Luxe hotel met zeer uitgebreid en goed ontbijt. Ruime kamer met zeer ruime badkamer met bubbelbad.

Op de gang rook het naar rook van sigaretten.

Super nice park. Excellent location inside the old French concession. Room was big with a lot of amenities.

The hotel has a great location and friendly staff, but unfortunately, my stay was a bit disappointing due to the thin walls—it was quite noisy at night. The room was also a bit smaller than expected. However, the cleanliness was decent. Hope they can improve the soundproofing for a better experience.

Hotelli on ensiluokkainen ja sitä ympäröi ihana puisto. Huoneet ovat tilavat, siistit ja sängyt aivan superhyvät. Lähistöllä on erilaisia ravintoloita ja hotellin edustalla on pieni ulkoterassi. Tällä alueella on kauniita katuja ja rakennuksia vanhalta siirtomaa-ajalta. Jing'an temppelille kävelee puolessa tunnissa Huashan Roadia pitkin. Vaahterat kurottuvat teiden yli kauniina ja viilentävänä viherkattona. Palvelu tässä hotellissa on ensiluokkaista. Kuntosali ja hyvänkokoinen uima-allas tekevät kuntoilun tosi käteväksi. Uima-altaan yhteydessä on pieni oikea sauna kiukaineen. Siihen voi siis ihan heittää vettä ja se tuo hauskan tuulahduksen Suomesta. Välillä voi vaihtaa höyrysaunaan. Ota uimapuku mukaan! Hotelli on useamman kilometrin kilometrin päässä Kansanaukiolta, mutta taksilla sinne hurauttaa 25 minuutissa. Metroasemia löytyy myös 10 min. kävelymatkan päästä. Itse hurautin taksilla toiseen suuntaan ja tulin takaisin kävellen. Tämän hotellin vahvuus on ihana puisto ja mahdollisuus rauhoittua tohinan keskellä, hyvät sängyt, erinomainen palvelu ja amme huoneessa. Hotellissa on hää- ja juhlahotellin estetiikkaa ja juhlavuutta. Korkeassa tuloaulassa soi lltaisin klassinen musiikki livenä. Nautin tästä hotellista ihan suunnattomasti ja olen jo palannut tänne uudelleen!

The transparent door but this time they upgrade me to a less transparent door. Thank you so so much. Another thing is becoming more commercial and business like now which i dont like. It used to be a very luxury but cozy and warm hotel

The location is very close, close to the French Concession, which is one of the most charming areas of Shanghai. The fact that the hotel is inside a garden makes it particularly charming. Rooms are very spacious and the bed is very confortable. The views are nice.

The room is equipped for old people, there are railings around all the bathroom sink, bathtub, etc, which gives it a bit of a retirement home vibe. The decor is a bit old-school and it could be a lot more fancy for where it is.

Nice location and comfortable rooms. Very nice bedding. There was a lot cigarette smoke in the room but i complained and got an upgrade to a nice suite also got an air purifier so it was fine afterwards. The breakfast is terrible. So dirty and messy, not friendly stuff. I felt i was at a school canteen rather than a five star hotel. So disappointing. Also the breakfast is supposed to ne till 10 30 on weekends but by 9 50 lots of missing items. The worst it is just so dirty that I didnt even want to eat certain things as the serving forks were so dirty and sometimes missing or laying inside the food platters . I think the breakfast is extremely poorly managed. Sad.

Excellent breakfast! Very nice hotel with great welcome: violins playing in the lobby when you arrive. The swimming pool provided an excellent experience while the bath was an absolute pleasure.

The wifi network was difficult to find.

The bed and bedding were very comfortable, good room size. Service staff were helpful in helping us with meituan for food orders and provided us a room before 3pm when we arrived early

The bathroom only has glass doors so it’s not very soundproof. The walls are a bit thin and the bathtub shows some wear and tear. We mostly walked from the hotel to the French concession area and took a taxi elsewhere. Perhaps it’s not so convenient if you were to mainly take the metro

Property grounds were stunning- the gardens and landscaping were a beautiful sight to take in every morning. The rooms were large and amenities quite modern. Staff did their best to assist wherever possible.

The ID was a little outdated and ostentatious. While the rooms were large the seating was limited. The smart WC inthe bathroom failed and that was unpleasant for a few hours till they fixed it. The aircon mysteriously turned off on our second night and a good rest was spoiled. The hotel did not do anything to compensate us for the inconvenience- no effort whatsoever despite complaints to the front desk- they should have done better,

Luxury experience in a green compound in the heart of the city. Great gym, pool and spa facilities, mind boggling breakfast. Rooms feel large, have free-standing bathtubs and offer views of the park and city. About 1km walk to the metro, but it's a fine walk along a large road and park near the university so even that walk feels like a nice experience.

Tout était exceptionnel, l’accueil et la gentillesse du personnel, la chambre spacieuse et calme, le super petit déjeuner. Hôtel très bien placé pour visiter Shanghai . Environnement arboré très agréable.

Terrible Chinese restaurant located on the fourth floor,with unreasonably high price and low quality.

힙한 우캉루에서 별로 멀지 않고 주변 분위기도 조용하니 너무 좋음. 시설 좋고 아 정말 호텔이다-싶은 여유로움이 있음. 정원도 너무 좋고 주변 산책도 좋음. 바로 옆에 붙은 운남 음식점도 진짜 너무 맛있습니다. 호텔 식당도 음식 다 준수하고 좋았음. 호텔 스테이를 겸해서 가신다면 대만족일듯

내가 묵은 객실은 일단 냉장고 파워가 너무 약했고..구조적으로 냉장고에 뭘 집어넣기 어렵게 되어있음 상하이 가면 자른 과일같은거 좀 사서 넣어놓고 야금야금 먹는데 그러기 어려움. 그리고 가까운 거리에 편의점이나 슈퍼 없습니다...

