Sapporo Grand Hotel

Location is good, clean

AC was not strong enough

Super breakfast, good location , good room

Onsen and gym will upgrade the deal

An old hotel with old facilitis.at the desk very low knowledge of english Small room air conditiona almost non excistant

The location is good and the breakfast buffet is a good value.

Nothing

Location

Hotel changing from smoking to non smoking but old carpets, fit outs still reek of cigarettes

staffs are the best

Spacious rooms, great location.

Nothing much.

The services provided by the hotel is excellent.

Well presented and very comfortable. Good access to subway walkway.

Great location, easy to get from the train station. Decent size rooms.

Our main issue was with AC. Staying in August meant that we relied on AC working but it was a very old model not working properly. We couldn't sleep well so I would not stay in this hotel again at least in summer. In general hotel needs refurbishment.

im a riding holiday and the staff where so helpful and understanding of me needs

Comfy rooms and cleaniness. Service was great and onsite parking available.

No extra facitilies ie. Gym or onsen

Great location for exploring Sapporo. The breakfast was excellent.

Our room was small and a little tired.

Location.

Staff, specially during check-in. No very friendly at all !

ない

Excellent location. Pleasant staff great breakfast. Classy hotel.

Everything was perfect, from the hotel staff to the room neatly cleaned every day, the amenities, the location, the food.

Japanese Breakfast was good, didn't have to wait. Western Breakfast was good too, but had a wait abit if its peak hours. Location is very good, easy access to the shopping. Room was very clean.

Service A+ !!!

Everything was excellent. The room was the perfect size for two adults and our 3-year-old son, even for a long stay. The location is ideal, and the direct access to the CHIKAHO underground walkway was extremely convenient. We also really appreciated how family-friendly the hotel was: we could request a child toilet seat, a bathroom step stool and a diaper disposal bin in advance, and everything was ready in our room when we arrived. The staff were consistently kind and helpful throughout our stay.

Nothing. We had a wonderful stay and would happily return.

The hotel suite was a nice size

The air con in the room had no effect on the temperature. Genuinely felt hotter inside than outside. We were offered a single tower fan which helped somewhat but for the price of their best rooms it's not worth it at all. If you don't like hot rooms in summer then avoid this place.

Nice location, walking distance to Odihara Park, also connected underground. Very good Japanese bfast - great value; bakery very good. Toilets very good. Historical building, if you like old hotel feel, this is the place

A beautiful hotel with stylish interior design and impressive attention to detail. The location is perfect, right between Odori and Sapporo Station, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The room was spacious and comfortable for three people. Both the buffet breakfast and the set-menu breakfast were excellent

Nothing

Great breakfast plenty of options and great stuff and location is very convenient

AC was not really working well

The room is too small for 2 people

Location and atmosphere.

The room was too crowded for 2 beds.

Close to the station very centralized. Airport bus stop right outside hotel. 3 different restaurants to choose from for breakfast

No ice machine on floor

It's within walking distance to the Sapporo station and many tourist areas in the city

None

So convenient, nearby a several convenience stores, train station, odori park

Rooms were a bit old, did not have enough storage space, very small bathrooms, aircon not functioning well

Good breakfast, comfy bed, lounge access, great service

No gym, full payment at check in with no refund for early checkout.

Location. Good breakfast options. Restaurants and bar

Has some rooms facing inwards, and so be careful not to get one of those. The bathroom fittings also dated in these rooms. The reception opens for checking in at 3 PM. And there forms an impossible queue. It took us over 45 minutes to reach the counter. One can’t understand as to why they cannot note the particulars and verify the passports etc. as you arrive, and allocate the rooms after 3 PM. So many guests arrive early and their check in forms can be done as they arrive. This is what most sensible hotels do, so that the waiting time at 3 PM is less, and the people don’t have to queue up for long. This is the unique feature of this hotel that they can easily address.

The staff & room.

Perfect location to JR station, shops & all amenities

Nil

Location was excellent and staff were very helpful and obliging.

While the room was very well appointed and comfortable, it was rather small .

Fabulous large room and amenities. Friendly, helpful staff, amazing car park! Very central.

Nothing to dislike

Great in everything, staffs, location, room and food. I highly recommend this place.

Excellent location close to numerous restaurants, shopping centers and tourist attractions. Excellent service from hotel staff especially the concierge staff who helped to make reservations at restaurants which only accepted phone reservations a couple of months prior to my check-in date.

The original room we were assigned upon our check in was very run down and not very clean. Even though the front desk promptly gave us another better room when we complained, we felt that this shouldn’t happen in the first place especially since we were repeat customers and the price of the room wasn’t cheap.

Rien

An enjoyable experience. Staff were helpful. Location was great.

Best location, closer to everything such as food, shopping and places to visit. Room has enough space for family of 3 and 4, and very clean. Delicious breakfast, we tasted all the best in Sapporo.

mycket prisvärt,trevligt rum, enastående frukost, mycket hjälpsam personal.

The hotel is beautiful, clean and in-room facilities are excellent. The location is also at walking distance to Sapporo station and walkable distance to Odori park and Susukino.

No self-service laundry facilities

Central and near train station. Calm and kind atmosphere.

The room was a bit small, but clean and with a view to the side street.

Location. Room quite big. Staff very nice
