Como sempre viajo com minha esposa a reserva estava somente para uma!? Achei estranho e solicitaram + 80€ para o Breakfast. Solicitei uma cama casal grande e estava no nosso quarto 205 2 camas de solteiro e até ao nosso regresso não nos colocaram cama de casal que achamos muito estranho e insatisfeitos com a atitude dos funcionários da receção do hotel. Enfim não voltarei mais a esse hotel.

Location was beyond perfect right in the middle of the main promenade 50 yards from the beach. The breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of quality foods and drinks. The room was extremely comfortable, we were offered a room upgrade for a fee which we accepted and was very pleased we did as we were on the top floor with a sea view balcony. Marcel on reception was amazing and went over and above , from offering the room upgrade and assisting on check in to organising a bottle of complimentary wine for my wife's birthday.

Mattress sunbeds would be a good upgrade around the pool and perhaps a larger amount as there is space available although we always managed to get sunbeds together by moving beds around. variation of evening acts could be more varied to suit all ages.

no tener las habitaciones juntas o separadas por puerta. pero no lo pedimos con tiempo. quizás el buffete un poco flojo por no sorprender con algún detalle más. pero acorde a un 4 estrellas .todo muy bien.

nice location& music however the service was not great. Our food took over 1 hour & we had to reorder twice as it was missed. We gave money to pay for drinks and they never brought back the change (€23). When I highlighted this to staff she never came back with the money- whilst walking past she told us we had to go to the other bar with no explanation or apology. We ended up leaving without our money being returned. Great venue & music but very unfortunate about the service. For this I won’t return.

Just back from this beautiful hotel. Absolutely no complaints. The rooms are spotless, massive shower area and balcony. The restaurant was lovely with a varied choice of good food. The staff are amazing, friendly & helpful. Special shoutout to Juan, Luis and Dionna who were fun and worked very hard to keep us in cocktails etc.

The breakfast buffet was too basic for the price. It was in line with an average 4-star hotel, but considering what we paid, we expected much more. The hotel is mainly frequented by an older clientele. Housekeeping could be improved, especially as the sand on the floor was not properly cleaned up. The hotel feels dated, especially the décor, the bathroom finishes, and the reception area. The swimming pool is very small.

Absolutely lovely hotel with very helpful and friendly staff HOWEVER my niece came to visit me for a quick drink at the pool and her 2 year old wanted to paddle in the very empty baby pool. They were confronted by a very arrogant and rude pool attendant who loudly quoted the pool rules which I totally get and understand. This was a 2 year old and could have been dealt with in a much more friendly tone and manner we all Understand rules are there to be obeyed this man needs urgently to go on a customer relations and communication course and needs to smile occasionally

We booked the Seaview Room with a Private Plunge Pool as a treat for our 25th Wedding Anniversary and it was amazing 👍. We were allocated the room on the corner so had a wrap around balcony and windows overlooking the side of the hotel as well as the front. The room itself was huge and spotlessly clean. The bed and pillows were really comfortable, there’s a fridge, kettle and a free safe. We had separate pool towels and bathrobes to use with the plunge pool. The sun loungers on the balcony are brilliant for chilling and the plunge pool is great for cooling down. It’s a bit of luxury with amazing sea-views. We booked breakfast which was a buffet and offered a varied choice including Full English, Continental and an Egg Station, I especially enjoyed the Cheese Toasties. The only downside is the coffee ! It’s awful 🫣 We ate out each evening so didn’t try the evening meals. The entertainment is low key but there were singers in the bar area that were ok. The staff were all very friendly and helpful at reception and also in the bar area. We had an amazing holiday and Yes this room is expensive but worth every penny and we would definitely return again.

The room category designation in booking does not match the actual designation used by the hotel. For example, booking designates the room as “de luxe”, the hotel as “premium”. This results in discrepancies.

Todo muy recogido y en la misma playa! Las vistas desde la habitación, la cama y el baño están muy bien también! Es un hotel muy acogedor!

Que no se permita fumar ni siquiera en el bar terraza de la piscina, y tengas que salir al paseo a hacerlo! El desayuno Bufé es mejorable.

A clean, well-maintained hotel located right on the beachfront. The rooms are spacious, with large balconies, and the bathrooms are also roomy. The air conditioning works perfectly and is very quiet, ensuring a comfortable stay. The bed is comfortable, and the blackout curtains block the light completely, allowing for a great night’s sleep. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of options to suit every taste. I also appreciated that the rooms were cleaned every day. The reception staff were friendly and always responded promptly to any request I had. I highly recommend this hotel!

Returned home yesterday. Hotel was beautiful very friendly staff A group of us stayed for 2 nights. Really enjoyed it we were 18 to 60+ The only negative problem i had was the toilets. You needed a key to access the toilets 9 out of 10 times key didnt work so you have to keep asking at the bar to open toilets.. 2 toilets in total for men and women at pool area. I didnt feel comfortable allowing my girls going into toilets after seeing 4 men entering the toilet area. Im sure this is to restrict only residents using toilets but its a very bad system Toilet doors dont lock.. you have to hold the door. Very uncomfortable The same in the foyer, much nicer toilets but key is still required.. again doesnt work all the time. This is the reason i wouldnt use the hotel again its a pity because hotel was goregous.

