Excelent beach and breakfast . Just one small pool that I never used. No very fun of pools ,but just to be noticed. Very good gardens, clean and tidy. No bugs. No mosquitoes. Very good and helpful staff. Provided you with daily cleaning and fresh towels also daily .Good size balcony with a rack to dry clothes. Included daily 2 bottles of water.

The price is very high for amenities that they don’t offer. No exercise rooms or sauna. Just one small pool . Some ladies at the beach offering massage with same prices or more than outside of the place.No enough entertainment. From 7 to 9 pm some activities like a singer or jazz player and a fire show that no to many people participated . Just one small pool . It is not the average “resort” with a lot of activities and entertainment offered. You are in the center with a lot of more fun stuff to do and good food . No music during the day or another activities, like in another nearby resorts. Very quiet, look a place like for retired or sunbathing people. Kayak for rent 200 thb the hour. Nearby kayaks are free for guests and one place rentable for 150 thb the hour or 200 for 2 hours . In this resort for the amount t of money that they are charging daily (almost 200 usd per day ) without good amenities should be free kayaking offer for guests as a compensation for a lack of good amenities and entertainment. They provided just one key per room. Doesn’t matter how many people are per room Facility has 2 floors units. If you get second floor with heavy bags the staff will help. It feels like the just want your money for everything possible, transportation to the boat asked for 1000 thb. Taxi . You can get a Van from 150 to 250 thb per person. You can’t get transfer to the pier to hotel in your ticket boat with a very good price include also. The resort could be much better if is added more fun stuffs. Like volleyball, music, including kayaking and paddling board, etc. Traveling solo, I looked for my own entertainment and I have a good stay. Booked trips online and in tour companies that are all over around, town center is full of bars, restaurants with a variety of offers and a center mall with a night market for your budget. Very good live music in several places around including in the night market.

I was very surprised by how nice the suite was for the price. Right on the beach… everything was as spotlessly clean, the bed was comfy, and the team were friendly and efficient. Arranging a pickup for the pier and a ride to the airport was easy, and both were on time. I’d come back to stay here for sure.

La mejor ubicación, en el centro de chaweng, la mejor playa de Samui sin discusion. Y cerca de Cristal beach, Coral Beach etc. Las visitaras todas, pero te quedaras en esta. Y Baan es el mejor resort. Han reformado las habitaciones y han quedado muy bien, súper cómodos colchones y todo increible. Amolias y cómodas. La zona de piscina tranquila aunque hayan niños y el desayuno fantástico!! Sobre el personal del hotel: bueno, no tengo suficientes palabras para describir lo buena gente que son todos. Pero todos, los quiero! Ahh tienen actividad cada tarde en el restaurante en la playa y lo mejor y que no deja indiferente es el fire show! brutal, acompañado con langosta en la playa. Que mas se puede pedir. Yo es la tercera vez que me alojo en este resort. Y volveré 10 dias cada año hasta que me de la vida!!

Staff were really friendly and helpful. General facilities were well maintained and in clean condition. Breakfast had lots of good options. The spa was lovely and well priced for guests.

Ogólnie jesteśmy zadowoleni. Śniadania w formie bufetu bardzo smaczne i różnorodne. Piękna roślinność na terenie całego obiektu. Wszędzie czysto. Leżaki i pufy na plaży.

Nie podobała mi się miejscowość ale nie wpływa to moją ocenę o obiekcie. Drugi raz wybrałabym inne miasto na pobyt.

Bon séjour au Ban Chaweng ! Hôtel très mignon, agréable et avec une ambiance très naturelle. L’accueil était chaleureux et le personnel très sympathique. Gros point positif : l’emplacement en plein cœur de Chaweng. Les seuls bémols sont la petite taille de la piscine et les avions qui passent juste au-dessus de l’hôtel, avec beaucoup de bruit. Dans l’ensemble, nous avons passé un bon séjour.

