It was so nice to see the clean room and that they had most of what I wanted they forgot my extra towel on the foot traffic was not good they had a lot of drug user's in parking lot and dogs around but other then that the stay was good

I do not like the fact that just because I have a pet( which I have to pay more for) I always get put into a down graded room even though I pay more than I would if I didn’t have a pet! I have a small Shih Tzu who stays in his Kennel the whole time! I should be given an upgraded room because I am paying more, not a down graded room!

After asking to switch rooms multiple times we asked for a refund. Was very unclean with stained sheets and bedding.

Easy parking right in front of the room.... Restaurant ajoined to the hotel.. This suite had everything that we needed... It had a full size bathtub, which was a nice change... The bed was very comfortable and clean... The air conditioner and heater worked very well...

It was old and outdated and looked like it needed a good cleaning.. The bathtub was stained on the bottom and we did a good scrubbing with comet...The door hadn't been wiped in the bathroom, and there was a cover for the plumbing by the toilet that kept falling out of the wall..

We have stayed there numerous times and always found the staff and restaurant staff all very friendly and accommodating. Rooms have always been been clean. Great location, !

Tv did not work and it was an inconvenience the first day trying to fix it coming in my room and out. They gave me a 40 discount for this

Customer service and nice quiet room made our one night stay restful and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was also appreciated.

It is an overall wonderful place to stay, it is quiet, clean, staff is amazing. the room is preheated , which means the room is nice and warm when you step in. gereat service after a long day at work/ on the road to come 'home' to a warm stay! Well done!!!

Often then not, we leave early for work and miss out on the breakfast, hence if breakfast could start at 6 , would be for us perfect.

The breakfast is not the best. The butter on the toast was bad/ had a spoiled smell. A tea spoon amount of hashbrowns. Not hot either

There was a lamp on each side of the bed and a plug in alarm clock but no electrical outlet within reach on the one side. These appear to be just for show with no concern about whether they are functional or not. The picture on the TV was in wide mode and very distorted. The settings couldn't be accessed. I think there should have been an additional remote just for the TV.

The breakfast was amazing. Our server was friendly and thoughtful. Our room was cozy. Liked the separation of beds by the bathroom. Made it feel more private. Housekeeping staff was friendly and considerate. Front desk staff were polite, friendly and efficient.

Rooms were outdated. The door to the outside you could see light through. Didn't feel secure.

The AC during the summer and the quiet and soundproof rooms for a peaceful sleep. Could see the parking lot from my room to check on my car

A little outdated equipment

The location for the breakfast was perfect. The breakfast meals were a bonus with great choices and was delicious. Loved that is was right there.

The only draw back was there was no elevator. We are seniors and my husband is on a cane. But, we still loved the stay and will not only come back in the future, we will recommend All Stay Suites to our travelling friends.

Staff were very rude, beds were uncomfortable and room was not very clean.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The pillows on the bed could use updating. The bed's top covers could also use replacing. The one on my bed had black dotted stains on it. The rest of the bedding clean and good.

Love that this property is pet friendly! The outside door access to the room on the first floor, is perfect for ease of taking your pet out for a walk/bathroom break. Room was clean & comfortable. Will stay again!

The rooms that you enter from the front have a dip in the road before you park. Restaurant was closed on the holiday and muffins are not the same as a substitute.

They need an ice hotel in the hotel and should tell the chambermaids when people have a late checkout so they are not knocking on your door. And an extra roll of toilet paper is always great.

Location it was perfect for the wedding I had to attend. The facilities were a bit dated and worn faucets loose the room smelled of cigarette smoke, but the air conditioner almost took care of that. Staff was super kind, friendly helpful, and resourceful. Made me feel very welcome.

As I said, was beginning to look a bit rundown, the blind, which is higher, nobody could reach with split and torn, but it was a large space so you certainly can’t complain if you have two TVs and two toilets to yourself 🤗

Although the hotel is dated, the service is great, price is reasonable, beds are comfy and rooms are quiet. Wonderful stay!

Good price. You get what you pay for. The hotel is old but clean and quiet.

Bathroom was very clean Pillows smelled like smoke, couldn’t use them Every time someone on the upper level ran water, it drained down the pipes and I could hear this until midnight And then it started at 6:00 AM. The room was musty smelling. I would not recommend staying at this hotel. This hotel is dated should be upgraded.
