Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Besonders Trix und die nette Dame der Rezeption, sowie die Männer am Strand. Sie geben den ganzen Tag alles. Immer hilfsbereit, speditiv und mit einem Lächeln. Auch die Dame der Zimmerreinigung war perfekt. Vielen Dank allen 🙏🏼 Das Dinner vom Sonntag direkt am Strand mit traumhafter Livemusik und Feuershow war 1A. Die 1600 Baht pro Person sind absolut gerechtfertigt.

Wir hatten ein Ocean-Zimmer mit direktem Strandzugang. Leider roch es vor dem Haus und manchmal auch im Zimmer recht unangenehm nach Kanalisation. Im Zimmer wurden dafür morgens und abends jeweils Duftkerzen angezündet, was wir als sehr angenehm empfunden haben.

No tengo palabras para describir el resort. Es todo el una maravilla. Empezando por la habitación : súper grande camas cómodas un baño de ensueño los amenities del baño puf como huelen. Wifi muy bueno. Las vistas de la habitación al mar de ensueño …el restaurante es muy bueno al Igual que el desayuno. El Gimnasio se muy muy completo para trabajar cardio u fuerza. Y la joya de la corona … la playa. Es increíble. Se hace un snorkel que alucinas con la cantidad de peces que ves. Es un sueño !!!!

We have just come back from a 5 night stay at the Buri Rasa. I don’t usually on trip advisor but wanted to this time as we had such a wonderful experience. The setting is absolutely beautiful- the actual beach is gorgeous and completely unspoilt. The staff can’t have been more helpful - special mention must go to Mild and Trix who were just so helpful and completely dedicated in ensuring we had a great time. Any minor issues were addressed immediately. The actual restaurant on the beach was fab and we really enjoyed their Sunday buffet feast which included live music and a fire show. I can honestly say that this place is absolutely magical. Having been to Koh Samui 30 years ago and then returning this year to Koh Samui - I felt that Koh phangan was what Koh Samui used to be. A perfect hotel for relaxing, situated right on a fantastic, uncrowded beach. It bears no comparison to the noisy, hectic life on Koh Samui. The very friendly and helpful staff round off a dream vacation.

Nous avons passé 4 nuits absolument merveilleuses en famille dans cet hôtel. Le cadre est magnifique, paisible et dépaysant, et le personnel est adorable et aux petits soins. Les chambres sont très confortables et parfaitement calmes. Le petit-déjeuner est un vrai régal et vaut à lui seul le détour ! 😋 À proximité, un petit village permet de trouver facilement tout ce dont on a besoin : supérettes, massages, boutiques, manucure… Et les restaurants alentours sont délicieux ! Une adresse que nous recommandons les yeux fermés. ❤️ Le seul regret : devoir quitter ce petit coin de paradis !

We spent three nights at Buri Rasa Village Phangan and, overall, we had a very enjoyable stay. The greatest asset of this hotel is undoubtedly its exceptional location. The bay is simply beautiful, with calm, crystal-clear water and a peaceful atmosphere. It is the kind of place where you can sit for hours, watching the sea and letting time pass. The welcome was warm from the moment we arrived, and throughout our stay the staff were always smiling, attentive and genuinely kind. Their hospitality made us feel welcome every day. We also appreciated the complimentary kayaks and paddleboards, which are a great way to enjoy the bay from a different perspective. The beachfront restaurant is another highlight. Having breakfast with such a beautiful view every morning is a real pleasure. The breakfast itself offers a good variety of quality products and was one of the highlights of our stay. Our room was comfortable and well maintained. Although it is not particularly spacious, it was perfectly adequate for our family and we slept well. Like every hotel, there are a few areas that could be improved. The beach furniture would benefit from being renewed. The sun loungers are rather uncomfortable, and thicker mattresses would make a significant difference. Some of the beach mattress covers would also benefit from more thorough cleaning. We also noticed that a few chairs in the beachfront restaurant, particularly the armrests, are showing signs of wear and could be refurbished or replaced. These are relatively minor points compared with all the positive aspects of the hotel, but addressing them would further enhance the guest experience and better reflect the quality of the property. We would happily return, because this is a beautiful place where you can simply slow down, relax, and let time pass peacefully.

