Staff was really friendly. Cookies and coffee were a nice welcome. Gators themed decorations and shuttle to the game were nice perks too.

Rooms and carpet have seen better days. The value for money was outrageous. Suppose it's what you get on game days.

The lady in charge of breakfast service was rude. I indicated that the oj and apple juice were watery and that maybe the machine was not mixing them correctly She poured some in a cup and stated *that is how it looks* I asked did you taste it. She said I don't have to. That is how it looks. Its news to me that you can look at something and say it's watery. She need customer service training. And someone needs to taste what they are offering.

The staff was super friendly! The popcorn was a fun bonus!

The bed was lumpy and bathroom was very dated. The door was a struggle to get closed.

El mensaje que envié lo mal interpretaron , dique que tal vez me quedaría solo una noche si la situación lo ameritaba,pero necesité quedarme la segunda noche y me hicieron hacer el check out en una noche. No hubo flexibilidad. Solo espero que la noche adicional que pagué me la devuelvan a la tarjeta.

My wife and I have been staying for over 10 years when our son was attending UF. We probably started staying there about 2015....when it was new. Not surprisingly, in ten years, it has started to show its age......wallpaper coming loose in the breakfast room on the south side between the windows....and held in place by numerous staples, small tears and rips in the carpet in room 308 and numerous other "little things". All in all, I will stay there when I'm town....but if some of these little things don't start getting some attention,....well, there are plenty of other places that may offer the same level of value....and that keeps their property looking ship shape. Hopefully,, the owner(s) will be paying more attention to these obvious "aged" items.

Little dirty. Unprofessional repairs done. Small pool. Breakfast wasnt good Saturday. Service wasnt good. Couldn't get food made took a long time. Never got anything but a waffle.

Clean room, good location, and overall a pleasant stay. A special thanks to Joy—she was by far the friendliest, most welcoming, and most helpful member of the staff. She made our stay even better.

The bathroom could use some maintenance. There was noticeable rust in a few places.

Location was right off I-75 and only about 5 minutes from our destination, Shands Hospital at University of Florida. The staff was friendly and courteous. The room was clean and comfortable.

Nice staff. Convenient location. Lots of shops and places to eat. Close to the highway but quiet.

The facilities are very old, like a hotel from the 90s. The spring mattress on the king bed kind of tilted up when we sat on one side of the bed. The sofa bed could open to a queen size bed but the mattress that came with it was terrible. We could literally feel the springs inside. Sheets and towels had stains on them. The room smelled like mildew. And for a room with a king size bed and a sofa bed that was advertised to be able to fit 4 adults, there was only one hook on the back of the bathroom door. If they could just add some hooks to the huge empty wall by the mirror, which would cost close to nothing, it would so much easier for the quests cuz they would have somewhere to hang their towels, jackets, etc. etc.

The location was very convenient, near the main road and entrance/exit to the interstate.

The price per night doesn’t match the accommodations!! The air quality inside the building and room was stale and had a musty smell.

I went to the Location , the Smell was unacceptable , and did not stay but explained that I need it my money back because , Me and the Family went to Gainesville for my son's transplant and needed a hotel for 10 to 12 days which I am expecting my deposit back ; Thank You .

The Smell as soon as We walked in that awful smell l Ike if the carpet was stinking like it was left wet and left to dry up from the first floor and the 3rd floor soon as the elevator opened up and room stunned too , not acceptable neither health wise ; Thank you

Humidity smell, shower tub wasn’t clean

They charged me twice. Once they got paid the 2nd charge stayed on my account for 72 hrs before it fell off my account. My bank held that money as a pre-authorization and nothing could be done about it. I was NOT happy about that and will not stay there again because of it.

Ontbijt heeft niet veel variatie. Dus als je er langer verblijft, weet je bijna altijd hetzelfde. En zoals meestal in Amerikaanse basic hotels: geen verse tomaten of komkommers bij ontbijt.

Other customers slamming the doors very early in the morning like they where only ones there. Would have liked to have walk- in showers .

Our bathroom fan didn’t work. The outlets are all too loose and the blow dryer I brought wouldn’t stay plugged in and the overall appearance of the bathroom was not good. Looks like they half way repainted it or update it and a better job should have been done. Beds were comfortable at least

The room was wet and it smells like wet dirty water and smells like dirty carpet, there was water leak in the bathroom. That was in the second room I was moved to , the room 221 was a smelly mass . I will not stay there again..

Un alojamiento muy cómodo, la habitación con buen espacio, cama muy cómoda y amplia, el personal muy amable, todos los días tenías disponible a cualquier hora café y en la tarde preparaban palomitas, muy cerca de varios restaurantes y tiendas, nos hospedamos allí para asistir a la universidad de Florida y al centro de conferencias Hilton y fue muy cómodo el desplazamiento 7min en carro

Fue muy bueno, sin embargo en los días que estuvimos no hubo cambio de toallas o mantenimiento en general de la habitación, sería lo único
