Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Dieppe Airport by IHG

Proximity to airport, complimentary airport shuttle and complimentary parking . Great food choices for breakfast.

The room was spacious and the staffs were friendly.

The breakfast options were less

Close to the airport

Stains on the carpet . Unfriendly shuttle bus driver . Front desk was slow to find me a room when I booked weeks in advance .

Transfer to/from airport.

We ate breakfast on paper plates and wooden knife and fork. For that price i had expected more

Pools my kids love

Not think

Nice and good staff

Accueil, petit déjeuner, propreté

Great location , close to everything

Doubled prices for regular stay because it was concert weekend. Not good for those that did not benefit from going to the concert

Großes Zimmer. Gutes Frühstück

Badezimmer nicht sehr komfortabel

Clean hotel, well maintained, furniture was fresh and new, comfy bed and pillows, bathroom was spacious and clean. Only negative was that the carpet looked like it needed a good cleaning.

Absolutely everything about our stay was top notch. Staff was extremely accommodating when we had some changes to make to our stay, pool was great, LOVE that there was hot FRESH coffee available all day/night, and the breakfast was very good! Absolutely added to the value of the room!

Only suggestion I have, is to upgrade the TVs to smart TVs, so we can use things from our phone on them like Netflix, or other streaming services!

Great location and good breakfast good bed

The lobby was very clean and inviting, the bathroom was very clean , location was awesome.

The toilet needed to be barrier free height. The laundry had 2 machines not working The tv was way too confusing to use , even your own employees couldn’t make it work.

Beaucoup de choix pour le déjeuner.

Lit trop mou

Rien

Pretty good

All was well

Close to the activities we had planned

Pool was small

breakfast was small but good

wheelchair parking could be more

Everything. Breakfast was delicious! Rooms nice and big.

Clean and nice

Breakfast limited

Conveniently located, comfortable beds

The breakfast was average, items not renewed after they run out.

It had a pool for the kids. It was close to the airport. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Complimentary buffet breakfast was great. From oatmeal to eggs, etc.

Everything was great

Parking ample, good location

Breakfast was limited options and quantities.

Great location, quick in and out from highway, pool was nice and warm for the kids! Breakfast was also good.

The room was spacious and clean. The kids enjoyed the pool.

Easy check-in and check out. Comfortable beds. Rooms with good amenities. There was a gym. There’s a shuttle to/from airport

Our room smelled like smoke. We ate breakfast with bamboo utensils.

There was a dog barking in room next door Kept me up Had a very early flight

Had shuttle service 24-7

Breakfast nothing special

Good location for overnight stay after a flight

Simple and clean

Neat and organized

Excellent rapport qualité-prix.

Grande chambre confortable. Déjeuner copieux et délicieux.

Gy

Room was clean and comfy beds. Liked the coffee station in the lobby. Breakfast was very good.

Kostenloser Flughafenshuttle

Alles super

Room was modern and spacious. Everything was clean and fresh. Double queen room came with mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker.

It is under a flight path, but that's the whole point of its location. But window glazing could have been a bit better for sound proofing.

A short drive from YQM, we had a 2 queen bed accessible room. Very clean, spacious, comfortable beds and pillows. Free breakfast with the standard spread. EXCELLENT coffee. Friendly staff. Plenty of free parking.

The staff, the shuttle guy were all exceptional. Our stay was very enjoyable.

La navette pour l’aéroport

Good

The pool was cold

Clean quiet and very friendly staff

NA

Staff were fantastic, especially front desk and transport

Courteous efficient understanding snd professional

The offering of a free shuttle service, should be a shuttle instead of asking a pissed off taxi driver do such a short run and to go in to the hotel and receive their payment.

Average Hotel with a kind staff

- loud fan in the bedroom with no option to disable, they change our room instead of fixing the issue... we got the same problem in the new room... - Lost an Item, called them the day after, we got on touch with the cleaning team (let a vocal message saying that we'll be back 5 weeks later to get it back). When back, no one knew what we were talking about. They did what they could to help but the item got lost for good. Nothing valuable but still.

Good

The stuff was amazing

There were stains on the mattress protector that could be seen through the sheets.

For and older building well maintained and updated. Beds were comfortable, room clean and great service.

Everything was very cozy and clean.

It seems that the hotel or its employees are unaware of the capabilities of their program and database. Since I was going to add one night (through the Booking app), the request was sent directly to the hotel. However, the hotel referred me to the app and customer support because they couldn't do anything. Basically, they passed the buck to each other, and I had to book one night on Airbnb.

My bed was dirty and full of crumbs and also the comforter had a yellowish stain that looks like it was wiped off but not washed

Great staff. Great service. Breakfast could have more choices, and no wooden ustensiles. TV was not working right.

I liked it was ground level room and I liked the breakfast on the second morning.

I wish someone would have told us the time breakfast ended. The pool did not appear clean and we had to call for towels - none available at pool area.

Beaksfast was good. Staff was really friendly.

The beds weren't done like usual. Almost looked like a guest had made the beds. There was also lint on the floor, no big deal.

Breakfast was great. Rosemarie is employee like know other. Friendly and is great at making sure guest have whatever they need. Exceptional. Thanks for making our stay memorable.

Was very tasty meat was very good

Nothing, all was good

Friendly staff nice pool good breakfast

Breakfast was good.

Breakfast would have been better if sunny side fried eggs & hard boiled eggs íwere also available.

I don't normally fill these out. Your staff was all wonderful and accommodating and that doesn't get much praise unfortunately. But the reason I'm doing his is because of one particular security staff you had working on the night of January 10th. We were there as part of a hockey team and the kids were looking for a place to play together. This security person, who the kids calles Hattie, was a tall slender black man with an accent, maybe Haitian. He spent time with the kids and found them a place to play. They listened to his every instruction and as a result the entire group of 13 and 14 year old boys were incredibly well behaved. They really respected this employee because he treated them with kindness and respect. One of the parents even insisted he take a $20 tip, even though Hattie refused several times. It's those rare experiences that really stand out and I want to say thank you. I hope the positive review gets back to him. Holiday Inn Express Dieppe, NB.

Great staff and service. Breakfast was good.

Mattresses need to be replaced.
