Прекрасний вид з балкону. Чудове розташування. Прибирання кожного дня. Привітний персонал. Загалом залишились приємні враження від перебування в готелі.

Зовсім не має посуду, хоча б для фруктів, також не вистачало холодильника.

Il punto di forza dell'hotel è sicuramente la posizione strategica in cui si trova, attraversando la strada puoi decidere dove andare al mare scendendo un po' di scale, in piu' è vicinissimo a isola bella, fermata autobus a 30 mt e funivia a 50mt e vari market nelle vicinanze, il personale è gentilissimo e pronto ad aiutarti per qualsiasi cosa.

Innanzitutto avevo prenotato una camera di 30mq ma la stanza non arrivava nemmeno 15. La struttura è molto vecchia e avrebbe bisogno di una bella ristrutturata a cominciare dalle porte delle camere( per aprire la mia ho fatto non poca fatica tutti i giorni della vacanza). Poi la sala colazione/pranzo rimasta agli anni 70 con alcuni accessori da sostituire tipo le griglie dell'aria condizionata per dirne una. La colazione è scarsa, pochissima scelta soprattutto nel salato. Questa non vuole essere una critica ma un consiglio perché poi x il resto è tutto funzionante e il personale è davvero gentile e disponibile!

The room provided was entirely unrepresentative of the photographs published on the various booking platforms they use. Our room was run-down and dirty, the bathtub was stained, and the advertised terrace consisted merely of a table and chairs placed directly in front of our door in an exterior hallway. Furthermore, contrary to the published photos, there is no pool on site; instead, guests must take a bus/taxi ride and pay an additional 17 Euro per person for access to a Lido that includes the pool. The worst part was navigating the 3.5-minute walk from the lobby to our room. This walk was long and arduous up and down several staircases and was unsafe, as the path was frequently dark and the automatic lights were unreliable. When we raised these concerns with the staff, the issue was dismissed with the claim that we had booked an "economy" room. However, we booked through one of their preferred platforms, which did not list the room as economy, and all available options were similarly priced.

Персонал на сніданку трохи грубуватий. Інше все було добре. Єдине, що готель розділений на 2 частини. Одна внизу, а інша нагорі. Так от мені дісталась та що нагорі. Чудовий краєвид, але піднятись туди! Їдеш на ліфті до 5 поверху,потім сходи вниз, потім вгору. Потім ще на другий поверх. 50 метрів до пляжу це від дверей нижньої частини і вертикально.

Romslig balkong og utsikten var flott. Gode senger. Veldig hyggelige og hjelpsomme de som jobbet i resepsjonen. God beliggenhet i forhold til buss og funicolare.

Da vår bygning (det er 2) lå oppe i høyden med en del trapper å klatre, savnet vi veldig et kjøleskap på rommet til kald drikke. Flere ødelagte fliser på badet som er erstattet av andre med annet mønster. Gammeldags vegghengt hårtørrer med én styrke, varmt! Hotellet er slitent og utdatert, trenger generell fornyelse.

I will start with the good points although there are not many. The location is good and the views are amazing. The cable car station is right next to the hotel and takes you up into town for 10 euro return. Isobella beach it accross the road up the steps to get to it are very steep. Now for the negatives the staff are extremely rude at reception and very unhelpful. The rooms are outdated with broken furniture and a shower that is so small. Bathroom tiny difficult to get in and out of. The hotel looks like it has not been decorated since 1960. It’s not a 4 star at all it’s not even a good 3 star. The free parking that is advertised is never available so you have to pay and it can cost about 30 euro a day ! Expensive. They don’t have a pool you have to use the pool at the Ipanema hotel down the road. This is the sister hotel and the staff there are just as rude and unhelpful, they act like they are better than you. My room was infested with ants while I was there. I reported it no apology !. The lift also broke down and I was on the fourth floor again no apology just a rude comment from the receptionist who said “use it then and get stuck”. I booked a single room for myself. If you are going alone choose another hotel, this one should be condemned. The breakfast is the same everyday cheap ham, cheese, boiled eggs and tinned peaches! No toast.

The hotel is close to the sea, and the cable car. I had a se view room with a balcony, wich was really cool. The breakfast was perfect and diverse with quality cofee.