I recently stayed at this hotel and felt it was important to share my experience. The hotel itself is lovely, clean, and well-maintained, which was a positive aspect of the stay. Unfortunately, the pool area experience was disappointing. There appeared to be a staff member overseeing the sunbeds and towels who seemed to enforce his own rules, making guests feel uncomfortable and constantly monitored rather than relaxed. In addition, receiving service around the pool was frustrating. The waitress frequently ignored requests, and it often felt as though certain guests were prioritised over others. When service was eventually provided, the level of courtesy and professionalism left much to be desired. Overall, if you are happy to keep to yourself and do not plan on ordering food or drinks around the pool area, you may have a pleasant stay. However, the customer service experience significantly impacted what could otherwise have been an enjoyable holiday.

Stayed in June 2026 Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would recommend this hotel. The hotel was clean, in a great location, and had adequate facilities for a relaxing holiday. The pool area was particularly good, and there was never any struggle to find available sunbeds, which was a real bonus. Breakfast offered a good selection of food, although we felt the overall quality could have been better. Drinks throughout the hotel were quite expensive. One negative aspect was the handling of the beach towels. There seemed to be a strong focus on towel management, but we were never clearly informed of the process. We placed our towels in the dirty laundry, assuming we could collect fresh ones the following morning, but were refused replacements and were accused of taking them. Unfortunately, some staff members were quite rude when dealing with the situation, which left a poor impression. Despite this issue, we were happy with our stay overall and would recommend the hotel to others.

Hotel is in a great location, right on the beach. Pool, restaurant, and bar/lounge areas are beautifully decorated and spotless. Situated a short walk to both the old town and new, it’s a great base. Rooms are modern and clean but small - definitely giving corporate chain vibes. Bathroom was spacious and again spotless. Staff weren’t particularly friendly with the exception of one barman who worked at the pool bar. Breakfast was adequate. Would definitely book again for a 3 nighter.

We stayed at this beautiful hotel over the weekend for my nieces hen. The rooms were lovely, clean and cool. I had a city view room which was a bit smaller but didnt spend a lot of time in there so not a problem. The pool/bar area was outstanding. The staff were a delight and couldn't help enough. We were able to book a late check out at short notice which was much appreciated Our booking came with breakfast which was varied and plentiful. The omelette station was delicious!! Thank you for a very memorable stay - will definitely be returning for a longer stay

Kiváló elhelyezkedés, tengerre néző kilátás. Pazar helyen, mindenhez közel. Minden nap takarítás, tiszta törölköző. A személyzet kedves, a bárban minden kapható. Ha problémánk akadt, a személyzet abszolút segítőkész volt.

Utolsó nap korán indultunk el a hotelből, így az előre kifizetett reggelit nem kaptuk meg. Jó lenne, ha ilyen esetekben gondoskodna erről a személyzet egy csomag formájában, vagy ne számítsa fel az utolsó étkezést húzós áron. A recepciós ráadásul nagyon mogorva volt és flegma, és a kihelyezett kávégép és csomagolt keksz ezt a reggelit nem helyettesíti. Illetve a falak nagyon vékonyak, a felettünk lévőtől nem tudtunk pihenni, ezt kénytelen voltam jelezni a recepción.

Food choice were good but could be improved a bit more

Stayed here from 16th May until 19th May. The hotel is lovely, in a great location and lovely rooms. We stayed in room 1107 - sea views, and large balcony. That ends the good part! The Hotel has a obsession with their beach/pool towels (provided in your room). You are advised by the young man in charge of the pool area that you cannot put your towels down and leave - amazing just what you need no sunbed wars! However, if you go for lunch and away for more than 45 minutes (even though you've been there all morning) he takes your towels and belongings away!!! On checkout we asked to use the courtesy room for a quick shower and change of clothes. No problem - but no towels were provided so we used our pool towels and left them in the room. 3 hours later I noticed when I was at the airport I had been charged €50 on my bank card. The next day I rang to investigate the charge - after 5 phone calls (majority cut off) 3 emails (no response) it was for the towels that I had apparently stolen!!!!! No refund, no response! Beware they steal from you!

Die Frühstückskantine war am 1. Mai sehr überfüllt und laut und das Essen war durchschnittlich obwohl die Auswahl gross war. Der Kaffee aus dem Automaten war fürchterlich.

Лучший отель на этом пляже. Виды с балкона шикарные. Сам отель современный, комфортный, с хорошей кухней. Разнообразные вкусные завтраки. Рядом с отелем находится очень хороший рыбный ресторан. Старый город , смотровая площадка, пляж Поньенте, кафе, бары, рестораны, супермаркет, аптека - всё в пешей доступности. Пляж чистейший, мелкий вход в море - всё идеально.

За 6 дней пребывания в отеле у нас ни разу не убрались в номере, не сменили постели. Песок был просто везде, на полу, в кровати, в раковине. Кроме замены полотенец уборка вообще не производится.

Second time at this hotel in four years and it’s brilliant, perfect for people watching, perfect location and very clean. Highly recommend. We had a family suite, and although it was small it was ok and with a sofa bed. (Not too comfortable)
