Reviewed Jul 12, 2026Les employés sont respectueux et chaleureux. Plusieurs services sont offerts. La chambre était généralement propre et très bien équipé. Les lits étaient très confortable. Le petit déjeuner a une bonne sélection diverse et c'était délicieux. J'ai aimé mon séjour.
Quelques petits point négatifs qui ne m'ont pas vraiment dérangés. Il y avait une bouteille de vin vide oublié dans un des armoires. Les coussins d’assise du sofa étaient un petit peu désordonné. La télévision n'avait pas de service. Il y avait deux pommes de douches, mais nous étions juste en mesure d'utiliser un des deux.

Reviewed Apr 29, 2026Once I request I was coming from regina and need room 12 to 1 pm room was not ready staff said room ready in half and hour we are going for lunch and cane back an hour . But room was still not ready . Most off time no one at front desk my check out time was 6 15 am my flight to regina 8 am . 6 am I called hello anyone there but no answered . I dont know my bill I can't received bill on my e mail .

The Breakfast was not very good. I used to stay at Holiday Inn Express at least 15 times a year. This was by far the worst breakfast at the chain.Has the quality gone down company wide? I haven't stayed at a Holiday Inn Express for 8 years now.

-Le ventilateur de la salle de bains fais trop de bruit , c'est tres derrangeant. -Le mini bar, fais trop de bruit, je n'ai pas pu bien dormir. -La machine a cafe, trop complique a utiliser et pas de bouteil d'eau pour l'utiliser -Pas de menu qui s'affiche sur la tele pour trouver des chaines du coup passer une par une avec beaucoup de numero vide, beaucoup de temps perdu pour trouver un truc a regarder. -J'ai fais une demande concernant le petit dejeuner que j'ai paye et que je ne peux pas profiter car c'est ramadan pour l'avoir si possible la veille pour le shur, mais personne ne s'est donne la peine de repondre a ma demande et la satisfaire, du coup j'ai paye un truc que je n'ai pas utilise.

The hotel is not worth the money, I spent a lot of money and was absolutely treated like shit.

Room was a little dirty. Trying to turn the lamp on my room got covered in dust, there was a redish brown stain under one of my pillows. Wifi was brutal, and TVs are about 15 years old so couldnt attach to any streaming service or screen mirror.

Didn't seem really clean.....clean to a glance but not a deep clean hard to find parking.....the lot was full of leftover snowfall Shower head did not have a nice flow and the bathroom fan was extremely loud. we could even hear the shower and fan from a neighbouring room.

When we arrived, we discovered that the heat was broken in our room. The staff responded quickly and moved us to a new room, so that helped. However, the phone did not work in the new room and the staff informed us that the phones just didn’t work. Also, the pool was ice cold and unusable. Breakfast was also not good. Saturday’s breakfast was cut up breaded chicken burgers, beans, and eggs. And a lot of bread / sugar. I realize that it is a free breakfast, but cut up chicken burgers is a weird choice. Also, the milk had chunks in it.

Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Not much variety. Out of some things with more than an hour remaining. Utensils were the cheapest plastic imaginable. I couldn’t cut the waffle of put the fork into it. Knife was not strong enough to cut, and fork wouldn’t pierce it!

Towels are thin and stringy. The AC/heat unit had a large gap through which a very cold draft blew. Put a towel over to block and alerted front desk. Requested additional towels be delivered to room but ultimately had to retrieve from the front desk. Given ratty sub par pool towels.🤨
