It was a very basic hotel.

The room conditions and service were extremely disappointing. I had emailed the property specifically requested that the pull-out sofa be set up for sleep as we were checking in late with young children and it was not done. The "bed" itself was highly uncomfortable for our children. Furthermore, the room featured sticky floors throughout all the tiled areas, which were awful to walk on. Basic amenities fell short: we received only two towels for a family of four, and the staff took nearly an hour to fulfill our request for two more. Lastly, the hotel breakfast was entirely inadequate with tasteless coffee, painfully limited selection of food, and fell and far below acceptable standards for similar hotels. Overall would not recommend.

The room was left dirty. The hotel staff said they’d look into it and we’ve yet to hear back after 4 days.

I have stayed at this property many times over the past few years. about a year ago things began to change (Maybe a ownership change. I am not certain). Staff became less responsive, their dispositions changed, housekeeping began slipping, and cleanliness of the property all over but particularly in rooms has declined significantly. As a guest when you have to fight to get your room cleaned and cannot get more than 2 wash cloths or 2 towels you know you have hit bottom. customer service is poor with no accountability or respect for regular guests. I should have written this review much sooner and truthfully had not planned to do so but my experience kept eating at me so I figured I should do so now. Needless to say, I will not be staying at this property ever again and I would suggest others considering this property.... RECONSIDER, there are other choices much more favorable.

Went for a Competition, stayed 1 night. Arrived only one elevator and Front entrance Blocked. Not a pleasant experience given $$.Then had a "adjoining" room with a VERY loud family. Front desk did not move us. Had to complain 5x! Very hard couch, dated room & rough linens

Au sixième étage, chambre 601, à côté de la glaciaire: beaucoup de bruit. En plus la porte de la chambre ne se fermait pas de l’extérieur!! Même si j’avais mentionné le problème rien n’est fait. Le petit déjeuner était très limité et peu de quantité! Par contre, Home 2 à Montréal ou à Burlington étaient excellents! À vrai dire, je ne m’attendais pas à cela pour un Hilton! Et, je ne sais pas pourquoi ils n’ont pas la même qualité même si c’est la même chaine et le même nom!!!

Arrived at midnight and went to first room with two beds. Full of baby and adult cockroaches. Took videos and photos and went to front desk. Offered a new room but only had a king and pull out. No bugs but not equivalent room. Was told GM would be on site at 7 am. Checked out at 11 but not available. Left my number and asked her to call me. I called her two hours later and left a message for her to call me back. Applied a $50 credit to CC but still no call or discussion. Called Hilton Corp and sent photos and videos. I was offered a full refund and an apology I stay in approx 80 hotels per year and have been traveling for over 35 yrs and have never experienced such treatment. DO NOT STAY HERE…..

In our room the bathroom door latch doesn’t work. Bathroom door had to kept open and it was uncomfortable.

Zimmer war schön groß. Betten waren bequem. Richtige Teller und Besteck beim Frühstück. Lage zur Stadt in Ordnung.

Large room for a family with two children. Quick and easy check in and check out.

The room smelled very musty. The sofa had ripped cushions. The ‘breakfast’ was an abomination.

I like the location and the room that can have 5 people in one room. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly.

The bed was ok. Not as comfortable as I expected though. My husband has pain in his back when he woke up. I was not able to sleep well as well

Excelent business hotel for activities in the area

Couldn't accept my international debit card that was accepted eveywhere and the lady in the front desk did not show effort to help.

Our flight was late, we informed the hotel that we were checking in late. Booked room for family of 4. Only one King bed in room. Sofa bed will not open. Night Staff doesn't know how to open sofa bed. No extra beddings, pillows or Duvet. I have to sleep on the floor and use bedding spread to cover for cold. Thanks it was summer.... Online checking was down, has to wait 30 min (at 1 am) before allowed to get into the room. Staff refuse to give us room without checking into the computer - which was down. Morning staff sort out the sofa bed, and provided extra beddings and duvet.

