Piscine avec glissade

Télévision, divant lit peu confortable

The beds was very large, comfy and clean.

Wet footprint in the lift.

Breakfast cold and not that good

Breakfast

Rien

Very clean, near the highway, staff was very pleasant

I enjoyed our stay. I have no complaints

The breakfast was as expected, hotel breakfast. As soon as I got off the elevator I could smell the generic spiced hash browns. The rubbery eggs and the unappealing grey sausages are nothing special. The variety of cereal, yogurt and pastries was nice

There were no safety rails anywhere in my room, or bathroom. There was an actual soft spot in the floor in front of the kitchen area in my room, like a very soft spot. I have a lot of issues with balance so for my room to have a soft spot on the floor was very disappointing and quite jarring when stepping on it in the middle of the night. I have had 2 knee surgeries and back surgery in the last 4 years so comfort is very important. People with chronic pain don't want to sit in a bed to watch a movie, nor do they want to sit on extremely hard chairs. Unfortunately that was my choice. I honestly wanted to pack up and leave at 3am because I found the bed very uncomfortable. Its good I was only there for 1 night because there was no dresser to put clothes in.

I have been staying here for years of travel. Will continue to do so

Pool was fun. Breakfast was good. Internet was fast as well . Bed were comfortable.

Pillows weren't the nicest. And the TV in the room was very outdated and poor quality

Love the slide and free breakfast! Great for kids

Nothing

Very old and small

Tout

Rien

Beds were very comfortable. It was quiet and relaxing after a day out exploring. Good variety of food to choice from for breakfast.

The distance was much less than we expected to get back and forth to the concert at the Uni. Great location, facility appeared to be much better than the 2 star it was showing online. The beds were VERY comfortable and both myself and my friend had a good, refreshing sleep. It was quiet, no noisy groups. The pool is FANTASTIC for kids so I will be coming back with them at some point, I made sure to test it out :). Our room was already clean when we arrived so we were able to check in a bit early.

I have a number of scent and food sensitivities so I wasn't able to partake in the breakfast. (It seemed, I didn't ask questions but I did look around and didn't see any dairy free, egg free or gluten free options other than juice and an apple, which is nice to have available!) Also due to my scent issues I personally prefer no carpets and I kept feeling like I could smell smoke, however we were above the entrance so it is possible noone ever smoked in the room but smoke filtered in an open window previously from smokers outside, below?

There was dog that barked and barked and i told front desk 4 times , to pay 600 dollars and not be able to sleep was so not right.

Toutes

Beds were comfortable. Breakfast hours were long, accommodating all groups of travellers. Water slide was fun for kids.

Rooms were small. Refrigerator was small with no freezer portion. Reception desk was often empty, and wait was long for someone to come.

Clean Comfortable beds/pillows

Could use some seating outside to enjoy outdoors..!

Very old. Rooms were stuffy and bathroom not clean. There was hair around the sink. Breakfast area is too small.

the water slide

it was great

My grandsons loved the pool. The breakfast was ready a bit early which allowed us to grab some food before we left for the airport. The room was very comfortable. The location is very close to the airport.

Comfortable beds, the spa tub was great in our room! The pool and slide were amazing for the kids!

It was clean and quiet

The hotel is located near the airport. It has a pool, laundry facilities, ample parking and breakfast is included.

Comfy beds and great breakfast!

Nothing

The waterslide was a hit. Grandkids loved it. This old Grandma loved watching them slide down it. Breakfast was delicious. Coffee was good. Nice and close to the airport. No complaints from us :)

Beds were comfortable

There was a bug on the floor

Directly beside everything i needed

Loved that i had trees outlooking my window

Beautiful welcome basket with a personalized note with a sticker. Staff was wonderful!

Woke up late and didnt get a fresh breakfast. But thats my fault lol.

Excellent location

Great staff

Friendly staff, clean, good place with kids and breakfast included.

The elevator doesn't work well 😳

Comp breakfast, friendly staff and pool

The pool is amazing! We were traveling with two young teens and they absolutely loved it. We all had so much fun. Also the breakfast was fantastic. So much variety! We really appreciated the whole facility and the helpful staff. We would stay again for sure!

Everything was great - no complaints.

Clean and quiet

Slide.

Small pool

Nice grounds, location nice you didn't here the planes overhead in your room unless room window open. Which really wasn't to loud. Close to superstore & few restaurants, within walking distance.

Really need to work on breakfast please !!

Close to some restaurants and it was clean

Grande chambre et très confortable!

Rien

Nothing

Smelled like weed. Window was open. Smoke detector down. Bug in bathroom. Didn't seem cleaned. Front staff kept messing up my debit card. Nothing wrong with my cards. Tried them all. I could pull money out no problem after the ATM took $6 for my two transactions. Guy at the desk wasn't helpful at all. Just stood there going oh well.

Close to the airport, really good breakfast. Staff is polite and effective. Real clean

Carpet is starting to be old in the room.

Location was good.

Cleanliness should be improved. It was not hygienic to walk barefoot in that filthy carpet. Breakfast was not enjoyable. The place was a mess, no attention to food temperature or availability, not reflective of the reviews, which praised a very poor breakfast offered.

The bed and bedding was comfortable.

The bathroom was small and the shower was underwhelming

Confortable, personnel accueuillant, petit déjeuner correct, calme

Staff were helpful.

Thank you for s nice peaceful stay. 😊

Clean and quiet.

Breakfast & pool

We love the jacuzzi suites

Our heater didn’t work our first night. But was fixed our second night

The dog treats for my dog! Pool was great for the kids, bedroom were nice and clean. Breakfast was very good also. We will definetly come back!

Nothing

the pool no control could not swim at all .. olders kids sliding to fast

Our room great

Hockey team of kids running and screaming down the galls until 1220am

We loved the pool but it could definitely be cleaner, our beds were very comfy, the all day coffee was an amazing bonus, the staff was alright, the breakfast & laundry attendants were the sweetest.

Not being told about all details regarding payment and deposit at check in, and the pool floor, and top of slide were pretty scummy.

Everything was great!

Nothing

Family oriented

Small pool?

The location was fine

The hotel wasn’t very clean, pool wasn’t clean and it was very chaotic for a water slide, no where to sit for breakfast.

The staff was very helpful and friendly

The pool was my kids favorite part. I liked how my room was very clean.

The room size was great and the kids are hands up for the pool!!! Lol

No bath tub in the room, no hot tub in the pool area and my daughter got something sharp stuck in her foot walking barefoot back to the hotel room.

I loved the pool the breakfast how close it was to everything. The bed was so comfy and the staff were great

The pool and breakfast

You ran out of coffee during breakfast

Staff was friendly, room was clean, beds were very comfortable

The pool area was okay. Cleanliness was good but the pool is a little small for the size of the slide

Location, breakfast

Nice staff love the location and have stayed many times

Room wasn't as clean as usual still had takeout from previous tenants in room and smudges all around the TV and the cabinet the TV was on wasn't cleaned well

Location

Noisy with planes. Bad smell coming in window. Clock radio broken. Rugs questionable clean.

Friendly staff, cleanliness, exceptional breakfast

Good variety of food. Freshly prepared eggs, sausages and hash browns. Bagels, bread and pastries, cereals, yogurt and fresh fruit all available.

Extra breakfast seating was not set up for Saturday morning. It was ready for Sunday morning and made finding a place to eat much easier.

the Pool area was great with comfy lungers the pool had a fun waterslide for the kids along with a separated shallow end for the little ones.

The pool area was excellent, featuring comfortable loungers and a distinct shallow end for the youngest guests. Additionally, the pool featured a fun waterslide.
