Expérience très décevante. Le seul véritable point positif de cet hôtel est son emplacement. La chambre était vétuste et très mal entretenue, avec de nombreux équipements non fonctionnels : douche cassée, bain à remous inutilisable, robinetterie endommagée. L’eau qui sortait des robinets était jaune et sans eau chaude, au point que je n’ai même pas pu me doucher dans ma propre chambre et ai dû aller utiliser la douche de la chambre de mes parents. Le personnel s’est montré peu disponible et peu aimable, sans réelle solution apportée aux différents problèmes signalés. Plus grave encore, j’ai constaté une surfacturation pour des collations que je n’avais pas consommées, ainsi qu’une signature présentée comme étant la mienne alors que je ne l’avais pas apposée. C’est particulièrement préoccupant et inacceptable pour un établissement hôtelier. Au regard du prix payé et des prestations annoncées, l’expérience a été très loin de ce qui était attendu. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.

אנחנו 2 סטודנטיות שחיפשו מלון מפנק, טוב, במרכז הצוואנג, נקי ולא יקר, וזה עלה מעל כל הציפיות ! נמצא 4 דקות ברגל מבית חב״ד, ליד כל המסעדות הכשרות, מנקים את החדר בכל יום, ארוחת בוקר מפנקת - חביתות במקום, סלטים, יוגורטים, לחמים ועוד דברים טובים! צוות נעים, מסביר פנים ועוזר בכל דבר שמבקשים 2 בריכות וחוף פרטי למלון, בקיצור - ממליצות מאוד מאוד !! לא מספיק מדברים עליו בקבוצות הישראליות וחד משמעית מגיע לו קרדיט ! תודה לView and Sine הצוות בקבלה, שעזרו לנו מאוד והיו נעימות אלינו מאוד לאורך כל השהות ! La villa avec piscine

The location was great and the staff were lovely! I fell in love with the daytime security guard every time he greeted me with his smile and salute 🫡

The lift was continuously broken! It was EXTREMELY annoying! I’m a fit person but it’s the last thing I want to do after a hot day or night of walking the streets is lug ourselves up 3/4 flights of steps! They kept trying to fix it but kept failing! I’m beginning to think it doesn’t work at all! The deck chairs around the pool don’t recline so I only tanned one half of my body, front half and I couldn’t lay down flat to rest. I also don’t like tourists who stay around the pool all day with their mobile device up loud so everyone else can hear what they are watching. I asked the receptionist if she could ask the person to turn it down, it worked for 1 day then it was back to normal. So I gave up.

What a wonderful hotel. Clean, quiet, could always get a sunbed and set on the beach. A special shout out to X, A, JiJi, Prae, Emmy and Maew who all went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. After a horrific accident in Samui where my husband broke his back, the staff were so kind, caring and thoughtful. From going back and forth to the hospital the staff were always checking that I had eaten. They even came to the hospital a few times to check on my husband. They all went above and beyond and made a situation just that little bit easier. Thank you again, you really are a special team

هذا المكان خدعة كبيرة لعدة اسباب 1- الغرفة عبارة عن ساونا والمكيف سبيلت 12 وحدة صغير جدا وكل غرف الفندق بعدما ناقشتهم نفس حجم التكييف السيء جدا 2- في هذا المرفق منذ وصولك أنت تخدم نفسك وتقوم بتوصيل شنطتك للغرفة 3-في معلومات الغرفة كل بند مسجل هو محسوب عليك بقيمة الغرفة ورفاهيتها وكان مسجل وجود جاكوزي بالغرفة وبعد الدخول وتسليم الغرفة أخبروني أن الجاكوزي لايعمل(طريقة مخادعة) 4-كان الحجز عبارة عن خمسة ليالي ونظرا لحرارة الغرفة وسوء التكييف قررت الخروج من الفندق والبحث عن فندق آخر وتم التواصل مع ممثلي بوكنج لاخبارهم بكل شيء وكان تعاونهم مشكور واجبروا الفندق على احتساب ليلة واحدة فقط واعادة المبلغ(مع العلم أني حتى كتابة هذه المراجعة لم يرجع المبلغ وربما يأخذ وقت) فكل الشكر لبوكنج الثقة.