A személyzet egy része tényleg kedves volt, illetve a hotel elhelyezkedése jó.

Penészes fürdőszoba, a leírással és a fotókkal ellentétben a szobánk egyáltalán nem a tengerre nézett hanem a zajos főutcára. Ezt kifogásoltuk, de a szállás nem volt segítőkész. Négycsillagos szállodához képest a folyton szétcsúszo egymás mellé tolt két ágy, a szakadt ágytakaró, a penészes fürdő, a soha utan nem töltött szappan teljesen elfogadhatatlan. Nagy csalódás volt.

Taormina este un loc unic!

Расположение максимально удачное, близко к единственной парковке, канатной дороге, пляжу, автобусной остановке. Уборка номеров каждый день. Отель старенький, но всё есть и всё работает.

Завтраки это разочарование. Каждый день одно и то же целую неделю, скудно, никакого разнообразия, из овощей - несъедобные огурцы и помидоры, фрукты - консервированные

Estaba en el edificio que está arriba la vista desde el balcón excelente el tema las escaleras, una persona con dificultades para caminar no puede subir y bajar tanto…. En recepción les comenté esto y me dijeron que hay q pedir habitación en la otra parte del hotel…. Ya lo sé para mi próxima estadía…volveré !!!!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Villa Bianca! The location is excellent, and the accommodations are truly incredible. We booked a room with a balcony and a sea view, which made our experience even more magical. Both the breakfast and the included dinner were excellent, offering fantastic variety and quality. We are so grateful for this amazing experience and highly recommend this hotel.

The only thing missing to make everything 100% perfect would be a rooftop pool!

Hotel is very basic but was clean and we only used as a base. We had a great beach view which made up for any shortcomings. Ideally located for the cable car to the main town and this was €10 return. If going to beach highly recommend taking the stairs just outside hotel across the road less steep. The ones by the taxis are steep and smelly. Two beach clubs available one is €35 euros per bed and you can order drinks etc via a qr code the other one is €25 per bed this one you can turn up to the other best to book as more popular. One thing I will say about hotel rooms on the main road is very noisy as there is a Trainline runs under the main road and these trains go past until 11.30 in the evening and start early. Windows have shutters but makes no difference to noise so take earplugs just in case. Bathroom tiny and shower has zero power more a trickle but we made do. Beach shoes are a must buy from the little supermarket before you go as sea is very stoned and hurts feet. Not ideal beach for little kids. Breakfast at the hotel was basic continental we only went down the first day and it wasn’t for us so we purchased fresh fruit from supermarket each day. Rooms have no drink facilities or fridge which is annoying. Staff were friendly and helpful though so can’t fault them so if looking for somewhere with a great morning view and a base then it’s a good cheap base.

Okay, there is something to say. The hotel is positioning itself as 4-star. By the EU standard every 4-star hotel should have fridge/mini bar in the room. None in my case. At check in they were trying to give me a room which one was facing a parking while I had booking a sea view. That was sorted. Also I have booked half board with breakfast and supper. Breakfast doesn't reflect 4-stars quality. Supper was a choice of two dishes for the 1st, 2nd and a desert. The funny thing is if you wanna have a glass of water with your supper than you have to pay for the water. Was no Wi-Fi in the room. The door doesn't lock from inside. The safe box in the room was broken and after three days of chasing to fix it nothing happened. So I had to carry a passport and money with me all the time.

La posizione

La ubicación es la mejor para mi gusto. Se encuentra a metros del Funicular que te sube al pueblo en 3min de viaje. No tenés que esperar mucho porque vas encontra de la mayoría de la gente que se hospeda arriba. Metros de la playa

No es claro con la reserva. El hotel está dividido en dos sectores. El primer es un edificio que está en la esquina que tiene ascensor. Para el otro, que se encuentra subiendo la cuesta, no hay ascensor y tenés que subir unas escaleras. No son graves pero al llegar no lo sabíamos. Las valijas las llevan en auto por suerte.