היה פישפשים במיטה שהודענו על כך בקבלה נראה שהם ידעו על זה לפי התגובות שלהם ולא ניקו כמו שצריך גם בלילה לאחר מכן נקעצנו רק שהוספנו כסף ושידרגנו את החדר היה יחסית בסדר עקב הפישפשים ניסינו לבטל עסקה ולקבל כסף חזרה ולא הסכימו לכלום ופשוט היו לא נחמדים לא היה זרם של מים במקלחת לא היה מים חמים במקלחת החדרים לא נקיים ביקשנו שינקו שוב כמה פעמים כורי עכביש עובש בוילון במקלחת חלק מהחדרים מותאמים לאנשים נמוכים מאוד אני 1.80 והייתי צריך להתכופף במקלחת או לצחצח שיניים

The hotel is excellent, its location is in the center of the parties, but you don't feel the noise around. The beach and pool are perfect and the breakfast is rich

We didn't like the whole deal with Booking.com because we registered all the children we were bringing, but despite that the hotel charged an excessive fee for each child. If you are coming with children, check your reservation carefully.

Немного доставали комары, в один из дней пребывания была обработка от них. Самолёты взлетают/заходят на посадку над отелем, для кого-то может быть критично. Ночью нет рейсов

Tutto fantastico, struttura molto bella, grande ma non dispersiva, camera grande e comoda, personale eccezionale, tutti gentilissimi. Lettini in spiaggia, ristorante ottimo. Nonostante la zona di Cheweng sia caotica, all’interno del resort non si sente nessun rumore. Una nota particolare per la shower room che ci è stata messa a disposizione l’ultimo giorno prima che partissimo: non un semplice bagno con doccia ma una vera e propria stanza dove prepararsi con calma per (nel nostro caso) l’aeroporto, pulitissima. Davvero tutto eccezionale, torneremo!

Kan niks bedenken. Hooguit dat we graag 2 kamers naast/dichtbij elkaar hadden willen hebben ivm de kinderen. Kamers waren best ver van elkaar verwijderd. Daar mogen ze wel meer rekening mee houden.

Slight noise at night from Ark bar, but only affected the lightest sleep in our group.

Location was fantastic, right on the beach. Breakfast also was consistently excellent. Staff were friendly and went out of their way to help.

The restaurant was pretty overpriced. The food was good, but not exceptional, and didn't warrant such high prices. Not too much of a problem though as there are multiple restaurants all around.

חדרים קצת מיושנים ויש מדרגות בשביל להגיע לחדרים מאוד קשה המדרגות

מלון מעולה, קטן ולא המוני, גם החדרים הישנים מעוצבים בסגנון תאילנדי שזה נחמד, ארוחת הבוקר טובה מאוד ומגוונת, החוף של המלון מושלם! הכי יפה בצוונג

1.היה יום שלא עשו לנו נקיון בחדר. 2. בהזמנה היה כתוב שילד בן 5 מתארח בחינם ובפועל אמרו לנו שרק במיטה של אבא ואמא ואם רוצים מצעים זה בתשלום נוסף.

המלון נמצא במרכז. מרחק הליכה קצר מהקניון. המלון נמצא על החוף.

ארוחת הבוקר לא מגוונת. בחדר היו נמלים ולמרות שביקשנו לטפל בבעיה היא לא טופלה. זרם המים היה חלש ואי אפשר היה לווסת את המים - או מים רותחים או קרים. גם שפנינו בנושא הזה לא קיבלנו מענה. המלון נמצא בקו ההמראה של שדה התעופה וכל היום מטוסים עוברים ממש מעל המלון והרעש בלתי נסבל.

