It was a good value for money. The only thing is parking was overcrowded and security asked me to change the place even if I already tried to park best possible way in a fully booked parking. 24h desk is also good

Good for short stay, for work. They have their own underground car parking which is good. There's a Carrefour nearby which is helpful.

I guess location bit complicated to reach there by driving own car. Although they have own underground car park, but many cars not parked proper way/so a bit struggle to get the car out. Maybe hotel can think of appointing a staff in parking to help the guests.

Overall, we had a good and comfortable stay at Premier Inn. The room had all the basic essentials we needed, and everything was good during our stay. The only downside was that the hotel was fully booked, so unfortunately, we weren’t able to get a smoking room, which we would have preferred. Hopefully, on our next stay, a smoking room will be available for us. Overall, it was still a pleasant stay. Thank you!

L’hôtel est très agréable. Il est très bien situé près de tout. Le personnel était au top. La chambre était assez grande et propre. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel si vous venez à Dubaï !

The pool are nice with nice and friendly staff there. The breakfast are delicious and options are quite a lot. Staff are ok...

The receptionist are not ok.... The manager as well are very arrogant..... The room they have provided doesn't have any bathtub but the photos when we booked shows it has. And when we ask for the for it they are even blaming us that we didn't request a room for bathtub that it should be requested ahead of time. I felt like being scammed by these arrogant people.. no tissues found in the whole room aside from 1 roll in the toilet... The bed has a chocolate marks when we entered the room means its not really cleaned properly. I will never recommend this place and will never book again in this hotel.... No slippers ...

Location and breakfast was good.

Sheets weren't clean, wear and tear in room, housekeeping didn't clean 1 connected room nor changed the towels which were left on the floor.

On the positive side, the room was clean, neat, and well maintained. They also provided a sufficient number of cots and beds to comfortably accommodate our family, which we really appreciated.

However, the in-room amenities were quite minimal. Apart from drinking water and coffee, there wasn’t much provided in the room. Even basic items such as slippers and dental kits had to be requested by calling the reception. We had to call separately for different requirements, which was a little inconvenient. Normally, I would expect these basic amenities to be readily available in the room, especially for a hotel with this rating. The swimming pool and gym were also quite small, and overall the facilities felt fairly basic compared with what I had expected based on the reviews and rating.

Short taxi ride from dubai Internet city metro, hotel is close to some great eating places. Hotel staff are amazing and can't do enough for you, from reception, cleaners, catering, lifeguard. This was our 2nd visit and we truly enjoyed out stay. Looking forward to going back. Hari the lifeguard was exceptional, he was friendly, hospitable, courteous, kept the pool side clean and tidy. Thank you premier inn staff, for making us feel so welcomed, we had a lovely stay.