Going by the sunshades & window signage this place had about 3 names? My receipt says Bar Principe but it's part of the Villa resort, so all good. We enquired earlier in the afternoon about booking for dinner, but the staff member said, don't worry, you will be fine. So, when we turned up no seats outside, the staff member ducked us & didn't come near me! So, we waited for about 40 minutes till a table became free. The meal was good, and our server Armando was a friendly chap. We ordered Risotto Mare & Cotoletta Palermo (chicken I think?) which we both enjoyed but it wasn't cheap, but it was a pleasant night out on the terrace.

J'ai passé quatre nuits en octobre 2025 que j'ai grandement appréciées. J'avais un petite chambre propre et confortable (la douche étant très petite) avec une petite terrasse avec vue sur Castelmola. J'ai apprécié les petits-déjeuners buffets complets et excellents, ainsi que les repas du soir. L'Hôtel est très bien situé, à côté du téléphérique, à quelques pas de la plage d'Isola Bella et à quelques pas des escaliers qui montent au belvédère Via Pirandello et au coeur de Taormina (il faut cependant aimer la marche). Merci à toute l'équipe !

Оптимальное расположение - 10 из 10! Отель расположен в двух шагах и от пляжа Isola Bella, и от подъемника в центр Таормины. Чисто, красиво, вкусные завтраки, есть терраса с потрясающим видом, рядом небольшой магазин, где можно купить воду и необходимые мелочи. Рядом остановка, откуда есть автобусы и до Таормины, и до станции Taormina Giardini, откуда поезда ходят в Мессину, Катанию и Сиракузы (станция кстати кинематографичная, здесь снимали Крестного отца 3). В ресторане отеля меню с хорошими ценами. Кстати, чтобы спуститься в отель из центра, можно идти пешком по живописной лестнице с потрясающими видами на море и залив, лучший путь, чем фуникулер, на мой взгляд. Лестница начинается от обзорной площадки, где видовой бар.

WiFi - единственный минус, ловит хорошо лишь в лобби и ресторане, где завтраки.

Utrolig sur betjening, foruten kafén/restauranten og vaskedamen. Personalet i spisesalen var frekk, sur og lite servicevennlig. Veldig lite utvalg av mat.

I have just returned from a week's stay in the Villa Bianca hotel,while I understand some of the negative reviews I do not agree that it is a 'terrible' place to stay, yes it's is quite antiquated (so are the majority of hotels in this region)but it is clean and comfortable. The lift does not go right up to the rooms at the top of the hotel and there are some quirky steps to climb but the pay off for having one of these rooms is the stunning views and they are amazing. Unfortunately the hotel has no pool but the sister hotel is only a short walk away(minutes) and you can use their lovely roof pool. The continental breakfast was good with a good selection of cereal,cold meats ,fruit and pastries. While we were there we found the staff friendly and accommodating. All in all we had a lovely stay(all 7 of us) and I would recommend staying here.

Sincèrement les seules bonnes choses sont : -La vue au niveau du bâtiment à bord de la route en face de l'hôtel villa sant Andrea. -Proche de la station bus et téléphérique.

Vraiment, il faudra revoir le classement de cet hôtel, il n'est pas digne d'un quatre étoiles : -Pas de wi-fi dans les chambres, le Wifi n'existe que dans le hall de la réception; -Petit déjeuner qualité tres tres basique; -Structure de l'hôtel ancienne; -Un check out a 10h; -la plupart du personnel sont des personne âgées, trop difficile de communiquer en anglais. It doesn't worth the hype !!

L’emplacement est stratégique et central avec un accès direct au funiculaire. Les chambres disposent de terrasses une exceptionnelle donnant sur mer. Le personnel de réception est très serviable et aimable et en profite pour remercier Salvador pour sa collaboration et réactivité pour me changer de chambre malgré que l’hôtel soit complet.

Le petit déjeuner pourrait être amélioré.

Hotel with old furniture, uncomfortable beds, dark room without balcony, very disturbing noise at night at 2 am and at 6 am from the kitchen. Boring breakfast with ready-made packaging, tomatoes and fruit salad chopped the day before, nothing interesting. Shame that there was no refrigerator in the room for water at least even in the summer season, shame that there was no wifi in the room. Disappointed, I do not recommend it.

