Such friendly staff! Great breakfast.

Beach front access, clean resort and rooms. Really appreciated the restaurant modifying some dishes to make them veg.

Everything was fantastic, great location close to everything, lovely big pool and access directly to the beach. Wonderful breakfast! Most of all, the staff made a great difference, reception staff and especially Tan at breakfast, she knew exactly what we wanted and anticipated our food and drinks, exceptionally friendly and helpful!

Jammer dat er een verbouwing van het restaurant aan de zee was. Hierdoor kon je niet aan het strand ontbijten. Dit was ook niet vooraf bekend.

We've been here years before and it's just as good if not even better than I can remember Tan at breakfast remembered us and it was such an amazing welcome. Still value for money and definitely perfect location

Last time I was here the breakfast was served at the restaurant at the beach and I was expecting the same.

מלון חמוד עם בריכה כיפית וירידה ישר לחוף, יש כיסאות בחינם לאורחי המלון בחוף ומסעדה ממש נחמדה. אווירה נעימה, צוות מקסים וארוחת בוקר טובה.

הריח בחדר- ריח חזק של רטיבות שככל הנראה הגיע מהמזגן. הערנו על כך בלילה הראשון והם ריססו ספריי ריח בחדר אך זה לא פתר את הבעיה. יכול להיות שזה רק בחדר שלנו- לא ניסינו להחליף חדר.

I have stayed here multiple times and I truely love this place. Rooms are clean and comfy, gardens are luscious, the pool is magnificent with fantastic view overlooking beautiful Chaweng beach, breakfast buffet is delicious, restaurant(newly renovated) is top notch. Staff is genuinely warm-hearted, friendly and professional. Thank you to Tan and Jeed for making me feel like family. Thank you to the entire staff. You are all work so hard to make hotel guests' stay memorable... and always with a smile.

Globalement tout était bien et je met un plus pour l'ascenseur, la clim et le frigo de la chambre qui fonctionne à merveille, la piscine est propre et controlée tous les jours... dommage qu'elle ne soit pas au sel! Les douches de plage sont agréable mais nécessiteraient un petit balayage plus fréquent du sable. Et finalement la propreté des lieux et le personnel souriant et très poli.

Les viennoiseries et le lard du petit déjeuner, les jets-ski polluant proche de notre plage, quelques fourmis dans une des salle de bain et les problèmes de pression d'eau et de mitigeur quotidiennement dans les deux salle de bain (mais c'est apparemment un problème sur tout chaweng)

Our second day here and I have to firstly say the hotel itself is lovely situated on the beach, the rooms themselves are very clean and modern and the staff seem pleasant and helpful. If you looking for a place for relaxation this isn’t the place to come, at the moment they are doing renovations with intermittent power tools being used through out the day and I think this needs to be stated when booking. There is no AC in the breakfast restaurant so unless you sit outside it becomes very warm. Although not the hotels problem and the beach out the front of the hotel is tidy as you walk further down there is lots of rubbish along the beach front. Price should be reduced with the noise of building right next to the pool

Conveniently located to beach, shops and restaurants. Also the staff are the most kind and accommodating.

Towels should be of better quality and a bit more variety in breakfast but that’s all.

Really great location! The all staff are so warm and welcoming, always making us feel right at home. Especially Tan, who made our stay so special. My partner and I also did a cooking class and it was so fun and delicious. Would definitely recommend! This is one of our favourite spots and we look forward to coming and visiting every year.

My husband Sam and I spent three glorious weeks at the Baan Samui in January. Beautiful tranquil resort, comfortable clean room, the beach right on our door step! The resort was walking distance from the Central shopping centre, restaurants and shops! Breakfast was very good, lots of variety, fresh and delicious. Such a beautiful place very memorable! The highlight was the warm, friendly and caring staff at the resort. They made our holiday so joyful, they were always ready to help in any way! A BIG thank you MUST go to TAN who went above and beyond to ensure we were always well looked after! Thank you Tan, Sam and I will always remember you and your beautiful caring heart! A big thank you also to Magic at the front desk! She was always so helpful and kind and we also enjoyed our laughs together! Sam and I can’t wait to visit you again! Carmel and Sam

La plage, le personnel, le petit déjeuner

Les travaux étaient toujours en cours alors que la fin était annoncé bien avant notre arrivée. Les chambres fort humides, du coup les draps étaient inconfortables car on avait la sensation que c’était mouillés.

Die Poolanlage und die Nähe zum Strand, das Personal war sehr freundlich, Essen und Getränke wurden an den Strand gebracht.

Daneben wird gebaut,das hört man am Pool und die Arbeiter laufen an den Liegen vorbei. Das Frühstück war nicht besonders

Tolle Lage. Hervorragendes Frühstück. Sehr sehr nette und zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter. Preis Leistung Top. Ich komme im Dezember wieder👍

Die Dusche hat beim Wasser oft sehr heiss oder sehr kaltes Wasser herausgelassen. Man kann sich verletzen. Sonst gibt es nichts schlechtes zu sagen, alles OK 👌

Die Klima riecht sehr nach Schimmel.. Leider war auch eine Baustelle (Seit Dezember 2025) direkt an der Anlage, somit teils Laut.

