Отдыхали в этом отеле с 21 по 27 августа. Отель выше всяких похвал- территория очень грамотная, все красиво и ухожено, бассейны чистые, места хватает всем. Настолько комфортно и приятно там находиться, что мы, любители моря, впервые отдыхали у бассейна. Сначала расположились у бассейна 18+, кстати там вода теплее, чем в основном и есть плавсредства, можно чилить в воде, потом не выдержали и присоединились к активностям в основном бассейне- играли в волейбол, участвовали в пенной тусе и кидались шарами)) Номера удобные, убирают чисто, мини бар пополняют ежедневно. Питание выше всяких похвал- вкусное, свежее, очень красиво оформлено. Алкоголь местный, пиво и шампанское прекрасны. Шеф-повар наблюдает за всем в ресторане)) Вода на территории есть во всех барах, бутылки как 0,3 так и 1,0 Самый вкусный мохито (б/а) делает красотка с косами в баре-пекарне, мы заходили туда регулярно. Море. Мы ходили на пляж пешком, ни разу не воспользовались отельным трансфером, идти приятно, улочка оживленная, центральная, интересно посмотреть по сторонам. Пляж отеля с лежаками слева, практически в конце, но так как мы не лежим на лежаках, пару раз мы оставляли вещи на берегу на центральном пляже и плавали в море- берег здесь приятней. Что касается шума по вечерам- нам было комфортно, наши окна выходили на территорию отеля и с балкона можно было видеть шоу на сцене отеля, шум с улицы не раздражал. Персонал- все молодцы, улыбчивые и услужливые, всегда помогут решить возникающие вопросы. Отъезд в аэропорт у нас был вечером, номер продлить не смогли из за загруженности отеля, нам дали пляжные полотенца и мы весь день провели у бассейна. Спа- понравилась менеджер Шэрон, брали комплекс в день приезда, все чисто, приятно, ароматно, прекрасный массаж. Отель однозначно рекомендую, с удовольствием бы вернулась в него.

Нам не понравился наш улучшенный трёхместный номер, который находится в основном корпусе, мы очень сильно расстроились, когда туда заселились (он большой и чистый, но вид из окна на крышу испортил все впечатление), но спасибо ре

الموقع جميل جداً، المكان اسمه اوليدينيز شاطيء وسنتر رايق وخاص للبحر، قريب من فتحية 20 د

1- الفندق ليس على البحر ولا يوجد لديهم شاطيء خاص. 2- التنظيف ووضع الماء بالغرفه بالطلب انا مكثت 4 ايام لم ياتوا الا يوم. 3- البوفيه اقل اقل اقل من المتوقع اكل لا يرتقي لنجمتين. 4- لا يوجد فعاليات للكبار الا ليله وكانت بائسة، الفندق اصلاً بالي وقديم جداً. 5- لا يوجد مسار لعربيات الاطفال للاسف. 6- مرافق الفندق لا ترقى لنا كسياح. 7- نصيحة اسكن في منتجع فاخر او اسكن بفندق غير هذه المنتجعات.

Пляж в Олюдениз считается одним из самым красивых в Фетхие, поэтому мы приехали сюда. Отель понравился, еда вкусная, разнообразная, номера приличные, уборка каждый день, в каждом номере были балконы. Кто-то писал что номера маленькие, мы спокойно открывали 2 больших чемодана в номере. Бассейн большой, коктейли у бассейна нормальные. Понравилось что в лобби баре есть столики на улице, можно посидеть в спокойной атмосфере. Персонал вежливый, всегда улыбаются, гостеприимные. В общем, один из лучших отелей в этом месте. К пляжу идти по главной торговой улице 10 мин пешком, есть мужчина на пляже который помогает с лежаками. Море нереально прозрачное и голубое! Обязательно еще возьмите экскурсию по живописным бухтам у гидов на улице, стоит 40-45$ на человека, виды просто потрясающие, такого цвета воды нигде не найдете в Турции.

Не понравились кофемашины, они давно требуют замены, из них наливается какая-то жидкость в виде растворимого кофе с молоком. В лобби баре стоит хорошая кофемашина, но бармен все равно наливал из той старой периодически

We arrived to a warm welcome from lovely Hatice and Yelde on reception and Yucel an Egenen the bell boys always smiling. This being our 26th time over 29 years to what started as The Assena Beach hotel and now Sundia by Liberty Oludeniz. Our holiday was as always, excellent celebrating my 70th birthday The location is perfect for the beach and The Blue Lagoon. Shops and bars/ restaurants are in every street and it’s a no hassle atmosphere. Plenty of excursions to book locally just outside the hotel. The hotel is in a lively part of the strip and this is made clear in the brochures and travel agents, also people should read the reviews from other guests. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, the bar/restaurant staff, cleaners and maintenance staff are constantly cleaning. Rooms are clean and tidy bedding is crisp and fresh with decorative swans and hearts with flowers. The food is beautifully presented ,tasty and plenty full. There’s plenty of choice and only repetitive if you load your plate every everything every meal time. There’s chicken, lamb beef, kebab meat meatballs etc various fish large variety of vegetables cold salads, so if you can’t make 14 different meals out of that lot there’s no satisfying people. Snacks at the pool restaurant was also excellent with large choice on the menu. Breakfast again very good with a good choice. Ummy and the animation team work tirelessly in extreme heat to entertain guests always happy and smiling. The restaurant and bar staff always happy to help, smiling and chatting. A special thanks to Sita, Sukma and J , Grace and Buska. Serdar and Ibrahim and everyone who know us. And of course Mr Bullent (GM) and the fantastic management team. We had as always a fantastic Holliday making great memories. We will see you all again soon

Disappointing stay. We pay a lot of money for a week, and expected the best! Food not great and often had to stand around waiting for food to be topped up. Beer was terrible, flat. This was my honeymoon and I contacted the hotel prior to going out to see what they could offer complimentary to surprise my wife. Very disappointing some dried fruit which was inedible and a small bottle of red wine which we don’t drink. It was particularly upsetting to hear that people who had a birthday whilst there for a complimentary cake and swans and hearts on their bed. I I’ll definitely not return as other hotels much cheaper which means we can go out for some meals. Sundia need to improve. Can’t fault the staff they work so hard!

Also wir sind nun ca. das fünfte Mal in diesem Hotel gewesen. Ich muss wirklich sagen, dass ich erholt und glücklich aus dem Urlaub abgereist bin. Alle Angestellten sind sehr sehr nett und freundlich! Obwohl wir mitten in der Nacht ca. 03:00h im Hotel angekommen waren, wurden wir nicht abgewiesen und unser CheckIn wurde durchgeführt und wir durften in der Lobby "übernachten" um die Zeit bis zum Morgen zu überbrücken. Vielen Dank dafür. Das Essen ist außergewöhnlich und sehr gut! Für jeden Gaumen ist das richtige dabei! Das Hotel ist zwar in die Jahre gekommen aber sehr komfortabel und SAUBER! Man fühlt sich wie zuhause! Das Hotel bietet am Ölüdeniz Belcekiz Strand kostenlose Liegen und Sonnenschirme zur Verfügung! Normalerweise kostet das am zahlungspflichtigem Strand 30€ pro Tag- hier aber kostenlos und am eigenen privaten Strand. Besonders möchte ich hier den sehr sehr netten Mitarbeiter (BeachBOY) am Strand Herr Ali loben, der stets hilfsbereit sich um die Gäste am Strand gekümmert hat und die Schirme und Liegen so positioniert hat, wie man es wollte. Vielen Dank dafür. Alles in Allem ein super Hotel!!!

