The hotel is located by the lake, with beautiful views and surroundings. It is ideal if you have business in the Suzhou Industrial Park. A big shopping mall is within walking distance, while downtown is about 15–20 minutes away by taxi. The hotel is well equipped, the breakfast is excellent, and the friendly staff speak English.

This is my third time staying at Crown Plaza Suzhou and as always - Great staff, clean and well equipped hotel. Great waterfront area with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. All staff spoke Chinese and English which was great. Always made to feel welcomed and looked after by door staff and reception teams.

Дополнительно хочу отменить высокий сервис и вовлеченность сотрудников адмиральского лаунжа! В особенности заботу Turbo, в сопровождении сотрудников такого высокого уровня я чувствовал себя максимально комфортно на протяжении каждого дня проживания! Спасибо менеджменту отеля и отдельное спасибо Turbo, такое профессиональное отношение достойно высшей похвалы!

楼下有小型的室内海洋球 虽然不大 但是孩子也可以玩一会，出门就是金鸡湖 离商场走路不到10分钟，地理位置很方便。酒店房型很大，但有时候貌似有点漏水，工作人员也很快帮忙解决。

L’hôtel est très bien situé au bord du lac. Il est particulièrement spacieux, bien décoré. La chambre était très grande, une attention est portée au moindre détail. La vue depuis la chambre était magnifique. Le petit déjeuner était exceptionnel : très varié et delicieux. Personnel attentionné, la plupart parlaient anglais. Egalement grande piscine intérieure et extérieure.

早餐选择非常丰富，地点环境也很好，酒店外的湖边栈道散步非常不错一路上的景色也很漂亮特别是晚上。

入住时恰逢高温天气室外37度以上，感觉室内空调制冷效果有点不够。然后一间房有烟味，不过工作人员给我们送来了空气净化器。

Direkt am Jinjihu gelegen mit dem Dongfangzhimen "Gate of the Orient", dem Einkaufszentrum "Suzhou City Center" und Zugang zum U-bahn-Netz, alles in 5 min Gehdistanz entfernt, ist die Lage mehr als perfekt. Das Personal ist aeusserst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation in Englisch funktioniert tadellos. Sie unterstuetzten in allen Anliegen, wie zum Beispiel Organisation von Taxis bzw Zugfahrkarte nach Shanghai.

The rooms are quiet and well equipped. Staff is very friendly, and there is a wide selection of food at breakfast. WIFI was stable and fast. Price-value is very good.

Air condition could only cool down the room to 26-27 degree Celsius (ok, outside was 35-38). Most of the staff does not speak English or other foreign languages. Not all elevators are going to every floor (-G2 - 0 - 9 F). This means you have to switch elevators and also wait for those. Bar is a bit overpriced. Laundry is also quite expensive, but good quality. Outdoor pool is quite small for a hotel of this size.

All you may wish from a stay in Jiangsu… The international kitchen is SO varied and complete.

Beautiful hotel, staff very helpful and great food selection. Can walk into Suzhou (Mall is 5 mins away) and Jinji Lake boardwalk is at the rear entrance to the hotel. Has a large pool for a hotel (and sauna). wifi was good allowing me to work from the room when needed.

Very polite staff and manager Henry was really helpful. Luxurious rooms and the buffet spread was superb.

The Crowne plaza Suzhou was very clean. The bed very so comfortable and the room was good. The breakfast was superb. Lots of options both Chinese and western. It is located near a shopping centre and also easy access to the metro. There is a walkway around jinji lake accessible from the hotel. We ate 3 nights in the Prince restaurant in the hotel. On 2 occasions, the food was superb. On our last night, the service was dreadful and we waited over 1 hour for food. We asked for non spicy food but it came out so full of chillies that we couldn’t eat it. We ended up leaving the restaurant, very disappointed. On check in, they did not recognise my hotels.com gold membership. Again, I was very disappointed with that. I hope the hotel fixes these issues as it is a good place to stay.

The location was excellent. The staff was helpful and pleasant. The breakfast spread was excellent- good local and intercontinental choices.

The room was rather dusty especially so with the glass shelving. There was no holding place for my medium sized luggage and I had open the luggage on the floor. It was a little hard on my back.

L'hotel è perfetto, dispone di tutti i servizi necessari. La camera è molto spaziosa, confortevole e silenziosa: splendidi i cuscini. La colazione è di altissimo livello. Posizione incredibile. Tutto lo staff, specialmente Henry, è gentilissimo ed estremamente professionale.

Incredible experience, great staff, very easy to work with and made our trip excellent. We ended up booking another night, the views and location are perfect. Would highly recommend this hotel to others. One more shout out to the hotel staff for their quality, they're all delightful to work with and made everything even more pleasant.
