We’ve just got back from a 10-night family stay. Overall, I really enjoyed our time here — the location is brilliant and the service was top-notch. Like any place, the hotel has its pros and cons, but it’s definitely worth the money. ​The Room & Staff Initially, we were placed in a room on the basement level. We requested a move, and by the next day, the team kindly relocated us to a room with a breathtaking view of Babadag mountain. Having a morning coffee with that backdrop was absolute bliss! ​The entire team was friendly and welcoming. I can't recall every name, but a huge shoutout to Ali in the restaurant, who looked after us during breakfast and dinner. He was always on hand to help with seating and drinks, working incredibly hard with a smile. The entertainment team was brilliant too — special thanks to the lovely dark-haired girl selling bingo tickets, who brought me good luck (I actually won!). The pool foam party with the dancers was fantastic — total Ibiza vibes! Also, don't miss the Cappadocia Night; the performance was outstanding and a absolute must-see. ​Food & Drinks ​Buffet: There was a good spread of food, though to be completely honest, some dishes lacked a bit of flavour (the fish, for instance). ​Kids: The children's section was a bit limited. They won't go hungry — there are chips and nuggets — but the pizzas weren't quite to the kids' liking. ​Lunch Spot: The all-inclusive lunch venue open from 12 pm to 4 pm made up for the kids' menu. The burgers there were delicious and the menu was fantastic! ​Desserts: Decent selection, though perhaps a bit less varied compared to other Turkish resorts. ​Drinks: The cocktails were spot on! No complaints whatsoever. ​Location, Shuttle & Pool The hotel’s location is perfect. The partner beach, Sun City Beach, is stunning. However, the shuttle situation needs sorting out. In the mornings, guests line up, but locals often push in ahead of those who have been waiting. A simple ticket/number system would easily prevent any friction. ​The main pool is large and offers amazing mountain views. However, the classic "towel reservation" issue was quite annoying. Sunbeds in the front rows are tagged with towels and left empty all day, forcing people actually at the pool to the back. We always managed to find loungers, but it’s a shame the prime spots stay empty like that. ​Top Tip Do not miss the Babadag Cable Car! It’s only about £3 by taxi to get there, and the views are beyond words. Go during the week if you can — the weekend crowds take away a bit of the magic. ​Would we return? Yes, I’d happily come back if those few operational details are addressed. It’s a great value stay overall!

I loved that the rooms were big and felt like home. As a family with a 3 years old toddler, we were really comfortable. Rhe staff helped us with anything we needed help with. The food was exceptionally good. The variety and quality was amazing. The traditional turkish dishes were always just like how my mom cooks at home :) it is so obvious that the kitchen crew takes their job very seriously. We also loved that the hotel was simply the greenest of all nearby hotels. The garden is super beautiful and well maintained. We loved our stat here and will definetely return :) Also the private beach where the hotel bus take you from the hotel is also very beautiful and calm. It is a hidden gem in such touristic and crowded nearby beaches. It was an amazing beach and we were sad that we didnt have enough time to visit more often.

The quality of the cocktails in the bars were really bad but co sidering that they are included in the all inclusive price, it is ubderstandable.

We come with our young family and friends for 10 days in August. We absolutely loved this place and will definitely be back! Location was perfect for us, as we liked how close shops/pharmacies/ bars were to us. The vibes were good, music playing all day. Pool activities etc, snack bar close to the pool. Our room was lovely we can’t complain, didn’t hear any noise from the evening entertainment, We really enjoyed our time here, the food was great something for everyone, we loved the different themes every night in the main restaurant. The cocktail list was great, and nearly all were made perfectly. All staff were nice and friendly. We dont have any cons about this place, although I would say children’s disco/entertainment could do with being a bit longer in the evening as our children loved singing and dancing along. But we will 100% be back!

