Hotel Mansion Del Valle

andava tutto bene, nessuna impressione negativa.

Camera spaziose e accoglienti.

Arredamento parti comuni

This is a traditional hotel, near to the main square of San Cristobal. It’s in a great location, it’s quite large inside. It was quite quiet when we were there so it’s difficult to see what the atmosphere of the hotel is like. But to be honest, we didn’t spend a lot of time there. The staff were lovely. If you’re looking for somewhere clean, well located and traditional then this is the place for you.

Nothing. It’s a good price and location.

Great location, nice view.

The onsite parking and the beautiful terrace room

Our room could benefit from some modernization

Ubicacion y alimentos

Habitación con poco espacio

LA EXCELENTE ATENCION EN EL RESTAURANT QUE PIENSO QUE TENDRIAN QUE PROMOCIONARLOTAMBIEN CON CENA INCLUIDA EN EL PRECIO. MUY BUENA LA ATENCION DEL PERSONAL Y LA COCINA.

NADA.

Parking on site, good breakfast selection, lovely mansion, friendly staff, comfortable rooms, central location

La ubicación y precio

Muy oscura la habitación y muchos escalones

Zentrale Lage

The hotel’s location is excellent, in a fairly central area of San Cristóbal. The hotel is quiet, and the room was clean and aesthetically pleasing. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming.

We arrived late at night after a transfer from Palenque. When we got to San Cristóbal, it was very cold, and the room was extremely freezing — to the point that we had to wear coats inside. There was no heating option in the room. The room remained that cold in the following days, even around noon when it was warm outside. We were given a room with an internal window facing the corridor leading to the other rooms, with no additional window. Although there is a photo like this on the website, in practice the room was very dark all the time, and it wasn’t possible to open the curtain because people were constantly walking by in the corridor. To their credit, we were offered the option to move to another room with an external window the next morning, but we weren’t able to do so because we were in a hurry to be picked up for a tour. I believe these rooms should be priced differently and more clearly indicated. In addition, we were unable to understand why we were given this room when there were available rooms in the hotel, at the same price level and, according to them, of the same quality, that faced outside.

El hotel y las instalaciones.

Internet era muy malo.

Comodidad

Nada, todo excelente

Good service (porters available to help with luggage), a good restaurant, secure parking for motorcycle (reserve ahead as parking is limited), and the terrace was a wonderful place in the evening and early morning.

I needed a porter to open the parking door as it wasn't easy to spot.

Great location, large comfortable room.

Pragtfuld tagterrasse.

For få af personalet kunne engelsk.

Ubicación

Las camas hay que renovarlas

Great location- walkable to shops and restaurants Comfortable beds

There was quite a lot of noise from the street

Tal vez mejor luminosidad.

Very clean. Comfortable bed. Good sized room and large bathroom. House cleaning was very nice and helpful, worked hard to clean my room as I was sick for 2 days. I would stay here again.

No heat. Was able to get a portable heater which was very helpful. Somewhat loud from noise in hallways at times.

Lovely older hotel, close to the centre. The location is important here. It is safe to walk into the Centre. Lots of restaurants. Excellent enclosed parking.

Did not like the food in the restaurant. Lots of better choices elsewhere.t

Instalaciones y amabilidad del personal

Good location

Location , comfort , allowed early check in, which was much appreciated. The staff are beautiful, good people.

Everything was good, only WiFi was a bit slow. Will definitely stay here again.

Location

The staff, the cleanliness

Beautiful, well located hotel with very friendly staff.

No heat and could have better shower head.
