Good hotel

Big room Comfortable bed Accomodating staff

The shower room spilling Water To the floor

Staff was very nice. Room was good.

Internet kept going out. Had to remind desk to clean room twice. Breakfast was underwhelming with weak coffee.

Fair price. Clean rooms.

Front desk man was not the friendliest. Thankfully a lady came to my rescue and helped me out and solved the issue. Breakfast was mid!

Hello, good afternoon, I was staying in room 302 from 1 to 5, please could you tell me if I have a black bracelet left, thank you very much

I was there for a photoshoot and requested a late check out and I was able to leave at a later time I am very appreciative of that since I was traveling from far I was able to keep my stuff safe while I was out

Nth

There was a small roach that I seen but other than that. ….. nice hotel, great breakfast

Todo

Todo está bien

Absolutely nothing, it smelled like straight cigarettes once you walk in and the bathroom was very dirty.

As soon as you enter the hotel it smells like cigarettes.. the bathroom in the room we walked in for less than 30 mins was dirty. People outside of the hotel drunk and arguing. I had to check out on 2 hours after I checked in due to a family emergency and when I spoke to the general manager he told me he could not refund me for the other night I did spend there due to me booking my reservations on booking.com I contacted booking.com and they understood my situation and when they called the hotel and spoke with the general manager the GM denied to give me a refund. All I asked was to be refunded for one night but of course the general manager was not understanding at all of the loss I had and just said no.. I did not argue as i believe God will handle him due time come.

Me encantó todo

Very god

Habitaciones confortables y limpias.

Excellent facility, great customer service!

Good vibes

Breakfast was decent. Front desk was friendly.

Too long waiting on elevator. One of the 2 elevators was not working and too many people had to wait for it.

Elevadores

Breakfast was ok.staff was pleasant enough. Bed was comfortable enough.

Sheets had a petfume smell, like they were previously used by someone else. Only one towel in the room. One elevator was broken.

Comfortable rooms.

Expensive for a motel

Location, friendly lady at the reception desk, variety of different meals at the breakfast.

Room is very small for the 3-4 persons. We’ve booked a room for 3 adults and one child. VERY, VERY BAD noise insulation, you can hear the noise from everywhere surrounding the room (elevator, neighbours, corridors, even from outside. The water is not circulated and not clean in the swimming pool. Only two sets of towels were available in the room. Cleanliness of the room: hair from previous guests everywhere, the shower head had a stains of mould, dirt on the floor inside the bathroom. Coffee machine was not working at all, the phone in the room not able to connect you with the reception desk. The WI-FI is very weak and not covering the whole room, even it is very small, you need to stay close to entrance door to use it. The price for this hotel is VERY high, compared to the service that they offering.

I usually can expect good service and comfortable beds and nice spaces.

But this time the Bed was Awful way too low and there seemed to be a roach problem as we ordered food and bugs got to it before we could eat it all I was very disappointed.

The place was nice and clean, the staff was excellent and the breakfast was good.

All

Nothing

Everything was ok when we first got there looked good on the outside, until we got to the room. They need to do better when cleaning the property.

There was a condom on the floor of the room between the bed and nightstand table. They told me that they will tell the cleaning crew and did nothing about it. I am pregnant we don’t use any forms of contraceptives and me and my husband were disgusted.

Location

No tennis channel, no hot water

Noisiest place I ever had to sleep in. Breakfast was also not good.

Quiet location

Great location for heading to Key West for a day. The traffic in the area is quite heavy but it is easy to get around the main road. The restaurants near by were wonderful and has a wide selection.

A bit noisy below us since our room was right above the breakfast area.