An amazing holiday, the staff were all amazing. Entertainment went above and beyond, the restaurant and bar staff were all so friendly and respectful. Rooms were kept clean and everything about the stay was lovely. Can’t wait to come back

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The food was excellent, with a great variety of choices throughout our stay, so there was always something different to enjoy even for our fussy daughter. A special thank you to Ali, who looked after us so well. He was incredibly friendly, always happy to have a chat, and really made us feel welcome. He is a great addition to the team! The rooms were nice and comfortable, and the hotel grounds were lovely and well maintained. The only negative would be the cleaner would make lovely swans on the beds, but not give us toilet roll, or clean the balcony. The entertainment team were also fantastic, especially both Baris’. They were full of energy, friendly and helped make our stay really enjoyable. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely recommend the hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

В целом всё заявлено было: отель близко у моря, вкусная кухня, есть бар, бассейн, трансфер на их собственный пляж, но ехать на этот пляж минут 10 и в целом особого смысла ехать туда нет так как там довольно спокойная гавань, а рядом есть хорошее море, поэтому никаких проблем здесь нет

Пришлось доплатить за одного гостя 400 евро. Я заказывал три номера и считал, что в каждый номер могут вселиться по два человека, так как цена за одного человека в номере и за двух - одинаковая. Случайно, в букинге я указал, что в одном номере будет жить один человек, а не два, но при заселении менеджер на ресепшене сказала, что нужно доплачивать ещё 400 евро.

Was in a good location to the beach and shops

The rooms were very dated and in need of refurbishment. The food was repetitive, with very little variety and often the same options being served. There were also issues with people stealing lilos around the pool, which made it difficult to enjoy the facilities. Another major disappointment was the lack of entertainment. There simply wasn’t enough going on during the evenings, which made the overall holiday feel quite boring. Overall, the hotel has a lot of room for improvement, particularly when it comes to the rooms, food, entertainment and management of the pool area. A special mention to Ahmet, who genuinely went above and beyond throughout our stay. His friendly attitude, helpfulness and excellent service really stood out and made a positive difference to our holiday. He is a credit to the hotel.

Locația este superbă, curata, plaja privata în laguna unde ești transportat cu microbuzele hotelului, foarte aproape și de plaja publica dacă dorești să mergi pe jos, piscina curată, mâncare diversificata și foarte gustoasă, petreceri/evenimente in fiecare seara. Parcarea este pe strada, langa hotel și se găsește mereu un loc liber. O armată de oameni harnici și zâmbitori s-au asigurat că avem un sejur frumos şi relaxant. ❤️

Food wasn’t great

I spent 7 nights in that nice hotel. The animation team was on top ; big up to Baris, Mehtap, Aybike, Busra and Suzan. The buffest was limited with some good foods anyway even if some classical Turkish breakfast specialities were missing and replaced by British food. Some restaurant crew were nice and very helpful like Su, Sila, Baris… Special thanks to the always smiling Elif from the lobby bar and Safiye. The hotel has a private sandbeach at the famous blue lagoon. Even if many things needed to be improved , the overall satisfaction is ok.

Amazing hotel with great food, drinks and atmosphere. 2nd time here and the best entertainment staff! Would return every time 😊

Un séjour juste incroyable ! Nous avons adoré cet hôtel du début à la fin. Les chambres sont très propres, le buffet est excellent avec beaucoup de choix pour tous les goûts, et tout le personnel est vraiment aux petits soins. La piscine réservée aux adultes était calme et tellement agréable, un vrai bonheur pour se détendre. Un grand merci tout particulièrement à Dilara de la réception et à Eylem, qui ont été adorables, souriantes et très attentionnées avec nous. ❤️ Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour et nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésiter. Le seul petit point négatif concerne l’espace de restauration. Il y a bien des ventilateurs, mais avec la chaleur et surtout l’humidité, cela reste malheureusement insuffisant. Un espace fermé et climatisé aurait été beaucoup plus agréable, d’autant plus que les odeurs de nourriture peuvent être assez présentes. La plage n’est pas directement à côté de l’hôtel et il faut prendre une navette pour s’y rendre. Elle est en partie sablée, mais il y a également des pierres, ce qui peut être un peu dérangeant. Ce sont vraiment les seuls petits points à améliorer. Comparé à tout le reste, qui était excellent, cela reste très minime et n’a absolument pas gâché notre séjour.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The location was also perfect, making it easy to get around and explore the area. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The food was exceptional. Wide selection of everything for the various tastes. The private beach was good, but a bit overcrowded.

