Sehr schöner Pool Zum Sonnen Personal sehr hilfsbereit das Bett war bequem allerdings das Zimmer sehr laut durch Motorrad Lärm hatten ein Zimmer direkt an der Straße. Das Essen OK das was ich wollte auf der Karte gab es nicht.

Zu laut im ersten Stock waren die Zimmer. Leider kein Fahrstuhl mit schweren Gepäck kleines Problem kein Safe kein Fön

Mooie ruime kamers. Maaltijden zijn smaakvol. Fijn met zwembad.

王宮の装飾などが、あちこちにあり、ジャワの昔が伺えて良かったです。

TVが電波受信が上手く接続されていないので、観ることが出来なかった。 修理を依頼したが、NG. シャワーのお湯が出なく、水のままでした。洗面所の水道蛇口が完全に閉まらなく、チョロチョロ水が流れていた。

The property ,once impressive, is very badly run down, highly dangerous wiring in room, chipped , wrecked, wasted, neglected surfaces. Busted toilet system, hairdryer from the ‘50….plumbing surfaces with worn out equipment..a total disaster! What was once a lovely hotel with incredible foyer area is now desperately needing a complete total refurbishment. I stayed 25 years ago…the place has not had a cent spent on it…its deterioration is VERY sad. The kind staff really try to do their best but total lack of training. We were the only restaurant clients!

Practically everything ..except the historical entry ..was a shambles. Not necessary dirty but past being shabby this desperately needs a complete refit.please do not believe their internet site…go anywhere else …because it’s trading on a lie .on their past glory….i wouldn’t give it a star rating….ive stayed in better hovels backpacking as a teenager in Afghanistan …pavement and grounds, cracked and dangerous…and sadly the staff need help to train as they are really lovely and doing their best …but they simply can’t save this disaster!

Unless they change their maintenance management this Hotel will sink. I do not recomend this Hotel

The location is near hype places. The staffs are nice. We can stay until passed check out time.

The whole room needs renovation. Smelly room, yellowish towels and bedsheet. No power socket near the bed. It said my room had bathtub but there was no bathtub.

An old hotel with a long history. Good photo opportunity. It is still ok to spend a couple of nights in. Just keep your expectation moderate and you should be fine.

Room facilities and wifi could be better. Breakfast could use more menu.

Staff, pool, breakfast were quite satisfactory. Second room was cleaner after the first night and quite satisfactory. (although not best value for money)

Would have moved to another hotel after the first night except a different room was provided ... live vermin were in the first room, seen on the curtain rail. My room rate was 20% overpriced compared to other accommodation in which I stayed in Solo this visit. (even after the vermin episode) I have been a real estate property valuer for more than 50 years.

The hotel used to be beautiful ounces upon the time….. about 30 years ago. Today is awful, dirty bathroom, dirty linen , broken furniture in the room… I could go on and an but it is not worthy just look at the bathtub photo.

I have mixed feelings about this hotel. On one hand, its a nice and spacious classical hotel with big rooms, a nice and big pool, nice restaurant, a bathtub in the bathroom etc. And it's affordable. On the other hand, it's obvious that the hotel has seen better days in the past, and that the lack of maintenance might be the reason why it looks a bit old, "worn", run-down. I was very excited though, that our bedroom was right at the swimming pool, which is the main reason why i decided to stay there. I wish the bathtub would be cleaned a bit deeper, to make it more inviting to take a bath in it. Also the watertap could be cleaned more, decalcified. The pillow case and bedsheet are fine. The TV 📺 was a bit dark so at some channels you could hardly recognize what you watch. The breakfast buffet is recommendable. The pool is nice, big and clean. The bottleopened could be removed, there's no way i'd use it to open a bottle. The hotel is well located, its easy to get around by walking. In general i am quite satisfied and might stay there again during my next trip to Solo.

Historical hotel with a large yard and welcoming lobby. The wood carving and the complete set of Javanese gamelan makes the hotel lobby unique and beautiful. They play the gamelan in the evening for the hotel guests. Large room but could use new paint and minor repairs, especially the bathroom. Good restaurant and clean outdoor pool. Take a guided tour to the palace "Keraton Solo".

