Keio Plaza Hotel Sapporo

Clean and easily accessible from the train station

A bit of a way from the inner city action

It’s a beautiful hotel Convenient location to Sapporo Station…….. 7 minutes walk

The hotel is in a great location. We booked a Corner Suite on the Plaza Floor, which was definitely worth it—the room was spacious, comfortable, and very well equipped. The facilities were also great, and having a ReFa shower head and hair dryer was a nice bonus. The staff were very helpful throughout our stay.

We liked the convenient location, with easy access to Sapporo Station and the city center.

Good service overall. However, we were disappointed with the level of English communication, particularly at the front desk. For an international hotel of this standard, we expected the front desk team to be more comfortable communicating in English. At times, it was difficult to communicate even relatively simple requests, which affected our overall experience.

Food and location

Good location, nice big rooms - great buffet breakfast! Right next to 7-11 and 5 min walk to Sapporo station.

Have to pay extra to use the pool and gym - seemed odd.

Nice property and nice room

I think the gym should be included. Never been charged for a gym before

Proximity to Sapporo Station and excellent breakfast

Bathrooms in standard quad room are a bit dated although still in great conditions and very clean

It was a comfortable hotel with good location. The breakfast buffet was excellent.

Your green option to room cleaning should include trash removal and replacement of water besides towel replacement.

Very clean, big rooms, great service, great location near subway station and malls

None

I like that the room is big and has 4 big beds for everyone. It's clean, brightly lit and comfortable.

The shower and toilet is a bit small and dated. Not much space to hang towels or to put makeup bag.

Room was clean and tidy, but part of the hotel was under renovation. Location was quiet. Breakfast was average.

Coffee at breakfast was bad. Niseko during summer was quiet. All the hyped summer activities were closed during our trip.

Room was tidy and compact. Location is super convenient. Breakfast buffet has a wide variety of choices.

The room is smaller than expected. Not negative comments on location. Coffee at the breakfast buffet was bad.

The property gave us an upgrade to a bigger two twin beds room which has two sinks. It offered cleaning services daily, it is across street from seven eleven and 10 minutes walk from Sapporo train station. Our room has a view and it is clean, quiet and the beddings are comfortable. We were able to ask for an iron and iron board.

We were a little shocked that we had to pay some hidden hotel fee upon arrival, we could not do laundry on our own, we were only giving the option to use laundry service by the hotel at some charges.

Size of the room

None

The room was spacious and the location was great. Staff from Check-in, Concierge and housekeeping were superb. Even the carpark staff directing traffic were all so nice. Highly recommend this hotel to visit Sapporo.

The breakfast options were excellent! I was also pleasantly surprised that we could choose a breakfast set on the top floor with a beautiful city viewỊ

While the hotel is just 660 m from Sapporo Station, hauling a mid-sized suitcase (24") over the uneven road made for a surprisingly rough and tiring walk.

Short walk to Sapporo station but not entirely sheltered.

Very inflexible check in staff. We requested to early check in about 2pm. Yes I know there is an early check in fee but show some flexibility especially when it’s obvious guests are tired and the room is ready. Staff could see we were tired and insisted we pay the early fee of JPY 1,000 each. Guess they prefer for us to sit at the sofa than waive the fee. Our bookings at the other hotels were flexible enough to allow early check in without any fees. We have stayed at Keio Plaza Tokyo and had much better experience.

Enjoyed our stay. Stayed at the same hotel 11 years ago and wanted to return to reminisce

The room is quite enough for three people. The hotel location is very close to Sapporo station, shopping malls and many restourants. At the lobby also have smoking room and In fronth of the hotel, the konbini store Seven Eleven and has ATM for many world currency.

Nothing.

Facilities were excellent.

Family of 3 travelling using the public transport. Hotel stop is the last bus stop if you’re taking the airport limousine bus (2hrs journey). Convenient shop just opp hotel. Daimaru, JR sapporo stn & sapporo subway stn abt 10 mins walk away. If you’re taking the bus to the Mitsui outlet, its near JR sapporo stn also. Great convenient location. Room size decent for 3 adults. Breakfast buffet was decent, wouldnt recommend to hve it daily since its repeated menu. Checkin/out using kiosk was efficient & easy. Hotel staff always present & approachable if help needed. Yamato transport service at lobby was quick & easy process.

Clean efficient location

Nothing

Very good location near to Sapporo station only distance walks, and also close to shopping malls.

Nothing

Great location . Very polite staff

The room layout was bad. So inconvenient the way beds are organized .literally squeezed a 3rd bed into the room meant for 2 . At time of booking there was no information that only 2 types of breakfast the Japanese set or western set are available and everything has to to be timed and informed at check in . Very good quality breakfast but the sane things and no vegan options no continental choice. Very regimental and boring and more than 2 days its not worth taking breakfast. I would not suggest paying for breakfast

Excellent location. Near to JR station and shopping malls We stay four nights and in one room four people. Every things is a good experience in this hotel

No amenities for a woman such as body lotion and skin cares

Location. Room size is big enough to lay out luggage. Excellent breakfast spread. Staff are super friendly and helpful.

Bath tub was dated and emitted an odour. There's only 1 pillow given. The tissue paper given is so thin like all Japanese toilet rolls.

Spacious clean premier room, nice breakfast, ease of pick up car rental

Walking distance to subway/ train station. Limited food outlets nearby

Best Breakfast i have experienced

I liked everything