Die Lobbybar (GagaiBar) war sehr laut und unruhig! Der Lärm beruhte auf die Mitarbeiterin, die dort arbeitete. Eigentlich wollte ich hier etwas die Seele baumeln lassen und evtl. ein Kaltgetränk genießen, was aber nicht ging, Die Mitarbeiterin hat ständig mit Geschirr oder anderem Equipment für Unruhe gesorgt, was mich gestört hat. Ebenfalls hat mich gestört, dass Sie die Getränke ins Glass "gekippt" hat und nicht eingegossen/eingeschenkt! Ein Getränk wird normalerweis "zeremoniert" und genossen. hier wurde einfach ins Glas gekippt und abgewickelt (sorry aber meine Meinung) und um 23.00 Uhr war bereits die Bar aufgeräumt und den Gästen wurde vermittelt, dass die Bar geschlossen sei, obwohl erst um 24.00 Uhr die Bar schließt. Sorry, diese Dinge haben mich leider gestört.

We stayed in the suncity hotel which is opposite a couple years back and this holiday was amazing! Food was brilliant everything was 10/10. We decided to stay in the liberty hotel this year and have not had a great stay apart from being round the pool and the strip / beach. I asked for a double room with garden view and we got the smallest room there could have been with a view of a aircon unit and a road. The WiFi is just terrible it does not work so have been using 5g the whole holiday, the food .. isn’t too bad but definitely not a lot of variety to choose from, definitely not fit for everyone’s preferences. The shower is far from powerful and the tap runs whilst the shower is running ?? The whole experience with the hotel and room just was not great, The strip on the other hand amazing once again people are lovely , shops and foods are nice. We definitely will not be returning to this hotel in the future.

Just returned from Sundia. The staff are amazing and work extremely hard, very attentive. Shout out to Chrissy, Ramazan and the guy at the adult pool bar who go over and above! The rooms are spotless clean, and the hotel is set in beautiful grounds with an adult only pool. Evening entertainment was good. The White Party was the best! There is a lot of choice when it comes to food, but the quality isn’t great. Can be slow at replenishing dishes. We expected far better and people we met who were returners did comment on how it’s not as good this year as previous years. It’s a shame really as this could be a really great hotel particularly due to the hotel grounds and location. The Efes beer was disappointing, we let staff know that it was very flat and seemed to be worse out of the plastic glasses. This left us with no other options because we don’t drink spirits or cocktails. We’ve stayed in far better hotels for the price.

We have just got home from our stay at Sundia by Liberty Ölüdeniz, and overall we had a fantastic holiday. The hotel itself is beautiful, the rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable, and the food was excellent with plenty of choice every day. We did have a mix-up with our room when we arrived, but the staff dealt with it immediately and sorted everything out without any hassle, which we really appreciated. The biggest highlight of our stay was definitely the staff. Every single member of the team was friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Their hard work really made our holiday special. The only reason I'm hesitant about returning is because of the children's entertainment. My 10-year-old was quite bored as he wasn't allowed to join in any of the poolside games because they were all for ages 16 and over. The kids' club also seemed to be aimed mainly at toddlers, so there wasn't really anything suitable for children his age. It was only open from 10am-12pm and 2:30pm-4:30pm, whereas it would make much more sense for it to stay open during the hottest part of the day, giving children somewhere fun to be out of the sun. The evening entertainment was brilliant and very enjoyable, but it started far too late for families with young children. The mini disco didn't begin until around 9pm, with the main entertainment starting at around 10:15pm and finishing close to 11pm. By then, the children were exhausted—one of ours even fell asleep in the pushchair before it had finished. It would be great if the entertainment started a little earlier so families could enjoy more of it together. Location is literally on the strip we didnt have any issues sleeping due to the noise of the music 😊 the beach is only just a 5 minute walk down the strip aswell. Value was amazing i did not want to return home Overall, we had an amazing holiday and there is so much to love about this hotel. The beautiful facilities, fantastic food, lovely rooms, and outstanding staff made our stay unforgettable. If the children's activities and evening entertainment were adjusted to be a little more family-friendly, we wouldn't hesitate to return. Hopefully this is something the hotel will consider, because we would genuinely love to come back.

Overall we had a great stay at Sundia by Liberty. Location: The hotel’s location is spot on and could not get much better in my opinion. Plenty of bars, restaurants and shops at your doorstep and 2 mins walk to the beach. Rooms: We stayed in room 1034 and it was average, it did the job but we were slightly disappointed with a few things. It was quite small compared to the last room I stayed in during my last visit, although the balcony was far bigger. The WiFi was absolutely shocking in the room and we could only use our phones on the balcony which had the scorching sun on it until 7pm, so this was inconvenient. We complained a few times about this issue but the staff at reception did not seem too bothered. The cleaner was lovely and worked hard every day, but one day we were left without any towels at all and another I was given a towel with brown stains all over it, but after ringing reception these were swapped immediately. Air conditioning was great and beds were comfy. The shower door was slightly broken but the shower was also really good. The hairdryer also blew up in my hand which was quite dangerous - suppose it’s not the hotels fault entirely and they did sort it straight away but I was lucky not to be hurt. Pool area: Pool area was really good, plenty of sunbeds even later on, pool was a great temperature and size. Drinks: The cocktails were great with a good variety and some cocktails of the day. Beer was good with Efes on draught. I’d say drinks were of a high standard and didn’t feel ‘cheap’ like other hotels. Food: Breakfasts were fine, turkey doesn’t always have the best breakfasts but the omelettes in this hotels were nice - no complaints. Lunches at the pool bar were probably the best part, unbelievable variety and food and we wish this was open of a night! The food of a night was average, not the best but not the worst. We enjoyed the far east and Turkish night but other nights the food weren’t the best. We ended up eating out most nights which is fine as the restaurants in Oludeniz are amazing. Entertainment: We thought the entertainment was really good to be honest, some of the best we’ve seen at a hotel. The prestige show and white party were great. Usually we like to go out for drinks but a lot of nights we ended up staying in to watch the entertainment. Daytime entertainment was great too, always something going on! Overall, we had a fantastic stay at the hotel and would return. I just wish it was bed and breakfast still like it used to be as the location is great and the nighttime food isn’t the best in the hotel. But on the flip side the lunches and drinks made up for going all inclusive. The room had a few downsides but i would still return overall and we had the best holiday!

Everything is great but there is no non-smoking areas - eg am sitting next to a couple (the lady is pregnant) and her husband smokes profusely. My wife has a cardiac condition and lost her father to lung cancer. Until this hotel realises that they need to create non smoking areas, it will remain a 1 star. That said, Turkey should generally be avoided if one can’t stand cigarette. Non of the hotels appear to have come to that realisation yet.

