Le site internet de réservation m a proposé une chambre pour 3. Il y avait seulement un grand lit. Ma fille de 10 ans a dormi sur le petit canapé ( l hôtel nous a fourni un oreiller et une couette). Bien lire le descriptif de la chambre pour ne pas avoir de surprise !

Central heating, AC wasn’t on. They said you can ask for a fan or some rooms have windows.. ours didn’t. There was no view, it was a wall with a fake garden inside the hotel

The hotel also offers a small public bath, which is perfect for relaxing and relieving travel fatigue The welcome amenities were delightful, including two macarons and a mini fruit platter, which immediately made us feel welcomed. The staff were friendly and attentive, the location is convenient, and I noticed many international travelers staying here recently. The bacon and sausages at breakfast were not the best but this is usual for Korea. Westerners might notice this, Koreans won't mind them at all.

Reviewed Oct 13, 2025Our hotel was centrally located. Free parking. The bed and pillows were comfortable and clean. Towels are supplied. Many restaurants within walking distance. Starbucks inside hotel lobby.
Bathroom very compact. Hotel do not offer vanity items, it can be purchased from hotel. This hotel is also a wedding venue which caused it to be very busy over weekends. The elevator to the basement parking is a different one to the elevator going to the guest rooms- so it was a bit confusing at first. Lighting not so good.

Reviewed Jul 13, 20253 pm check in rule was very strict. Got tgere 245pm to check in and planed to go Seouland. They are not flexible even 1 minute. They didn't offer room upgrade. Tgey said there are free bath robe but I didn't see them in the room. Staff at the front was not friendly.

Reviewed Apr 12, 2025도착할때 밖의 온도가 27.5도로 덥고해가쨍쨍한날. 주변호텔이 많음에도 조식을 보고 이호텔을정했는데 호텔방에들어가니 밖보다 더 더웠다. 프론트에물으니 에어콘이 중앙조절이라 시간이안됬다하여 그런호텔에도 가봤기에 선품기가 와서 더위를식혔다. 더구나 끔직한것은 방이 엄청작은데 창문을 열수없는구조다. 중정이 있는쪽 싼방이라 할수없다는거. 기다리다 저녁7시가 되어 다시 에어콘 문의를 하니 아직 에어콘 계절이아니라 가동을 안한다고. 뚜껑이 열려서 사람마다 더위느끼는게 다른데겨울에도 실내는25 도는 지켜져야하는데 창문도 못여는 작은방에서 무슨말이냐고성질을냈다. 밤에자는데 답답하고 온도는 28도로오르고복도사람지나갈때 센서로 입구불은 켜지고 출입문을 열고 자고싶을만큼 괴로웠다. 조식은 훌륭해서 과일과 샐러드종류가 많아 만족했다. 다음에 또와야할까 조식먹으러?끔직하니 굿바이 네버두잇 해야하나, 인생 최악의 밤으로 기억

Reviewed Feb 8, 2025The location is easy to access, just within a few minutes from Suwon Town hall metro station and there was plenty of bus route nearby. The room is cozy comfortable and clean. The heat is working well so the temperature in the room is always comfortable. The breakfast election is great, with both Korean/Asian/Western flavor available. The desserts are especially great. The free WiFi is enough for most of the applications unless using heavy streaming. Haven't used the premium WiFi (needed to register as member) so I figure the connection will be even better There are plenty of restaurants nearby so dining is not a problem.
The space is a bit cramped, especially the bathroom. And the door is shared between bathroom and closet so you can only keep one opened. The motion sensor light on the room hallway can be annoying and I wish there is a way to turn that off. Elevator can be slow especially in the early morning hours when everyone is using it.
