Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Moncton

Chambre très confortable.

Beautiful, clean and comfortable. Close to airport

I can't think of anything.

Beds were comfy. Large sitting area in our room. That was a bonus. Clean and good sized shower. Pool was warm, with a slide.

Breakfast was just ok. Didn't like any of the warm food options. Wish we were walking distance to stores/restaurants.

Great location. Complementary breakfast was delicious and lots of choices. Nice sized rooms and bathrooms. I would definitely stay here again

Checking out and having to go back home

La camera ampia e pulita e la piscina.

La mancanza di ventola in bagno

Bon

Room was comfortable

Toilet was loose, moved around and loud when sat on.

Lit confo. Emplacement super. Personnel gentil.

Clean room, breakfast

Dining area was cramped during breakfast period.

Good quality hotel with delicious breakfast

Clean

Le déjeuner inclus

A man walked into my room as I was in bed - double booked! Could not buy wine - lost key - went out to get some - came back and key did not work

Super bien accueilli!!!

Breakfast was excellent. Large variety of choices. Bed very comfortable. Excellent shower. Loved having 2 tv’s. Pool and waterslide kept kids entertained for hours.

Location, highway driving every time you go out.

The staff was very attentive We did alot of say trips with grandson and the always asked how are day went Also isika mentioned a to go bag for morning which has never been offered anywhere else we have stayed The breakfast was goid something for everybody steady flow of coffee all day If your driving close to highway very convenient

The only issue which wasnt really an issue was pool got super busy sometimes

The staff were incredible! The beds were very comfortable

There were children not being watched including in the pool and it didn’t seem to be of concern to staff, I understand they can’t micro manage but when paying over $300 a night I don’t want to deal with other people’s rude children when mine are showing respect and proper public manners.

Clean, spacious and comfortable. Very friendly staff

None

Super friendly staff

The omelets were so so at best. Everything else seemed very good.

Staff and amenities were fantastic.

It was difficult to reach the hotel from the bus terminal while avoiding spending on a cab fare.

Rien. Aucun commentaire négatif.

Lit vraiment confortable!

The pool was great!

It was clean, quiet, my daughter and her friends enjoyed the pool and breakfast area and staff were wonderful.

Care for the clients

Staff are great. Super friendly , welcoming, happy to assist, room was great. Bed comfortable , couch was comfortable in the room. Lots of places to sit in lobby to socialize , eat, ect

It was ok but could have been much better.

More choices..could have been more fruit and very little healthy choices.

Staff was very nice when checking in! Location was great as we were visiting family very close by.

Room was very noisy, the building was falling a part on the roof outside and that caused noise throughout the whole night. Other guests were very loud until about 3am.

Exceptional Hotel , I been a Fairfield customer in Maryland for 15 years and this one it’s excellent

The laundry machines , very dirty so we couldn’t do our laundry and that was disappointing due to our trip back from Newfoundland

The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The beds and pillows were very cozy — we slept great! Breakfast was really good and everything was refilled promptly. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the pool slide was a lot of fun. Highly recommend!

Everything was wonderful, no issues at all

Location and price

No elevator

Comfortable suit, my kids found the heated pool incredible.

Room was very comfortable, breakfast was good and for us the location was perfect, about a quarter mile from where we were heading.

Not to many restaurants around. Fast food was available but not a place to get a regular meal.

Bedsheets had blood stain.

Fitted sheet didn't stay on bed.

Newer hotel. Excellent stay.

The woman at the breakfast bar did an exceptional job arranging the food choices and kept it neat and clean.

The room is big and clean. The bed is very comfortable. If there is airport shuttle service, then it would be perfect.

Piscine Chambre Déjeuné inclus

Aucune bouteille d'eau dans la chambre. Sofa lit est seulement pour 1 personne

Great property close to the airport

We booked a King Room, which was spacious and included a fridge and microwave. Also an iron and ironing board, which could prove useful for some. The large bed was super comfortable. Everything, including the bathroom was in excellent condition, which suggested a recent renovation as the hotel was probably built in the 1960s. Breakfast was included in the price with a good choice of items, including cooked dishes.

Nothing

The employee at the front desk was really nice, great service and close to the airport.

It was amazing! Very quiet , kind staff will be back soon

Easy access. Great breakfast. Rooms clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly

Nothing

It’s what I expect from a Fairfield, looks the same as others

Felt like it was housing low income families, lots of people leaving doors open and running back and forth. Didn’t give the business travellers vibe I’m used too.

Staff was very professional and helpful with recovering the hiking boots I left behind. Would stay there again!

Everything!

No restraunt open for evening.

Ac was great, pool was nice, staff was excellent, room was cozy and clean and there was breakfast but never ended waking up in time for it lol but all around we enjoyed our stay!

Before booking with Expedia, I called the front desk of the Fairfield Inn and Suites. I spoke to a lady at the front desk who confirmed to me that I was entitled to free parking for a week and that I would receive taxi vouchers for my ride to and from the Moncton airport. When I arrived for check in, I was told that this was not possible and that I would have to pay for parking and for my taxi drives to and from the airport. The gentleman at the front desk contacted the manager about this, who did not help at all. Instead, the manager told the front desk attendant to sell me a parking pass and told him that I would have to pay for my own cabs to and from the airport. My family and I have stayed at this hotel many times before when flying to various location from the Moncton Airport. We have always taken advantage of the park and ride option, which, unfortunately, was denied to me during this, my last stay. Our airport parking costs were $160.00, a cost we were not expecting to incur, given my early communications with the front desk. We are truly disappointed. My family and I will not be staying at Fairfield Inn and Suites again.

Kids loved the pool and slide, breakfast was great, location is fairly convenient. Overall great stay and we intend on returning.

Great spot

Everything was clean and tidy, staff very kind and helpful

Breakfast sausages

The room is clean and facilities are new. Pillows are soft which is what I prefer. The weakness is that aircon is a bit noisy when it works. If you mind it, you may turn it off.

Free breakfast. 10 mins driving to Moncton downtown. Staff is very friendly. The bed is very comfort.

Front staff were very friendly. But housekeeping was not consistent and had to ask for any services.

The highlight of the hotel is the waterslide. My children thoroughly enjoyed using it. I even went down quite a few times. The continental breakfast was reasonable. It’s not within walking distance of anything, but most attractions and downtown are a very short drive away.

The breakfast was great, staff was friendly, felt welcomed every time we walked in. Would stay there again.

Need a more comfortable pullout couch/bed. Besides that, great place.
