Reviewed Sep 16, 2026It was a very lovely place to stay. The service was excellent!!
I didn’t like the air freshener smell in the room. I am very sensitive to smells and that really turned me off. I forgot to mention scent free since most places have now become scent free. Fortunately after the first day it did get better.

There was some minor staining on the bed comforter that was likely missed from a previous stay that got set-in after laundering. Not a big deal at all, but worth note.

Reviewed Mar 9, 2026Overall, a good hotel and I had an excellent stay there one year ago. Staff are friendly and helpful, but I would reconsider a stay if there is a large youth sports group booked. That was the case this year and it really negatively impacted the stay of other guests due to noise and the availability of food and drink items at breakfast and pool towels.

We checked in early but did not go to the room till about 10:30 pm. It was 24 degrees in there and took forever for the A/C to reach a comfortable temperature. It certainly got cooler by the middle of the night and we had wonderful duvets to cover up with.

When I returned the towels had been changed and that was it. Nothing had been wiped down; the bed wasn't made, the floors not cleaned, and the coffee etc. had not been restocked.