First time to hotel not the area. Great quick check in and pleased with room. Pool area fantastic loads going on with the choice of an adult quiet pool if required. Food absolutely fantastic, so many choices for all and the use of the pool snack bar. How can anyone moan about the food is beyond me. Drinks typical of an AI package overall good, staff very good and friendly in all bars. Room cleaned and towels changed every day. We preferred to go out every evening after food so didn't see much entertainment. Location fantastic right on the doorstep of everything you need. Will definitely visit this hotel when looking at Oludeniz again, hopefully in the near future. Thanks again

4th visit and again was a great stay.Staff are all fantastic and very friendly and always willing to help. We had requested a room near adult pool when booking 6 months ago but unfortunately this wasn’t possible.We were allocated a room looking out on to strip but thankfully the heavy door minimised the noise however our friends had to be moved as they were allocated a double bed. We reported our fridge not working on 3 occasions but wasn’t fixed during our stay. Muhamet at adult pool is an absolute credit and his presence is definitely missed on his day off! This hotel has definitely been our favourite and the only issues have been minimal. Food and drinks are excellent and would definitely recommend this hotel! We also used the onsite spa and this was also brilliant!

Have just returned from our second stay at Sundia by Liberty at Olu Deniz, another fabulous two weeks of relaxation in the sunshine. We seriously cannot fault the hotel or any of the staff. Can’t wait to return again next year. The hotel is located in a very central location providing easy access to the strip where you will find lots of lovely shops, restaurants, bars and the beaches. The dolus is easy to find if you want to venture to hisaronu or Fethiye Pool is lovely which has a ladder & walk-in steps, . It was a lovely temperature. Also has plenty of sunloungers. Lovely and comfortable sunlounger mattresses. Two lifeguards working which is good very good & friendly particular Erdem. We stayed in room 1704 ground floor room as my mum had mobility scooter so this could be charged in the room which was great location & suitable room for us. Our maid was Demet amazing couldn’t do enough, cleaning was spot on. Rooms were lovely and clean and modern. Although are room backed onto the strip VIP bar the noise wasn’t that much and never kept us awake. The mini fridge is always stocked up daily. We used the spa had many treatments from Turkish bath and massage / massages with Irfan, Kadek and Niluh who are all great at what they do. We also had the after-sun package which was again lovely and relaxing. Kaya helped us book the packages that we wanted and a special shoutout to Sharon in the spa reception also. All staff are so friendly & lovely. Entertainment team were just great and had so much energy and very friendly never hassle you to join in with anything if you don’t want to. Umut & icardi were fantastic along with the others from the team. Pool party on a Wednesday is great everyone seems to enjoy this of all ages. Although there is a quiet pool for adults only we didn’t use this. As we prefer the goinig-on around the main pool and there is only steps to access the adult / quiet pool. The hotel grounds are immaculate. The gardens are beautifully maintained and all areas pathways / pool areas were kept exceptionally clean and tidy. Breakfast had a great selection and freshly cooked omelettes. Lunchtime - snack bar 12.30-16.00, option where meals are cooked fresh, from pasta, burgers, pizzas, chicken, lamb kebabs, fish plenty of choice, ice creams are also served. But you can also use the main restaraunt with Buffett style. Are main waiters at the snack bar Serdar was brilliant couldn’t do enough, Beril also very good and friendly. Snack bar staff great but again special mention to Metin and the main bar staff who are great, very friendly and always knew what your order is and had it ready! (Can’t remember all their names) Main restaurant great and friendly staff again, some of the food is quite repetitive could do with mixing it up a little, found something most days Eray at the bar by reception was brilliant so friendly and always happy, also knew what you wanted she was just brilliant. The melon slushie was lovely and refreshing. She also always knew what we wanted. The hotel is disable friendly but the lift from reception you need to get the staff to operate it as it’s not a closed lift but does the job. Reception staff were all brilliant but a special mention to Egemen, Servet, Sercon who are always willing to help my mum with the mobility scooter up and down in the manual lift and out the door due to the steep ramp. All the staff are always helpful and cheery happy to do anything for you. Guest relations very helpful as usual Nuray Kivrak. Along with the security staff. Lockable luggage room one thing they are lacking is a proper scales to weigh your suitcases before leaving for the airport like suncity have. Where as Sundia by Liberty just have a hand scales I had my hair and microblading done at London hair studio in Hisaronu as I have done for years

Please correct I’m going to start by saying this hotel is a very good standard 4 star hotel by comparison to other hotels that said for its class it is out standing. Having stayed next door in sun city several times we decided to give Sundia a try. It had a lot to live up to based on its current reviews and it did do. Il rate each section Food This was excellent better than expected good choice each day in buffet restaurant and fantastic service from staff. The snack restaurant is table service and food is cooked fresh a wide choice from the menu pizzas kebabs and burgers plus lots more . Bars Quality cocktails including Aperol spritz prosecco decent wines and other drinks all on the AI menus only disappointment was no rum available on AI menu Rooms Modern clean and perfectly acceptable if your not near the strip some of the rooms were in a noisy area but we weren’t. Entertainment This was good live DJ on roof terrace in early evening was good also enjoyed live band. Pools 2 pools one large main pool with lots going on including foam party’s games etc and over 18s pool that is quite would like to say thanks to Mohamed at quite pool bar he was fantastic. Staff Again absolutely fantastic every one went out of their way to deliver good service Location On the main strip 3mins from beach perfect if you want tonne near the action.

Well just got back from this hotel after spending a week there. We arrived late at night to a speedy check in given the key to a room it was so tiny and was very loud as near the strip but we were very tired so we just went to bed but my husband didn’t get any sleep as it’s next to all the air conditioning units buzzing all night. It seems everyone is offered this room at first but we did meet the manager and he was so helpful friendly and moved is straight away to a lovely room near the adults only pool which was lovely so problem was solved thank you for that. The staff at this hotel are so so friendly and nice couldn’t fault them except reception staff let them down which is a shame Also the food is very repetitive which is easily fixed in my eyes but again all staff at the restaurant are lovely. It is so clean at the hotel. The drinks need to be upgraded as for all inclusive it’s not good. Would I stay here again definitely as you’re very central to everything and the staff are really nice. It just needs a few things sorting and it would be amazing. There is one member of the staff who is obviously in charge of a lot of the young staff there he seems to have a very strong presences and a lot of the staff are very nervous and scared when he is around which came across very clearly while we were there that’s such a shame as they are trying very hard and doing there very best. It is on the main strip so if you don’t like the noise at night it’s not the hotel for you. We loved how central and easy it was to get to everything. Thank you for a lovely holiday we will be back.

Couldn't fault the hotel except for one big problem, in my opinion. When we arrived the balcony door had been left open and it was like an oven in there. We closed it and the air conditioning soon cooled the room down. What we didn't know was that when the cleaners finish a room they leave the door open. That was a big issue for me, in terms of allowing mozzies in, keeping the room cooler and above all. Security! The wall between our bacony and the room next door was only about a metre high, meaning anyone could easily get over the wall and into our door that has been left open. I managed to catch the cleaners and asked them to close the door when they finish but they continued to leave it open, which I was not happy about. I mentioned it to reception and the Tui rep but nobody seemed intersted and nothing was done about it. We went the last three days of the holiday with the Do Not Disturb sign on the door to stop them going in as we could not trust them to close the door. Apart from that we had a great holiday.

