Four Points by Sheraton Suwon

El personal, la limpieza y las instalaciones.

Nada

Stanza comoda, ampia, colazione con tantissima scelta, davvero ottima

Nulla

Rosy was very helpful during our stay

Room was very comfortable and it had a table and chairs

The swimming pool was at extra cost but this is not mentioned in the information on booking.com unlike the breakfast which was made clear it was extra

The staff were excellent. The property was clean. They were very helpful and cared about the issues I had.

Loud air conditioning. Kept me and my girlfriend awake majority of our stay at night. It was loud and sounded like an engine. It kept turning on and off regardless of it being on auto mode or not. I also paid for a breakfast buffet only to find hair in my food.

The room was good overall. The breakfast had variety

The conditioner made a lot of noise. It was hard to sleep. At breakfast, the staff was always trying to seat us far from the food. The food went cold while carrying the plate there and it was heavy too. The food went called very quickly. When I asked a staff member to heat it up, he did seem to understand me and repeated the same 1000 of times! And even after that, he brought a new dish which I didn't like instead of heating mine.

Location was fantastic, loved the pool and the bar and the games room for the kids!

Just a standard breakfast.

Stayed 2 nights only.

Overall hotel premisses really good and in a great location

It was safe and bed was comfortable. Parking was easy.

At breakfast the waitress dropped a knife, picked it up from the floor and placed it back on the set table.

Propre récent

Ras,

Super!

The staff were kind, warm, accommodating, nonjudgmental of my small knowledge of Korean, and communicated very well to me in English. The room was very comfortable, the breakfast was tasty, and the area is delightful.

N/A

The pool is very intimate and friendly staffs.easy to navigate around the city. Lots of good restaurants around and their own breakfast buffet is awesome. Staffs are very attentive.

The property was very good. Breakfast was great. The layout of the Poulin bar area. Excellent only issue a little far away from the fortress. Staff was wonderful.

I really liked everything there. Location is perfect if you like to get a subway or bus. Btw, all stuff alltime helped to me to get the taxi as well. The rooms are really same as in the picture. Everyday cleaned. And also, near by hotel a lot of cafes! And I really liked the cafe inside which gives you 30% discount if you are in Hotel .

Always feels like home

Great place to stay comfortably.

Excellent location, very calming atmosphere

No hot water for shower

If you're looking for a great place to stay in suwon, l highly recommend Four Points by Sheraton. It's a new hotel with clean, modern rooms and is just a 5-minute drive from Samsung Electronics. Suwon station and City Hall are also very close, making it ideal for business trips. Breakfast was a highlight-especially the fresh salads, Korean bibimbam, and pizza. The most impressive part of my stay was the professional service provided by Mr. Joon Shin Bar Manager. He managed guest interactions and table service with outstanding efficiency and warmth. As part of the Marriott Bonvoy program, you can earn points during your stay, which is a great bonus. l would definitely return.

It was a great hotel. I was satisfied with everything. I will visit Suwon again next time

Lovely stay with my son who is a student in Suwon.

Great hotel with wonderful breakfast (wide selection and fresh) and great in-house restaurant with bar next the swimming pool on roof top. The surrounding area regroups wide selection of restaurants making easy to vary daily diet. Hotel personel is very fluent in English. Last but not the least, hotel faces large natural park where you can walk/run.

nothing really

Very clean

Location. Lots of eateries, night life & shopping without the noise & crowd.

Location. New modern furnishings

No overhead cover at both front & back entrances in the event of rain, taxis cannot drive in to pick up

Beautiful hotel with friendly, helpful & well-trained staff. Breakfast buffet is plentiful & varied. The pool bar/games room has a great vibe!

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, good location, nice, helpful staff. Sensor-activated room entry light was driving us crazy though, as it was activated by any movement between the room and the bathroom (not much fun at night). The automatic toilet flush was very loud - if I were on the phone in the room and someone used the toilet, it sounded as though I was calling from the loo. Also, towels were rough like sand paper - long overdue for a replacement! But oveall a nice hotel - with top marks for cleanliness and customer service.
