne Padel-Platz, der gegen einen Aufpreis gebucht werden kann.

Weniger überzeugt hat uns leider das Personal. Wir empfanden den Service teilweise als wenig freundlich und eher unmotiviert. Besonders enttäuschend war das Mittagessen: Obwohl auf der Terrasse nur wenige Gäste waren, mussten wir sehr lange auf unsere Bestellung warten. Insgesamt wirkte der Service zu dieser Zeit leider nicht gut organisiert.

Vi hade sett fram emot vistelsen länge, inte minst för att fira både vår dotters och min frus födelsedagar. Som erfarna resenärer och återkommande gäster på femstjärniga resorter vet vi att problem kan uppstå var som helst, men det som utmärker en riktig lyxresort är hur de kommuniceras och löses, och där brast Hacienda Son Antem tydligt. Under större delen av vistelsen var poolduscharna ur funktion utan skyltning eller information, vilket gjorde att nästan alla gäster gick i poolen oduschade. Vi valde att helt undvika poolen resten av vistelsen på grund av hygienrisken. Övervakningen kring poolen var också bristfällig. På à la carte-restaurangen var väntetiderna för långa vid varje besök, och sista kvällen fick en i sällskapet sin huvudrätt cirka 20 minuter efter oss andra. Receptionen gav dessutom felaktig information om golf- och tennistider, de sa att allt var fullbokat trots att vi själva såg lediga tider, vilket var extra nedslående på en golfresort. Ingen enskild brist stod för sig själv, men tillsammans gav de en upplevelse långt under vad en femstjärnig golfresort på den prisnivån borde erbjuda. Mest besvikna blev vi över den bristande kommunikationen och ansvarstagandet.

Το ξενοδοχείο δε βρίσκεται σε κεντρική τοποθεσία κι χρειάζεσαι απαραίτητα αυτοκίνητο. Παρολαυτα, ο χώρος έχει μια ευχάριστη ηρεμία κι νιώθεις σαν να κατοικείς σε μια hacienda. Η πισίνα ήταν καθαρή κι το πρωινό είχε πολλές επιλογές!

In die Jahre gekommen, bräuchte dringend ein optisches Update. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt nicht, schlechter Service, mäßig freundliches Personal, abgegrastes und überfordertes Frühstücksangebot. Insgesamt für den Preis leider nicht zu empfehlen.

un seul point à améliorer : l'isolation car les personnes des chambres autour étaient très bruyantes et c'était assez perturbant surtout le soir, on entendait beaucoup de bruit.

This is a very high standard hotel and has security on the gate. Really secure and comfortable. Golf, padel and driving range available!! The spa is lovely.

I’d booked a family room on booking.com and it wasn’t big enough for 4 so I had to pay for a second room and felt like I was charged a second time for the kids breakfasts, the staff explained that all rooms include breakfast but I felt we could have been given a discount!

O funcionário do check in demasiado trapalhão, não explicou nada sobre o hotel e para finalizar reservei um quarto king size com cama de casal e foi atribuído um com 2 camas sendo que, devido ao facto de estarem cheios, não pudemos trocar.

The grounds and pool are beautiful as is the restaurant and bar area. The rooms are quite nice and were clean.

The service was appalling as was the buffet dinner. There is no other option for dinner and it’s expensive and the food just sits there and isn’t refreshed. Also there were a lot of flies/ bugs around the food with no nets to protect it didn’t feel very sanitary. The hotel organised a transfer for me which never arrived after a wedding and I am 8 months pregnant so that was not good. Also there was a mouse in our room which the hotel seemed unphased by and didn’t give us a discount or anything. All in all I can’t quite believe this hotel is 5 stars.

Mirosul din baie era ingrozitor, a trebuit sa stam mereu cu usa de la baie inchisa ca sa nu se extinda si in camera. Micul dejun a fost saracacios, foarte putine optinuni.

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr schön! Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und das Design ist sehr gut ausgewählt!! Man kommt schnell zum Flughafen und es gibt gebogene Aufenthaltsorte auf der Anlage.

Das Zimmer mit zwei Doppelbetten ist definitiv nicht für 4 Erwachsene geeignet, da es keine Doppelbetten sind, sondern 1,40m Betten. Das Essen ist kein 5 Sterne Hotel Essen. Die Auswahl ist zwar ausreichend, aber die Qualität nicht die beste. Die Zimmer im EG sind leider etwas dunkel.

L hotel est impeccable, décoration dans un style espagnol classique que j ai aimé, cela changé du contemporain. Joli patio et jardins avec canapés confortables. Belle chambre, la 214, avec joli vue sur des arbres et le Green. Belle salle de bains . Bon petit déjeuner tres complet, salé sucré, avec de bons pains ce qui n est pas toujours le cas en Espagne. Service agréable et efficace. 2 restaurants bien.

Mooi hotel op een goede locatie.

De man aan de receptie probeerde ons herhaaldelijk extra kosten aan te rekenen, wat een zeer onaangename indruk gaf. De service was absoluut niet vriendelijk en we voelden ons allesbehalve welkom. Daarnaast waren de kussens van slechte kwaliteit, wat het comfort van ons verblijf verder verminderde. Al met al een zeer teleurstellende ervaring.