Overall, the stay was okay, but several issues left me disappointed. Before booking, I asked twice about parking and was told the staff would help us find parking on arrival. Instead, we were met with a dismissive attitude and told that everyone finds parking themselves. Even after showing the previous messages, no help was offered. The Wi-Fi was extremely slow. Only after we complained were we given access to a different network that worked much better. This should have been offered from the start. The biggest disappointment was the tennis facilities. Before booking, I specifically asked if tennis was available, and the positive answer was the deciding factor in choosing this hotel. However, there were no tennis balls available during our entire 3-day stay, despite asking every day. It's unacceptable to advertise an amenity that guests cannot actually use. Finally, during the evening disco, the DJ played "Matушка Земля" by Tatiana Kurtukova. While I understand the intention was probably just to play popular music, this song has become closely associated with Russian state propaganda regarding the war against Ukraine. As someone who strongly condemns the war, I found it deeply uncomfortable, and I can only imagine how distressing it may have been for any Ukrainian guests present. I hope the hotel will be more mindful when selecting music in the future.

Несмотря на какие-то внутренние тонкости по бронированию отеля, отпуск прошел отлично. По приезде нам сказали, что партнер отеля продал больше номеров чем есть по факту. Нам пришлось ночь провести в другом отеле этой же сетки. Это причинило некий дискомфорт. Но менеджер отеля Мустафа постарался сделать этот нюанс максимально незаметным для нас. Незнаю чья вина - отеля или партнеров, но за это снимаю один бал. Все остальное соответствует описанию. Номер у нас был угловой, после ремонта все было превосходно. Еда, территория, развлечения - все соответствует цене/звездности.

А вот пляж в лагуне подвел. То как показано на фото - это платная территория. В бесплатной зоне все намного проще. Оч много людей. Мы покатались на сапах и уехали. Дальше ходили на море. Рядом есть частный пляж, где цена дешевле чем в лагуне и море открытое. Так что есть выбор.

No communication about pre booking of sun loungers on beach. Beach is not close to resort. Very basic bland cheap food.

I've been staying here for two years in a row! I bring my mom and a young child here. This is the best value for money hotel in Oludeniz. This year, I haven't had any negative experiences, only positive ones. The staff is working on improving their services. The entertainment program is excellent (our family's favorite is the Kapadokya disco). At our request, they brought back the sun-dried tomatoes with nuts for a couple of days (we had enough of them). Otherwise, everything is perfect! The sea is clean, warm, the food is excellent (lots of fish), and the entertainment program is interesting and varied! The treatment of children is beyond praise! This year, I would give the hotel 5 stars!

I liked everything! This year, they took into account the mistakes of the past and informed us in writing about mosquito control.

Отличное расположение, до моря есть трансфер, но можно дойти и пешком за 10 минут. Отличный выбор блюд на шведском столе, номера довольно просторные и со свежим ремонтом. Есть анимация для детей, территория отеля утопает в зелени. Нам всё понравилось, если цена вас устраивает, то обязательно стоит посетить!

Не хватало москитных сеток, комарики на первом этаже все же беспокоят немного

Была всего 1 ночь, дали номер в административном здании с пустым мини баром и плохо убранной ванной. Плюс вечером очень шумно. Все остальное понравилось.

Отличное соотношение цены и качества: ухоженный отель с большой и зеленой территорией. Довольно вместительный бассейн. Питанием доволен - широкий ассортимент блюд, много рыбы

Во время приема пищи официанты не очень охотно предлагают воды или другие напитки, часто приходилось ходить самому за бутылкой воды

We visited here at the end of May and overall enjoyed our stay. Only negatives in the room for us were the plastic discoloured chairs on the balcony. The balcony was also tiny. There are no street lights making the walk back from the strip scary in the pitch dark. The food was ok. Just what you expect in an all inclusive hotel. Not brilliant but usually something you could eat. The staff were friendly and generally helpful. We've previously stayed at the other Sundai hotel and it was much nicer.

This is my 7th time at this hotel. I love it! Staff always so friendly and welcoming Food fresh and delicious with so much choice. The rooms have new bathrooms which are much more modern and better than before Wonderful atmosphere Entertainment Team are fantastic This is my home away from home! Hotel and grounds are always kept clean and tidy and the location is perfect!