We were beside the elevator and there was probably something broken in it as we were hearing a bang each time someone was using it. Woke us up numerous times! Bed not comfortable at all; way too soft and was rolling around when my husband was moving. Price was not good at all. $300 a night for a very bad experience

Es werden immer noch CAD 100.00 als deposit auf meinem Bankkonto blockiert. Obwohl ich am 14. Oktober 2025 deshalb eine E-Mail an Home 2 Suites by Hilton geschickt habe, bekam ich keine Antwort. Deshalb werde ich bei meiner Bank Einsprache erheben. Eine ärgerliche Angelegenheit.

La chambre était propre. Le sandwich déjeuner était nourrissant. Un endroit pour dormir sans plus.

La ventilation de la salle de bain n'était pas fonctionnelle, la chambre étant petite, c'était incommodant pour l'humidité et les odeurs. Il n'y avait que quelques fruits non arrangés pour le déjeuner, les plateaux étaient souvent vides et il n'y avait pas de lait pour mettre dans le café qui était bien mauvais. Le service était distant. L'hôtel est positionné dans un quartier industriel, il n'y a rien autour. Beaucoup trop cher pour l'expérience.

The staff willingness to help and to provide an good experience was poor, they did the bare minimum to provide an ok service.

Front desk staff were extremely helpful and polite. The hotel rooms are very large and the beds are comfortable.

Stayed overnight for business. Easy free parking and friendly staff. Love the free continental breakfast that’s included- bacon, eggs, bread, oatmeal, yogurt and 24hr coffee & tea in lobby. Room is very clean. AC a little humming sound but I like the white noise to help sleep. Good value and clean bed & towels.

Si es una parada en el camino está bien, cerca de la autopista y con una cocina equipada( q para una noche no usarás). La habitación es amplia y la cama cómoda.

Está ubicado en un polígono industrial sin nada cerca, necesitas el coche para todo. Suelo de recepción y ascensores siempre mojado porque la gente usa la piscina y nadie controla los accesos a otras zonas. A la llegada el Sr de recepción muy desagradable, tras decir varias veces q pagaríamos en efectivo nos hizo el cargo en la tarjeta. La habitacion estaba limpia pero el sofá roto y sucio. Desayuno malisimooo de los peores que he visto, sin bacon huevos insipidos, sin bollería, sin embutido… unos cereales de caja y poco más.

The bathroom door wasn’t functioning properly, and the body wash bottle was empty when I arrived. Overall, the room service was not very satisfactory.

Location to highway and restaurants. Had a nice outdoor seating area. The room was great. Lots of room and the beds were on the former side which my husband and I like.

Water wasn’t readily available to fill a water bottle, the hot water for tea that is available 24/7 wasn’t hot. The set up the breakfast wasn’t ideal. The waffle maker would hit the upper cabinet when you opened it up which moved it and could be a concern if someone accidentally touched the griddle. When mentioned it to hotel staff they advised that they couldn’t move it as it was the only spot that has a plug.

Good stay

This hotel has very friendly and helpful staff who took great care of us. The premises were very clean and comfortable. Having a kitchenette in our room was great for drinks and snacks.

The pullout couch was very uncomfortable, but the bed was nice. The pool deck was very slippery, and my grandson almost fell several times. It would have been good to have towels available close to the pool. In the bathroom, the toilet tissue dispenser was in a very awkward place, requiring one to reach back to access the paper—very difficult for anyone with shoulder issues. For the money, it certainly was underwhelming.

Convenient having the laundry services available. Continental breakfast was mediocre at best. Room was nice and clean with the added benefit of plates, silverware, sink and full fridge available. Would stay again

The room was so clean and fresh. Beds were amazing and kitchenette was a real bonus. Bathroom was beautiful and well equipped w/toiletries and towels. Breakfast bar was great along with eating areas. I’m very picky and could not find one thing to complain about during our stay. Staff was wonderful.
