We had blackouts every single night that lasted for awhile WiFi wasn’t working a lot of times We had a broken airconditioning that wasn’t fixed during our 5 night stay. It leaked a lot. My husband accidentally broke a chair when sitting on it and they charged us almost 3000 zar for it. Instead of getting an apology because he could have been hurt, this situation lingered until we left and ruined part of my holiday because it gave me so much stress There was mold on the shower math

The area and Friendly staff like, Tshiamo,Grace andTebogo went out to serve us making our stay a great one. The nicest person is the garden boy who washed our car the day we were checking out and our car was clean. Keep up the good work 👏

The WIFI didn't work the whole six days we were there and Nthabiseng said that we can change the room to the luxury rooms because the WIFI is working in those rooms however when you check when you book WIFI is included and no one is mentioning which rooms are better than the others. We used our data the whole six days and if it was good management they would have moved us from room 1 to the better rooms where network was good instead we were told to pay extra money.

The rooms are very nice, the food at the restaurant is amazing, it’s easy to get in and out, and the staff is very accommodating. We were in for a wedding and they made sure we had what needed when we needed. They even washed my husband’s car during our stay. Very nice touch!

The breakfast was quite slow

Rooms were clean and comfortable, my kids enjoy the swimming pool and we had braai and everything were good . Breakfast was delicious. This one finish me 👌🙆‍♂️🙅‍♀️when we wake up our bakkie was clean

DSTV was not working so I couldn't watch the rugby. Dinner food: pizza too saucy. Steak was not tender and served with table knife.

It was our second stay at TshiBerry. While the last time the restaurant area was very small, there is now a separate breakfast and dining room which is very nice concerning design and furniture. Breakfast and dinner were very good. And on top of that: Elizabeth and the other staff members were super friendly!

The place was booked for us and when we arrived the place is not what we saw on pictures it's all lies it's not safe and it's close to the tarven,between houses,dungent ,between houses ,dirty place we turned at the gate and went back home it's not worth the money the reviews are deceiving

This perfect getaway in the Rustenburg suburbs gives you all you need. Gym, pool, bar and restaurant.

I stayed for 2 nights. The staff were warm,welcoming, professional in all departments,from Reception,to the Bar, Kitchen staff and Chef,Cleaner. I loved the meals served and proportions 😂🙈 The room was spick and span,linen was clean and fresh,I didn't itch from it. One improvement could be supplying Rooibos tea and brown sugar in the room. I did ask a staff member and it was there on my return on Friday evening 🙏🏾 Overall, wonderful stay. Am coming back soon with family. p.s. Thanks for keeping the item I had forgotten behind 😂 Keep up the great work 🙏🏾👏🏾 Love and Light ❤️🕯️

the treatment from the staff it was amazing they were friendly and welcoming and always willing to help, the food God it was excellent and the room they gave us was beyond expectations 😊 I was happy with my stay.

before getting to the place I thought I was in some township wasn't happy with that but once you are inside the place you even forget about the location, that how beautiful it was

The staff were extremely attentive and helpful. They were friendly and welcoming. The heated toilet and blankets made the stay comfortable. The rooms are very neat and pretty. However there are many areas for improvement, breakfast took too long as was very limited. The WiFi did not work the entire week. There was a weird smell in my room and the lights kept flickering.

The place is well maintained, the rooms are exceptionally clean and comfortable. It is well secured, and their staff are friendly and professional.

breakfast wasn't nice at all for the 2 days we were there ,they could have variety of hot food and also normal white and brown bread would work just fine ,they could at least serve normal bread or have rolls instead of the bread that they serve it wasn't nice at all .

The facility was very quiet, well maintain landscape , restful holidays . My kids love their pool and the Spa was also very Nice. It is close to Sun City resort and we made a day Trip to enjoy the attractions there . Good location, well attentionned staff. The breakfast was very good , and also diner.

I want to start this review by saying the staff was very friendly. The room 7 that i stayed in was very comfy. It had a modern look whilst also having the african hut look. The only breakfast I had in Tshiberry was omelette, and it was an omelette I had never tried before. Got to shout to the chef for this amazing omelette. Overall, I definitely enjoyed my stay at Tshiberry

The hotel presents itself very well. The staff welcomed us very nicely and the room and garden where to enjoy breakfast were of high quality. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. Also a spa and a pool are available on the premises.

I am rarely very critical, but in this particular case I was triggered by the 5 stars claimed by this hotel. THIS IS UNFORTUNATELY NOT a 5 STAR HOTEL. Everyone who has been to a 5 star hotel before would probably agree. One really can wonder how it is was possible for this hotel to claim a 5 star rating (it would be a good 3 star hotel or it could potentially pass as a 4 star). Also, the pricing does not indicate that kind of rating. The premises are built to look nice but these are not supported by a typical 5 star hotel infrastructure. For example, the place is still affected by load shedding (including no WiFi available throughout our 1 night stay), the staff is very kind and friendly but unfortunately not trained to work in a 5 star hotel (cleaning staff entering room without knocking, waitress serving at our table while on her cellphone), there should be separate staff working at restaurant and at reception while staff was multitasking, the food offering was limited and the dining venue was not reflecting the typical venue that a 5 star restaurant should have. Again, this is a nice place with potential, but I would recommend revisit the star rating and working hard on the above improvements. Otherwise, a visitor might be disappointed just because of the misjudge in the star rating.

Very nice place with superb value for money. The rooms, especially the bathrooms are very well equipped and comfortable. The place is not far from Pilanesberg so Thiberry is a good option before or after going to the park.

Everything about the place was just awesome. It's a peaceful getaway spot that offers so much tranquility yet is so pocket friendly. The staff is kind, friendly, warm and very welcoming ...honestly, for a moment I forgot I was not at home but the only thing that would remind me was the luxury and the cleanliness 😂😂

Construction happening around the clock on the first night of arrival, however I understand that there's pressure to get the place ready for the holidays and the treatment wrote it all off😅 I'm generally happy and would definitely visit again and even recommend the place to friends and family 👌

The staff was friendly however they could not sort out my wifi which was a big problem because my vodacom signal was 0%. The room was neat and clean.

The guests at the guest house was extremely loud on the first evening I stayed there, one of them even tried to come into my room. My second night was the worst because there is a night club right next to the B&B and they were going about it from 8pm Saturday until 7am the next morning (Sunday) when we decided to leave. It was unbearable, I did not sleep at all. Again on the second night the guests probably came back from the nightclub and made a big noice. It was a terrible experience. The area is very unsafe and in a bad location.