We've just returned from a fabulous week staying at Sundia by Liberty. The hotel is well situated close to shops and the beach. The rooms are clean and comfortable with good storage, and includes towels for beach/pool use. The pools are spacious with plenty of loungers. There is a separate adults only pool with a bar, ideal if you prefer to be away from the busier areas. The main pool has everything you'd expect, with a smaller kids pool for little ones. There is poolside entertainment, a bar and a lovely seated snack bar which has a good selection of food on offer. The bar staff are friendly and helpful even when it's busy. We spoke to a few of the other guests, all commenting on the excellent service. In the evening this becomes the entertainment area, with table service keeping your glass full. The main restaurant offers a good selection of food, self service selection, with attentive, friendly and helpful servers. Su especially stood out in the evening, along with another lady at breakfast whose name we unfortunately didn't catch. We were impressed to find the restaurant offered a late night meal, which was ideal when we arrived hungry at 23.15. All of the staff greeted us with a friendly greeting and we wanted to thank them all for making our stay so enjoyable.

This was my first trip to Turkey and we chose this hotel based on the reviews placed on their Web site, my reviews are based on first impressions some down sides to this hotel and some lovely ups about it too, so where do I start, firstly I'd say to the hotel stop giving out the room 1019, the hotel is getting a bad name right at this point of a holiday, before it's even started, any way I have to say the hotel is in an absolutely fabulous location, next to the strip, bars shops, short trip to markets and cable car etc, superb and a short distance for the beach, having arrived late at night, we where greeted at the private transfer mini bus as soon as we arrived, very very impressed, good start, we was then lead into reception, where we checked in extremly excited by the reviews and the images on the net, we were lead to our room, Incidentally we had paid for a superior garden view room wow here we go, as we was lead to room 1019 the door was opend and this is where our hearts sank it was extremely small and clostraphobic, very tiny, ok fare enough we thought, photos can be deceiving, we sat feeling deflated and then said this surely can't be right, I looked out the window and a ladder was in the garden this was all we could see due to night time, I could see cars parked I said to my wife this can't be right, there was a constant buzzing from outside, we checked their web site again and the room looked different to what we paid for, so I went to reception and said is this actually a superior room and garden view I was reassured by the desk staff yes it is, I said really, I said I'm not happy tbh as it looked nothing like what we paid for and wanted moving, they told me to Come back after breakfast and we would be moved, ok fair enough, as night turned into day i hadn't slept all night for the constant buzzing and not to mention the extremely loud boom boom boom, I got out of bed from a sleepless night to open he curtains, I was disgusted and in some form very angry the view and garden was horrific ladders sheets and an array of extractors aircon units and just a shear mess horrific, I said to my wife absolutely no way is this a superior room with garden view we are not staying in this for a week, I went outside the hotel to find staff and said if we are not moved we want flights home, was told to come after breakfast and we would be moved, any way the manager, Mehmit got us in his office around 9.30 asked if everything was OK I said no the room was terrible and we are really not happy, he siad he wanted us to have a nice holiday he then moved us to another room which was what we originally had paid for, a superior room garden view infact a beautiful room right next to the adult pool absolutly superb now our holiday had begun, we was finally happy, although somethings should be looked at as the balcony was very very small, you couldn't really sit outside as it was very small non the less a balcony, one good idea tho the room had insect mesh on the windows so could be opend at night brilliant ad great shower, the adult pool was lovley, all staff are amazing and super people superb from cleaning staff upwards, will say tho one guy who we beleive was a manager, I think puts the fear of god in the staff, not good to see from a visitors point of view, the staff are superb they don't need fear from above, hotel is spotless and kept clean constantly the food is a little repetitive some days hit and miss not much variety that said it's ok not great but ok the drinks are not good either tbh that could do with looking at not many cocktails and cheaper sprits on offer all others paid for not good on an all inclusive package. The entertainment was for us not good there was a great African acrobat crew on stage very good apart from that not for us we thought not good really, The adult pool could do with some gradual inbuilt steps Into the pool to allow access for those who need it and not pool ladders, all in all staff absolutly amazing, lovley location and extremely clean, would we go back yes we would absolutely depste the hickups had a lovley time once we had been moved rooms, spoke to few people who had been put in 1019 and wasn't happy the same as us. One more thing some of the seats in restraunt eating area could do with the cushions cleaning, here the staff are amazing always topping your water at the table and very attentive to you will be looking to re book, this is our honest view of the Sundia hotel dont be put off by our comments as everyone is different

We have just had a great week here. It is our second time to Olu Deniz but first time in this hotel. I always read reviews so feel I should return the favour and leave one. The hotel is good. Nice well maintained grounds, clean rooms, we liked the bar outside area. When we checked in they gave us a cramped room that faced over the road at the front, and overlooked the big air conditioning units (1019) As we had booked a superior double with garden view we asked to change the next day which they did immediately with no issues and our second room was lovely. But maybe give us the one we paid for in the first place? Bit annoying to have to repack and unpack again. The position of your room is a bit pot luck but makes a real difference...too near the main pool and you'd get the noise of the entertainment long into the evening, too near the kitchen and your balcony would overlook the early breakfasters. But same in any hotel I guess. WiFi good. The food is exceptional. Anyone who can't find something they like with what's on offer at every meal should stay at home. The wine is also very drinkable and I had a few of the cocktails,no danger of getting drunk on those haha. Can't really comment on the entertainment as we were either by the (very nice) adult pool, or on the beach and we didn't participate in the evening. The staff are all smiley, helpful and very pleasant. The beach is stunning, don't bother with the blue lagoon in my opinion, water is crystal clear right out in front of the strip and not as busy I went para gliding which was BRILLIANT highly recommend. We went up the Cable car at 8am, first ones up there and had it all to ourselves, have heard it was mayhem up there at sunset, really crowded. I had an excellent massage in the very nice spa, top notch. Was a bit disappointed the treadmills in the gym didn't work the whole time I was there but ran along the beach instead so not a massive issue Shopping fabulous, and lovely bars our favourite was the Tiki roof top terrace. All in all a very enjoyable week, great weather and I would recommend

I loved this hotel hands down the best all inclusive hotel, the rooms where clean and the food was amazing and the staff are very accommodating and so friendly! The entertainment team where a stand out experience, every day the team would put on multiple activities my favorite entertainer was Icardi and his waterpolo!! The rooms where amazing the only thing I would say is the hotel rooms near the strip are very loud this isn’t the hotels fault we asked to move rooms due to the noise and they did it free of charge and are very accommodating I cannot fault this hotel! I would highly recommend cable cars and a boat trip!

A clean and pleasant hotel with hospitable and very helpful staff. The rooms were clean, the pool was clean as well, and the food was okay. However, since there were many English guests, we noticed that the hotel had somewhat adapted the menu to English tastes. We had expected a wider variety of traditional Turkish dishes, but apart from that, everything was perfectly fine. The overall atmosphere was pleasant, the price was reasonable, and the noise level was acceptable, as it did not disturb our sleep. The beach is not right next to the hotel, but it is relatively close, just a few minutes away on foot. One downside is that there is no bar on the beach, but this seemed to be common in the area, as we did not see any hotel-specific beach bars nearby. Overall, we were satisfied, we enjoyed the experience, and we would gladly return. Also, there were lots of cute cats around the area <3

Went here for my first time and it was absolutely amazing stayed there for 2 weeks and everything was great the whole time and i would especially like to thank Icardi and Umut from the entertainment team they were brilliant and made the experience so good

This hotel was amazing, really great and friendly staff, especially the hotel lobby staff member called Egemen and Ahmet. They were great, I did not want to leave. We will be back again next year!