מיקום מושלם מסעדת חוף הכי טובה עם אוכל מדהים צוות מפנק חוף נדיררררר מים טורקיז צלולים ונעימים חדרים מרווחים. היינו זוג ושלושה ילדים בחדר טווין כפול עם דלת מקשרת לא רצינו לעזוב וכל מקום אחר פשוט לא הצליח להשתוות. בערב מופע אש להזמין מקום אצל הצוות אחלה ערב כיפי מיני מרקט ממש צמוד קרוב לקניון בקיצור מושלם ביותר עבר כל ציפייה התמונות לא משקפות הרבה יותר שווה במציאות

החדרים מאודישנים, מזרנים לא נוחים, זרם מים חלש ומקלחות ישנות .

מלון חביב, מיקום מעולה. 5 דקות מהרחוב הראשי של הצ'וואנג, אך מספיק מרוחק כדי שלא יפריע הרעש. 2 דקות מחוף הים, שהוא מקסים ומטופח. בריכה קטנה יחסית ונקיה. במסעדת המלון שממוקמת בחוף היה תפריט שהתאים גם למבוגרים וגם לילדים, היו הופעות חיות בערבים, מופעי אש ועוד. היינו משפחה של 6 נפשות, לקחנו 2 חדרים מסוג וילה. החדרים מיושנים. בהתחשב במחירי המלונות בקוסמוי ניתנה תמורה טובה למחיר.

חדרים מיושנים. ניתן לקבל מגבות נקיות לבריכה/ ים רק פעם אחת ביום.

Zeker — hier is een wat enthousiastere, persoonlijkere versie die goed past bij Booking.com of Google: Heerlijk verblijf op een prachtige locatie! Het hotel ligt direct aan een fijn strand en is een heerlijke plek om te verblijven. Het restaurant is goed en het ontbijt is ontzettend uitgebreid, met volop keuze. Alles voelt comfortabel en verzorgd aan. Het personeel is bovendien erg vriendelijk, gastvrij en behulpzaam. Wij verbleven in een Superior tweepersoonskamer op de eerste verdieping en waren daar erg tevreden over. De kamer is comfortabel en biedt veel privacy. Er zijn ook kamers langs de wandelpaden. Deze liggen misschien nog wat mooier, maar daar heb je wel iets minder privacy. De bedden zijn heerlijk, de douche is prettig en de kamer wordt iedere dag netjes schoongemaakt. Ook krijg je dagelijks schone handdoeken. Kortom: een heel fijne plek om te ontspannen, met een mooi strand, goede faciliteiten en een uitstekende ligging. Wij hebben hier een heerlijk verblijf gehad en zouden het zeker aanraden!

Enige minpunt was het handdoekje leggen. Ee staat wel een bordje dat je binnen 30 minuten op je bedje moet liggen. In de praktijk wordt er niets aan gedaan

het is een heerlijk resort waar alles klopt: fijne, ruime, frisse kamers met een goede airco, schoon zwembad, perfecte strandbedden met een zacht matras, supervriendelijk personeel. Ook de locatie is top: je zit aan een mooi rustig stuk strand waar je goed kan zwemmen (dat is niet overal zo op Koh Samui!) , en je loopt zo naar allerlei restaurantjes vlakbij. Ook massage op het strand is heerlijk. Echt een absolute aanrader, ik kom volgende keer weer hierheen!

's nachts wel wat lawaai van de Club die een stukje verderop zit, maar daar kan het hotel niets aan doen, dat is een beetje inherent aan Chaweng beach. Ik heb in ieder geval heerlijk geslapen in het fijne bed

אהבנו ממש את המיקום המרכזי ביותר בצוונג את חוף הים שהיה מסודר עם כיסאות ומלא מסעדות ומסאג טוב הבריכה הייתה שווה ומוצלת הצוות היה נגיש ושמח לעזור איך שיוצאים מהמלון יש מלא חניות רחוב ומלא אנשים ובחדרים לא שומעים כלום מהעומס בחוץ כל חצי שעה בערך עובר מטוס ממש מעל המלון והרעש נשמע חזק

