Overall experience was just bearable at max. The staff at the counter was not too friendly, just okay, having travelled across the region, I find it appalling that when you ask for details of your booking from the system you are told to check yourself. Moreover, being Accor corporate partner, you expect a bit of better service so that was not there. Don’t know how to describe the service but it clearly felt like the staff thought we didn’t belong there despite having paid bookings. Then we were expected to have rooms on different floors despite booking 3 weeks in advance and registering a baby too. Complimentary breakfast was not included in the booking and Genius 3 benefit of booking platform and Accor membership both were pretty useless in this case so we literally just paid that high to sleep in bed at night. They have no bellboy or room service, lifts are too small to carry trolley and people at the same time. And only two lifts to accommodate I believe more than 60+ rooms across 5 floors so pretty challenging there. The rooms were just at par to be called rooms, had bare minimum equipment and extremely small size to start with. The AC had no control except on/off, the walls would be filled with mist and hamper your breathing, toilet door wouldn’t close, and the view granted to us “peasants” was literally the backyard. Overall, not a great experience won’t recommend staying here unless someone only wants proximity to the beach.

اختصار الموقع والموظفين جيد ومستوى الغرف بشكل عام لا يرقى للمستوى واسرة الاطفال غير مريح وكذالك ابواب مثل باب الحمام اتمنى من إدارة الفندق التجديد والصيانة اما المطعم مافي اختيارات كثيرا خاصة العرب والمسلمين لن اعود اليه مرة اخرى

I honestly don’t know what to say. We arrived at this hotel at around 8:00 PM after a 16-hour non-stop bus journey. We were extremely exhausted. Our reservation was confirmed, and everything was supposed to be straightforward. However, when we arrived, the receptionist refused to let us check in because my sister is under 18 years old and, according to them, she needed written consent from our father. What made the situation even more frustrating is that my mother, my brother, and I were all with her. Our passports clearly show that we are siblings through our full names, and my mother’s name is listed as our mother. Despite this, the receptionist refused to acknowledge these obvious family relationships. Instead of trying to find a solution, the very first thing she said was, “Should I cancel your reservation and refund your money?” I was shocked by this attitude. When I booked through Booking.com, there was absolutely no notice or warning that a minor traveling with her mother and siblings would require written consent from her father. For comparison, we had just stayed in Bangkok before coming here, and we had absolutely no problems checking into our hotel under the exact same circumstances. After a long argument, we spent more than two hours making phone calls to our family and to the Saudi authorities to obtain and send our family registration documents and birth certificate to prove our relationship. We were already exhausted from our journey, yet the staff showed no understanding or compassion. To make matters even more suspicious, one day before our arrival, the hotel tried to cancel our reservation, claiming there was maintenance work. I refused the cancellation, and when we arrived, there was clearly no maintenance taking place at all. This makes me seriously question whether we were treated unfairly because of our nationality or because we had booked the room at a very good discounted price through Booking.com.

Odalar çok dar, rutubet çok fazla ve klimayı kapatınca nem yapıyor ve duvarlardan su akıyor biz iklimden kaynaklı sandık idare ettik her yeri aynı düşündük fakat daha sonra yeni otele geçince durumun bunla alakası olmadığını tamamen otelden kaynaklı olduğunu anladık bu otelde kaldığımız gün boyunca klimayı nem yapacak korkusundan dolayı kapatmadık ve çok üşüyerek uyumak zorunda kaldık uyumak denirse.

היינו לפני 3 שנים והכל היה מעולה. חזרנו כי זכרנו שבפעם הקודמת היה נחמד. לצערי התאכזבנו מאוד! לאחר שהזמנו 2 חדרים למעשנים דרך בוקינג נוכחנו לגלות שלמלון אין אופציה כזו, למרות שהאופציה נמכרת בבוקינג! הציעו לנו 2 פינות עישון, אחת בכניסה למלון שאין אפילו כיסא לשבת והשניה ליד בריכה, בלי צל שעל הרצפה המון נמלים בכל הגדלים! אסור לכבות את המזגן בחדר כי אז כל החדר מתמלא מים המצעים לחים, המראה נוזלת והרצפה רטובה כמו לאחר שטיפה. אנחנו לא נחזור למלון הזה שוב.

تم حجز 5 ايام وتم تأجيل الطيران من بتايا الى بوكت وتم التواصل مع الفندق وابلاغهم انني سوف اتأخر 3 ايام ولم يعطوني فارق المبلغ مع العلم اني دافع جميع المبلغ ولم استطع تعديل الحجز احتاج مبلغ 3 ايام

מקום נחמד מאד ונקי . בריכה נחמדה ישירות מעולה של הצוות . ארוחת בוקר סבירה קרוב לבית לבד ולמסעדות ישראליות

Breakfast and location was perfect.

They haven't provided the dental kit and when i asked they said it is for 50 THB. Dental kit should be complementary. Swimming pool timing also not good, i thing they should increase it either in the morning or evening.