'On arrival told 'Breakfast included'only for 1 morning, not the 3 we would be there. Room smelt of body odours, stains on torn carpet, on walls, no toilet paper, black mould on toilet, brown stained bath, broken cupboards, torn sheets. Left hotel immediately. It's a disgustingly dirty place and probably unhealthy.

This is an amazing old hotel that should improved to catch up with the 5 stars label that they claimed. + the position is in the middle of the city + amazing lobby with traditional Javanese architecture + easy check in process with friendly staff + spacious room if compared with most of new hotels nowadays - breakfast is so far from the expectation, needs alot of improvements about the varieties of the food & taste. - there are mosquitoes in my room that made me hard to sleep - the white towel are stained - I couldn't have hot water during my 2 night stay - and the last, I find there are cocroach in the bathroom. Conclusion: I would be very happy come back when you have improved.

Attended wedding party at Kusuma Sahid Prince Hotel known by KSPH. Nice decoration, total pax approx of 500 , quite crowd since wedding used standing party, over all food & beverage quality stand at average , fortunately live cooking of spaghetti attack the attention. Also available Solo signature culinary Tengkleng. Here under are several things need improvement, old red chair cover as well as skirting, several hanging lamp off, low quality of cutleries (spoon), parking lot is not proper, to small & bothering us

The only good thing about this hotel is their old Javanese architecture with high ceiling in the lobby area, their large swimming pool and their friendly staff. However, the hotel is really old with stained curtain, really old appliances (shower head, refrigerator, air conditioner) and poorly maintained. Gym was not available since the staff said that the machine was broken, room was pretty large but cleanliness should be improve. Handle door is also broken with outdoor chair looks like a nightmare I wouldnt go back to this hotel unless they improve all of the items above

The hotel is on a lush big ground and has old Javanese charm to it. However, these things are not enough to give us a pleasant stay as a five star hotel they claimed to be. The room is big but with mosquitos and noisy air con. The shower head can be changed with more recent one. Shower curtain is old. Towels are stained and thin. Some lightbulbs are gone. Food in the restaurant is mediocre. The good thing is the hotel has an impressive Javanese foyer with high ceiling as entrance and a huge pool. We wish the hotel clean their act and live up to the 5star status they have. The service is slow and inattentive.

We were pleased when we ended up getting a nice looking suite with s queen bed. The thing was the shower didn’t work, the fridge was noisy, & we had to wait a long time for towels & drinks to be delivered. Admittedly, there was a big wedding reception getting their attention & the music was good. Fairly central location. The one way streets are a trap so consider other transportation

The bathroom taps/ sinks etc , need to be maintained ..

My favorite part of this hotel is the swimming pool. Me and my kids really enjoy swimming in the large pool. We stayed in cabanas room with the pool view, the room was clean and quite comfortable. The breakfast was good and vary. The staff was really kind and helpful. Will come back again for sure.

Javanesse atmosphere,,wow,,i;m feel stay in Kingdoom,,,so relax, so fresh,,so quiet,,the buildings are original from empire period,,,soo very nice can stay in prince house.The employee very friendly,helpfull, so many variety breakfast, good taste and can swim at large pool.

The hotel looks nice, after staying there it does show its age. Did have a few issues. First the water, or the lack of hot water to be more accurate. The hot water temperature was equivilant to slightly above room temperature. Great if you want to cool off, but dont expect a hot relaxing bath. Second was the mosquitos. The doors dont seal well and the hotel doesnt do and pest control. My room was always full of mosuitos even after spraying for them, the next day they are back. Found about 1/2 gap at top and bottom of the doors which allows mosquitos to come into room continuously. Last was the "free shuttle service to airport", there is a catch. Must be at least 5 guests before they will extend this curtoisy.