We stayed here last year and came back this year and it did not disappoint. We had an amazing 11 night holiday and did not want to leave ! The pool is lovely and all the staff in the restaurant, bars and reception are all so helpful. We really enjoy the poolside lunch as it is served from a menu. Room was well kept and cleaned everyday. The animation team made our holiday ! Icardi, umit, kerly and oreana were all so kind and funny and made our holiday so special and we are sad to be leaving. We will definitely return in the future. Thank you all !!!

Well got to say my review rating is going on our very first visit and after a serious complaint, not good for first impressions although lobby very nice, so hopefully will be resolved tomorrow morning, after they have given us a room change as we are really really not happy with room given told to come back after breakfast for room change, time we arrived was 11 pm, room terribly small overlooking a shabby garden with a pair of ladders in it looks like work mens area and a road litteraly over the wall right next to a seriously noisy bar so fingers crossed tomorrow 21st June we will be changing rooms to what we actually paid for a superior double with garden view or will be asking for tickets home

Sundia Liberty Ölüdeniz – 10 Night Stay Review Couple aged 34–36 We recently stayed at Sundia Liberty Ölüdeniz for 10 nights and overall had a fantastic holiday. Food There was a great selection of food available at breakfast, lunch and dinner. We found something tasty and enjoyable at every meal and genuinely believe there is something for everyone unless you’re an exceptionally fussy eater. The poolside snack bar was a brilliant addition and we really enjoyed several meals there during our stay. Although we were all inclusive, we only ate in the hotel restaurant for dinner twice as we enjoy exploring local restaurants when we’re in Türkiye. On both occasions, however, the evening meals were excellent. Bars & Drinks The bars offer the usual all inclusive options including Efes lager, house wines and local spirits. The cocktails were surprisingly good and far better than some all inclusive cocktails we’ve experienced elsewhere. It would be nice to see a rum option and perhaps a Baileys-style alternative included, but that’s a minor point and the drinks selection suited us well overall. A special mention must go to Mohammet at the quiet pool bar. He kept the area spotless, was always friendly and worked incredibly hard. We’d also like to mention the young blonde lady working behind the lobby bar, who was exceptionally friendly, attentive and perhaps a little generous with the vodka measures! Unfortunately, we didn’t catch her name. Pools & Beach We spent most of our time at the quiet pool and absolutely loved the relaxed atmosphere. Pool towels could be exchanged daily at the spa, which was very convenient. The main pool near the entertainment area looked lovely but was a little busier and louder than we were looking for. It was perfect for guests wanting more activities and atmosphere, but we preferred the quieter surroundings. One of our favourite features of the hotel was its private section on Belcekız Beach, located at the far left-hand end of Ölüdeniz Beach. For anyone looking for it, the area is clearly marked with yellow Sundia flags and banners, making it easy to find. We spent some wonderful days there and loved having a dedicated area away from some of the busier sections of the beach. The sea is absolutely stunning and, having visited the Blue Lagoon several times before, we actually preferred Belcekız Beach itself. The sunbeds and umbrellas may be starting to show their age, but they were perfectly comfortable and served their purpose well. A particular thank you goes to the gentleman who looked after the beach area every day. He clearly took great pride in keeping everything clean and tidy and was always attentive and friendly. He genuinely helped make our beach days extra special and is a real credit to the hotel. Staff Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, welcoming and happy to help. There was never any pressure or hassle, just genuine hospitality throughout our stay. Grounds The hotel grounds are immaculate. The gardens are beautifully maintained and all public areas, pathways and pool surrounds were kept exceptionally clean and tidy. Room We stayed in Room 1802 on the ground floor overlooking the giant chess set. When we arrived late at night, the room initially felt quite damp. This became more noticeable the following morning when I spotted some peeling wallpaper beside my side of the bed and evidence of a damp issue, including a little mould. Given that it was a ground floor room, I appreciate this can occasionally happen. We also found that the minibar fridge wasn’t working. Upon closer inspection, it appeared not to be plugged in. Reception quickly sent someone to fix it and it was up and running shortly afterwards. I suspect a previous guest may have unplugged it, as the glass-fronted fridge has internal blue lighting that can brighten the room at night. A dark T-shirt over the door solved that problem for us! We also experienced a small issue with ants, but after one call to reception, someone arrived promptly to treat the area and clean everything up. We had no further issues afterwards. The display panel outside the room door, which controls the “Do Not Disturb” and housekeeping requests, was cracked and not functioning correctly. The room itself wasn’t particularly large or luxurious, but it was perfectly adequate for our needs. We spent very little time in it anyway. The air conditioning worked well and the shower was excellent with great water pressure. Oddly, there was no bedside table on my side of the bed, despite our friends in a nearby room having one on both sides. Being close to the strip, there was some noise until around 1am most nights. However, this is entirely to be expected given the location and a pair of earplugs easily solved the issue. Entertainment We can’t comment too much on the evening entertainment as we spent most nights out in the resort. However, we did enjoy the rooftop DJ sessions above the pool bar. Sitting up there with a drink, watching the paragliders overhead and the mountains in the background, was a lovely way to spend an evening. Would We Stay Again? Absolutely. Great food, decent drinks, a fantastic location, lovely beach access and genuinely friendly staff who couldn’t do enough for guests. Like any hotel, there were a few minor issues, but they were dealt with quickly and professionally. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Our stay at Sundia was fantastic. My wife and I stayed in one of their most notorious rooms, across from the VIP Dance Bar - very noisy. However, we are about to check out and I know I am going to miss this place. It’s really a great hotel, you will enjoy your time here no matter what.

The hotel was very clean , beautiful layed out with comfortable beds & a sweet little balcony. Great adult only pool , food fresh & a good choice & the staff were always very friendly & couldn’t do enough for you . Just a shame it’s situated in a very noisy bar area at night that goes onto 1pm . We were not told about this

been going here for the past 11 years and still to this date can’t fault it at all, the hotel is so clean, the food is top notch i always liked a variety of food everyday, the waiter staff at both breakfast, lunch, and dinner were amazing always ready to help!!! The animation team were amazing this year umut was incredible and so nice and friendly, icardi was hilarious and so kind, and both kerly and oreana were so kind and amazing at aqua zumba!! They treated us all like family 🫶🏼🫶🏼

