Posizione, comfort camera e pulizia ottimi. Sotto all'hotel c'è un comodissimo snodo dei principali mezzi di trasporto e la struttura si rivela particolarmente comoda anche per questo.

Tutto il personale non parla una parola di inglese, inaccettabile per essere addetti alla reception di un hotel internazionale e non comprendere una parola di inglese. Molto grave.

Loistava sijainti metroaseman vieressä. Huoneestamme oli todella hieno näkymä koko kaupungin ylle. Huone oli siisti ja tuuletus toimi. Hotellista suora pääsy isoon kauppakeskukseen.

Kokolattiamatot ja vanhahko sisustus. Naapuriin rakennettiin parhaillaan paria uutta pilvenpiirtäjää joten näkymät tulevat kärsimään.

расположение очень удобно. на нижних этажах много кафе, закусочных, магазинов. оченьь удобно. если метро невыходя из здания. номер отличный. вид из окна шикарный.

есть минусы: пол в ванной ледяной, но есть тапочки, конечно. и в период нашего пребывания не работала сауна и хамам. очень расстроило. вай фай очень плохо работает. слабый сигнал

The Location is very bustling and happening. My father and I stayed in Renaissance twice and thrice before. This time as my mother joined us, we booked a large Twin Room with Two Single Beds and City View on 37th floor. The layout and design of the room was beautiful. The Breakfast was delicious

das Hotel hat einen klaren Investitionsrückstau. Vor Jahren war das Renaissence ein Oberklassehotel. Mittlerweile ist es höchsten Mittelklasse. Was uns am meisten gestört hat, war der Schimmelgeruch im Hotelzimmer. Es war ganz klar der typische Feuchtigkeitsgeruch einer über die Jahre nicht gut gewareten Infrastruktur. Man merkt im Renaissence an allen Ecken und Enden die nötige Sanierungs- und Wartungsproblemtaik (Fugen im Badezimmer haben Schimmel oder bröckeln weg, Teppiche mit starkem Staubgeruch, Hotelzimmer mit Schimmelgeruch, PErdgeschosseingang mit unausstehlichem Schimmelgeruch etc.)

Hotel muy bueno, moderno y cómodo. Habitaciones super amplias, con vistas a la ciudad (el baño /ducha con vistas espectacular!). Encima de un centro comercial, con muchas opciones para comer, comprar. Buena ubicación (en 20 minutos den Didi en el Bund). Piscina interior grande, zona de spa y gym muy bein tambien.

Buen desayuno, buena ubicación. Las vistas espectaculares.

Algun desperfecto en el techo de la habitación que deberían arreglar. La tercera cama era un plegatin.

Staff barely speaks English even at the reception. For the pool swimming caps are required, the pool needs renovation.

Номера нуждаются в небольшом хотя бы обновлении. Не может быть в отеле 5* диван с растрескавшейся и местами рваной обивкой.

상해출장시 마다 본 호텔을 이용하는데 매번 예약확인이 안되어서 한시간씩 기다리는 문제가 있었는데 왜 이런일이 생기는지 개선 되지 않음 이용이 불편해요

Friendly member of staff, quick response rate and actions, hotel grounds and facilities convenient are decent, and as it would be expected for a Shanghai hotel. Made the most out of the stay, and easy to connect between shopping mall to lobby and room. Breakfast, afternoon tea and happy hour, all good.

Hotel is old but is well maintained, breakfast is good and location is good

Highlights - An impressive architectural design and high building with total 58 floors, from my room at 57th floor the view of Shanghai was amazing - Sila from fron desk was very kind by handling my check in request of an upgrade to a grand sky view room during my first stay - Helen as club lounge manager was able to grant me a corner double room at 57th floor upon my request despite high occupancy rate - The happy hour offer in the club lounge was sensational with mainly local Shanghai food, delicious and good quality with huge selection - The shopping centre and food court downstairs in the same bulletin compound offer endless options for everything Improvement potential - The hotel gym is quiet outdated and small for such a big hotel - Some of the windows from outside are a bit dirty due to the complicated cleaning process

Понравилось размещение! Торговый центр и метро прямо под отелем. Выходишь из лифта встречает Старбакс, все в пешей доступности. Пару станций до всех достопримечательностей. Было чисто, опрятно все как надо.

Большинство работников на ресепшене не знали английский, и в целом не были заинтересованы решать наши проблемы или просьбы. Отнекивались короткими ответами. Типо у вас есть такой-то сервис? Они такие Нет. И точка, без попытки чем-то предложить взамен. К персоналу внизу и к уборщикам вопросов нет, все было отлично.

Die Lage ist super. Direkt an der Metro, einer Mall und dem Zhongshan Park. Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir waren schon morgens im Hotel und konnten schon einchecken. Dafür nochmals vielen Dank an die Dame von der Rezeption. So konnten wir nach einer Pause unsere Entdeckungstour durch die Stadt starten. Beim Frühstück gibt es einen westlichen Bereich und einen asiatischen. Beide empfehlenswert.

Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Es war aber alles sauber.