Il punto forte è sicuramente la posizione, situato proprio su via nazionale a pochi passi dalla riserva naturale di isola bella. Proprio accanto alla stazione funivia di Mazzaró che porta a Taormina. Vista camera mozzafiato. Personale sorridente, gentile e disponibile.

Ho trovato la struttura poco curata. Ragnatele per le scale. Cattivo odore in reception. Sicuramente da ristrutturare, in quanto sia le camere che le aree comuni sono abbastanza retrò. La difficoltà principale consiste nel trovare parcheggio. A quanto pare l’hotel ha a disposizione solo 4 posti aiuto. Tra la struttura e la funivia c’è il parcheggio a pagamento sulle strisce blu molto ambito e affollato. Vi sono inoltre 2 parcheggi privati, anche questi sold out.

Great location for my needs

I booked villa bianca but they transferred me to their partner hotel Ipanema (with the pool). So i cannot rate villa bianca. Ipanema was really nice. A little old fashioned, but I liked that. It had a balcony and was very clean. Breakfast could have been better, but there was fresh fruit and the staff was always very friendly

Dispiace constatare che la struttura non corrisponde affatto alle stelle da voi pubblicizzate!! Non si può dare una camera senza neanche un frigo bar. Televisore in alto a soffitto con inclinazione fastidiosa per chi ha voglia di guardare la tv. Troppe scale a piedi per poter raggiungere la camera !! Da INFARTO!! Infissi cadenti con il rischio di rimanere chiusi dentro!! Insomma un quattro stelle solo sulla carta!! L'unica nota positiva l’aria condizionata è una vista panoramica decente .Per chiudere e stendere un velo pietoso, direi UNA VERA DELUSIONE PER IL PREZZO PAGATO!!

What a great location!! Same view as the 2000 euro a night hotel across the steet and 1 minute walk to the sand. Location perfect. right beside the cable car entrance up to Taormina and bus to/from train station. Also front of house was very accommodating and friendly.

The hotel is located next to the cable cars, so it's a short ride to the city center.

Didn't expect there to be 100 steps for breakfast and the same back to the room. So you have to be in good walking shape to do it. The hotel is in two buildings! The shower is so small and it was difficult to do shower.

Where do I begin, let’s start with positives. The hotel location is fantastic. Close to the cable car and good bus routes either way. Now the negatives. I wasn’t expecting the best after the previous reviews, the room was clean and the housekeeping was good. The room tho was very shabby and way in need of refurbishment. I believe though that while people keep coming they won’t do anything as they don’t care what you think. The breakfast was poor and that’s being kind. I don’t want a full English as that’s not why I go away but tinned fruit and dry rolls with grey boiled eggs and cheapest cheese and ham that’s it. The worst thing tho about the hotel are the staff, rude rude rude. Don’t care, no customer service what’s so ever and it’s like u are doing them a favour being there. Some of them in the outside restaurant are ok but the ones at breakfast are not. The worst though are the reception staff. Not a decent one at all. Rude, unhelpful and clearly don’t give a toss. No toilet paper in the toilet in the reception and when mentioned told to use the restaurant. 2 days later and still no paper and the same rubbish on the floor as two days ago. Do not be fooled by the pictures on the website, clearly the one room that had a makeover for the pictures. You can see a real depiction by the photos posted and taken on 14/06/25. THERE IS NO POOL, it’s at another hotel but is not open. Believe me I’m easy to please but this hotel is awful. I would never go back even if they offered to pay me to stay there.

Overall Building condition is: highly used and old. Pricing for the doubleroom is too high despite being in „Taormina“ and close to the beaches.

Location was great! The room was large with an ocean view balcony which was very nice. Breakfast was decent.

The shower was tiny!

This hotel has been the worst experience ever. I am a single woman staying at this hotel and I don’t feel safe at all. This was not what I was expecting when I booked. No fridge in my room, black mould in my bathroom, shower door is faulty, hot water is nonexistent unless you want to run the shower for 30 minutes before getting in, there are only 3 plug sockets in my room, there a broken tile in my room, the bed doesn’t fit - looks like the room was used as a storage room before and they just decided to turn it into a room one day, the staff are not helpful at all and are extremely rude and disrespectful, they don’t tell you anything about where things are in the hotel or how to get to the other hotels. All in all it’s been the worst experience ever. I would not recommend, you can get better hotels for better prices. This hotel should not be a 4 star hotel it should be 1!