מלון מדהים, צוות שרותי ואדיב, אווירה נהדרת, מלון יפיפה. בחוף יש אפשרות לקחת קייאקים וסאפים באופן חופשי, החוף מקסים, נופים מדהימים, על החוף מסעדה שכיף לאכול בה בערב, מנות גורמה לא יקרות, בערבים מופעי אש על החוף, המעסות בספא ברמה גבוהה, החדרים שצמודים לחוף מדהימים, אבל גם שהות בחדרים אחרים תהיה מהנה מאד. המלון צמוד לכפר קטן שיש בו חנויות מזכרות, מסעדות, דוכנים, שרותי כביסה, מכוני עיסוי, סניף של סבן אילבן ועוד. זה המלון שהכי נהנו בו בשהותינו בתאילנד. נחזור אליו בוודאות!

ניסיתי לחשוב על דבר אחד שלא אהבנו אבל אין כזה. לטעמי מלון מושלם! מצרף תמונות של החוף ותמונה של הצוות שצילמתי בלובי.

We had a short stay (2 nights) at the resort but we we're very happy and have good memories overall. The location is top. We enjoyed the fire show while having diner at the beach. Breakfast was superb! The room was very clean and comfortabel. The staff were very friendly and helpfull. It was nice that there were some local retsaurants and shops nearby.

Quel hôtel splendide… nous venons de le quitter et nous sommes tous tristes ( famille de 7 personnes). L’hôtel est magnifique, les jardins luxuriants, le petit déjeuner incroyable, et toute la nourriture et les cocktails également. Et que dire du personnel? Ils sont aux petits soins, toujours adorables. L’emplacement était pour nous idéal car nous souhaitions vraiment nous reposer quelques jours, nous n’avions donc pas la nécessité d’être au plus près des endroits touristiques.

La plage reste très belle mais la rivière se déverse dans la mer juste à côté de l’hôtel.

Unfortunately, a river drain ran behind the resort, and some rooms were affected , The smell was really bad, staff did everything they could to fix it and it did help, but in the end it rained and flushed the drain which cleared the smell,

The whole experience of this resort was exceptional. Beautiful resort, amazing staff , couldnt not be faulted. Highly recommend- the perfect escape!

We would have liked the hotel to maintain the quiet in the pool area as there were kids crating a lot of noise even though there are sings to keep quiet.

Terrific place to stay on Ko Phangan one of the island’s most spectacular beaches. Ideal for people who like a quieter experience while still having the convenience of having shops, restaurants etc directly on your doorstep. The resort itself is spotless. Beautiful location, terrific bar-restaurant area directly on the beach, free sunbeds-kayaks-surfboards, wonderful pool area and excellent rooms with a lot of eye for detail. If there’s one thing we believe that is not up to standards with the rest of the experience it is the food. The prices are fine but the quality can simply not match the location etc. As long as this doesn’t improve, you might be better off for your meals in town. However, let that not stop you from visiting this wonderful resort!

It's a cute place on a relatively quiet beach in Koh Phangan, right next to Anantra. The beach itself is really nice, clean and easily accessible. The waters are great and the sand is soft. They offer sap boards and kayaks which you can use whenever you want. There are plenty of sun beds and umbrellas so finding a spot was never an issue. There are many restaurants and massage parlors nearby, also some bike rentals, tour agencies, supermarkets and laundry. There are some bars but pretty low key, no parties. The property itself is well kept and clean. Reception staff are very helpful and welcoming.

There was constant dampness in the room (not sure if that can be helped being that close to the beach), and a very strong smell of sewage from the shower at all times of the day. There's very little sound insulation so you can hear everything from adjacent rooms, and if your room is facing the pool like ours was you really hear everything. Also, smoking isn't really allowed anywhere, including the room balcony (I guess it was stated so it's my mistake for not noticing sooner). At breakfast, they didn't have any other types of milk other than regular milk which is very odd because there wasn't one Cafe or restaurant in Thailand that didn't have almond or oat milk. The Cafe at the entrance where you have to pay for coffee dis have it though. So it just felt like a way to get more money out of guests. The restaurant itself was quite pricey and service was hit and miss. Servers often seemed distracted and it was very hard to get their attention. Another strange thing is that they don't inform you about their own activities. We found out about the fire show at the beach by accident and luckily enough there was another one the following evening so we didn't miss it. There are a lot of bugs that constantly crawl on you, not just in the evening, whenvevr you're outside the room. It was especially bothersome while sitting on the beach chairs, or in the outer part of the restaurant and bar. Finally, it's a very family oriented hotel so I wouldn't recommend it for couples. Not really romantic.