This is the worse hotel experience ever. I highly recommend not booking a stay at KC Beach Club. We specifically booked a private pool villa because we required the privacy for religious reasons. From the second we arrived, almost everything went wrong. When we checked in, the private pool was green and so cloudy that you couldn’t even see the tiles at the bottom. We immediately raised this with reception and were told the pH levels were “wrong” but that we could still swim if we wanted. This is completely unacceptable for a villa that costs what it does and considering this is the only reason we booked the villa. The bathroom in the villa was also unusable. The drains were completely blocked, and every time we tried to shower, the bathroom flooded. To make matters worse, the room smelt strongly of sewage. After multiple complaints, the hotel eventually admitted they could not fix the problems and moved us to another villa. I have messages from the hotel confirming this. Unfortunately, the replacement villa was also in poor condition. The bathroom fixtures were loose and literally falling apart, and the private pool still wasn’t properly clean, although staff again assured us it was safe to swim. After using the pool, I had a skin rash. The condition of the pool itself was also pathetic. Several pool tiles on the floor were loose or had come off completely and had simply been left in the pool. As a result, one of us cut our ankle on the loose tile. We again told the hotel. The most concerning part of our stay occurred when hotel staff entered our villa while we were out on a day tour and left the villa unlocked. When we returned, a complete stranger attempted to walk into our villa to use the bathroom because the door had been left open. We have no idea who had access to our room during the day. We reported this immediately, and the response from staff was essentially, “Sorry, that’s bad,” with no meaningful action taken. Housekeeping was also well below what was advertised. Despite daily complimentary servicing being included with our booking, our room was not replenished and we didn’t even get fresh bath or beach towels. When we asked why, we were simply told that we needed to call reception to request the complimentary service. And we would need to call every single day to request??. To make matters even worse, when we packed our belongings to check out, we discovered that cash was missing from our wallet. We immediately reported this to hotel management and asked them to contact the police. They refused to assist and simply told us that we would need to go to the police station ourselves. After everything else that had happened, this was the final straw. This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we have ever had. We paid a significant amount of money expecting a clean, secure, well-maintained villa with the services that were advertised. Instead, we dealt with unhygienic facilities, dangerous maintenance issues, poor housekeeping, serious security failures, and a complete lack of meaningful assistance when we raised concerns. We would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff were so friendly, the restaurant is right beside the pool and sea in a very chill area just 15 minute walk from the main strip of bars and restaurants. Everything very clean and staff are so accommodating, would stay here again!

Ofte var elevatoren ikke til at bruge, fordi at room service spærrede den med deres ting. Det var nærmest hele tiden.

I really enjoyed my stay at KC Beach and Pool Villas. All staff were very friendly and welcoming, trying to anticipate everything I could possibly need. Today I attended the cooking class with Boy, who was a really good teacher. I received my certificate and cannot wait to go home and cook the dishes I learned for family and friends. The resort is located within the walking distance to all the main attractions of Koh Samui... that's if you wish to leave this paradise.... 👋

Good value for money. Food and drink are basic so don’t expect anything fancy but the price is right. Nice having the pool/beach/shower all close at hand

בריכה אחלה חוף יפה, הצוות נחמד , ארוחת בוקר נחמדה

יש למלון המון פוטנציאל, אבל הוא לא ממומש. התחזוקה של המלון מאוד גרועה, חדרים ישנים ומתפרקים, ג׳קוזי שלא עובד, ריח ביציאה מהחדרים ובהמון חלקים במלון שאי אפשר לנשום!!! באנו לירח דבש ואמרו לנו שהמגבות של הברבורים זה המגבות שלנו, וכשביקשנו מגבות חדשות פשוט לקחו לנו את אלה של הירח דבש (לא שזה רע פשוט זה לא קרה לנו במלונות אחרים) לא כלכך היה נעים לשהות בו, לגבי האיזור אמנם הוא קרוב לצוואנג אבל לא הייתי חוזרת לאותו איזור, פחות כיף להיות שם. עדיף את הצוואנג עצמו.

The staff were fantastic, especially the reception staff, Folk, Sine, View and especially Ninja who was honestly nicest most helpful member of staff ever, highly recommend just for the customer service alone.

The jacuzzi’s in the bathrooms don’t work in any of the rooms and are just big baths

El mejor hotel de la zona sin duda. Habitación grande y limpia ( la limpian a diario, incluido el suelo). Balcón grande, caja fuerte, cama cómoda. Amenities en el baño. Está en la misma playa de Chaweng, y en la mejor zona de la playa en cuanto a espacio y limpieza. Agua limpísima en esta zona de la playa. Personal maravilloso, tanto del bar como de recepción. Desayuno básico, pero sificiente. Hamacas del hotel en la playa. Recomendable 100%.

La puerta de la ducha no cierra bien, y sale bastante agua, es el único pero que tiene. Aún así, no es nada comparable con todo lo bueno que ofrece.

L'accès directement à la plage, bien placé pour rejoindre la ville et faire du shopping, deux piscines dont une qui donne sur la mer.

A part un très bon accueil à notre arrivée par les hôtesses, le reste du personnel est non accueillant, non souriant, on a l'impression de les déranger , le ménage est à peine fait.

