All singles, and they refused to make them into a double ……..poor for a romantic break Breakfast repetitively, often stale bread and pastries, eggs etc hanging around for hours.. had to get own beverages out of a machine!! Poor quality Coffee in room cheap and unbranded, not drinkable, no milk OVERPRICED, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO HELP WITH BAGS, AFTER LONG JOURNEY GAVE US WRONG DOCUMENTS. WRONG G KEY, WRONG DATES ON FORM. Lots of sorting out

Iba pensando en un piso 23 que ponia en mi reserva y me alojaron en el 21, me dijeron que era mejor habitacion pero me quede con ganas de comprobarlo por mi misma y eso que la que me dieron estuve a gusto pero no se trata de eso.

OM criança porque tens quarto separados , a vista é um sonho atendimento maravilhoso espero voltar , alimentação e gostei bastante tinha sempre o que escolher poderia só ter mais algumas opções para criança minha filha muito seletiva quase não comeu mais para adultos nada falta .
Gostei de quase tudo só acho que poderia ter um pouco mais de opção para crianças na questão de alimentação minha filha mal comeu , mais para adultos achei ótimo poderia ter um bar na piscina

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026The beautiful sea view 😍 Big spacious room with comfortable beds and pillows. The fridge was just great. There was a good variety at the buffet. Hotel is centrally situated plus point. 👌 And the staff was super friendly 😊 will definitely come back !
The room furniture was a bit outdated. An upgrade would be great. And something on the wall to give it a warm feeling. Other than that everything was perfect.

Sajnos a Booking úgy hirdette,hogy transzferrel visznek a szállodába de nem jött értünk traszfer ;(( Ez nagyon undorító húzás volt mert +100 euróba került és ha itthonról rendeltük volna akkor csak 30€ Ezért szeretném ha a pénzemet vissza utalnák mert ez inkorrekt húzás és így soha nem fogok itt szállást rendelni Tisztelettel Olaszné

revoir le système de climatisation : les bouches sont situées en face des lits (l'air tombe directement sur la tête!) malgré le réglage au minimum c'est aussi trop froid et trop fort (ventilation) le rideau occultant laisse passer la lumière

Reviewed Jul 16, 2026Mieliśmy super apartament z widokiem na morze. Komfortowy, wyciszony hotel, wygodne szerokie łóżka. Mały kącik kuchenny (można umyć i pokroić owoce) z małą lodówką, gdzie można schłodzić napoje. Piękny długi basen, przy którym jest dużo leżaków. Wspaniałe śniadania.
To nie jest minus, tylko życzenie na przyszłość. ;) Fajnie by było zostawiać rolkę ręcznika papierowego i małą gabeczkę do mycia naczyń w kąciku kuchennym :)

La atención del personal. Lola en recepción es una profesional en la atención al cliente, Maria también súper amable.
Que en la terraza el murete impidi la visión total del mar. Deberían cambiarlo por cristal. La.piscina es muy pequeña y no hay bar.

We stayed in the suite, which was spacious, very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the hotel.
When we arrived, the air conditioning was not working, and it took some time before it was fixed. Another downside was that the parking was not included in the room rate and had to be paid separately. Also, considering the overall service, we felt that the price was a little high.

Things to improve: Lift: you have to wait for a bit for it and you don't know if it is on your way to your floor or not Swimming pool: could do with a mini bar and some entertainment. But I understand that it is surrounded by residential properties and this could be of a nuisance to the neighbouring building

No nos gustó la comida, considero que en el precio que se paga en este hotel deberían variar más los menús, no se puede poner todos los días arroz de primero, y los segundos la calidad de los alimentos deja mucho que desear.

Personal amabil, mâncare gustoasă, suc fresh dimineața, inclusiv șampanie:) 🥂 Marina - doamna ospătar tare drăguță, responsabilă, pozitivă și atentă cu toată lumea, chiar dacă era obosită, mereu zâmbitoare.
O mică remarcă, micul dejun nu prea variat, a fost același în fiecare zi.

Le nombre insuffisant de chaises longues a la piscine , celle-ci est également partagée avec les appartements voisins. L'horaire de fermeture, le soir (23 h) , de la terrasse de l'hôtel. Le manque d'animation. Un bémol également pour les entrées répétitives au restaurant.

Personalul foarte slab pregătit, cu mici excepții, mic dejunul destul de slab, iar dacă vrei o cafea până la ora 8 a m e imposibil de obținut.

Хотелось бы продлить время завтрака - до 11.30 хотя бы. Все таки на отдыхе хочется подольше поспать.