The location is excellent. Thong Nai Pan Noi is one of the nicest beaches on Koh Phangan, and the room itself was clean and comfortable. After the difficult arrival, the rest of the stay was uneventful, and the manager (Nancy) genuinely tried to make things right, which I appreciated.

Our arrival was one of the poorest hotel arrival experiences I've had. We arrived in the middle of the day in July when the sand was scorching hot. Because guests have to walk through shallow water from the boat, the staff collected everyone's shoes but then expected us to walk barefoot across the burning sand to reception while they walked comfortably in their own shoes. One guest in our arrival group burned her feet badly enough to require treatment. Even more disappointing was the response. While we were still in obvious pain, reception staff simply continued with the check-in process without acknowledging what had happened, apologizing, or offering something as simple as ice or first aid. I had to ask to speak with the manager. She apologized and offered ice for our feet and complimentary massages, which I appreciated, but I explained that the real issue was improving the arrival process so future guests don't experience the same thing. Beyond that, the resort never lived up to its premium pricing. We booked one of the most expensive Ocean Front Deluxe rooms expecting a more private beachfront experience. Instead, there were public lounge chairs directly between our room and the beach, making the "oceanfront" experience feel far less exclusive than the marketing suggests. Throughout our week long stay, the staff were polite, but the service always felt transactional rather than genuinely hospitable. No one went above and beyond, and nothing about the experience justified the premium rates the resort charges. Ultimately, there are simply too many better managed resorts in Thailand at this price point. Based on our experience, I wouldn't return, nor would I recommend Buri Rasa to friends or family looking for a premium beach resort.

Our stay at Buri Rasa Village Koh Phangan was exceptional from start to finish. The communication before we arrived was excellent, with clear and helpful information about getting from the pier to the hotel, making our arrival completely stress-free. From the moment we arrived, we received the warmest welcome. Every member of staff was genuinely friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our stay special. Poy at reception was absolutely wonderful with our 4-year-old son—he completely adored her! Mild from Guest Relations also deserves a special mention for checking in on us most days to make sure everything was perfect. Thank you also to Rav at the front desk, and to Anne and her fantastic restaurant team, who always greeted us with a smile and made every meal a pleasure. Nothing was ever too much trouble. We loved the thoughtful personal touches throughout our stay. Having the homemade cookies refilled each day was such a lovely surprise, and the tea light with the divine smelling oil in our room created such a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere. The food and drinks were outstanding. The happy hour was fantastic, and the mango daiquiris were amazing! The Massaman curry was absolutely incredible, and we can also highly recommend the red snapper, the pineapple fried rice, and the rice spring rolls—every meal was delicious. The spa was another highlight. The happy hour on treatments between 10am and 2pm made it even more of a treat. My coconut oil massage was one of the best I've ever had, and my husband loved the coconut body scrub. If you're looking to explore a little, Monsoon Thai, just a few minutes' walk from the hotel, was excellent for a couple of meals and a change of scenery. We also loved the little smoothie stall just outside the hotel—the variety was fantastic, and it became part of our daily routine. There were only a couple of very minor maintenance issues. Occasionally there was a sewage smell around the pool steps that came and went during the day, and a few of the tiles on the pool steps could do with being replaced as some were coming loose. These were small points and certainly didn't detract from what was otherwise an exceptional stay. The combination of outstanding service, genuine hospitality, delicious food, wonderful spa treatments, and incredible attention to detail made this a truly memorable holiday. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Buri Rasa Village Koh Phangan and will certainly be back. A huge thank you to the entire team for making our family feel so welcome—we can't wait to return.

We recently stayed at Buri Rasa and, unfortunately, our experience didn’t live up to our expectations. The positives first: the location is beautiful, with a lovely beach that is definitely one of the hotel’s biggest assets. I’d also like to give a special mention to ‘Mild’ on reception, who provided outstanding service throughout our stay. She was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful, making us feel genuinely cared for. Sadly, the rest of our experience was disappointing. The breakfast and restaurant staff often seemed moody and unwelcoming, which made us feel uncomfortable enough that we chose not to dine in the restaurant for dinner during our stay. Service on the beach was also poor—we were either ignored or made to feel like we were inconveniencing staff whenever we requested anything. We ended up going to the hotel next door as the service was so much better! The pool area lacked comfortable places to relax, with only a couple of sunbeds and no real seating area. Our room layout was also inconvenient, as the bed was pushed up against the wall, making it difficult to get in and out—particularly as I am recovering from a leg injury. We were also surprised by how expensive the hotel’s transport was compared with other transport options available elsewhere on the island. Overall, although the setting is lovely and the reception team, especially Mild, were excellent, the overall atmosphere and level of service did not feel luxurious. We were disappointed enough that we decided to leave one night early rather than complete our planned stay.

