Check-in was straightforward with Juan and a lady and they gave a map on how to get into the city. We walked which took about 20 minutes but there were things to see so didn’t feel that long. Breakfast was awesome. Probably the best ever. Everything you could want. Bedroom was spacious. Good big bed. Air con. Fridge. Bathroom good and everything clean. When we were out we didn’t see anywhere else that would have been as good so near the centre. Batman Steven was lovely too.
If I had to give an issue it would be minor in that the shower was not that powerful

Se podía escuchar claramente a la gente hablando en el pasillo, por lo que había algo de ruido.

Although the breakfast selection was not particularly extensive, it offered a good variety of high-quality options. The hotel also provides secure, enclosed parking, although this comes at an additional cost. I would definitely stay here again.
The location is not ideal if you are planning to walk to the city centre, as it takes around 30 minutes to reach the cathedral on foot. However, if you have a car, the drive takes only about 5 minutes. I could not find any Uber options during my stay, although I did not try other ride-hailing apps. Taxis are available.

Reviewed Sep 12, 2026Great hotel, rooms clean and practical. Breakfast was good. Ideal base for our holiday. Most staff were friendly and helpful. A little out of city but very easy walk in via train station , 10 minutes. Air conditioning worked well.
The standard rooms ( which we had) don't have a kettle so no easy tea or coffee, not a deal breaker but we were there 7 nights so it would have been nice . Beds are good, pillows are pretty poor. They did affect our sleeping. Most staff were lovely , but a couple were just rude, absolutely couldn't be bothered to serve with a smile . I think a little jaded working in hospitality.

Nada. Quizás la lejanía del centro, pero se puede ir perfectamente caminando y llegas en unos 15-20 minutos.

La ubicación junto a una calle muy transitada y ruidosa. Las habitaciones ( que en general eran excelentes) tenían doble ventana para proteger del ruido. Si las abrías el ruido del tráfico no te dejaba dormir, si las cerrabas y ponías el aire que hacía un ruido insufrible, tampoco te dejaba dormir, y si no lo ponías pasabas calor.

Camera ampia e molto comoda. Bagno con bidet, anche qui devi sempre chiedere gli asciugamani. Letti comodi con ottimi materassi.
Colazione poco varia, sempre le stesse cose nel dolce. Abbiamo cenato al Gastrobar, ma francamente non lo consiglio.

Honestamente creo que el precio de las noches está totalmente desproporcionado, la comunicación con el Wifi es nula, no funciona, la TDT de la televisión tampoco funciona correctamente, además se apagaba sin más, aire acondicionado hay pero no se presenciaba, por el precio esperábamos una pasta de dientes pequeña al menos pero no había nada, solo los geles de ducha.

La struttura è moderna, con ampia hall luminosa e spaziosa, situata vicino alla fermata del bus che conduce in centro città in 10 minuti. Camera pulitissima, ampia e silenziosa. La colazione varia e abbondante con personale attento ed efficiente, ottimo anche il ristorante. Molto comodo il parcheggio sottostante l'hotel.

Room was very comfortable, good breakfast although the cooked wasn't the best (but this is the same throughout Spain). Great parking with plenty of room.

La verdad no me gustó nada a nivel personal, la dureza de la cama, se notaban algo los muelles y por la mañana me levantaba dolorido... Nos alojamos en la habitación 515. Respecto a la ubicación , el hotel se encuentra a unos 25 minutos andando de la plaza del obradoiro y en el trayecto hay varias cuestas.

Reviewed Jul 15, 2026The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The staff at the hotel were always friendly and helpful.
Very noisy especially in the mornings with the cleaning staff. Unfortunately we were not able to sleep any later than 7am due to the loud noise. Our toilet inside our bathroom would make a loud banging sound every time our neighbour would flush their toilet which would wake us up during the night! Also their seems to be a lack of transport (taxis) as there is no Uber available in Santiago be prepared to wait a while for a taxi (but to be fair the reception staff were always helpful when ordering a taxi for us)

Reviewed Jul 10, 2026És un bon hotel, amb habitacions àmplies i confortables. Personal molt amable i bon esmorzar. Situat a prop de l'estació internodal tren-autobusos, pel que és molt apropiat per estades en trànsit.
L'únic aspecte negatiu és que queda relativament lluny del centre històric (20-30 minuts caminant).

Reviewed Jul 7, 2026Wir haben drei Nächte in diesem Hotel verbracht und waren rundum zufrieden. Das gesamte Team war sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und hilfsbereit, ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein. Man hat sich jederzeit willkommen gefühlt. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine gute Auswahl, sodass wirklich jede und jeder etwas Passendes findet. Außerdem war das gesamte Hotel sehr sauber und gepflegt. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt ist das Badezimmer, das etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Dies hat unseren Aufenthalt jedoch kaum beeinträchtigt. Das Stadtzentrum ist zu Fuß in etwa 20 Minuten gut erreichbar. Alternativ organisiert das Hotel gerne ein Taxi, das je nach Verkehr zwischen 7 und 9 Euro kostet. Wir würden diese Unterkunft definitiv weiterempfehlen und bedanken uns herzlich beim gesamten Team für den tollen Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank, dass Sie unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm gemacht haben!

Todas las tardes pasadas las 16h entra un hombre a comprobar y reponer el minibar, estés dentro o no. Abriendo la puerta. En mi caso, acababamos de llegar y yo estaba en ropa interior y el hombre insistía en entrar. Debido a la configuración de la habitación, se hace difícil escuchar la puerta si tienes la TV encendida, así que el hombre llamó y luego abrió la puerta. Insistiendo en que tenía que comprobar el minibar para saber si nos habían falta las aguas... Tras tal situación tan incómoda, llamé a recepción para comentarlo a lo que si, me pidieron disculpas pero en todo momento defendiendo al hombre y diciendo que lo hacen así siempre. Para solucionarlo volvió el mismo hombre a traerme una nota de disculpa junto con un agua fría y tres macarons. Agradezco el gesto pero no me apetecía que volviese ese hombre, ni lo esperaba...y menos aún que dijese que ni se había dado cuenta de que iba en ropa interior...en fin. No pido que me den la razón pero vamos, un triste "revisaremos el servicio para la comodidad de los huéspedes" me habría servido, aunque fuese mentira. Total que al día siguiente pasó lo mismo. Vino el hombre a la misma hora más o menos. Está vez no abrió la puerta, se esperó, menos mal. Nos fuimos un día antes porque yo estaba muy muy muy incómoda. Además, tras tanta insistencia con las dichosas aguas del minibar pensaba que serían gratis, pero no. Si coges la habitación estándar no te ponen ni un triste gorro de ducha gratis, se ve que el hotel es 4 estrellas solo para las habitaciones superiores. En definitiva, fui a ese hotel por el festival o son do caminho, ya que no habían muchas opciones y ese me pareció bien para el pastón que me iba a dejar. Pero ni lo recomiendo, ni volvería.

Reviewed Jun 28, 2026The hotel was great at first I thought it was a a little far from the centre , but i was wrong there was a bus that took us straight into the centre about 700 meters from the hotel and cost 1€ per person . Plus the main bus and train station was only a short walk from the hotel . Great location
There was nothing not to like everything was perfect. The staff were excelente we ate in the restaurant every night great food and lovely ambience