Very good location. We took the ground floor rooms .. very clean and good rooms. The hotel is very quit and clean.

We loved our stay at Baan Samui Resort!! The room was spacious and beautiful, and provided all we needed for our stay. My husband was so impressed with the bathroom too. It's located in the quiet end of Chaweng, but only a short walk to the shops, restaurants and entertainment. The staff were very nice and helpful. We would highly recommend Baan Samui Resort and can't wait to stay there again!!

Renovations were still going on to their new dining area. Hopefully it will be all finished when we return ;)

Cela fait 2 fois que nous venons au baan samui resort c'est toujours un plaisir 🤗 le personnel est tellement sympathique 😁 c'est propre, l'emplacement est top la plage est magnifique, notre séjour était parfait nous reviendrons sans hésitation c'est une certitude 😉

Nous avons reçu un message de l'hôtel pour des travaux de rénovation qui ont été prolongés jusqu'à notre arrivée mais arrivés à l' hôtel nous avons constaté que ça été à nouveau prolongé mais honnêtement ça n'a pas eu d'impact sur notre séjour 👍🏻

Very nice hotel near Chaweng beach. It is quiet, has a pool. The rooms were nice and comfortable, I had a good sleep. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The Wifi was working great.

It would be great to have breakfast included in the room rate, especially due to a bit high room price. Otherwise okay.

Stayed here 15 years ago, upkeep is fantastic, better now. Staff are friendly and always smiling they cant do enough for you.food was great. Location is well placed and right on the beach.

Absolutely amazing hotel, this was our fifth time here. All the staff are so friendly and helpful, especially Tan who always goes above and beyond. The location is excellent, right on the best part of Chaweng Beach. Close enough to all the action but not affected by the noise.

Everything, very old and ugly. Their beach was very ghetto, in construction. We left after 2 nights, we got a refund and then they reached us for asking money for 1 more night, they said we stayed 3 nights which we didnt, we left at other hotel after the second night. Scammers. Even the second night was a scam because we wanted to left, and they said the clock is after 12:00 PM and they cant refund for this one, we need to pay the whole night. 2 days lost entire in my vacation, also the time and stress and money to book another hotel. Just dont book at this hotel, service very bad.

I went to the Baan Samui Resort after I had a bit of not so good experience in another hotel. I asked for a room two nights, I got a very nice room. The room was quiet, had a balcony, a very good bed. The room is equipped with water heater, fridge It looks like the rooms are pretty new, perfect bath, everything clean It is a quiet and small resort, with a nice pool, sunbeds around the pool and direct beach access. They have at the beach sunbeds and seating bags

Just finishing up our 5 day stay at this hotel and it was our favourite of the whole trip. Well located, comfy bed, nice breakfast, but most of all the staff - they all go above and beyond, they work so hard and it doesn't go unnoticed. A great hotel and we would definitely return. A beautiful hotel with a charming courtyard and tastefully decorated rooms. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and always tidy. You immediately feel at ease and at home. The hotel staff is always friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is attractively presented and always fresh. The wide selection ensures that every guest is satisfied. The hotel restaurant is currently being renovated and will reopen in a few weeks (within the month). It will be very modern and truly impressive. The renovation work is barely audible and practically invisible. I'm already looking forward to visiting the restaurant on my next vacation. It will be simply fantastic. The pool bar offers very comfortable tables with parasols and is always busy. Guests from outside the hotel also like to come here to eat. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful. Tan is the heart and soul of the wonderful team, and all the staff are friendly and always ready to help. She is always there and makes sure that guests feel warmly welcomed. It's like a family-run hotel. It's also ideal for families with children, as there is a children's pool. The hotel is very centrally located, and in the evenings you can go shopping and explore the city. We'll be back :)

Just two minor things: Both beach towels and those of the bathroom could use an upgrade and it would be good if the air conditioning filters would be cleaned (more often?)

Absolutely wonderful place. We just spent our fourth holiday at this hotel and we'll definitely come back. The hotel is perfectly situated in the livelihood of Chaweng, but it is still very peaceful. The best feature of the hotel are the staff though. They make you feel so welcome and they're incredibly kind, always going the extra mile. During the renovation of the restaurant they made sure to keep the nuisance to a minimum and we can't wait to see the result when we come back. A special thanks to Tan who is always so thoughtful❤️

We stayed here after a reccommendation from a family member & definetly would come back. The staff are amazing, the food was good & the amosphere is awesome. You can either sit down the front on the beach or by the pool. The rooms are well maintained , clean & have plenty of room in them. We were on the 2nd level & had a lovely view down to the pool & beach from our veranda. Would definetly reccomend & definetly stay again :-)

Another stay at this wonderful hotel. The location is amazing, for me situated on the best part of the beach. Frontside it’s well situated just slightly away from the hustle and bustle. The staff are what makes this hotel. Lovely rooms with everything you need. We had an evening meal on one of our nights and the food was superb.