The location was nice and the staff were lovely, the daily fresh cookies are delicious. Breakfast was very good and the beachfront area is nice for swimming, kayaking and SUP. You can walk to some local shops, mini marts, massage and restaurants.

I believe it was a bit pricey for a basic room. Our balcony door would not lock, although it did close so no mosquitoes.

We had high expectations based on prior reviews but were left somewhat disappointed. We booked an ocean front room with direct access to the beach and its own dedicated loungers. However the view is heavily obscured by the multiple loungers that are placed right outside for other guests. There’s therefore almost no privacy and it has a crowded feel, more akin to Spain than Thailand. The room was also smaller than we expected and dated. The bed is fully pushed up against one wall so there’s no chance to get out on that side and no really nice touches apart from a few lamps. The spa is good and has a well priced happy hour. The shower room provided for guests that have checked out is atrocious. It’s essentially the staff shower area. The beach and sea are was lovely and the neighbouring bars and restaurants are excellent. Breakfast was ok and the cocktails in the evening were passable altho those from the neighbouring Anantara were much better, especially when 1 for 1 during happy hour. We enjoyed Koh Phangnan but unlikely to return to the Buri Rasa

Beautiful beachfront location on a quiet bay with a very relaxing atmosphere. The room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, with excellent air conditioning and a great shower. The staff were consistently warm, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay, especially with transportation arrangements. We enjoyed spending our days reading, swimming, and relaxing on the beach. The beachfront restaurant was very good, and the overall service was excellent. This was one of the most relaxing parts of our Thailand trip.

The breakfast was good but somewhat limited, especially for guests with food allergies. We also experienced some loud music from a nearby property on Sunday evening. Neither issue significantly impacted our stay, but they are worth noting.There is a drainage channel at one end of the beach. Guests staying in some of the ocean-view rooms closer to that side of the property may occasionally notice an odor, particularly at low tide. It did not ruin our stay, but it is something prospective guests may wish to be aware of when selecting a room.

We waren hier voor de tweede keer na 7 jaar. Alles is er nog steeds ontzettend fijn. Mooi strand, vriendelijk personeel, goed eten en ze doen er alles aan om het echt goed schoon te houden. Ook is er elke avond iets leuks voor entertainment op het strand. Het straatje heeft meerdere leuke restaurants en massagesalons en je kunt er een scooter huren. Voor ons de perfecte plek voor een paar dagen Koh Phangan.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Buri Rasa Village Phangan. The resort is beautiful, peaceful, and located on one of the most stunning beaches we’ve visited. The rooms were comfortable and spotless, the breakfast was excellent, and the entire property was impeccably maintained. What truly made our stay special was the warm hospitality of the staff. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our experience memorable. They made our family feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We created amazing memories here and were genuinely sad to leave. We would highly recommend Buri Rasa Village Phangan and hope to return again.

The hotel is charming, the room is perfect. Nancy from the reception is helpful and welcoming, takes care of every little detail. And in general, I look forward to returning to the hotel again.

We had a relaxing and amazing stay in the hotel . Everything is perfect , staff is always smiling and kind . Food is high quality , the beach is small and clean .

Direkt am Meer mit einem wunderschönen Sandstrand und sehr schönem Meer. Die Betten sehr bequem und das Zimmer sehr sauber. Es fehlte an nichts. Personal sehr freundlich. Es hatte genügend Sonnenschirme und Liegen. In der näheren Umgebung hatte es sehr gute Restaurants und genügend Massagesalon und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Buri rasa is out of this world. I do not have a bad word to say about the hotel. Staff could not do enough for us. Location is perfect.

