Nice location and nice staff. In room dining was great.

Had to ask for house keeping sometimes and it wasn't great cleaning. Hair and crumbles on the floor.

الاستقبال كان جيدًا، وتم تسليم الغرفة حوالي الساعة 1 ظهرًا، والغرفة العائلية كانت واسعة ومناسبة للعائلات: The reception was good, the room was ready around 1 PM, and the family room was spacious and suitable for families.

النظافة متوسطة، والأثاث قديم، وعزل الصوت ضعيف، مع وجود أصوات من الشارع والمسبح. كما أن تكييف اللوبي كان يسرّب الماء، وموظف حمل الحقائب لم يكن متعاونًا. The cleanliness was average, the furniture was old, and the soundproofing was poor, with noise from the street and swimming pool. The lobby air conditioners were also leaking water, and the luggage staff was not helpful.

Breakfast had different options daily

I liked everything it was fantastic and I would definitely recommend it to everyone who was thinking about going

I've been here before and I was very satisfied the first time. The pool is great. The gym is a nice touch. The morning breakfast buffet is very good and worth the price. Everything this hotel has is great!

Everything the hotel has to offer is amazing! The one thing I dislike is the type of tourists that it has attracted. More and more I've been seeing cheap tourist, the kind that share one meal so is not to pay for more. The kind that want everything for a discounted price. The kind that don't like to shower and often smell bad... You know who I'm talking about... unfortunately, Pattaya has become a little new Delhi. Hopefully it can be Thai again soon.

We got 2 connecting rooms and it was pretty neat. Rooms are clean as well as the balconies; gym is almost complete (except for a few detachable that aren’t there), nice selection of breakfast food, and super accommodating staff! Location’s also relatively near the 2 big malls in town as well as the beach (even if it’s not safe to swim after seeing broken glass). They also have carpark.

The rooms are not clean and it smell like mold We ask to get adifferent room and they lady in the front desk said there are nk rooms availabale After few minutes they gave us anew room it eas better but still it felt not clean enough the phones didnt work in the room there was an issue with the electricity But i didn't complain abiut it, i just left to a different hotel and lost my money

Stayed here for 3 days and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel is a budget hotel and is clean, well-maintained, and offers good value for money. The swimming pool is large and one of the highlights of the property. The location is also convenient, being close to Pattaya Beach and Central Marina Mall, making it easy to explore the area. The only drawback is that the floor lobbies are not air-conditioned, which can make them quite warm, especially during the day. Apart from that, everything was comfortable and enjoyable. Overall, a nice hotel and a good choice for a stay in Pattaya.

Stayed at Centara Pattaya Hotel. The location is very central and convenient, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and markets. The property can be considered more of a 3-star hotel in terms of overall experience and amenities. One major drawback was the breakfast spread — there were no vegetarian options available at all. This is something the hotel should seriously improve, especially considering the number of Indian and vegetarian guests visiting Pattaya.

Clean and spacious hotel room. With TV and free wifi. We enjoyed the hotel room with a balcony and the swimming pool. The hotel is close to the Runway night market & many restaurants and there is a convenient store nearby.

There was a child throwing large pebbles into the swimming pool while our family were swimming in the pool. We expressed our concern but his parents haven’t stop him until a staff came up.

Ist für Pattaya und einen kurzen Aufenthalt ganz OK. Ist bei Indischen Gästen sehr beliebt.

Segunda vez nesse excelente hotel, a localização é perfeita, perto de tudo do melhor de Pattaya, diversão noturna, bons restaurantes, bares, mercados, farmácias, seven elevens e inclusive é próximo da praia uns 5 minutos caminhando, o quarto é espaçoso, confortável, silencioso e a limpeza é impecável, tem também uma bela e espaçosa sacada com vista para natureza (no quarto que fiquei tem outra opção de vista para piscina também), os funcionários são educados, simpáticos e prestativos, se precisar de alguma coisa é só pedir que eles resolvem, no quarto a cama é macia e confortável, tem banheira, ar condicionado eficiente e cofre. O restaurante do hotel tem ótimas opções (inclusive vegetarianas), esse hotel é completo: tem boa academia, piscina grande e dois tipos de sauna (seca e vapor), utilizei o serviço de lavanderia que foi rápido e eficiente, enfim foi uma hospedagem perfeita! Em 2027 estarei de volta para ficar 10 dias! Parabéns a toda equipe do hotel Centara!! 🙏🏻