A very comfortable hotel is perfect for a break with the family. The place is right in the middle of town and the hotel atmosphere is so quiet accompanied by a swimming pool in the middle of the room area

First of all, this is a five star hotel. I got lucky because my colleagues - later told me that he knows very well the marketing team - booked the hotel for me and got me a very good deal. A Bungalow Deluxe for IDR 300,000/USD 23 per night hahaha. The website price is IDR 950,000 ++/USD 70 ++. The secon thing, the hotel itself will be suit for people who love the private atmosphere. Also, i am not a fan of high building style hotel with less open air garden. At this hotel, you can enjoy sitting at the open air lobby or veranda with trees. Large swimming pool as well with maximum depth up to 3 meters.

We really liked this hotel. The condition of the bathroom was not good. The rooms need an renovation. It is wonderful to stay at this first 5 star Hotel from Solo. THE STAFF IS EXCELLENT ROOMS ARE BIG And the breakfast is good. Specialy for that price!

This is my first stay in Kusuma Sahid Prince, I arrived around 21.30 in the hotel, the reception staff was friendly and checkin process were fast. I got room no 208 with poolview, the room itself was spacious, but the facilities was poor, bed was not comfortable, there were many spots on the linen, bathroom was terrible (no hair-dryer, hot water didn't work, floor was dirty and dusty, etc). Breakfast was average. I order omelette with special request only cheese & sausage filling, but they gave me wrong omelette with pepper, onion, tomato. Move to pastry station, they only have like traditional cake, they don't have croissant which i think its a must pastry to have in every hotel restaurant. I read an article in lobby that this hotel was renovated on 2009, that's why they need renovation.

Its in old architecture design with traditional, very much interesting to stay rather than other place. But inside the hotel need to do the proper maintenance and upgrade in some of the parts which are already spoiled.

宮殿ホテルだけあって毎晩民族音楽の演奏があります。ホテルは経年変化がありますが清潔に掃除がされ問題はありません。フロントもとても親切です。朝食も種類が多く美味しかったですよ。近くにはサテの美味しいレストランがあります。

Me and my family feel so excited when stay in this hotel. A lot of garden and very nice environment, The only one resort and heritage hotel in this town that i suggest you to stay with your family, Has a big swimming pool also and a large lobby with javanish traditional music.

さすが宮殿ホテル、夕方六時から八時迄ガムラン演奏がありました。とても雰囲気が出ていました。プールで泳ぎましたがあまり水は綺麗ではないかもしれません。コストパフォーマンスは充分にありました。近くにはサテの美味しいインドネシアレストランがあります。ホテルの朝食も種類が多くて二日滞在しましたが全種類は食べていません。

Rooms were old, mosquitoes in the room, Towels were dirty, there was no napkins, there was a hot water kettle, but no Coffee. Shower was broken. Some electricity switches were not functioning. Wonder how this hotel got a 5.star rating. Would not advice anyone to stay there.

ソロバラパン駅からベチャで20分程の所。宮殿のような古い落ち着いた佇まいだった。古い建物故にチェックインしてすぐドアの取っ手が壊れるハプニングがあり部屋を替えてもらった。室内金庫はなく貴重品はフロント預け。このホテルでは毎夜、結婚式があり見学でき貴重な体験ができた。この地域の格式のある有名ホテルらしい。ウエルカムドリンクがあり、また含まれている朝食も種類が豊富で申し分なくおいしかった。ただスーパーが近くに無かった。チェックアウト後に駅まで車で無料送りして頂き助かった。総じて従業員のサービスも親切で満足した。

Nice stay with family

There is more than one hotel with Kusuma in the name and taxi driver got it wrong. Sahid Kusuma has "Prince" in its name.There was a sign at the check-in that said hotel had been renovated in 2008 but we found that various fittings in our room looked in very poor condition, in need of replacement or in need of a coat of paint. Worse still, the bathroom flooded after a shower. The music from the karaoke lounge was very loud even at midnight. And the sound system at the pool outside the room started playing at 6 am. On departure, the check-in staff did not offer the free ride to the airport until we spotted a sign about this service. Driver also did not help with our bags. However, the room was very spacious, hotel looked great from the outside and location near the kraton great.
