Nova Suites Pattaya by Compass Hospitality

Location is great. Breakfast is one of the best I have seen in Thailand. Restaurant food is delicious. The gym is great with plenty of free weights. The room was large and very comfortable with nice large reclining sofa. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The bed and pillows could be more comfortable.

Breakfast perfectly

I allefall i One Bedroom Deluxe leilighetene.

I absolutely can’t fault the hotel. Staff are exceptional. Room is clean and spacious. Location is great. 7 11 shop next door for your daily needs. Motor bike taxi 24 7 What more can I say. It’s a good spot.

The staff was very nice, and the hotel was very clean

The breakfast was supposed to be included in the Booking. Com package, but was charged upon checking out. Wasn't happy about this 😕

Very spacious, modern, extremely clean, great swimming pool on the roof and friendly helpful staff.

Cant think of any.

Location, traffic

Towels, a/c , need renovation full facility

Welcoming staff

Location

You can fault only one thing and thats not even the hotels fault. Too many rude Indian guests unfortunately. The hotel itself is excellent value for money and there's nothing to fault about it

Big confortable appartment

Quite far from the beach

The property was clean close to the beach on a short ride and quiet night. The hotel is fantastic money value

Store flotte rom. Hyggelig personale. Sentral lokasjon uten å være støyende. Allerede bestilt mitt neste opphold her.

Honestly nothing was great - just a standard 2 star hotel disguised as 4 star. The mattress is like sleeping on concrete , internet was from a router thats probably 15 years old , so in a 3 bedroom space, network wont reach outside the living area. The sofas had spider webs 🤣 beneath all of them - shows u how old and poor maintenance this hotel really is. Not sure how to end , but me and my family of 7 didnt enjoy our stay. Also the ACs were probably 20 years old , continuous breakdown of the AC, dripping water, high noise like motors/fans were completely worn out. In short this hotel is 2 star disguised as 4, I wouldn’t even pay half the price

rubbish

The roomsize was excellent.

The toilet needs to be upgraded. Water was continuously running in the toilet. The floor felt wet, properly the airconditioning was blowing wet air.

Bellissima zona vicina a tutto.

You can't really fault it except for the amount of rude noisy Indian guests

Spacious and comfortable room

-

Spacious

The mattress is too soft Pillows are too high Only got slippers upon request Better to have two blankets for a double bed

Iso huone jossa kaikki pesukoneesta lähtien. Hyvä parveke. Ei hurisevaa ilmastointi laitetta terassilla.. Kanavat näkyi hyvin kuin myös internet yhteys. Kauppa vieressä. Ystävällinen henkilökunta.. Hyvä uima allas.

Sänky vähän kova.

Very peaceful

Room was amazing Staff was amazing Perfect time

Tesis imkanlar ve oda konusunda mükemmeldi.

We booked the biggest suite available and it looked exactly like the photos shown online. The room was very spacious and comfortable, with a huge living room and almost all amenities you would need for a long stay. The swimming pool was amazing and large enough for a proper swim, not just for relaxing. The gym was also well equipped with almost all the necessary workout gear. Reception staff were generally attentive and helpful throughout our stay.

However, we had a very bad experience with one of the front office staff members, usually working the midnight shift and wearing glasses. Management should be more careful regarding customer service from this staff member. Also, housekeeping needs improvement because sometimes after cleaning, it felt like nobody checked the apartment properly — occasionally they would only replace the towels and leave without fully cleaning or organizing the room.

Really large space for the price

It smelt stuffy

Location and price

Gym needs an upgrade

Rooms are great, staff were great. Clean and tidy, with everything you need. Overall very happy.

Nice friendly staff place is always clean

Close to everything. Can walk to Soi 6 and short motorbike to Walking street. Location is perfect and staff always friendly and helpful.

I can not fault it

The room/apartment was very spacious and comfortable. Location still attractive, even though not the strict city center. The Manager was a very friendly (cheers!)

The Internet signal in the living room was not strong enough as the modem is located in the bedroom. The gym could get some love - especially A.C. and some equipment.

It was quiet until the last night of our stay .. there were some revellers that made a lot of noise until about 4 in the morning .. the room/s were spoken too by hotel staff but appeared to be able to ignore them and carry on to the demise of the rest of us trying to sleep. Other than that instance the staff were very helpful, the location is good, the rooms are big and the cleaning was v good. I would return.bexs

Excellent value for money

Suite room was nice

Staff were very rude Didn't co-operate Requests made for providing plates, glasses were not attended

Facility very clean and well maintained. Rooms are very spacious and value for money.

It was a fairly spacious unit with one bedroom. The balcony overlooked a quiet garden. Overall, it was comfortable. There was a washing machine, a functional bathroom, a comfortable seating area, and the bed was in good condition. I left with positive feelings.

The furniture wasn't worn, but the unit itself was a bit. The air conditioners were very noisy and sometimes insufficient for cooling the large area, or they needed to run for a long time. Still, we can say it's at a good level for the price.

Everything is around you

Stay here everytime, really nice rooms and good location

Stayed at Nova Suites many times. Never disappoints. Friendly staff and great quiet location but still close to Soi 6.

Always a 10/10

Large apartment better for longer stay, great balcony with decent size, good TV, nice pool which wasn't busy, reasonably quiet. Close to shops and restaurants. Very good value given the size of the apartment, a large 1 bedroom.

Its a bit older but well looked after

Fantastic breakfast and top quality staff.

Always stay here love the place

The room sizes

The Breakfast wasn't good. Very less options. Also the property felt a bit dated and cleanliness needs a bit more attention.

Great, friendly staff. Very accommodating and the usual Thai hospitality. A big C straight over the road. Quiet area but bikes are available next to big C