The room they swapped us into at least had a door on the bathroom.

Transparent door on the bathroom, bathtub in the middle of the room. They charged me extra to move me to a room with a solid bathroom door. NO AIR CONDITIONING, the temperature in the room was 26C (about 80+ F). When I tried to leave a window open the staff recalcitrantly closed it every time. A room booked for three adults was provided with ONE BED. They did offer a free extra bed but it was too short for an adult and did not include a mattress, it was hard as a rock. They admitted that they don't actually have any rooms for three adults. Then why do they make them available to bookers?? The pillows were likewise like bricks. The toilet beeped loudly in the middle of the night. The staff were entirely unhelpful and frankly seemed a bit brain-dead. I lived in Shanghai for three years so I knew not to expect much for my money. Congratulations Radisson for not even meeting my low expectations. We barely got any sleep over three nights and could not wait to leave.

My favorite hotel in Shanghai

Booked a queen room for my daughter and a king business room for us. The rooms were very luxurious and spacious. It was a very comfortable stay. There were enough English speaking staff and they were helpful in assisting with making reservations at local restaurants for us. Would be coming bank here when we next visit Shanghai again.

Super Lage, schöner Blick, gute Ausstattung, gemütliches Bett, guter Pool, guter Frühstück, sehr netter Service - alles super! Ich komme immer in Shanghai hier unter.

Stayed with 3 of my colleagues this time for 3 mights each all of us = 12 nights. I stayed with you in late July 2025. Only thing that really needs attention is the coffee at breakfast - both the Melitta & the old FAema need upgrading - suggest you check with Hiangkie Coffee Corp locally who offer the the excellent Eversys Cameo for Brek Self Serve - very reliable & very consistent good coffee. Try their Yellow Brew Lab Pack as I tasted at the Hotelex show. trust this assists.

Отель красивый, с прекрасным расположением среди вилл во французской концессии. Очень приятно из него начинать прогулку по городу. До Бунд 15-20 минут на такси. Неплохой бассейн, хамам и сауна в мужской и женской раздевалке, джакузи. В спа чисто. Весь персонал очень вежливый. Приятная мелочь -напитки и суп в подарок (как раз приехали очень уставшие и голодные и сразу принесли в номер). В остальные дни надо было просить. Персонал сам про это не рассказывал, увидели на бумажке, которую выдают. Вид на парк очень красивый Завтрак хороший

Местами мебель и стены потрепаны, но не критично. Удивило, что в одном номере у нас была косметика Молтон Браун, а в другом обычная Рэдиссон. Рэдиссон тоже неплохая, но больше люблю Молтон.

Breakfast was buffet with large offerings. Only Complaint : Rooms was very hot eventhough I turned down the temperature to 18.5C when outside temperature was 12-18C . Also there is no Spa - no massage or beauty treatments available at all.

Engineering should be able to allow individual rooms to adjust temperature . Many in our group had same complaint. Outside temperature was cold but we were sweating in our rooms.

A very nice hotel with a big compound and other 1-2 storey buildings probably meant for other events. Felt like i was living in a time when it was old Shanghai and this was one of the posh property within the French Concession Area.

A bit further away from the Metro stations, closest would take 15mins walk. Fortunately I could use the public bicycles that saved a lot of time and energy, cutting the time to just 6 mins ride to the metro station.

Breakfast was amazing. We stayed for six days and each day the breakfast offerings were different. And the choice at the buffet was as large as it was tasty. The hotel grounds are beautiful with historic villas from the early 20th century. An oasis of green gardens and flowering magnolia trees in the middle of a bustling big city. Set in the charming quarter of the French concession, there are many bars, cafes, restaurants, shops all within walking distance.

The staff were pleasant although the command of English could’ve been better. The room was comfortable although the decor felt dated and somewhat florid with shiny metallic lampshades and lights that wouldn’t look out of place in a KTV / karaoke lounge. I shared the room with a friend and the bathroom didn’t afford much privacy with the sliding glass panels enclosing the toilet and bathtub. Would have been better if the glass panels were completely opaque. Also there were no hooks in the bathroom to hang the bathrobe and towels. We had to drape them over the bath tub.

Le petit déjeuner était de bonne qualité, le poisson et la viande étaient frais, ainsi que les nouilles et les raviolis. Mention spéciale à la gentillesse du personnel et à l’agréable salle de restauration, un vrai plaisir gastronomique à l’hôtel, les repas étaient variés, gourmands. L’hôtel est irréprochable en matière de propreté. Les chambres étaient parfaitement propres, ainsi que les salles de bain et les espaces communs. Literie impeccable, salle de bain soigneusement nettoyée quotidiennement, bravo aux équipes ! Piscine propre et chauffée et salle de sport bien équipée. Parfaitement situé, cet hôtel permet d’accéder rapidement aux lieux touristiques importants tout en bénéficiant d’un environnement calme. Un grand merci au personnel pour leur gentillesse et leur professionnalisme. Leur accueil chaleureux nous donne envie de revenir très vite !

I would say staff and room. Staffs hospitality and language. Room is very tiny probably it’s Shanghai. I feel there are other valuable properties where staff and room is more enjoyable.

他们的自助早餐好像还挺有名的。 礼宾部的员工都很耐心也很有效率。 房间设施比如枕头和按摩浴缸真的超出预期。 还有机器人！ 送的小食也很好吃。

入住第一天先收了一张通知说游泳池因为翻新要停用，正好是我们的整个入住时长。 也可能是预定时没有看仔细，这个要是能提早通知就好了。 离地铁站比较远，不过这在梧桐区是不是算加分项。
