Der Aufenthalt war wunderbar im Seven Seas Hotel. Das zimmer war sehr sauber. Die Lage ebenfalls perfekt. Sehr nah am strand und dann kann man zum abkühlen noch in den Pool am hotel. Ein 7/11 ist ebenfalls gleich um die ecke. Wir hatten ein paar super schöne Tage und ich kann die Unterkunft nurweiterempfehlen.

The whole team is amazing, very welcoming, I Stayed 14 days and never complained from anything. The pool is always clean, their coffee is amazing, Breakfast always fulfilling and colorful. The Jaccuzzi is amazing. TV is full of channels with super wifi speed, they are always ready to serve. We've rented scooted in nice condition from hotel.

The Seven Seas hotel is not new, some doors creak, the bathroom need renovation.... but anyway, the atmosphere is great, the Staff is unbelievably friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good and served from 8am to 10am. The on-site restaurant offers very tasty Thai and Western food at very reasonable prices. A well-equipped and air-conditioned room with a balcony makes you feel like you are at home. The quiet area makes a good night's sleep. The hotel provides daily clean beach and pool towels which is more than plus. Before you enter the hotel terrace, you will find a tap where you can clean the sand from your shoes if you have been to the beach. The small on-site pool is more than enough for refreshing after a few drinks in the hotel bar. If I visit Patong Beach again, Seven Seas Hotel will be my first choice. Thanks again to the friendly staff.

I was genuinely impressed. The value for money is excellent, and the breakfast has exactly what you need — nothing too much, nothing too little. My room was very spacious, clean, and well equipped with a fridge, air conditioning, and satellite TV. What really stood out to me was the very strong water pressure, which is not something you usually find in Thailand. On top of that, the staff were consistently friendly, flexible, and genuinely helpful. I can recommend this hotel without any hesitation.

It is a very nice little hotel with friendly and accommodating staff. Reception & catering staff are gems and go far and above to help. Breakfast is minimal, but it is included if you book 4 or more nights, Fresh fruits, cereals, cold meats, boiled eggs and toast are set up buffet style in the dinning area They will cook-to-order omelets/scrambled/poached/fried/ eggs. Coffee, chocolate or tea.. I loved the Iced coffee latte. As I had had a boating accident on my second full day, and was let out of hospital on the understanding of full bed rest for my stay duration, I had ample time to sample their menu to the full. They came up trumps. Plenty of variety, good size portions and nicely presented. The kitchen put together a finger buffet for me when my cousin came to visit me, I had not seen her since we were in our teens some 46 years ago. It was a special day for us, so that sharing of food added a lovely ambiance to the occasion. I can not express my gratitude to all the staff I encountered at Seven Seas - Such an attentive attitude just not found in the larger 'chain; hotels. They knocked my door a few times a day to check if I needed anything (I had bruised soft tissue around my lower vertebrates and it was excruciating to stand or walk) They brought my food into my room, even moving furniture around to bring the table close to my bed. They do not have a money change in the hotel, but the reception chap (Sorry I do not remember every ones names - I blame my lack of memory on the painkillers!!) was so kind, he ran down to the nearby Change Kiosk for me, even bringing the receipt back

The pool was really cold, but it is overshadowed by the surrounding buildings so does not get direct sun for any length of time during the day. However, it is a very pretty little pool and makes for some nice photos! I had no hot water in the shower for the duration of my stay.

מלון חמוד קרוב לפטונג, חדרים גדולים עם מרפסת חמודה. צוות מאוד נחמד, מחיר נמוך ואפילו יש ארוחת בוקר וקפה טעים. הינו ללילה רק בשביל טיול בערב בפטונג וקצת שופינג בקניונים.

ענה על הצורך שלנו ללילה, הכל היה מעולה, חזרנו רק לישון במלון ובבוקר כבר עזבנו.

В первую же ночь в ванной прорвало трубу. Неплохо так затопило ванную комнату. Пришлось бежать на ресепшн а дежуривший там работник со шваброй и инструментами начал всё это чинить (успешно). Кондиционер не работает когда ты выходишь из номера (мастер ключ надо забирать с собой и соответственно электричество отключается). Завтрак почти без выбора блюд...очень базовый. Телевизор очень старый и с плохой картинкой трансляций.