Lovely location

2 x, single beds

Arrived at the hotel and not impressed with the check in. It was rushed, lacked warmth, no mention of the hotel wifi or how to access the hotel safe. Was allocated room 1405, which was immediately above the reception and on entering the room understood why the check in was rushed as they must have known we would ask to be moved. The room was small, cramped, very dated, poorly furnished, dingy and absolutely stunk of stale urine and sewage. The drains were clearly faulty and there was a leak that appeared to come from the toilet. The very small balcony had a 5 foot wall around it and was more like a prison exercise yard than a balcony. No view at all. It was no where near the standard of a 4 star hotel. Wasn't even 2 star. We immediately complained and was told we could move but the manager stated that they were fully booked as it was a Turkish holiday and could we wait for a couple of days. We weren't happy at all but reluctantly agreed and we stayed out of the room as much as we could. I subsequently believe that they downgraded us to this sub standard room as we had booked for 10 days and knew many of the Turkish holiday makers would only be staying for a short break and they could move us afterwards. We were finally moved to a more suitable room on the third floor in a block at the rear of the resort, which had a view. The room was a lot more modern, clean and a better standard. We had further issues with the room safe, the staff didnt know which safe keys worked, which meant trips back and forth to reception. In the first 2 days we must have visited the reception over 8 times for the room and room safe issues. The room safe was eventually replaced. The room issue aside, the resort is very well located, easy walk to the strip and beach. The gardens are lovely and well kept. It was very full for the first few days but we always managed to get a sunbed. Pool towels are provided. The food was good and plentiful. Thr only gripe was having smoking tables so close to non smoking ones. The Turkish love to smoke and at times we had a group of 5 people on an adjacent table all smoking and blowing smoke over ours and others tables. Not pleasant. The staff are friendly and kind and work hard. The drinks are good, local beers, cocktails and spirits, but at times there was a little wait time whilst cocktails were made. The entertainment was very good. Excellent discos with imaginative settings, shows and even a fantastic pool foam party. We had a very rocky start due to the room issue, do not even contemplate staying in any room above the reception, but when we were moved we enjoyed the hotel a lot more and had a good time. The entertainment staff were lovely and so friendly. Not the best 4 star hotel we have stayed at in Turkey but a lovely resort.

Had a fabulous stay at Sundia Suncity. Excellent location, just a few minutes walk from the strip. Rooms are nice, basic but do the job fine. House keeping visit every day and clean and change towels. The food here is outstanding, the best all inclusive food I’ve had in Turkey. Themed nights, so much variety and all fresh. The drinks are great, there’s a huge choice of cocktails, as well as spirits etc. the entertainment staff are excellent and really make your holiday. A big shout out Aybuke who got us up to play darts every day and took the time to come and speak to us and make our holiday enjoyable. The whole team are fab! Thank you for a lovely stay. We will be back again for sure!

Very central to beach and strip. Hotel is excellent for food and the entertainment staff are really good especially busra, rabia and Suzanne made us feel welcome to the hotel. We loved every minute of our stay can't praise this hotel enough will return.....

Daytime noise, love some pool music but that level was ridiculous, hard to have a conversation with someone on the next sunbed during the day

Only on day 3 of our yearly girlie trip and this place is AMAZING !!! The food is fab, the entertainment team work so hard making sure everyone is enjoying their stay....they all work so hard. Yesterday we had a foam party which was great fun.....cant wait to see what the next 7 days hold in store

Fabulous hotel, gorgeous, choice of food is excellent, staff are brilliant, very friendly and super helpful, entertainment is great, really enjoyed the darts and aqua aerobics, love the pool, rooms are comfortable and up to date! All in all a brilliant experience!

What an amazing hotel! Our room was fantastic – spacious, clean, and nicely cool. All of the hotel staff were incredibly helpful, and nothing was ever too much trouble. There was a great selection of food and drinks, catering for all tastes and preferences. The pool areas were amazing 🤩. We especially loved the fact that there wasn’t the usual crazy 8am rush to reserve a sun lounger 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻. My only very slight niggle was that some guests were standing and chatting in the middle of the pool with alcoholic drinks while others, including children, were trying to swim. It wasn’t the best look and occasionally made it difficult to enjoy the pool fully. Apart from that minor issue, we had an amazing holiday at this wonderful hotel and will definitely return. Busra was a fantastic entertainment host! Very approachable and friendly! Even got me in the pool to play polo when I didn’t want to! But I enjoyed it! Food was also great! I would definitely recommend Sundia!!