I arrived today and I am sat in a bar in tears. 33 degrees and no air conditioning in our room. Practically had to get on hands and knees for wifi code as it seems there are different passwords for different floors. DO NOT BE FOOLED there is no pool at this hotel! We have asked, nay begged Salvatore (booking manager) for an upgrade; he is the rudest man I have come across. My 69 year old partner literally cannot sit on the loo as it is so close to the shower cubicle and he certainly will not be able to get into the shower as it is so small. Holes in towels, faulty electrical sockets inside and outside our room and nowhere to put toiletries in the tiny bathroom.

Excellent! The staff were friendly and helpful, the range of food was good, and the view of the sea was most enjoyable from the breakfast room. The cleaners were excellent, and the restaurant was quite good and not too expensive.

There was no fridge or kettle in the room. Also, the room I booked was tiny and had no view, I had to upgrade to get a decent room, which had a great view of the sea.

The worst place i have ever went to!! to the point i'm sat here in tears.. staff horribly rude everything and i mean everything (including a cup of ice) an absolute hassle for staff ... air con didn't work, water stopped working!! faulty towers is better .. disgusted in the prices and disgusted in the overall experience ... as a civil servant in my own country i pride myself on manners ..... this was absolutely appalling

What is great about this hotel is the location " Mazzaro ", which includes free parking. The hotel is next door to the cable car bus stop to reach Taormina, and local car hire. The magnificent views from the balcony of our room were breathtaking, reaching far out across the bay to the Ionian Sea. Our room included a shower, a Bidet, sink and toilet with towels and toiletries. The staff were at the very least bilingual, very smartly dressed, polite, helpful and caring. The hotel has a restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating, many other places to eat close by range from top-end restaurants to local cafe food, including two or three local mini markets and takeaways. Our room was cleaned every day. The hotel has a lift with a wonderful roof terrace, sun loungers are available for free. Easy access to the local beach, including the Isola Bella island. Now, this hurts me to end my review like this, as the hotel does appear to be trying its best. If the hotel is reading this, I would recommend new beds and pillows. I found mine very uncomfortable and would not return for that reason. I booked breakfast included, unfortunately, the breakfast was boring and repetitive. Light sleepers, be aware that a very loud train runs close by from around 6 am that may disturb you.

Room wasn’t as expected (10 minute walk away in separate building about 200 stairs) Air conditioning broke, in speaking to staff they were rude and said it was fine waiting hours to be changed into different room. Nice hotel, placed opposite to the beach and near to the cable - the shortest way to the old town. Kind staff, clean rooms, beautiful view from the restaurant and the terrace

This hotel was supposed to be a four ****, it was anything but, the only two good things I can see about it was the shower and the breakfast. the bed was horrible the pillars were flat and unusable, they did not provide any tea or coffee facilities in the room,they charged four euros each per day for tourist tax which is a rip off, the evening meal was not a a buffet it was a set menu, that to be fair was not brilliant, especially if they only had a couple of staff on and it was busy then you were waiting a long time for your next course,they didn't even provide a drink with the evening meal, you were obliged to pay for the drink, as they wouldn't even let you bring a drink in with you. the aircon if you wanted it was not available as it was switched off September 30th, the staff in reception weren't helpful if you really had a difficult situation like transport to places, the rooms weren't that clean you could see dust in various places, The walls were crumbling and you could see damp in them

Basic but fine for a base every things on the door step. Acces to the beach cable cars some shops few eatery’s. We were lucky had a beach view. Lovey sitting out on an evening when we got back or at 5ish when getting changed for going out. Breakfast just eggs cakes breads n meat. Done is though till lunch. We hired a car and could park there to which was handy.