The staff was amazing. I stayed 7 days, I felt like it was a good friends house. The food was good. Kindness & going over and beyond must be their motto. Very quiet and close walking distance to the beach and convenience.

Das Frühstück war fabelhaft, Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für diese Lage unschlagbar. Haben anschließend gleich verlängert.

Velmi milý a vstřícný personál. Úklid každý den, pokud chcete. Hotel nabízí i ručníky na pláž. Velmi příjemný, čistý bazén. Výborné snídaně. Hned přes silnici pláž, obchody a restaurace. Pokud někdy pojedeme na Patong, tak se určitě v tomto hotelu ubytujeme.

Moře od šestého dne našeho pobytu bylo znečištěné různým odpadem. Vyřešili jsme dopravou taxi na jiné pláže. To se ale netýká hotelu.

Très bon petit hôtel familial, globalement bien tenu et propre. Excellent accueil et bon petit déjeuner. Les chambres sont très correctes.

We loved this place in Patong. It is close to the beach but a little walk to Bangla Road, which meant it was quieter than other accommodation closer to the action. The room is an excellent size with a wonderful balcony overlooking the pool. The bed is really comfortable and the room is spotless. The restaurant really has good food and the breakfast is good value with some variety other than eggs and toast. The pool is a little small, but wonderful for a quick swim and a cool down, and who cares, the beach is down the road. There is a water filter in the restaurant for filling up water bottles. Laundry, restaurants and hire bikes are close by too. There is nothing to fault on this one, in fact we kept extending our stay because we did not want to leave. The staff are friendly and welcoming.

- room isolation is not perfect. - my rooms faced into the swimming pool where customers have their breakfast and swim. Forget you can sleep on the morning. I had an issue, Complain to the receptionist who speak to them but unfortunately they didn’t respond to her. I couldn’t sleep on the morning.

Incredible place for value - 200m from quiet and cleaner part of the beach. Great local restaurants close by, staff were very attentive and friendly, speak great English. Rooms cleaned daily if requested and free 2x bottled of water, the buffet breakfast is incredible value. I wish I stayed here for my total stay in Patong. I fell ill on one of the mornings due to food poisoning (street food) and the staff were so quick and into action to address my needs - offering advice and medication and happily ordered it, delivered to my room and took payment when I became healthy. 10/10 staff. Do note - the pool was exceptionally clean and maintained, although don’t expect a resort style pool. I witnessed guests being rude to the staff who expected a ‘5 star resort style accomodation’. Give respect to gain respect. Be kind to all. Best off going to a resort or spending bigger $$ if you want these services. I will be back. Perfect spot if you want to spend more time exploring Phuket and Patong rather than lazing about. This is the best spot

I was staying in a room on the ground floor. I left the safe inside the wardrobe open and went out to the city. When I returned, I noticed that my money had been stolen. I had a special elastic sock with two pockets containing about 7,000 USD and 1,800 EUR; this money was left untouched. However, there was a transparent bag inside the safe with about 4,000 Israeli Shekels (ILS), which at the time was worth around 45,000 Thai Baht or 1,350 USD. This bag of money was stolen. It was likely the cleaning staff, who of course did not admit to the theft. In my opinion, they stole this specific money because they thought it was Thai Baht, as the colors of Israeli and Thai banknotes are very, very similar. I spoke with the hotel management, and they questioned the cleaners, who naturally denied it. But it is certain—a million percent—that they stole the money, and from this point on, I do not know what to do.

We stayed at this hotel from the 16th to the 26th and had a wonderful holiday. The hotel is small, cozy, and located in a great area, only about 150 meters from the beach. Despite its size, it has an elevator, which was very convenient. The room was always kept exceptionally clean, with daily housekeeping service, fresh towels, and complimentary bottled water provided every day. Special thanks to the reception team: Jor, Wah, Htoo and Dapper. They were always friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. They provided excellent recommendations, answered all our questions, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and well-managed place to stay.
