Around 8 ot 9 in the night we requested 2 large water bottles and had to call 3 times to get the water and finally we got the water after 40 minutes and it was 2 small water bottles. Also me and my wife was up since 2 to 3 in the night as there was a really loud music noise coming from outside that kept us up all night.