החדרים שלקחנו היו מאוד ישנים והמיטות קשות מאוד. השירותים והמקלחת ממש כמו בקמפינג ישן והברז משפיץ לכל כיוון ואין מים חמים אחרי לילה שלא ישנו העבירו אותנו בתשלום נוסף לחדר משודרג החדש שהיה מאוד שווה ומפנק רק היה להם אותו רק לילה אחד אז במקום 5 לילות ישנו שם 2 ולא הסכמנו לחזור לחדרים הישנים בקיצור לקחת רק את החדרים המשופצים

Niet genoeg strandbedden, en veel te duur voor wat je krijgt

Beliggenheten til hotellet er fantastisk. Rett ved den fineste stranda på Koh Samui. Det er også veldig sentralt ift restauranter og barer i Chaweng. Rommene er ganske enkle, men rent og fint med deilige senger. Restauranten på resorten har fantastisk mat.

Vi måtte bytte rom underveis i oppholdet.

מלון מצויין, פינה של שקט, יש שביל מהמלון של כ 150 מטר ואתה נמצא בלב רחוב צוואנג הסואן, במרכז העניינים. ההליכה בשבילי המלון פסטורלית בתוך צמחיה מקסימה. בריכה יחסית קטנה אבל צמודה לחוף ים מהמם, יש מיטות על החוף, צוות מעסות ומסעדה מצויינת עם מחירים סבירים. הצוות מאד שרותי, החדר שלנו היה גדול ומרווח. ממליץ בחום על מלון זה.

אין משהוא שלא אהבנו.

Les espaces communs étaient très agréables et confortables! Hôtel à taille humaine, calme et cosy! Le restaurant, le petit déjeuner et le personnel étaient super! Les chambres communicantes, un vrai plus pour une famille de 6! Le service de transfert hôtel-aéroport pour seulement 400 bath très appréciable!

Les chambres qui nous avions (224 et 225) mériteraient un rafraîchissement notamment la salle de bain. Le fait de devoir quitter les transats sur la plage et la piscine à 18h, c’est vraiment trop tôt!

Last night of a wonderful stay in this Resort. The staff could not do enough for us especially Chai in reception. Nothing was too much trouble. Food was excellent and on beach dinner with entertainment. Accommodation fantastic well shaded and no noise. Located in main strip area with many great restaurants. bars and shopping available. 5 min from airport.

All good...rooms could be a bit more modern, but fitted in with overall resort experience

המיקום מושלם במרכז העניינים, יוצאים מהמלון וישר לאזור הגרעין מנגו הארק בר וכל הרעש אך המלון עצמו שקט מאוד עם חוף נהדר וברוכה מקסימה, ארוחת בוקר בסיסית שעונה על הצרכים, עמדת חביתות ירקות חתוכים,, קרואסונים טריים ולחמים. לבחור חדר אקזקיוטיב ולא את הסופיריוב המיושן חשוב מאוד.

חדרי הסופיריור ישנים מאוד עם ריח של תחב.

L'hôtel est très bien placé et il y a une belle plage en face. Le restaurant sert de très bon plat. Le petit déjeuner est également très bon.

Sehr laut durch Fluglärm und Strandbars in der Nähe Frühstück war ausreichend, aber einseitig, wenig Abwechslung und Auswahl (z.B. Müsli)

Otel genel olarak güzel yeşillikler içinde. Chaweng beachin en güzel yerinde yer alıyor. Denizi gelgitli ancak yinede turkuaz ve çoğunlukla cam gibi. Denizin sıcaklığı nerdeyse vücudunuzu yakıyor. Çalışanların o sıcağa rağmen ütüsünün bile bozulmamış olması ve dinginlikleri çok şaşırtıcı. Oldukça yardımseverler.