We chose this hotel based on its high ratings and five star pricing, but unfortunately our experience did not match the expectations. First, I want to give credit where it is due. The staff were outstanding. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, professional, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. The service was easily the strongest aspect of our stay and was truly five star. Unfortunately, almost everything else fell short. The biggest issue was the gnats. They were everywhere. At breakfast and other dining areas, it was nearly impossible to sit down and enjoy a meal without gnats constantly flying around your face and landing on your food. This was not an occasional inconvenience. It happened every single time we ate and became extremely frustrating. We also paid extra for a room with a balcony overlooking the beach. What was not disclosed is that this room is located next to a wastewater pond and a stream of wastewater flowing toward the ocean. The odor was extremely unpleasant. We could rarely spend more than a few minutes on our balcony before going back inside because the smell was so strong. In some areas of the resort, including the walkway between the spa and our room, the odor was noticeable as well. It was disappointing to pay a premium for a balcony end room and then be unable to enjoy the balcony. Another issue that should be mentioned is the stream flowing from this area into the ocean. To reach the beach and swimming area, guests often have to walk through ankle to knee deep water from the stream before getting to the ocean. We found this unpleasant and off-putting, especially given the premium rates charged by the resort. It significantly detracted from what should have been one of the property’s main attractions: direct beach access and ocean swimming. The facilities themselves felt dated and in need of renovation. While everything was clean, including the room, restaurant, and grounds, the accommodations did not feel remotely consistent with the price being charged. Compared to hotels we have stayed at throughout Thailand and elsewhere in Asia, the room felt very average and offered little that stood out. The breakfast buffet was also underwhelming. It was acceptable, but nowhere near what we would expect from a property charging five star rates. Aside from the issue with the gnats, the selection and quality simply did not meet five star standards. Adding to the disappointment is the hotel’s remote location, which requires a long, winding drive from the pier. Given the premium pricing, we expected a much higher quality overall experience. To be fair, the staff did everything they could to help and deserve recognition for their efforts. However, exceptional service alone cannot overcome the issues with the facilities, the persistent gnats, the odor from the nearby wastewater area, and the overall mismatch between price and value. We have stayed at hotels throughout Thailand, Asia, and many other parts of the world. This was one of the clearest examples we have experienced of a property charging five star prices without delivering a five star experience. While the staff were among the friendliest and most professional we have encountered, that alone was not enough to justify the cost. We would not return and would not recommend this property to travelers looking for a true five star experience. There are simply far better values available elsewhere in Thailand and throughout Asia.

Wir hatten insgesamt einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Buri Rasa Koh Phangan und würden das Resort grundsätzlich weiterempfehlen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das freundliche und aufmerksame Personal. Die Mitarbeiter am Strand waren stets herzlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Als es mir während unseres Aufenthalts einmal nicht gut ging, hat das Personal sogar mehrfach nachgefragt, wie es mir geht. Diese Aufmerksamkeit haben wir sehr geschätzt. Unser Zimmer im 3. Stock war wunderschön. Durch die hohe Decke wirkte es sehr geräumig und hell. Der große Balkon war ebenfalls ein Pluspunkt. Das Badezimmer war etwas klein, aber funktional. Allerdings gab es nur eine Regendusche ohne separate Handbrause, und der Wasserdruck war teilweise eher schwach. Sehr gefallen haben uns auch die vielen kleinen Details. Die hausgemachten Cookies am Abend waren eine nette Aufmerksamkeit, ebenso die angenehm duftenden Thai-Duftlampen im Zimmer. Der tägliche Turndown-Service sorgte dafür, dass das Zimmer jeden Abend für die Nacht vorbereitet wurde. Die Lage direkt am wunderschönen Strand von Thong Nai Pan Noi ist hervorragend. Die Anlage ist gepflegt, die Atmosphäre entspannt und der Strand zählt für uns zu den schönsten auf Koh Phangan. Positiv erwähnen möchten wir außerdem die kostenlosen Kajaks und Stand-up-Paddle-Boards, die den Aufenthalt zusätzlich bereichert haben. Ebenfalls sehr geschätzt haben wir, dass täglich großzügig kostenloses Trinkwasser bereitgestellt und zuverlässig nachgefüllt wurde. Die Preise der Minibar empfanden wir als fair. Das WLAN funktionierte während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts ausgezeichnet – nicht nur im Zimmer, sondern auch am Strand und in den öffentlichen Bereichen der Anlage.