Отличный отель с прекрасным расположением в Паттайе. Брали двухкомнатный номер - это было лучшее решение, когда путешествуешь с ребенком) Очень чистые номера, отличные кровати, супер удобные подушки и матрасы. Уборка ежедневная со сменой белья и полотенец. Раз в неделю обработка специальным септиком от насекомых. Очень удобное расположение - рядом ночной рынок с самолетом, терминал 21, аутлет, 7\11, банкоматы. Очень рекомендую итальянский ресторан, изумительная пицца из печи и паста) В отеле брали завтраки - разнообразный выбор, готовят омлет и яичницу на заказ. Множество блюд тайской, индийской, европейской кухонь. Отдельное спасибо сотруднику Baytar - всегда готов был помочь по любым вопросам) Очень добродушный человек) На территории отеля есть сауна, парная, бассейн, бар, бильярд. Основные постояльцы - индусы. Но нам повезло, все были семейные и не буянили) Отель однозначно рекомендую!

We absolutely love this hotel . From the minute you walk through the doors, it's like coming home. Diew greets you with an amazing welcome then you get to the reception and you have Earn and Recon ready to help you with anything also Nep abd Shan were fantastic especially Shan who went above and beyond in helping me with my next booking . The poolside team are always there with a smile JJ and Mr phet make the best smoothies 😋 it was my husbands birthday whilst we were there and the team decorated the room beautifully . Then you have the breakfast absolutely beautiful and especially Mr baytor . I work in a 5star hotel in England so know how hard the whole team work but you never see them without a smile and ready to help in any way . I even met the general manager who was lovely . I couldn't recommend this hotel enough clean friendly food beautiful with amazing staff can not wait to come back .

אם תחליטו לשפר את ארוחת הבוקר שהיא היתה טובה מאד אבל לא מצויינת כמו במלונות 5 כוכבים אז לדעתי תוכלו להיות מלון 5 כוכבים. החדר נפלא המיקום יוצא מן הכלל,הצוות מצוין. הכל היה פנטסטי

היתה קצת המולה בחדר האוכל בארוחת הבוקר. המון הודים. חלקם אוכלים בעמידה,חלקם אוכלים מהצלחת בידיים,אבל זה קרה רק יומיים.

צוות הבוקר מאוד שירותי ונחמד. פקיד הקבלה בלילה (01:30) שפנינו היה ממש ממש לא נחמד ולא כל כך תקשר באנגלית.

הגענו ועשינו צ'ק אין וקיבלנו חדר שהרצפה רטובה ומוצפת מים. ביקשנו להחליף והעבירו לחדר בקומה אחרת ושם גילינו שישנה בעיה בשירותים, סתימה, וביקשנו שיסדרו זאת בזמן שנצא להכיר המקום ונגיע מאוחר יותר ומקווים שעד שנחזור יסודר. חזרנו גמורים לאחר חצות ורצינו להתארגן ולהפתעתנו לא סידרו כלום. כשירדנו ללובי והתלוננו וביקשנו להחליף חדר, שלחו איש בטחון עם פומפה שעלה איתנו לחדר ש"סידר" לידנו והשאיר מלוכלך את כל החדר רחצה וטען שרק בבוקר יגיעו לנקות כי אין אנשי משק בשעה מאוחרת ובנוסף איש הקבלה טען שאין חדרים ושלא יעבירו אותנו. רק לאחר שצילמתי והודעתי שבכוונתי להתלונן ולפרסם בבוקינג מצאו חדר והעבירו אותנו שוב. יחס מגעיל של איש הבטחון ושל פקיד הקבלה במשמרת לילה. בנוסף חוסר מקצועיות של איש אחזה שמגיע עם גרביים כאילו העירו אותו ולא מתקשר באנגלית. חוויה לא נעימה לתחילת חופשה.
