Since the last visit the whole place looks a bit run down . Outside area dirty. Only one plastic bin liner. A few tea bags, no coffee sachets. Dust in the range hood. Shower head upstairs loose.

Easy access into Cromer and the surrounding resorts

It was very old, tired and unwelcoming. The bathroom in our one bed chalet was dark and uninviting with mould on the tiles and a cold dark floor. The bedroom was claustrophobic with no real space to hang clothes. It too lacked any real comfort. The kitchen again was old and tired, the cooker temperature knob was greasy and the dial couldn’t be read because the markings had come off. I wouldn’t stay here again unless it vastly improved.

We have been visiting Cromer country club for many years. The service and accommodation has always be very very good.

The location and it was clean and comfortable

We arrived after a long journey with 3 excited kids at 1.10pm.. we were told we cannot use the swimming pool until 3pm. We explained that we were busy then so it was now or never. The swimming pool was empty and the message from the manager was if we let you in, we have to let everyone in. There was nobody else. So I am very disappointed in this attitude and the customer service. We never got to use the facilities accordingly.

The best part of this property is its location, It is on a cliff top and some of the properties have excellent view of the sea - The beach is 10 min walk towards cromer or a really steep climb down . The lighthouse is just outside the car park of the property. Its a huge property with about 100 homes I think, the houses are good size and well equiped. we were 7 and fit comfortably in 3 bed house. The kitches in good with dishwasher, over microwave kettle etc. The pool is great , there is sauna and jacuzzi as well. We din explore the game room. gym was great. There are lovely walks on cliff side from here. will definitely be going back in winter as the facilities are good.

There is no full time cafe at the property, It would be really nice if there was a place to have breakfast, tea coffee in the mornings. Tho there is a restaurant , it opens late afternoon.

The apartment was spotless and very well appointed, with high quality fabrics, furniture and the kitchen had all the desirable kitchen aides of modern living. The bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were professional and attentive and facilities were first rate. I'll definately be back.

Bit far to walk into Cromer and the site is very hilly, people with mobility challenges would struggle.

We stay in a one bedroom, the room itself was nice and adequate. The pool area was nice and it has a nice garden. The Cromer town center and beach is 5-10 minutes drive and you could walk there also. The kitchen is was very useful, there is a washing machine and dishwasher. The kitchen appliances were in good state. We also use restaurant one night and the food was good. The town itself is nice and it is a good location to reach other locations like broads, wells and poppy line.

Half of the towels had stain on it, there were plenty so we didn't have problem but still it made us uncomfortable. It also says there is a EV charging but there is only one and we could use it just once but the town has some fast charging options. Pillows were too thin and didn't provide enough support.

The setting was nice

We had booked for three people. Two adults and one child. We had had a very long journey and arrived and checked in late (10pm). When we eventually made the long walk to the room we had to go on a scavenger hunt to find bedding for a sofa bed and make the bed up as the only bed was a double. The double bedroom was very small and I hit my head on the cupboard in the night. My other half had to sleep on the sofa bed as it was not suitable for my son. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and he hardly slept.

Cleanliness was an issue. Lots of dead bugs in room and mould in shower. Was also faint odour of mould in whole apartment. Only stayed one night instead of 2.

Great location. Excellent accommodation with the rooms well equipped for everything you need. Comfy beds. All staff were friendly and helpful. Had a meal in the restaurant, which was excellent and we'll priced.

The 2 bedroom apartments are fantastic plenty of room for us we were 3 adults and 2 children, good size bedrooms and both bathrooms.

Kitchen area is a bit small but does not detract. Car parking is a bit tight.

Great base for exploring Cromer, which was accessible via the coast path. The apartment was fitted out to a high standard and was clean and well equipped. The pool was great for the kids to play around in and the sauna was a bonus for the grown-ups. The full-sized snooker table was a hit too.

The seating in the apartment wasn't very comfortable.

Bed was comfy and bedding clean. Well equipped.

There was an odd smell in the property- difficult to describe, more so in the bathroom. Lack of shelving in bathroom and towels had black stains on them, but fortunately there were spare towels to use.

Everything was clean and tidy with everything as we expected. We have stayed at the Country Club a number of times so knew what to expect.

The main problem is parking. We have a Blue Badge and as there are limited disability parking bays, we found it difficult to get a space where we could get in and out of the car.

The staff were very helpful. We found the right time to go to the leisure facilities thoroughly enjoyed it.

We love everything and especially the pool and the staff are very friendly.

The only things that are missing from Cromer Country Club is a place to get coffees / cakes from, if it was a coffee machine in reception, or if the bar was open in the day for coffee and cakes. Also bigger towels, they are too small.

The properties at Cromer Country Club are superb - they are spacious, comfortable, clean and have all the amenities you could wish for. The beds are comfortable and we always sleep well there. Ideal for a family with older children.

