The pools water were hot and didn't provide any comfort from the heat. The beach is small and the waves made it almost impossible to go in throw all of our 5 days visit. The food in all 3 restaurants were not amazing.

Great location, nice gym and pool

Breakfast is nice, although the presentation could be more appealing. The beach and pool are beautiful, although the pool is not always quiet. The hotel is close to a lovely village where you can find restaurants, laundry services, and other amenities. The spa is excellent and offers very affordable prices. The gym is also a great facility, spacious, well maintained, and equipped with a wide range of equipment.

The room and hotel are not as well maintained as I would have expected, and some of the furniture and other amenities look somewhat worn and in need of better upkeep. I rated the hotel 8.0 mainly because my expectations were much higher for a five star property. That said, we still really enjoyed our stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the quality of service provided by the staff was very good.

The swimming pool and grounds were amazing. The friendliest and most helpful staff. Great breakfast, along with brilliant and attentive service. Picture postcard views everywhere you look.

No real complaints, so please take as constructive criticism-The rooms are getting a little tired looking and the beds could be a little more comfortable. Also a little on the expensive side compared to the rest of Thailand.

We loved our stay! Room was stunning and so spacious. Balcony view was heavenly. Food at the pool bar was incredible, best Pad See Ew I have ever eaten! Breakfast buffet was 10/10

Très bel hôtel. La piscine est absolument magnifique avec sa vue mer. Les chambres sont intégrées dans un grand domaine luxuriant. Il y a une petite plage avec des transats et des canoës/paddles à disposition. Le spa est très bien, le personnel gentil et attentionné. Il y a parfois des offres promotionnelles au spa ce qui permet de tester les massages dans un bel environnement. Le petit déjeuner est très bien avec une vue mer incroyable. Tout le personnel de l’hôtel est exceptionnel, gentil et attentionné. Un merci particulier au chauffeur de la navette qui nous a emmené au port et en excursion (Ford je crois). Il a contribué à la réussite de notre séjour.

Nous avions une chambre classique, très bien. Mais les salles de bain mériteraient d’être rénovées. C’est un peu vieillot. Le rideau de douche en plastique, ce n’est pas très 5 étoiles.

L’emplacement est incroyable. Les chambres avec piscine privative sont exceptionnelles avec une vue à couper le souffle. Le personnel est très attentionné.

Je trouve dommage pour ce standing qu’il n’ait pas suffisamment de transats sur la plage et à la piscine.

Schöne Anlage, sicher schon etwas älter, aber sehr gepflegt, das meiste Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das was viele andere Hotels nicht hatten- einen schönen Badestrand. Hier gabs tolle Wellen und die Kids probierten mit dem Surfbrett das man sich so ausleihen konnte, wellenreiten. Ausserdem haben wir uns auch mal ein Kajak vom Hotel ausgeliehen. Das Frühstück war recht gut, was auch total klasse ist war, dass man gleich ein paar Minuten über den Strand bei vielen Restaurants war. Dort war es überall sehr gut zu essen! Die Zimmer waren toll ausgestattet, wir hatten eine große Terrasse. Das Meer war wärmer als der Pool!

הכל! האזור הכי יפה באי, ריזורט מפנק, שירות מצוין, ארוחת בוקר טעימה ומגוונת. החדר בו התארחנו (דלקוס משפחה עם ג'קוזי ) היה עצום בגודלו ועם נוף מדהים. הגישה לחדרים באמצעות טוקוק. עבורנו זו היתה חוויה. הנהגים היו זמינים בכל עת.

חוף המלון לא מטופח כמו כל שאר הריזורט. יחד עם זאת, במרחק של דקה הליכה החוף חולי ונעים, המים כחולים ונעימים מאוד לרחצה.

הכל!!! המלון המושלם בקופנגן! פעם 5 שמגיעים אליו!!!

Отдыхала с семьей в июне 2026 года в этом отеле в номере с Джакузи. Я прочитала много отзывов перед поездкой и впринципе все что я смогла из них извлечь, полностью соответстовало действительности. Отель устаревший, но местоположение и сотрудники отеля перекрывают этот минус. В итоге мы остались очень довольны своим отдыхом, вернулась бы еще раз с удовольствием,

Virkelig smuk og skøn strand lige udenfor. Hyggelig lille gade med restauranter og butikker ved siden af. Utrolig lækker morgenmad. Virkelig sødt personale. Meget store værelser, god service.

The staff were so friendly and the vibe was very relaxed. The buffet breakfast was beautiful. The shuttle bus up and down the hill was great. The pool areas were well maintained and spacious.