We stayed at the hotel with 2 couples from 29/09 to 4/10. The hotel was recommended by TUI. A few things immediately stood out: The hotel is actually a three-star hotel but its website gives 4; TIU also indicates that it is a four-star hotel.
 This is confusing to say the least. The hotel is split into two buildings one higher than the other. The elevator from the lower building takes you to the roof floor...from there it is still more than 100 steps to climb to your hotel room on the second floor. It is NOT mentioned at reservation that you are staying in the upper annex building. Once there, you notice that there is no WIFI in the upper building where it is stated that there is WIFI in the public areas of the hotel. Even this is not entirely correct because on the roof terrace you have to stay in a radius of 2 meters around the elevator if you want to have connection to the network. Nothing wrong with an older building but: In the room, an access hatch in the ceiling appeared to be still open. In the bathroom you could not hang the shower head in the bathtub with curtain up because the wall hook was loose. There was a dirty cord hanging around twisted on the shower rod. The shower mixer tap could not be adjusted steplessly because it jammed every time; so cold or very hot water.... The toilet seat was missing a few parts and the toilet could only be flushed with brute force. The arrangement for clean towels was peculiar; we put the towels on the ground but in the evening no fresh ones had been delivered. This was quickly remedied, however, after we spoke to a friendly lady. The key to room 112 also fit the door of room 111. The sliding glass doors of the terrace were no longer lockable (defective lock). Walked up the hundred stairs in pitch darkness on 3 evenings; no light was on outside on the stairs at night (Long live the smartphone which then came to the rescue). Very hard mattresses on the beds. The view outside is obstructed by trees (room 111 and 112). The roof terrace of the upper building looks unkempt; empty bottles, ashtrays with cigarette butts, awnings not working and even defective on the ground. At the upper building there are certainly more than 20 rooms there are, however, only 4 parking spaces. The other option is pay parking. Consequence the cars are blocked by cars double parking.... The first evening we wanted to eat in the restaurant of the hotel but we witnessed a fulminant quarrel between the staff where the intervention of a person in charge did not bring any solace...as a result...we looked for another restaurant...because of the too high number of Decibels (95 dB measured via an app). The staff during breakfast was friendly and helpful. Given the class of the hotel (***), breakfast is OK but best not to come after 9:15 am because then they start cleaning up. The room was clean and there was almost no night noise. The location is fine for those who want to combine the sea and the old city. Conclusion: definitely not recommended if you expect anything from a neat accommodation. Maybe if you want to know how things were in the 80s and are not bothered by some imperfections (but there are many).

We were led to believe on LastMinute.com that the hotel was 4 star. The old broken sign on front of the hotel still shows 4 stars, but the new sign above the bar outside shows 3! The main block seemed to be reserved for tour groups staying one or two nights. However we were allocated a room in the ‘annex’, behind and above the main block. 76 steps from the 5th (top) floor of the main building, and then to the top floor of the annex is a further 53 steps. After a week we were still not enjoying the exercise. WiFi was only available in the main lobby and in a small corner of the sun deck on the 5th floor. None at all in the annex. We used all our contracted mobile data and more! Room was fine although it had twin beds rather than the double requested. Fabulous views from the balcony looking out over the bay. Recently refitted bathroom with shower was good. But there were only 3 very soft pillows for the room, and housekeeping were unable to find more. The room safe was in the wardrobe but wasn’t fixed in. There was no refrigerator and no water provided, let alone a kettle and ‘makings’!

Vi fandt en kakerlak på værelset og blev flyttet til et andet værelse. Toiletbrættet sad ikke fast, afløbet i badet var tilstoppet og vandtrykket var for lavt til at kunne vaske hår. Bygningen bærer præg af at være gammel og slidt. Elevatoren virkede ikke - det virkede som en permanent ting. Morgenmaden var kedelig og dårligt tilbedredt. Hotellet har en god beliggenhed, men er bestemt ikke pengene værd.

Room is lovely no faults with that but multiple flights of stairs from one holding to the next to get to the reception / breakfast and Main Street? Absolutely not. If you want to go down the beach it’s another few flights aswell. When we asked to switch rooms to one in the main building with fewer steps they said they were fully booked. Feel as though our holiday has been ruined. We wanted to explore but doing them stairs every time we want to come back up to the room… exploring isn’t happening apparently. Ridiculous. Would not come to this hotel again, but would definitely come to this location.

The welcoming staff and location made this a perfect base for exploring Taormina. Close to the beaches like Isola Bell but also next door to the cable car that takes you right up into the old town! The staff were very accommodating in booking us taxi’s etc.