I stayed here for a few nights and had a genuinely pleasant experience. What stood out most was the atmosphere—comfortable, relaxed, and much less impersonal than many hotels. The room was clean, quiet, and well maintained, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful without being intrusive. The location made it easy to get around, and the overall value was excellent. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free visit.

We have visited this hotel for the last 4 years but every year it feels like its getting louder and louder (music & entertainment) its meant to be nice and chilled, but the music is constantly too loud throughout the day you can hardly here yourself talk. The dj party nights and the music is just ridiculously loud even going back to the room was constant boom and windows vibrating, kids and parents going back home so tired as not been able to sleep with it all, then comes the packing away once the party has finished not been very quiet at all banging and shouting considering its after midnight. The foam party day wasnt the best either if you were on a sunbed where they needed to set up they waited till everyone was at dinner and scattered sunbeds all over the place people couldnt find personal belongings or anything our family was split up people crammed in everywhere. The night-time show with the balloons they had women dancers come on dressed in very revealing clothing, it seemed very in appropriate when you have young chidren with you. There is a lot of family's and older couples staying here at the moment aswell. It feels like they are targeting a younger audience at this hotel rather than keeping it chilled and family orientated with older couples also. I still like the hotel and most of the staff are very friendly doing an excellent job who cant do enough for you, the rooms have been up dated from previous years but there is room for improvement with the music and entertainment definitely.

Amazing stay at Sundia. First family holiday with my 8 month old baby and I couldn't have picked a better hotel. Cleanliness was impeccable, amazing buffet with different daily themes, fresh tasty food and the one place where the desserts taste as amazing as they look ( we didn't feel the need to eat out) The staff at Sundia were beyond amazing every single person was helpful, polite and had impeccable service. The one hotel where you leave feeling like you have made a new family. A huge thank you to the following staff: 1) Nazym ( waitress) always going above and beyond in serving us drinks, talking to us, getting to know our names & always grabbing a highchair as soon as she saw my baby 2) Masha and Angel from the kids club who entertained my daughter treated her like their own and always taking their time out to talk to us

Had a lovely week at this hotel. Food was really good, lots of choice. Waiter especially Ali, is an asset to the hotel. Always smiling and helpful. Hotel immaculate for cleanliness. Maids do a fantastic job. Entertainment staff all very happy and lovely to chat to. Get the guests engaged with the activities during the day and on an evening. Especially Aybuke and suzan such lovely girls. Who are so friendly and work their socks off to ensure the guests are habing a great time. I would defo recommend this hotel to friends and family

This is the loudest hotel i have ever been to!! There is nothing chilled or relaxing about the place - there is banging dance music from 10am until 11.30pm - our kids are going back exhausted as they haven’t been able to sleep before 11.30 pm - tired children = emotional children = grumpy parents!! Such a shame as the hotel is lovely, beautiful setting, food is fine for l what we paid. Drinks are good. The beach is beautiful, just can not get over the constant noise. I’m sure if kids were older it would be great I’m sure.

No evening entertainment as didn’t start until mid May and very noisy road works on the hill behind so very noisy throughout the hotel mon - Fri from 8am to 6pm. I think we should have been advised about both prior to arrival as we were travelling with our 86 year old mum.

We booked a last-minute trip in October, and were so pleased we stayed here. The staff are absolutely outstanding, and the food was superb. We were blessed with lovely weather, and we chilled out around the adult pool most days. The beach is just a five-minute walk away. The private beach club is a nice day out, and while we were there, it was quiet, with plenty of seats and sunbeds available. It's a lovely spot for a swim too, and the free shuttle bus runs regularly. The coffee shop in the reception area is great, serving fresh coffee and delicious pastries as part of the all-inclusive - a nice little extra. We asked for a quiet room, which was great. Loads of hot water and cleaned nicely daily. Plenty of family fun and entertainment for everyone, which I expect is full-on in the summer.