מלון קסום ואותנטי ממוקם על צלע הר בחוף הכי יפה של קופנגן. שירות יוצא מן הכלל של כל הצוות. ארוחת בוקר עשירה, טריה וביד רחבה, קיאקים וסאפים חינם בחוף לאורחי המלון. החדר בעיצוב תאי מסורתי, מפנק ומיוחד, יש תפריט כריות, הנוף מרהיב. הניידות במלון עם רכבי גולף שהיו זמינים בכל עת ולאורך כל היום. המלון ממוקם סמוך לרחוב עם המון מסעדות. הייתה לנו חוויה מדהימה ונחזור שוב ללא ספק.

לא מצאנו משהו כזה. הכל היה מושלם.

המון מדרגות במלון. אומנם יש רכב גולף שהיה חוויה לילדים ותמיד יש זמינות אבל החדרים שהיינו 401-402 היו ממוקמים גבוה ועדין נדרש לעלות המון מדרגות. המקלחת בחדר 402 זקוקה לרענון ושיפוץ

Ingenting, men prisene på massasje og aktiviteter er mange ganger det du kan kjøpe for rett utenfor hotellportrn.

Each and everything about the resort was just perfect, probably even better than expectations. The breakfast was amazing, the food awesome, both restaurants good, spa was perfect, the beach was clean, special mention of the hospitality. Value for money ❤️

De locatie. Het strand. De hotelkamers ( familie kamer) Het zwembad. Hotelkamer bedden zijn heerlijk. Kamers ruim. Badkamer groot. Aanrader.

Het strand restaurant heeft echt een upgrade nodig. De bedjes op het strand zijn verouderd. De roestige schroeven komen erdoorheen en verfschilfers blijven aan je benen plakken. Als je een golfkar reserveert ( gezien de afstanden noodzakelijk) voor ‘over20 minuten’ zijn ze steevast 10min. te laat of je vergeten. 2x zelfs bijna een half uur gewacht. Niet ideaal met kinderen. En juist de familiehuisjes zitten bovenaan in het park. Alsnog zou ik deze accommodatie wel aanraden gezien het prachtig is.

I arrived at a hotel full of trees, a real jungle, crazy and scary climbs, before you even checked in I had already left the hotel and I expect a full refund.

A szálloda nagyon szép környezetben van, a sziget egy kicsit elzárt részén. A szoba tiszta és tágas. A reggeli nagyon bőséges. A közelben van néhány étterem és üzlet.

A fürdőszobára ráférne egy kis felújítás.

Wir sind zum zweiten Mal hier gewesen und fanden die Anlage nach wie vor echt toll, allerdings sind die Apartments in die Jahre gekommen und es wurde irgendwie vergessen hier entgegenzuwirken, schade eigentlich. Dieser Eindruck führt sich am Hauseigenen Strand leider fort.

This is a lovely secluded hotel, perfect if you’re looking to escape the busy and chaotic parts of the island. There is a nice road just outside the hotel with a great selection of restaurants and local food, all at much more affordable prices. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, with a special shout-out to the buggy drivers who were always cheerful, drove safely, and provided excellent service. We stayed in a Jacuzzi Villa, which was spacious and comfortable, but it could definitely benefit from some refurbishment. There were a few outdated features and signs of wear, particularly the balcony doors, the balcony itself, and some of the walls inside the villa. Unfortunately, the jacuzzi tap only ran cold water, so we were unable to properly enjoy the jacuzzi experience, which was a real shame and one of the reasons we chose this villa. The breakfast was enjoyable with good-quality food, although considering how busy the hotel is, I expected a wider variety of options. I was also a little disappointed with the hotel’s beach, as there was quite a strong unpleasant smell coming from mussels attached to the rocks in the sea, which made it difficult to relax and spend time on the beach. One final point is the service charge added to drinks. Personally, I don’t think this should be automatically included, as it left us feeling less inclined to leave an additional tip for the staff. Overall, despite a few areas that could be improved, we had a pleasant stay thanks to the peaceful location and the genuinely friendly team.

Our rooms were located high up and the view from the balcony was amazing. The rooms are very large and spacious. The pool is nice to swim in and there is a stunning view from there too. The hotel staff is mostly friendly and happy to help and assist.

The hotel is located on a steep mountainside. The transfer between the room and the reception or the pool or the exit is done by electric club cars, driven by the staff. They usually arrive quickly when you order them, but we happened to wait 10-12 minutes. Breakfast is served on a large, open terrace, without air conditioning, only fans and not everywhere. On hot days (almost every day in Thailand), it is very hot and unpleasant to eat. Guests are required to take off their shoes at the entrance to the dining room. The hotel is relatively old (the first to be built in this area) and improvement in room maintenance is required. The water flow in our shower was very weak most of the time.

