There was no hot water
I likeed the clearness of the rooms.
I didn’t like the fact that the parking is far from the rooms and that we had to walk a long distance to get to our rooms. I also didn’t like that we couldn’t shower at night and in the morning because the water was cold.
It has become our family's favorite weekend getaway
The serenity that nature brings, shifting one's focus from daily stress, mind calming environment, plus how the captured the history is beautiful
Food is not allowed and that's ok. But if the food is inside my car, I don't see why it should be a concern.
I always book Kedar whenever I attend an event at sun city.I happy with the place and location.
The breakfast is disappointing 😞
A well-maintained lodge with clean facilities and a great location close to most tourist attractions. The breakfast was delicious, throughout our stay. Game drive was amazing, thanks to a knowledgeable & friendly tour guide.
Nothing
Neatness and friendly staff.
Connecting with nature
Breakfast was not good
Great location, awesome stuff and the game drive was cute
The food wasn’t so great especially the cocktails I ordered a whiskey sour it was so terrible I complained and after one sip and the manager didn’t seem to care I took it back and still had to pay..terrible service there
Beautiful rooms and grounds. Lovely shower and comfy bed. Really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Quick and easy route from Kedar Heritage Lodge to the Pilanesberg Bakubung Gate.
We checked in at 16:30 and our room was not ready at arrival. We had to wait 20 minutes for staff to finish cleaning. The car park is quite a walk away from the rooms. On our first night, loud music was playing until after 23:00 and no one informed us about this beforehand.
The surrounding of it and nature
Bathroom not so clean
Great food and ambience
No braai facilities
The grounds are beautifully landscaped. It feels private and safe. We saw kudu and impala and giraffe on the property on the drive in. The room had good wifi, hot water, and heat. Also nice to have a small refrigerator and kettle.
The food was good at the buffet but the hot food could have been hotter.
The game drive, the reception staff, the restuarant staff and the game drive driver.
The food didn't taste as well as I had hoped but it was good.
I like the unit I stayed at,and the fact that you kept the place historical
There was nothing I didn't like
The rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast was excellent 👌👌
I did not have water to bathe in the morning.
Breakfast was good however a dinner a horrible.
Our room section didnt have a WIFI which made our stay boring as I had some online meetings to attend in some nights, It was very cold to go a sit in a public space just for a WIFI
The staff is so friendly from the security, reception ladies and the kitchen and cleaning staff. The breakfast was nice. We really enjoyed our stay.
Nothing at all
The property was Amazing
All was perfect
Friendly and knowledgeable staff
Staff was friendly and accommodating
The place is beautiful and relaxing
could improve the breakfast menu The pool is also in the shade makes it impossible to swim in warm weather
The room was clean and very comfortable to stay in. Not to forget to mention the place is stunning was able to take photos and the staff was very welcoming and friendly i even enjoyed the breakfast.
I only didn't like the super it was no.no.to me because myself i love traditional foods which they didn't have .
A antiga fazenda do Presidente Kruger. Precisa dizer mais alguma coisa. O lugar exala História. Os atendentes são todos atenciosos e prestativos. UM dia perdi minha carteira com todos os cartões de créditos e uma funcionária saiu com lanterna me ajudando na busca. ACHAMOS a carteira!
PARABENS!!!!
Location to everything
TV channels very limited
The friendliness of the staff and the excellent location made our stay truly enjoyable. It is the perfect place for a quiet weekend getaway, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

The deep history, the calm environment and the amazing staff
I feel the food could have a bit better
Breakfast was absolutely fantastic at all times. We enjoyed our dinner. The room was good too.
Opening a door or windows is risky. Monkeys were everywhere getting in and out.

Loved everything about the place. The peacefulness, location and the flora on the plot
The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Ranger on the game drive was also very knowledgeable.
It looks like the establishment was opened in 2006. Which is about 20 years ago, but it appears like very little maintenance and improvements have been made. It is not maintained and is very shabby. The artefacts on display are in poor display condition and has not been done tastefully. The furniture in the rooms are weathered and beaten and the curtains and linen are left much to be desired. We upgraded our room immediately as the Delux rooms are horrible. The Lakeside Rooms are better but the curtains are so dusty and dirty if you touch them it leaves your hands dirty. Outside our room at the back was old Woolworths paper bags and garbage. There were also bird droppings inside the room. The restaurant is not open for dinner and you must have dinner in the pub, from the pub lunch menu. Not ideal at all. The restaurant is only open for breakfast and that is a tragedy in all respects. I managed to get some pics of the breakfast buffet about an hour into breakfast service. Overall a very poor experience. The staff are however wonderful and they try hard as they know they’re dealing with potentially very unhappy guests.

Nothing
Breakfast, very good breakfast
Dinner/Lunch: The food was terrible. Even after requesting to reduce the salt in the dishes, we weren't able to eat them because of the salt; the food was served very cold as well.
Oh man everything about this place is giving high rate. The staff is amazing from the lodge manager Tsholo, Mr Moyo and the rest of the team you guys are amazing your customer service is on point. The place is neat and peaceful my kids didn’t want to leave. Parking is secure and the breakfast is to die for really thank you for making mine and my family long weekend amazing. See you soon
Couldn’t do game drive because of the mud and spa was fully booked and it’s all my fault for not booking in time

The food at restaurant was very small portions for a expensive price.
Food was good
Spiders on the thatched roof
Location and the area was homely , the beautiful landscape and scenery was marvelous, thatched rooms that makes you hear the sound of the birds.
Room cleanliness was exceptionally too poor , bedding wasn't changed and had stains on the sheets , and the pillows showed sings of dirt on them , looks like bedding is changed on weekly basis , not regularly as is should be for hygiene , and their breakfast buffet according to my understanding, guests are allowed to serve themselves,
Nature
Thier facilities need little upgrade
The lodges smelled terrible due to rain on the thatches.
The smell on the thatches and no network on the lodges that were roofed with zinc. Their restaurant looks like a museum. Not friendly but intimidating.
The place to sleep Staff friendliness
I was happy
The super friendly staff
Everything was perfect
Beautiful breakfast
All was great
Uniqueness of themed decor.
Some facilities were looking tired and needing attention, such as the spa pool.
Is quiet.
The history of south africa
The History there is out of this world! But it’s run down needs a cash injection.
No phones in rooms, breakfast was sub standard.
It’s refreshing
The service for food they are slow
Interesting set up Nice location People great
Needs an upgrade. Ants everywhere in the rooms
Breaksfast buffet served in main dining hall, very delicious

A beautiful and tranquil setting steeped in history
Wi-fi didn’t reach our rooms
The staff were very friendly.
It’s a very nice place
The fact that they don’t have transportation from the security gate to reception of moving around the area

All the history
The place was clean, beautiful and the staff was great.
It was so disappointed that we are not allowed to bring food, the restaurant closed at a certain time and we didn't like the food.we had to sit outside next to the road with my family and a 2 year old it was cold and raining because food is not allowed. It was my first time going to a lodge with food not allowed. People have different taste when it comes to food allow them to eat what they want they already paid for the accomodation.
Everything was exceptional

The breakfast was amazing, the bed was very comfortable and they welcomed us warmly as always.
The only thing I was not happy about was that I had requested a romantic setup in our room as a pre anniversary wedding gift for us,which wasn't done.I had sent an email almost a week prior to us checking in and spoke to them upon us arriving, just to remind them, but when we returned later on from the event we were attending they didn't no any of the things I had requested.
Very clean,friendly staff
The bed was not comfortable