This was our second visit to this hotel, we came just as a couple first and then brought the kids the year after. Food was tasty and big variety. Snack bar is the best, burgers and pizza. Drinks are good, beer is good. Adult only pool and a larger pool for the family. Towels provided. Very close to the beach and a shuttle to the blue lagoon provided. Shops one min walk. Recommend arriving at night as the traffic into the area is crazy in the afternoon and took ages. We will return again soon.

Service and staff were very pleasant and welcoming. The food was good and met our expectaions.

Cleanliness in the room. Dirt under the bed. Entertainment staff were pleasant, but there were too many requests to join acitivities during a day by the pool.

Food and buffet was amazing, they have fresh bbq meat grilled on spot that is so good. Pool and animation team are good. Really recommend

Lovely hotel and very warming staff. Superbly looked after from check in to check out. Location is fantastic with the beach, shops and restaurants literally 3 minutes away. 10 mins to the lagoon too. The all inclusive option is a must and the food is delicious with drinks and cocktails also superb. Oludeniz is a fantastic part of the world. Well stayed here for 10 days in October until the end of the season and the hotel closed. I would highly recommend staying here for multiple reasons. The staff were exceptional - from housekeeping, who visited daily, always with a smile and welcome, the gardeners who keep the grounds beautiful with flowers, hedges and olive trees, waiting staff who didn’t cease in their efforts to ensure we made the most of the all inclusive food and drink in the best environment. The animation team were unrelentingly cheerful and ensured there was lots going on. We particularly enjoyed the adult pool, tennis court, gym and table tennis and the nightly entertainment was professional and well worth watching. As vegetarians, we were a bit worried there wouldn’t be enough choice, but this wasn’t the case - so many choices- we went for the salads and stuffed vegetables etc and everything was so varied and fresh - although would have liked a choice of plant based milks. If you love cats, you’ll be in heaven! The location of the hotel was great - easy access to Oludinez with all its shops, restaurants and bars (especially the roof top bars) to watch the paragliders landing just off the beach. We took the hotel shuttle to Blue Lagoon, very beautiful and worth a visit, but actually enjoyed walking back more. Worth taking the dolmus busses off to the cable car mountain, Fethiye and Hissaronnu. Lots to do! We are already looking to come back earlier in the season next year. Liked all the Trees and the setting, the Staff as they were very friendly , but there again my family and I are very friendly people to .The pool was great , and the mini bus to the hotel beach .

Difficult getting a good room , lost a day of the holiday on 25 Oct the start of the holiday , and other upset regarding my family’s rooms as lack of understanding that out of the family of 12 that I booked in March 10 th 2025, 3 could not travel due to a severe illness that resulted in a York Hospital operation on 23 October 2025 , which left just 9 of us travelling for the holiday . Also I advise Hotel guests in the future to use their room safes as I had 70 in 10 pounds notes taken from a Jacket pocket in the hotel room on the Thursday while out on a family boat trip for the day . Notice a different room maid on the Friday , was sad I did not leave her a tip as my very bad inner feelings towards the room cleaning staff ! Raymond Fligg , York . England. Just leaving this lovely hotel 🏨 from start to finish the staff have been accommodating and great. Food was available constantly and have a different selection everyday. We've come as the season is closing and even on the last day when the hotel is closing, the service hasnt dropped - the lovely gentleman in reception has even given us a complimentary late checkout today! The kids have had a great time - great location, lovely hotel and my kids dont want to leave!!! Will be back soon! 👌 cant recommend enough!

We were here the last week of October after booking a last minute deal . This is very good hotel , I was super impressed with how good the staff were in all area’s. The location is fantastic . 2 mins to town strip and 5 to the beach ! We only used the all inclusive for drinks , breakfast and lunch but all was great , definitely one of the better all inclusive I’ve been to. Plenty of options and very clean , something for everyone. We particularly like the snack bar for lunch. Great pizza , fajitas and burgers served to you from a menu …lovely with a glass of Efes. The grounds are very well presented and it’s very safe for children . My 8 and 9 year old loved the park area where the kids club is and even opted to attend kids club a few times . The pool is large and very clean , I didn’t use the adults only pool but it looked very nice and was very peaceful . The rooms are small but are clean with good cupboard space and comfortable beds. The bathroom was a little dated but perfectly function-able and shower always hot . Evening entertainment was great , there is a real good vibe at this hotel . I would recommend and will return .