Strandnähe perfekt, Stadtnähe perfekt, Personal sehr zuvorkommend und stets freundlich.

Frühstück war leider enttäuschend. Früchte, Gemüse und Fleisch sind in einem nicht funktionierenden Kühlregal gelagert. Kaffemaschinen funtionieren schleppend und macht keine Freude diese zu bedienen.

Staff so friendly and helpful ! Lovely room with a view out to the sea, good location, close to many restaurants and bars but far enough away to not be disturbed by the noise of the bars at night. Beachfront swimming pool was lovely.

Shower was pretty average but everything else was great.

The food and beverages staff were wonderful, discussing mention to Mild, Ko, Job and Tawan. If get a salute at the front gate every time I passed. And very much enjoyed the little balcony. At the quiet end of the main street but about a 10 minute walk to central.

This is a Gem of a hotel!! We have loved our stay here . All the staff are so welcoming & attentive & on the best bit of the Beach away from all the hustle. The rooms are large & very clean. Its a smaller hotel so now after 9 days we feel like family . Breakfast is just enough & they make amazing Omelettes. We have had lunch a few times & the spring rolls are the best i’ve had yet in Chewang . Overall a really great place & they are constantly updating & working on the building & grounds . Don’t listen to the bad reviews , Just come & have a fabulous time . Thank you to everyone who has made our holiday special here so far .

מיקום מעולה, קרוב למרכז העניינים אבל לא ממש בלב כל הרעש. החוף של המלון היה מבחינתנו יתרון משמעותי, יפייפה עם מיטות שיזוף ומחובר לשאר החופים אז אפשר ללכת לאורך החוף במקביל לצ׳אוונג ולהתחבר אליו. פחות דיבר אלינו אבל קרוב מאוד לחב״ד ולמסעדות הכשרות. ראינו כאן תגובות חלוקות על ארוחת הבוקר, לדעתנו הייתה אחלה ארוחה שסיפקה את כל מה שצריך, פשוט לא לצפות לשפע של אילת.

השירותים היו טיפה לא מתוחזקים (ראש מקלחת ישן, אין צינור דוש, מים קצת בורחים לשאר הרצפה כשמתקלחים) אבל כן נקיים!

Location, staff, beach

We had a wonderful stay at KC Beach Resort. I think the resort is on the best part of Chaweng Beach. 'X', Aem and Mr Sam made sure we had everything we needed. You couldn't ask for better service. Rooms are big, with huge spa baths. The massages on the beach were great as well.

Very well positioned rooms and villa complex in the heart of town. Short distance from airport, with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants in walking distance. Very peaceful by pool and direct access to beach. We stayed in a 2 room villa which was beautiful...very small plunge pool and patio area, but 2 other pools on the complex for more swimming. Master bedroom has huge ensuite with wardrobe. Only hanging space in 2nd bedroom. Staff friendly and helpful. Wifi and air con were very much appreciated. Breakfast only served til 10am, with eggs cooked to order. Would highly recommend ...especially for the setting, accommodation and pool-outdoor area. (Nothing inside.) Didnt eat lunch or dinner there so can't comment.

We coming in this hotel third time now. Good service, good food in restaurant, personal smiles and always ready to help you. Good cleaning as well. Musik by the pool could be more relaxing, so it could be for any kind of people🙏😎 Maybe soon renovation good idea 👌😎

Location was great and the staff was very accommodating.. i loved the simplicity of being able to organise the scooter through the hotel directly.

The water in shower is horrible. Have to run the shower fir atleast 20 minutes. I was changed rooms and had the same issue. Had a huge spa that can only be used as a bath. I had the luxury sea view room. Was not worth the money unfortunately due to the Hit water situation. I enjoy a hot shower. The water was not even warm. If it wasn't for the staff i would of left and not stayed at this hotel.

Pool was dirty baths didn’t work over price and they will do anything to keep you deposit! Cons worse hotel I stayed in the hole time I was there !

Getting charged for a child’s bed at the property

A hotel with a very poor level of maintenance, we invested so much money in this vacation and in the end we arrive at a hotel of such a poor level, it seems that with the investment of the hotel owners they could have upgraded it to an outstanding level until they did not do it, for those looking for a clean and tidy hotel that will prevent them from coming here, the staff tried every way to help, but it was beyond their ability. It is dirt that has taken root deep into all the room facilities, it is unpleasant to shower there, we had to shower with shoes on, it is unpleasant to sleep and not touch the bed linens, it sucks, so we left the hotel in the middle of our stay, the hotel was not willing to refund our money and did not even agree to a partial credit, we moved to another hotel in order not to ruin our entire vacation, pay attention before you choose a hotel!!
