The staff was very friendly and welcoming

The breakfast spot is weird. Good food, but does not feel like a spot I would go to while at a hotel. Also, the bathrooms and towels could be cleaner.

I could smell smoke and cannabis on the second floor. I believe it was coming from near the exit door leading to the parking lot at tte alternate entrance.

As a vegetarian the breakfast option was limited. Food choices in the area for vegetarians did not seem extensive. Quiet comfortable room. Attentive desk staff, I felt they recognised me

Fridge too small and broken. It had to be replaced. Wifi was terrible kept cutting in and out. No clear instructions in room or on facilities webpage for tv set up and viewing

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal an der Rezeption. Wir hatten zwei Zimmer mit Verbindungstür.

Etwas hellhörig. Die Zimmertür war verzogen und darunter ein ca. 3 cm breiter Spalt.

This Hotel is conveniently located just off Hwy 401. Our Family was located in rooms close together and just down the hall from a lovely restaurant called 'Journey's Cuisine' with not only exotic but professionally prepared and served food. We had a great family time together.

The service was excellent and the room was very clean, modern and comfortable. Its just that the location didnt have much around to do. However, we came for the renowned restaurant and chef. it was excellent. Thank you.

Staff is great, service is great. Cleaned the room on request, and I had to check out early, and they accommodated the request. This was my 3rd stay at Best Western, always a good experience.

The gym should have Free Weights and better gym equipment.

The room! The washroom was small, the room was old, dusty, and smelly. I had two kids a 2 year old and a 2 week old. The room was the worst to put kids in.

The lady at the counter was working by herself and was very polite and professional.

I would like to express my frustration with my recent reservation. Upon arrival, the hotel lobby was completely occupied by a function, making it chaotic and uncomfortable just to check in. There was no clear direction or accommodation for regular guests during this event. To make matters worse, there was no parking available, which added unnecessary stress after a long trip.Horns honking till around midnight, so no sleep. This situation was not communicated ahead of time, and I would have made alternate arrangements if I had known. Overall, the lack of planning and communication made for a very poor experience. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so future guests are not put in the same situation.

By Best Western standards, this hotel is definitely an older model but ANYTHING that takes away from a stay is absolutely made up for by the customer service! ALL of the ladies that we dealt with over our 4day/3night stay (with 3 little kids) were absolutely amazing - like above + beyond! Yes, I did miss the 24 hour access to the hot chocolate/coffee machine + definitely the inclusive 'make your own waffles' breakfast - but it was a comfortable stay! The pool is small + the echoing is a bit too much (again, with 3 little kids) but it wasn't very busy + we often had it to ourselves. We didn't eat at Journey's restaurant, although we chatted with other guests who had and they said it was just 'okay'. The room was a bit small, but it was well maintined + clean. Beds are extra soft (we asked for extra blankets + they were super cozy). If you are easy to please + enjoy superb customer service, this will be perfect for you!

The clock was not set correctly and i could not figure out how to set it. There was no charging plug on the nightstand

thicker sheets on the beds - they were paper thin. the pool was clean and my kids loved it.

Lobby was nice. The restaurant food and staff were amazing.

But the room we slept in was not clean, had a dank smell and I couldn’t sleep from what seemed like noise disruptions akin to a ghost.

The hotel is located in a good location just outside of Toronto, which worked well for my stay which was nearby. The hotel was clean, my room was updated and there was no issues with my room or stay. There was a restaurant onsite which i did not use, but I did look at the menu and there was a good option of food to choose from.

I didn’t like a staff member walking in without knocking while I was standing there in my underwear! ‘I thought you checked out’ it was still early morning! No offer of anything after this very embarrassing moment. Just knock first!?

Beds were the most uncomfortable ones we’ve ever slept on, I actually slept half the night on the floor. They also did not have any supplies for sale, aspirins for example.