Stayed here many times before but sadly this time our stay was totally ruined by horrendous noise everywhere in the hotel all day and till midnight. Constant boom, boom, boom. Even when having dinner. If you want a little peace and quiet and relaxation, don't come to this hotel. It totally ruined our holiday and in spite complaining, nothing was done.... Four star hotel?.... I think not. Such a pity as the facilities, waiters and staff were great, but I won't be staying in a Sundia hotel again.

Staying at Sundia by Liberty Suncity was truly a refreshing experience. With its peaceful atmosphere surrounded by nature, friendly staff, and thoughtful service, my vacation turned out to be far more enjoyable than I expected. The food was delicious, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and every detail was well taken care of. Relaxing days by the pool and the magical evening ambiance made it truly unforgettable. If you’re looking to pamper yourself and take a deep breath, this is definitely the right place!”

Me and my husband stayed in this hotel in October for 10 nights and we were really pleased with the hotel and the service. Food & Drink: The food was exactly what we expected from this sort of hotel, if anything it exceeded those expectations. Every night is a different theme, although they did have the staple foods such as pasta, chicken nuggets, rice, mashed potatoes etc. We particularly enjoyed the Turkish food night. As a fussy eater myself, I felt there was still plenty of choice. The food wasn’t always warm but there is a microwave should you feel you need it. The quality of the food was good. We ate in the snack bar for most lunchtimes and whilst the service was quite slow, everything was made to order, hot and delicious. The drinks were great, plenty of cocktails to choose from and they were made by the barmen each time - no machine cocktails! The bar staff were fantastic, especially up in the terrace bar the guys up there are ace! We only found a couple of ‘downfalls’ about the food and drink: 1- As someone with a nut allergy, most things in the main restaurant were really well-labelled, however the desserts were not labelled at all. I had to rely on my husband to “taste test” things but ultimately I just stuck with ice cream to be on the safe side. This was a shame because let’s face it, dessert is the best part! 2- Drinks in the main restaurant - We went through a few meals without any drinks at all, unless you want fruit juice which you can help yourself to. I’m sure if you flagged a staff member down they’d sort you out, but this is difficult when it’s so busy. We did realise if you went nice and early around 7pm they were much better with the drinks service! Room: We stayed in block 5 in a jacuzzi bath room - it was quiet yet still close to everything. The room itself was great, exactly what you need. There’s a safe in the room, you can collect the safe key from reception no extra charge. There’s plenty of cupboard and drawer space for storage, and the room is spacious. There’s balcony isn’t huge, so we didn’t spend any time on it but it’s a decent enough size to hang your towels out. The beds were comfortable and the air con works fine. We didn’t use the jacuzzi because when we turned it on, the water was a bit yellow and so we were put off. The bathroom is a great size and the shower is excellent. We had housekeeping every day and the lady did a brilliant job! The mini fridge is re-stocked every day with water, milk, Fanta and Coca-Cola! The only drawbacks was the noise outside in the hall, the doors aren’t exactly ‘sealed’ so if anyone’s walking back to their room late and they are loud, you’re definitely hearing it. Spa: We booked into the spa after plenty of encouragement from the man who stands by the pool and books people in - we were SO impressed. We payed £90 in total and had a Turkish Bath, face mask and 30 minute massage each - the ladies in the spa were absolutely fantastic and the facilities were calming and clean. We came out feeling like we were floating! Highly recommend. Beach Club: We used the Beach Club towards the end of the holiday and we were gutted we didn’t use it earlier, so we could go again and again. We took the drinks from our mini fridge so we didn’t use the restaurant. The water in the lagoon is crystal clear and it’s full of fish and other friends! It was a serious sun trap and so calming. The bus was an uncomfortable ride for 10 mins there and back but if you don’t mind a couple of road bumps and squashing in with a stranger you should be fine. Reception: We had to contact reception twice, once for an iron and once because our shower wasn’t draining. On each occasion our requests were seen to and sorted within 10 minutes - this was really impressive. The reception are really friendly and helpful. Entertainment: We were really impressed with the entertainment, even at the end of season the team worked really hard and there was something to watch most night! The Cappadocia party was brilliant. The entertainment team were super approachable - some of them even sat with us in the evenings and it was super! If we visited Oludeniz again we’d definitely stay here again!