The Sundia is a beautiful hotel, and the food and staff are incredible! The rooms are always clean and are very spacious. And the cleaners could not do enough for you. The staff are incredible and never fail to welcome you. Specially Uhmut and Icardi. They host a range of activities every day and have something for everything. The drinks and food are incredible and they offer a wider variety of food compared to other hotels. The bar and restaurant staff are always welcoming and always friendly. Could not recommend this hotel enough.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The whole experience was amazing, the food was fantastic each evening and had a load of options. Thank you to Icardi, Umut, kerly & Oreana for keeping us busy the whole holiday with games, entertainment and all the pool activities. We loved the pool sessions with Umut & Icardi everyday! Had a lovely time here and want to say particular thanks to the Bell boys Servet, Ahmet & Isa for their help with luggage and baby’s pram which was appreciated. Also special thanks to Zelda for looking after us in the main restaurant each day. Hotel is lovely wouldn’t hesitate to recommend for couples or families, it’s a haven from the lively resort but great location meaning you can enjoy both. Traveled in a group of 4 adults. With easyJet. Getting through dalaman airport was easy no hold ups. Put on a shuttle bus. Went first to chalis then on to olu deniz we were 2nd or 3rd drop. Took about 1 hour 40. Greeted at the hotel by a very smiling porter who nabbed our suitcases for us. Check in super easy and very welcoming. We went straight up to the room to dump bags and change so we could get down to the pool. Rooms were ok free safe at a good height plenty of storage space in wardrobe. Bathroom was clean nice big powerful shower and a good size vanity unit. The bed was a great size, crisp bedding lovely and comfy. Good pillows. Wall paper was peeling a little but didn't bother us. Good aircon. Pool towels in the room. So down to pool we went. It was about 3 o'clock easy to get sun beds. Pool lovely nice and big. Snack bar FANTASTIC wood burning pizza oven. Could not fault any of the food I loved the Mediterranean salad, lamb wraps, meat balls, burgers . Spoiled for choice. Selection of drinks good some branded spirits. Cocktails made fresh. Did use the adult pool a few times a bit sun beds a bit more cramped, but was nice and quiet and again lovely little bar. Main buffet restaurant food to a very high standard. Monday Chinese night was the best followed closely by Italian on Tuesday. Husband had a massage which he said was good. Visited the gym a couple of times just to stretch out and do a bit of cardio it had aircon and was adequate. Beach nice hotel sun beds are at the very end of it. The beach man who looks after them was so helpful. Only slight negative is that you can hear the strip at night but it as all over by 1am I had ear plugs and this cut all noise out. The positive is you are near the strip and we loved walking down it after dinner haggling and buying our bargains. No one was too pushy which made it very pleasant. The biggest asset of this hotel is the staff. They are ALL so friendly and helpful they are a credit to the hotel. YES we would definitely stay again .thank you for a wonderful Holiday Tip. What a lovely stay we had at sundia liberty oludeniz, perfect location,rooms nice and all ways spotlessly cleaned by hatice,beds super comfy,the pool area was really nice to sit around,the sun loungers were luxurious,the bar staff work tirelessly. Breakfast and lunch service was excellent with our waiter Serdar and equally dinner service with Ahmet, both Serdar and Ahmet gave us a level of service we have never experienced before,very attentive and gave us an exceptional memorable dining experience. The entertainment was good with something different every night,uhmet and icardi were great fun during the day and at night time they chatted with guests to make everybody feel welcome and included. Overall a great experience and will hopefully be back again.

I personally wouldn’t go to the hotel again. I have an profoundly autistic son. They mixed up our room when we arrived at 2 am in the morning and put us 2 story’s up when he uses a wheelchair. I being pregnant and having small children was unable to get up and down the stairs with the buggy (not buggy or wheelchair friendly. Wheelchair users have to wait for someone to help them. We have a young family, I believe this hotel is aimed at 20-30’s single people despite many families being there. The children’s entertainment starts at 9 o’clock and only stays on for half hour. After then it’s all booty dancing till around 1am …we were all the way by reception and felt & sounded like we were on the stage.Children could not sleep. The kids club opens at 10am and closes at 12 lunchtime…just when you want your child out of the sun it closes. Kids club entertainers were nice but no experience with autistic children. On one particular day there was a pool party so the kids club was shut, but the door was left open, my son kept going in (limited understanding) I myself had to drag a very tall 7 year old boy away again and again while he was screaming to get in. I asked them so many times please could they shut the door as he doesn’t understand. They said no as they were going in and out to blow balloons up. My son does not understand and so kept going in, I felt very judged as they said ‘mam please keep an eye on your son’ My eyes never left my son all holiday…my son is a big boy and if you have autistic children you would understand. I fully understood he could not go inside however I don’t know why they couldn’t have locked the door shut on coming in and out. This was an all-inclusive holiday and my son also did not eat the whole entire holiday apart from bread and juice. I have been on other holidays where they would lovingly bend the rules just a little bit out of the kindness of their heart. This hotel did not. My son was waiting around two hours for an ice cream crying. The ice cream lady said her manager would be very annoyed with her if she gave out an ice cream out of the ‘ice cream hours’. Several people witnessed this and felt very upset for my son as he was so distressed, the lady just sat by the ice cream stand talking with a colleague. One lady we didn’t know staying at the hotel went away and surprised us with an ice cream that she had bought for him outside of the hotel. This was the so unbelievably kind of her. The hotel does not go above and beyond, I’m afraid. We had to wait two days to get a new room on the ground floor despite my son being disabled and me being pregnant pushing a buggy up and down two flights upstairs. Food was awful except one night they had Chinese. I honestly looked forward to going home.

This is our second time here and it’s only day 1 but we knew we were right to return!! What a fabulous hotel this is, food, drink, atmosphere, service is all tremendous! I would recommend this hotel to anyone. We will be booking for next year! ❤️

This is our 2nd time here and had a 5 star time the 1st time. We expected the same again but have been blown away this time. Icardi and Umut lead the way with such love and enthuseasim.Also the entetainment manager Umut is a legend.Ahmet and the rest of the front of house team looked after us implecibaly, no ask too much and done with a smile and a want to look after you. Weve taken home lots of beautiful photographs taken by Ragnar, so professional. A massive thankyou to the unsung heroes who service our rooms so well and patientialy when we are in and out and the amazing chefs who supply 5 star food day and night. We cant wait to return next year❤️❤️

All the staff were amazing, very helpful, polite &attentive. Food was amazing lots of choice. Lunch at the snack bar was excellent. The hotel & and grounds are spotless. I would highly recommend.

This is now my 4th Stay at Sundia OluDeniz and every year it seems to get better and never disappoint. This is the best all inclusive hotel in Olu Deniz. This time it was just myself and my daughter and seeing her so happy in this hotel and environment is amazing. The rooms and gardens are great, the maids and cleaning staff are faultless, cleanliness of the hotel in general is 10/10. The food & drink and variety of food is 5 star. I could list everything and there are many reason why I return to this hotel each year but one of the main reasons is the people/staff. The best staff and they are a credit to the hotel, I can’t list everyone as I’d be here all day. Special mentions to Icardi and Umut for their entertainment hospitality, they make you laugh and the information they provide is great, Seda is amazing at her job and general love for my daughter is so nice to see, my daughter really loves her, and her catering and attention to detail is a credit to the Hotel. All of the bar staff they are great guys and making the best cocktails, again mentions to Busra who always went that extra mile for my daughter and myself. Muhammet who we met a number of years ago always smiling and saying hello when we pass each other around the hotel as well as Ahmet. I could list of whole list of names, all the staff are great. The location of the hotel is perfect and a prime location for all activities and bars and restaurants. This hotel has its own spot on the main beach free of charge for beds etc, great food & drink too. A pleasure to holiday here surrounded by great people. 10/10 Hotel. Thanks to everyone and I could not recommend the hotel more.

