ubicacion del hotel, buena atencion, limpieza y buenas instalaciones, habitaciones de muy buen tamaño

nada, todo normal. Falto probar la comida del hotel. quiza por las 4 noches faltó algun desayuno de cortesia.

Las habitaciones son muy buenas en general...

Que me cambiaron al magnolias suite sin consultarme y cuando llame a la recepción para preguntar por qué no respetaron mi reservación, me respondieron que cancelara mi reserva justo cuando era la hora del check

Son 2 hoteles con el mismo nombre y al llegar al que yo reserve me dijeron que me ubicarian en el otro. Si bien no fue malo. No me pareció correcto

This review is in 2 parts The Hotel The Staff Read other reviews carefully-- you will see mentions of a poor hotel and poor customer service. We booked the 2 bedroom penthouse on the 4th floor.Only stairs and no luggage carts and no assistance. The hotel is worn down.This is really not a hotel with services.Its more like a college dorm that rents rooms. These were issues with our suite. Lock did not work Light bulbs out,light switches not working. Kitchen sink faucet detached Metal garbage cans in bathrooms and kitchen are rusted. Windows are filthy inside and out. Windows in bathrooms have no handle or lock and left open 24/7.Very cold bathrooms 3 TVs in suite no remotes for 1 day after check in. Shower water handles are rusted and leaking No blinds on windows Entry door is a sliding glass patio door to a stairway. Old nasty kitchen utensils. No paper towels Had to request water and coffee kits. The Staff We booked and PREPAID a package for 3 nights including breakfast and parking. Upon check in the clerk asked for a card to pay. After the back and forth about prepayment I gave him a different card and said I would dispute the first charge.They received a double payment.To date no refund. Breakfast is in another hotel restaurant on another street.They only tell you when your looking for the in house restaurant and realize there is none. If you dial 101 for the front desk they never answer.You have to go find someone,who is almost always on their cell phone outside.

El personal fue bastante amable, en especial el recepcionista que amablemente aguardo mi maleta en las instalaciones

Excelente, solo que por estar en el centro, llegar por la tarde-noche es muy dificil

Habitaciones amplias, camas cómodas y ubicación muy céntrica

No sabíamos que el hotel tenía dos edificios, nos tocó en el que no tiene el restaurante ni las áreas comunes más bonitas

El personal es súper amable y eficiente.

El olor de las habitaciones, las sábanas se veían limpias pero se sentían sucias, solo una botella de agua para 2 personas, no había suficiente papel en el baño, esta céntrico pero la calle es muy transitada por coches y gente.

Todo bien.

Poner climas en las habitaciones mucho calor y sacudir había mucho polvo

Viaje de trabajo con una estancia de 9 días intensos de trabajo el hotel fue ideal para descanso, conveniente por estar cerca de muchas opciones de restaurantes y el mismo hotel ofrece servicio de restaurante. La amabilidad de la recepción y todos es algo que resaltó.

All it’s ok

It is a beautiful old hotel close to the center plaza and many good restaurants.

Since it is an old structure, it had a smell of old dampness. Our 1st assigned room was way in back on the ground level. Even though it was very clean and beautifully decorated, it had a strong mold/mildew smell. They were able to relocate us to a 3rd floor room which was much better, but not completely free of smell.

Ubicado a 2 cuadras de la catedral, ideal para llegar caminando, puedes dejar tu vehículo en el estacionamiento que se encuentra a una cuadra de distancia, solo considera eso si llevas mucho equipaje, en nuestro caso no nos ofrecieron servicio de valet o bellboy. Cómodo de acuerdo a su precio.

habitación sucia, con mal olor, el estacionamiento está en a una cuadra y nadie ayuda con las maletas, tocan las puertas a las 8:00am para entrar hacer limpieza, no dejan descansar, hacen ruido desde muy temprano.

Es un excelente hotel, con la mejor ubicación pues todo está al alcance. Se encuentra cerca de los mercados de artesanías, dulces, etc.. Lo recomiendo ampliamente y lo mejor con una atención de calidad y calidez humana.

A very special place

Perfect location downtown. Walking distance to just about everywhere of interest. Unless you are lazy I recommend to eat elsewhere. Food is “‘ok’ but cheap.

n general the property was great but we only stayed for one night and I’m not sure if we were just unlucky but the room smelled really badly of damp and it was really hard to breathe whilst inside the room.

No wifi reception at the room (106) was the most unfortunate problem, unfortunately the staff could not help. The room was a little smaller than what we ordered, we haven't been there much during the day so it wasn't too bad, just disappointing a bit. The staff tried to help but were out of reach.

Hotel was very nice. Well located. Amenities were good. I was pleased with my stay. One one ☝️ concern, desk staff in the morning wasn’t all that helpful as much as the evening staff. Lady at the front desk, I asked for help twice during my stay with my suitcase and with a fan request and she never delivered. She also overcharged me for laundry. Contrary to evening staff, super helpful and amazing with getting me a room fan and helping me with a TV issue. I would stay here again.

Perfect position, very nice room and kind staff.

The bathroom sink was clogged and, although we reported more than once to the staff, nobody fixed it. WiFi credentials had very short duration (probably less than 24hours). It is possible to book Day tours directly at the hotel but the price is much higher than that offered by other hotels.

Property has excellent location. Hotel could'nt accomidate me with parking space. Rooms need some kind off ventilation, air condition or at least fans

Excellent hotel. Super clean and very friendly and helpful staff. Just a few blocks from the main historic square. The rooms are toward the back therfore no street noise is heard. Very quiet. Extremely comfortable beds. It has a colonial feel to it. Definitely recommend it@

El hotel está perfectamente bien ubicado. Súper céntrico con excelente atención y servicio. Muy bonito y limpio. El único detalle es que en las noches se escucha todo en los cuartos, lo cual puede resultar algo incómodo . Nos volveríamos a quedar ahí sin dudas

Property near town center. I didn’t like that in the room there was nowhere to place clothing other than hanging items. No drawers.

The location was so convenient! It is located within walking distance to most of the important restaurants and plazas.