Leider gab es auch einige Punkte, die uns weniger gefallen haben. Obwohl Adults-Only-Zimmer angeboten werden, gibt es keinen separaten Adults-Only-Bereich. Während unseres Aufenthalts waren relativ viele Familien mit Kindern im Resort. Gäste, die gezielt Ruhe suchen, sollten dies vor der Buchung wissen. Etwas störend fanden wir zudem die häufigen Anrufe auf dem Zimmer. Wir schätzen den guten Servicegedanken dahinter, würden es jedoch bevorzugen, wenn Gäste etwas mehr Privatsphäre hätten. Wenn das „Do Not Disturb“-Schild an der Tür hängt, erwarten wir, dass dies auch für telefonische Kontaktaufnahmen gilt, sofern es sich nicht um etwas Dringendes handelt. Mehrere Anrufe wegen kleinerer Anliegen empfanden wir während unseres Aufenthalts als unnötig störend. Enttäuscht waren wir zudem von einem Cocktail-Event, das mit Flyern im Hotel groß beworben wurde. Als wir die Bar besuchen wollten, wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass die Veranstaltung ausschließlich für das Hotelmanagement bestimmt sei und wir stattdessen im Restaurant sitzen und dort etwas bestellen könnten. Das empfanden wir als wenig gastfreundlich. Wenn eine Veranstaltung nur für eine geschlossene Gesellschaft gedacht ist, sollte dies klar kommuniziert werden und nicht gegenüber allen Hotelgästen beworben werden. Als zahlende Gäste fühlten wir uns dadurch unnötig ausgeschlossen. In anderen Resorts haben wir erlebt, dass besondere Anlässe genutzt werden, um Gäste einzubeziehen und willkommen zu heißen. Das hinterließ für uns einen deutlich wertschätzenderen Eindruck. Ein weiterer Kritikpunkt betrifft den Wäscheservice. Während unseres Aufenthalts wurde dieser massiv verteuert. Zunächst wurde ein Preis von 120 Baht pro Kilogramm kommuniziert. Später wurde eine „Promotion“ für einen Wäschesack zu 1.200 Baht angeboten. Dies erschien uns im Vergleich zu den üblichen Preisen auf der Insel extrem teuer. Schade fanden wir dabei insbesondere, dass andere Preise im Resort durchaus fair gestaltet waren.

Wonderful beach, well maintained hotel, lots of restaurants within 2 min walk. Great service. Perfect spot for relaxing and quiet holiday. Great towel policy at the beach: no towel seat reservations are allowed that block empty seats.

Comparatively, the beach bar is a bit pricy, if prices were adjusted more people would go, because ambience is great.

We had a wonderful time at this resort. It is located in a very quiet and peaceful area of the island directly on the beach, but despite the location, you still have great shops, bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity, which is super convenient. The resort grounds are absolutely beautiful and the rooms are both lovely and clean. The beach itself is gorgeous! The breakfast offered a great variety and the meals at the resort's restaurant were very good. On top of that, the staff was incredibly nice and helpful throughout our entire stay. Highly recommended!

Attentive service from most staff - a couple of lapses which were rectified by management. Liked the Thai cooking class and fire-show but some live music would be welcome. TV channels allow only limited access to Aust content eg via Youtube.

ארוחת הבוקר נחמדה, מבחינתי מספקת, אבל אי אפשר לומר שהיא ממש מפנקת ועשירה. הבריכה נמצאת באמצע המלון במתחם שמסביבו יש חדרים ולא צמודה לחוף הים. האמת שעם חוף כזה הבריכה לא ממש מעניינת... 😀

Foi uma recepção incrível da equipe do hotel. Você realmente se sente em casa. Os quartos eram bons. A praia na frente eh maravilhosa. O bar de praia eh muito. Nos proporcionam momentos incríveis durante a nossa estadia. Se estiver em Samui peça o transporte pelo barco do hotel, vale muito a pena.

Só fica um pouco afastado do centrinho da ilha, mas no em torno tem um pequeno comércio que atende bem.

It was one of the best hotel stays ever. We were blown away at our arrival, because we didn’t expect the resort to be this beautiful. The beach where the hotel is located is the most beautiful on the island. The whole resort is designed so nice and has a perfect „jungle vibe“. The staff was so attentive and always nice and helpful. We felt so well looked after and we enjoyed our stay very much. The breakfast was great and directly at the beach, so you could start the day with the perfect view. There are more than enough sunbeds on the beach and you don’t even have to leave the resort if you don’t want to, because everything is right there. Dinner was also perfect and there where very nice shows most of the nights. Thank you for this experience!

The staff was unpleasant. One of the reception representatives hung up the phone and did not want to assist us with a simple request like coordinating a taxi. In addition, during breakfast, the staff did not feel very welcoming or friendly.

Everything! Location, rooms are awesome- ocean view definitely worth the upgrade! The sunrises are amazing! Staff were fabulous and the pool is cold!!

The only small thing is you can smoke anywhere- not nice when eating or relaxing in sun beds.