Fabulous hotel, kids loved the swimming pool, a special thank you to Ahmet And Serdar on the poolside bar, nothing to much trouble. Only criticism is the entertainment stage is so close to accommodation, a matter of yards, you won't get your kids to sleep until it's over between 12&1 in morning. Food very good and plentiful, similar with booze. Will go again.

We went to sundia liberty hotel in ole deniz.The service was very good .Mehmet looked after our every need from start to finish of our holiday. All the staff from front reception to cleaners and dining staff are very friendly

….but wow what a fantastic hotel this is! The staff from reception, customer liaison, restaurants, bars, bedrooms and those who go unnoticed who look after the gardens etc are incredibly hard working, friendly and can’t do enough for you. The food in the main restaurant is varied and generally of a good standard as is the food served at the poolside restaurant. The cocktails are the best we have had in any of the all inclusive hotels we have stayed in over many years in Turkey, and better than the ones we tried in a bar on the Strip! The hotel, pools and grounds are cleaned and maintained to a very high standard and is a reflection of the hard working staff. Whilst the hotel provides a good selection of local brand alcoholic drinks and a selection of others as part of the All Inclusive package, the only spirit missing from the local brands is rum which the hotel should consider including. Would we come back again, absolutely!

We recently returned from a wonderful 12-night family holiday at Sundia by Liberty Oludeniz, in May, traveling as a group of four adults and two children. Everything about our stay was perfect, from the accommodation to the service. ​Highlights of Our Stay • ​The Entertainment Team: This was truly the standout part of our trip. A huge shout-out to Icardi and Umut, who kept us all entertained and laughing every day with activities like darts, water polo, garden bowls, and water volleyball. Icardi, in particular, was incredibly funny and went above and beyond to entertain both the adults and the children; his helpful nature and sense of humor really made our holiday. • ​Kids Club:Masha at the kids' club was absolutely brilliant. She managed to keep children of all ages engaged and happy, which made our stay so much more relaxing for the adults. • ​Immaculate Housekeeping: Our rooms were cleaned daily, and the housekeeping team did a brilliant job throughout our entire 12-night stay. • ​The Essentials: We found the location to be perfect, and we had no complaints regarding the hotel facilities, the quality of the food, or the drinks. Everything was top-notch. ​​We had an exceptional experience and would highly recommend this destination for families. We are going to miss all the staff so much, especially Icardi, who my daughter kept telling "you're so funny" all holiday long—and we all completely agreed with her! We are already looking forward to our next visit—we would definitely return!

Excellent hotel. Food good&plenty of variety. Staff excellent especially serdar&naz in restaurants. Big shout out to umut & icardi from entertainment team. Made us laugh all holiday. Will be returning to this hotel.

Location is good

Not a family hotel specially if you have a baby with stroller, no elevators or electric escalator. No parking for the hotel, rooms are very small, food is not good at all.

The whole hotel was enjoyable. I’d recomend trying to find entertainment out some night and mix it up a little bit. But during the day Icardi and umut were absolutely amazing and really stood out for our holiday together. Thanks guys!

Umut is a entertainment staff member at this beautiful hotel, he is a remarkable young man ,nothing is to much trouble, he is so friendly he treats you like family ,please come visit you won't be disappointed, he looks after everyone ,and he is funny made us laugh and guess what he can dance ,couldn't ask for a much nicer person 🫂 hugs to him .xx

Nice hotel nice stay nice meals throughout the day keeping our stomachs full. The staff named Servet was thoughtful and considerate. We were even greeted by a friendly and cute kitten who walked into our room via the balcony. For those who are still hesitating, this is the right hotel to choose. It saves you significant meal money and the hotel's proximity to the beach makes night roaming convenient. 'd consider this hotel again for my next time visit.

Best hotel that I have stayed at in Oludeniz, 3rd time in a row here !! Great all inclusive food at both restaurants, huge selection of all inclusive cocktails and a decent size 😍 (not small ones where you are returning to the bar every 15 mins), rooms and hotel kept very clean constantly throughout the day and perfect location just off the middle of the strip but this does not make it noisy you hardly notice the noise from the strip and I've stayed both sides of the hotel, plus really helpful and friendly staff that cannot do enough for you !! BEST WAITER 🍽️ - SERDAR he is without a doubt the top waiter - always checking everything is ok, constantly scanning around to see if anyone needs anything and is generally working at 100mph to make sure everything and everyone is ok cannot fault him a single bit he is amazing at his job!! BEST BARMAN 🍹 - ERAY he makes the best cocktails and is so quick at doing so !! The entertainment team are fab MASSIVE SHOUT OUT to ICARDI ♥️ & UMUT ♥️ absolutely fab at entertaining, organising different things throughout the day and always trying to get everyone involved (not pushy at all though they just try to make everyone feel included) !!!! The hotel has a lovely atmosphere and that is down to all the staff ... Cannot wait to come back 😁🤩 Only thing that could be improved is to have a designated smoking area at balbura snack restaurant (maybe at the end of the bar near the stage) as this is an overhead covered area so the smoke lingers around alot longer than when you are sitting in an open space - as a non smoker when you are eating it's not nice to smell constant cigarette smoke and also not great for children to be inhaling second-hand smoke either !

Turkish people are very guest-friendly in general, and especially the staff of this hotel made us feel welcome. Special thanks to the barmen and waiter Muhammed, the waiter Seda, the hostess Nurai, and of course the animator Ikardi! The food was excellent, especially the quality and the daily rotation of the menu for every meal! The service was perfect! The hotel territory is nice and compact, very cozy and pleasant. There is also a very good beach near the hotel. The rooms looked good and clean. Cleaning was also very good!

Ahh, yes, you can't hide from the night entertainment program anywhere. Also, the noisy street along the hotel doesn't help to make your nights (22.00-01.00) quiet, but it wasn't as dramatic as I had thought before the trip. The sound isolation between rooms could be a little better. The rooms were not very comfortable in terms of shelves, wardrobes, and storage space, but it didn't really matter.

The hotel, was very clean and staff were very friendly. Hotel is very well located. Large variety of food, However for us being Dairy intolerant, and none meat eaters, the variety was not so great ! I feel the kitchen needs to cater more for none meat eaters and dairy intolerant, ie dairy free ice cream at the pool area and a meat free option, would be good. Apart from that I would highly recommend this hotel. And have still booked up for a return visit I. June this year

Cats. The best part of my stay— there were many cats nearby and in the hotel, I loved them! The location is good, close to the beach (but the beach itself is bad…) Some drinks at the bar are free for all inclusive, which is nice. And the reception, bar and serving staff were nice, very welcoming.