Odamız 500’lü rakamlardan biriydi. Konum olarak mı bilmiyorum ama akşam 11:00pm de başlayan ve gece 3:00 am e kadar devam eden yüksek sesli müzikler bizi uyutmadı. Bütün tesisler sadece tel örgülerle ayrılmış ve bu yüzden diğer tesisin mutfak sesleri jeneratör sesleri ve sol taraftan gelen club sesleri üstüne yan odalardan gelen sesler ve arada gelen uçak sesleri bu bakir cenneti bir anda aşırı sesli ve huzursuz bir ortama dönüştürüyor. Dinginlik adası diye geldiğimiz ada bir anda eğlencenin merkezi haline dönüştü. Otelin de bu durumda yapacağı çok birşey yok sanıyorum.

יש חדרים שיש להם שקע אחד לכל החדר , החדרים של הסוויטות , עדיף לקחת את הסוויטות הממש בודדות ולא שצמודות אחד לשני .

Beliggenheden og stranden er god.

Prisen var alt for høj ift. kvaliteten og service. Morgen-/nattevagten var ubehøvlet og brokkede sig over at skulle betjene sent om natten. Lad være med at have døgnåben, hvis det er et problem at yde en service tidligt morgen eller sen nat. Hun var decideret uforskammet i sin attitude.

The location is excellent. Right in the beautiful beach and with the main road behind the property. Central Mall has an only a 10 minute walk.

No gym. Breakfast could be hit and miss with not much stock left on some days/times. The mosquitos were a huge problem for us!!

Breakfast was great, could have done with some halal options but that is being a bit picky. The location was fantastic right on the beach and walk to main strip was 2 minutes. Food in the restaurant is very good a must try at lunch and in the evening. Highly recommend staying here

Удивительно высокая оценка у отеля . Цена качество абсолютно не соответствует. Номера с картонными стенами слышали постоянно то секс соседей , то орущие дети . Думаю если повышать категорию то может и есть смысл , хотя цена завышена . Персонал на встречу идет сложно . Абсолютно упертые , поселили в номер где душ направлен в сторону почти потолка и заливает всю ванну комнату и унитаз , только со скандалом переселили . Хотя категория номеров была одна и та же , но разница была сильная , обращайте внимание . Номера темные , живешь как в темнице . В общем крайне не рекомендую 🤍

very poor breakfast, 80% of the selection was the same every day. I didn't even have breakfast a few times - I've never seen anything like it in Thailand.

catastrophic hygiene, after the first night of my stay in this hotel I was bitten by bedbugs. I didn't pay attention to it, but as soon as it was still there after the next night I went to report it to the reception, they moved me to another room, it is unacceptable for a hotel with such a rating to have bedbugs in the bed! overall hygiene - I am sending a photo of the shower which is located outside by the hotel pool. The shower had not been thoroughly cleaned for several months and I had the same in my room. Long-term neglected cleaning + mold stains in the corners of the shower. Incompetent hotel manager Mr. TUM, I personally cleaned the shower by the pool as a guest.

Location - close to main Chewang strip, restaurants and central supermarket. Clean beach & water. Good breakfast. Good room size.

Noise. 1) Late night “boom boom” music often heard from adjacent resort. 3 am!! 2) Could hear upstairs room - walking, moving chairs etc. 3) On direct flight path for planes coming or going 7:30am till 8:30pm (approx).

It was in the perfect location. The staff couldn't do enough for you.

At the end of our stay my sister in law got charged for a robe. We think the cleaner lifted it by accident. She let them search her case and was still charged £60. Make sure everything that is in your room is still there at the end of your stay.

Lived the location on the beach, shady trees on the property helped us stay cool. Easy street access, although outside cafes not to our taste. Staff were always friendly, helpful and relaxed. Great unhurried breakfast.

Just the inadequate aircon in one room. We think it was old because other guests had newer aircon units and no complaints. But we were able to move to a cooler room.

Great location. Lovely Rooms. Perfect location. Close to shops but also able to walk out of our chalet into the water every morning. Idealic!

The reception staff was non cooperative for a late checkout. We asked for half hour that too they were not accomodating