Location of the hotel is best. It is above cloud 9 mall and subway line 2. Line 2 connects both airports, beside almost all tourist destinations in Shanghai

位置真的很方便，旁邊就是龍之夢商場，吃的問題都解決了，而且裡面還有小超市，買東西真的很方便，到地鐵站也不用出去，直接從龍之夢商場的地鐵出入口直接搭地鐵就可以，完全不用怕小雨會淋到雨、太陽太大會曬到頭昏。走到外面也有許多美食，也有銀行，機能真的很好。

行李寄放的地置太沒安全感了。

Мы приезжали на выставку Hotelex 2026 поэтому один из критериев выбора отеля это близость метро и станция проходящая по зеленой ветке чтобы ехать без пересадок и тут отель по расположению 10 из 10 потому что из отеля есть выход в очень большой торговый центр где вообще все есть и даже есть выход в метро прямо из него. Если путешествуете первый раз, то это крайне удобно. Внутри центра есть Старбакс на выходе из отеля есть супермаркеты где можно купить еду, очень много ресторанов на любой вкус и кошелек, а так же много магазинов Zara, Uniclo, LEGO, Nike и так далее. рекомендую посетить популярный ресторан суши Sushiro, это современный формат где заказ делается через экран за столиком, а суши приезжают к вам по конвейеру) Про сам отель. Мы жили на 31 этаже, вид потрясающий, а лобби отеля находился на 25 этаже. На 26 этаже находится ресторана где можно позавтракать с видом на город. Завтраки в тайские и европейские, есть все что нужно ,без супер изысков, но вкусно. В номерах было просторно и чисто, но убирались каждый день тут все супер. Рядом находится парк там красиво) а еще куча всяких магазинов и вокруг и мет где можно попробовать местную еду)

Были проблемы с возвратом депозита, но все решили. Видимо нам не повезло

I thought I got a good deal on the price of a suite on the 28th floor there. But I was wrong. The moment I opened the door, the whole place smelled like public bathroom on the street. And long moment after, they sent a staff over and all she had offered is to spray the room with a deodorizer spray. So I requested for a new room and another long wait later, the room smelled slightly better but still not in livable condition. I had to request the front desk manager to grant me a waiver on last minute cancellation for which she complied. And I talked to the other guests who happened to be cutting their stay short and they said the same thing to me, "the room smells really bad". I think the hotel need to inspect their ventilation system as a whole so it does not suck in the foul smell from the food stalls and bathrooms downstairs in the mega shopping center. Otherwise I don't think it's livable.

Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e atenciosos. O café da manhã é excepcional.

Achei que poderiam se preocupar um pouco mais com a manutenção do quarto e do banheiro. Quarto pequeno para os padrões chineses e os padrões da própria rede.

La ubicación buena teniendo en cuenta los grande que es Shangái, en cuanto a que tenía el metro en zona comercial del mismo edificio del hotel. Era parada muy cercana al área turística, pero tampoco está en el bund. Si no coges el desayuno tienes muchas opciones en el centro comercial. Si tienes tiempo hay piscina aunque es interior. Está en un piso elevado con buenas vistas por la noche.

El hotel está bien pero parece más bien de 4 estrellas en cuanto a las instalaciones, especialmente una de las habitaciones.

The bed is bad. Sunk in even when we requested to change another room. Our back hurts. Shower area smells mouldy.

En el cuarto hacia mucho calor, el aire acondicionado no enfriaba y prácticamente no existe ventilación natural.

Muy buena ubicación del hotel (metro y centro comercial junto al hotel) , habitación tranquila, desayuno aceptable para el tipo de hotel.

El servicio de cena y/o refrigerio en las noches en los restaurants era escaso y cerraba temprano.

The rate seemed attractive, I should have known better. The room was small and tired, and the furniture had multiple stains. A guest next door kept his door open, talking loudly and smoking, which made the experience even worse. The AC struggled to cool the room, which stayed around 27-28° and had a lingering smell of smoke. The staff appeared as tired as the décor—there wasn’t a single smile, not even a simple “good morning” or “good evening.” The breakfast was mediocre at best. I deeply regret choosing this hotel. For just a few extra RMB, there are much better five-star options available.

I stay at this hotel every time I come to Shanghai, and it never disappoints. The location is excellent — very convenient and close to public transport, restaurants, and shopping areas, which makes getting around the city extremely easy. The staff are friendly, polite, and always helpful, making the whole stay smooth and comfortable from check-in onward. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable, with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Overall, it’s a reliable, good-quality hotel that offers great value. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Shanghai.

A perfect place to stay when youre in Shanghai... Easy to find with train (line 2)and taxi. Mall nine cloud beside hotel. They provide western and cantoness for breakfast.

중식과 양식으로 나눠져 있어서 먹을만 했습니다. 점원들의 서비스도 만족스러웠습니다. 26층 식당에서 바라다보는 상하이 일대의 풍경이 매우 아름다웠습니다.

화장실 및 욕실 문이 안잠겨서 좀 당혹스러웠습니다. 잠그는 것을 일부러 없앤 것 같은데, 문화차이려니 생각하고 그냥 사용했습니다.