Honestly nothing - if I were going to nitpick, I could say that I'd love checkout to be later and some properties have quite a long walk with steps from the car which may not suit everyone (but no issue for us). However we are repeat customers and hope to come back again!

Everything was great. Staff friendly and helpful. Very clean and well looked after. Nice walks down to the beach and around the locality.

Nowhere to get breakfast on site in the morning (although our accommodation did have complimentary filter coffee). The pool closed at 7pm (later would be better)

We used to stay here a lot, a while back. We always enjoyed our time here. Cromer country club is in a beautiful location. It feels safe and is quiet. The house was comfortable and clean. Staff were all very friendly, welcoming and helpful.

Spotless accommodation, lovely pool area and the on site restaurant was amazing! Ate there twice and all the meals were excellent, hot, presented well, friendly efficient but over bearing staff. You do need to book a table and very little is available off site on a Sunday evening. Special mention to Heather (waiting staff) who went above and beyond to make sure our visit was enjoyable.

Location. In Cromer for a family event and location was perfect. 2 bed apartment. Two big bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms. Large comfortable sofa bed. Great balcony. Didn’t get to try the pool, spa or games room but hope yo come back to do that.

Tired. Not as clean as would like. Bathroom and kitchen were good, but lounge area hadn’t been cleaned as debris (crisps and popcorn) were under the sofa bed when we opened it out. Balcony patio covered in seagull droppings.

The appartment was lovely - very modern kitchen, comfy lounge/diner with big TV and extra space for clothes. Nice new shower room- plenty of towels. The leisure club was really good - large pool- jacuzzie, sauna and steam room. Bar / dining room was also nice and food was good.

Bedroom was rather small, with no dressing table, but there was more room for clothes in cupboard in lounge, so that was OK. Fine for up to 4 people tops, with sofa bed in lounge.

It’s got everything you need in a self-catering accommodation. 2-minutes walk to the lighthouse and to coastal paths.

The room was reasonable in size. The kitchen was well thought out. The pool looked nice, although I didnt use it.

The rooms have no aircon and the windows would not open more than approx 10cm due to a restraint and it was a red hot weekend. I had to move the bed across to get in it as the eves dropped down and restricted access, or you bang your head. The view was non existent, a brick wall out the back and tree to the front. Access down to apartment was a narrow walkway, a seating area with a brick wall a few feet in front was the outside area. I asked to move rooms, I even asked to pay to upgrade my stay, I was informed by the staff member, who had clearly yet to do his customer training, that they were completely booked out and nothing was available. I thought this was in Cromer, but it wasn't exactly. My fault probably for not doing more research, but expect a good walk into town.

The layout and space were very good.

The smell of mould was off putting. The hotel phones did not work and when we told the staff they were going to action it immediately. However, when nothing happened we had to walk (a long way) to reception to ask why no progress only to be told that they knew about the problem and were waiting for parts. Why did they tell us to call them on the phone when we registered. Left hand didn't know what the right hand was doing kind of situation. There was a constant noise of footfalls from the unit above such that we could not sleep until they chose to. Not necessarily the neighbour's fault: just inadequate acoustic design. This was the biggest drawback.

It was an independent 1 bedroom apartment in a complex -it was a good size and the kitchen was well stocked with everything. The bathroom had soap and shampoo. And there was washing up liquid and washing detergent provided,along with one dishwasher tablet. And tea and coffee sachets. Staff were friendly and helpful. The resort It had an an indoor pool, jacuzzi, and I think a steam room and sauna (no extra cost)- I used the pool and jacuzzi- very clean and not busy. Good parking and you can see the sea. Overall we liked the resort and would stay again. We only stayed a night, but I think it would be a good base for a longer stay.

Not really a negative, it is a little way out of the town centre. The mattress in the bedroom Is very firm (in my opinion).

It was lovely and clean only thing due to hot weather a fan would have been a good idea.

Only one car charger we had to try so many times to get our car on when we did we decided to walk into town .we came back to collect our car only to find it hadn’t charged at all so then had to find another charger in town .not good as needed to go home .

Very nice location and very quiet on the edge of the country club with rabbits, and deer occasionally outside. The apartment and facilities were very good.

The drip coffee machine in the kitchen had a bit of a smell to it where people probably left water and overflowed coffee grounds in it.

The apartment was much bigger than we expected, the terrace was an added bonus. The kitchen contained everything we needed and the whole place was spotlessly clean. We used the pool everyday and it was lovely and quiet. 5 mins drive into Cromer. Lots of environmentally friendly touches eg the washing up liquid, kitchen towels etc. The staff were all very friendly..we even got a call a few days before we arrived to check if we had any questions.. received daily text messages with event information and checking if we needed anything. Great customer service, great accommodation and great location.

It did take us a few attempts to find the apartment when we first arrived and checked in..

We found pubic hair in downstairs shower- yak! Balcony covered in bird poo. Seagulls are so loud, we couldn't sleep since 4am!