Líbil se nám hlavně náš pokoj s infinity poolem a nádherným výhledem na moře a originální uspořádání resortu, kde vás po celém resortu rozváží vozíky jelikož je to stavěné do kopce. Klimatizace fungovala výborně, do 5 min byl vychlazený celý apartmán. Velké plus dávám i za možnost komunikace přes aplikaci Whatsapp.

Nemáme asi žádné výhrady, akorát snídaně byly každý den stejné a první den nás překvapila ještěrka v ručníku, ale tak to se v exotické oblasti může stát :)

Die Lage ist gut, der Ausblick aufs Meer war sehr schön. Das Frühstück ist lecker und vielfältig. Auf dem Gelände wird man mit Golf Karts von Ort zu Ort gebracht. Das Wasser am Strand könnte etwas klarer sein. Ansonsten ist der Strand aber sauber.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Jacuzzi Badewanne - das lag etwas weiter weg vom Hauptbereich, einen steilen Weg hoch. Aber es gibt ja die Golf Karts, die sofort kommen, wenn man sie ruft.

Staff are delightful, genuinely friendly and engaging. Resort is private and beautiful. Beach is amazing.

Breakfast was good although was disappointed that poached eggs were cooked then left on a plate until ordered. I recieved cold poached eggs. Didn't co.plain just didn't order again figured it is a western food that was lost in translation. There was plenty to eat at breakfast so wasn't concerned.

צוות נחמד, ארוחת בוקר לא רעה. יש ליד המלון מסעדות מעולות וחופים יפים.

היינו במלון לפני שנתיים ומאוד נהנינו אז חזרנו שוב. הפעם החוויה הייתה שונה ולא לטובה.. המלון מרגיש מוזנח ולא מתוחזק, החדרים מיושנים מאוד ואין בהם אווירה נעימה. לא היה לנו זרם מים וזה היה כמעט בלתי אפשרי להתקלח ולמרות שביקשנו שיסדרו זה לא השתפר.

Die Lage ist gut, es ist an einem kleinen Dorf mit einigen Restaurants und sehr ruhig.

Das Hotel ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen und Wir hatten leider Ratten in unserem Zimmer, die haben in der Decke gewohnt, kamen ab und zu aber auch runter

Wir hatten so tolle Tage im Panviman🥰 die Stimmung, die Ruhe, die netten Menschen, Herzlichkeit, die MEGA AUSSICHT, die gesamte Anlage etc. Wir waren SEHR SEHR BEGEISTERT 🤩 und wollen wieder dort hin! Wer Ruhe und Paradis möchte, muss dort gewesen sein! Außerdem Top Frühstück, Service und Spa! Am Strand gibt es eine kleine Straße mit lokalen Restaurants, Massagen etc. Insgesamt wirklich 12/10

Room was large. Location was great, beautiful clean beach with golden sand nd nice infinity pool. Good breakfast selection. Staff were friendly and polite. Room was replenished with water which was appreciated in the hot weather. Good value for money.

Room had a strong smell of damp or mould. Upon check-in I was told I had not paid, and I had to go back through my emails/bank payments from few months ago to confirm I had. Booked superior sea view room however the seaview was limited. My salutation was incorrect, despite mrs listed in booking. Entrance to room was from the terrace which I did not like. Insufficient mirrors and room was fairly dark. No drink service by the pool and limited staff around pool/beach.

Fantastisk! Bestilte oppholdet sent på kvelden med ankomst 1 time senere. Rommet var ikke klart/ledig, så fikk gratis oppgradering. De ansatte var supersnille. Vil definitivt bo her igjen neste gang jeg er på øya. Scooter/bil anbefales om man bor her.

Det kom noe kloakklukt når man brukte springen på badet. Ellers småpirk: De burde trimme trærne slik at utsikten blir bedre enn den allerede er.

Un resort limpio con un personal amable. Las camas son muy cómodas , el mantenimiento del resort , jardines , piscina me gustó mucho .Te preparan un pequeño detalle para tu cumpleaños.

Los baños necesitan un poco de actualización, el grifo de la ducha , la pica y la zona de la playa que pertenece al resort , cuidarla un poco más .El trasporte es un poco caro si lo contratas, 300baths por persona.

Love that the resort is on the beach and feels like its own little oasis.

The amount of steps make this resort quite inaccessible and tiring in 30 degree heat. The beach staff where extremely slow with drinks and the water sports person was rude to us when we used a kayak telling us we should have been back earlier and 30 mins time limit, this was not made clear to us when borrowing and the other kayak was available so I don’t see the problem. Being in the jungle the mornings were very noisy from our villa with wildlife which can’t be helped.