It wasn’t on my liking. I came to Turkey to explore the local culture and cuisine, but this stay (and Oludeniz in general) disappointed me. Regarding this hotel, the room was very small and the balcony was unnecessary big, almost as big as the room, but with a view of nothing, literally there was a white wall in front of us and maybe a side view, nothing pleasant. I believe the room wasn’t properly cleaned/sanitized before our arrival, because we found things left over (in obvious places) from the previous tourists who stayed in that room. Also, the housekeeping lasted all day, until around 4 PM, and they came to clean our room very late (between 3-4 pm), which wasn’t very pleasant. They didn’t do a great job either because the room didn’t seem clean, only the bed made. Every time we came back in the room there was still sand left on the floor/in the bed and our towels went missing a few times. Besides that, we had a water leaking problem in the bathroom (that wasn’t addressed), some days had low water pressure, the door of the balcony didn’t close properly and the AC wouldn’t work unless that door was shut properly. For some reason, the WI-FI didn’t work in the bathroom and there was a strong cigarette smoke smell in the hallway. The walls were very thin, you could very well hear everyone walking, screaming and shutting doors. And on top of that, there’s a club nearby making a lot of noise until midnight, it’s very loud. Overall not the best hotel room/stay. Next part, the hotel doesn’t offer any activities. We were told to talk with our guide because it’s illegal for them to do so — so I guess they have a contract with some travel agencies. We didn’t have any guide, we came on our own and booked through booking so it was hard to find organized tour guides. The ones available outside the hotel are usually overpriced and most of the people selling stuff on the streets are just trying to scam tourists.

нас заселили не в тот номер что мы бронировали. Он был семейный на 4 человек (мы бронировали на 2). Номер располагался над кухней и окна выходили на вытяжки из кухни, которые безумно громкие и в итоге сон в этом номере был плохим.После нашей просьбы, на следующее утро, номер поменяли. Однако он тоже был на 4 человек, не того формата что мы бронировали с видом на соседнюю крышу. Не шумно и ок. Большинство еды с луком (у меня непереносимость) Еды выставляют небольшое количество, приходится ждать, но недолго, быстро пополняют Тренажерный зал совсем маленький, тренажеры старые, но рабочие Мы хотели продлить пребывание на сутки, и нам ответили что это возможно но через 5 минут после оплаты, сказали что что-то перепутали. Пришлось делать возврат. Цена для такого отеля завышена.

This hotel never disappoints. It holds a special place in my heart and thats down to the amazing staff. From the moment we arrive we are greeted by Ugurcan, always so welcoming. Shown to our room by the amazing bellboys. We make our way to the bar to be greeted by the amazing staff that I now feel are family, Cenk, Sukma, Onur, Saim and Erayy, Pinar and Busra, and a few more that we said goodbye to this year. A warm welcome always awaits you. Seda at breakfast is amazing, Ramazan x 2 they are both so fab. Mehmet and Mr Bulent are always ready to welcome us along with Nayar (guest relations). Food is great, cocktails are good but for me it’s about the service which never disappoints. The entertainment team do their utmost to make you enjoy your stay, now lead by Umet. Hubby loves the darts and water volley ball. Me I just like to watch. Housekeeping are great too. The positives out-way the little niggles and I always look forward to coming ‘home’ as I call it my Turkish home. Thank you to you all and I look forward to seeing you all in 2026! I have been coming back here for 3 years and I’m always very happy with my stay at Sundia. There is a good choice of meals, everything is very tasty and the staff is friendly.

We can't speak highly enough about this hotel and the staff. We enjoyed it so much that we are planning to go back around the same time in October next year. The entertainment staff were brilliant and the entertainment that the hotel put on most night was of excellent quality. Although if you wanted to step out of the hotel there were plenty of bars and restaurants in Oludeniz if you wanted a break in routine; especially Karaoke Bars which were our favourite (even though it was getting towards the end of season it was still great fun!). There are some lovely people in the staff, like the Queen of Cats (Seda Kaplan) who looks after the cats that roam the grounds (if you are a cat lover you are sorted!). We told the Queen that we were celebrating our wedding anniversary and she told everyone on the staff. The cleaners are great too. When our cleaner (Selma Kanat) was told it was our anniversary she made towel art for us (see the attached pictures). There are bars in three different places, one next to the two swimming and another in the hotel. For meals you can eat inside or outside and there is a great snack food place next to the main pool. The food is varied and excellent. To my taste breakfast was the only time they were slightly hit and miss, but no matter, as you can ask a chef to make a fresh omelet of your choosing! There are some great views and we fell in love with the place. There are plenty of activities to do if you don’t just want to stay in the hotel.

We have been to this hotel about 8 times and this October the meals in restaurant lunch and evening meal chicken on all the time, always done a Sunday lunch but not this time yet in June there were also kebab on the meals but still an excellent hotel we will rtn again next June

The staff were absolutely amazing. The swimming pool we used was great. I enjoyed the evening entertainment. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were cleaned to a good standard. It has a small gym which while being basic had everything I needed to workout and I appreciated having. The highlight for me was the all inclusive food, it was exceptional. This was top of my list of requirements when I was looking for an all inclusive hotel and I booked on the strength of other reviews I’d read and I was not disappointed. The location was great with lots of places to eat, nightlife on the doorstep and lots of activities and excursions to enjoy in the local area.

The hotel room is small, quite outdated and in need of modernising. I found the bed really hard and uncomfortable. I will say that I’m quite particular about beds, if they are not soft enough I really struggle to sleep and my room mate found her twin bed acceptable. I ended up sleeping on the sofa bed which was a small improvement. Our room was facing a bar out on the Main Street which played loud music till 1am after which they have glass doors they then close which does dampen the sound somewhat. It didn’t spoil my stay as my friend and I were out late most nights ourselves but if you like to get an early night this could be an issue depending on which room you get allocated.

Having stayed at this hotel many times it’s like home from home, the hotel is so clean, staff can not do enough and the rooms are just what u require. Food is plentiful, lots of choice, something for everyone and around the clock. To many lovely staff to mention but Tugce Cayir made mine and Steven’s stay extra special with attention to detail for the whole of our stay, extra for Steven’s birthday.. she is a true diamond and will always be part of my family ❤️

Nice hotel, comfy bedroom, staff work hard .But thats all I can say whats good about this hotel. The food at teatime wasn't to my liking food always Lukewarm didn't enjoy not one evening meal . We ended up venturing out for food which made our holiday very expensive. Pool bar snack bar was alot better food drinks well was like drinking pop noway was it smirnoff vodka ....cocktails weren't very nice either you could drink them all day and not get typsie!!!! They advertise this hotel as a sundia hotel it's not . Nothing compared to sundia in calis the food and drink there is totally amazing. Would not come back to this hotel to expensive for b&b . Because we ate out most nights

We have recently returned from a 10 night holiday at Sundia by Liberty in oludeniz and can highly recommend for anyone else to book! We were impressed from start to finish. Not only is the hotel in a wonderful location surrounded by shops, bars and restaurants and close to the beach, but the hotel itself self was outstanding. Our rooms were well equipped and comfortable and cleaned to a high standard with daily cleaning services. The pool was lovely and heated making it comfortable to be in at any time which was a treat! The food was outstanding! The all inclusive buffet had A great variety every day and not repetitive and was fantastic quality! Every meal we had was delicious. The waiting staff were also very helpful and friendly. There was good quality live entertainment every evening with patio heaters around the entertainment area for cooler nights with it being October however the weather was pleasant even on evenings. The day time entertainment was outstanding, and something for all the family, the entertainment staff were very inclusive but not pushy which was lovely. Big shout out to Sabri from the activity team who made our holiday. Overall a lovely environment and everything was a high standard, we had no complaints and would gladly return.
