Close to the central train station and the city. Its walking distance but you can also take the tram or train which is less than 5 minutes walk away so it's very convenient n to get any where. Its a budget hotel and is very good quality for budget.

Rooms could be cleaner but I'm being picky. The toilet roll holder was stuck on and fell off.

Es ist auf den Flur sehr laut wird sich nicht an Ruhe Zeiten gehalten und im Innenhof wird von 4-6 Mega lauter Lärm gemacht das man nicht mehr schlafen kann Also wenn man da schon ist im Hotel sollte man Security einstellen der da wache auf den Fluren läuft und Ruhe Zeiten einhält Wasserhähne sind sehr verkalkt und teils Schimmel Betten viel zu hart

The self check-in was convenient and I personally didn’t run into any issues. The room I received was better than the one shown when I originally booked, and specifically the bathroom was much more spacious than expected. The toilet, shower and overall bathroom area were nicely clean. The location is very central but can be intimidating and can feel unsafe. It was greatly appreciated that upon arrival there was a whole bottle of water and cups of tea.

What should be fixed is probably the overall cleanliness of the room since the carpets were definitely not clean and the curtains were stained. Also the walls were stained sporadically. What would also be appreciated is to add shutters to the windows, instead of the outdated blackout curtains. Lastly, probably it would be better for the electricity to be adapted in a way that when you close the lights to sleep at night, the plugs stay on. Because it’s impossible to charge your phone at night while you sleep the way it is.

Die Lage nahe am Bahnhof. In meinem Zimmer zum Hinterhof war es trotz der Lage - viel Verkehr - auch bei offenen Fenster in der Nacht ruhig. Besonders hilfreich war für mich, dass ich, bereits im Vorfeld und dann auch noch vor Ort, wichtige Hilfe beim Einchecken bekam und mir alle Einzelheiten sehr gut erklärt wurden.

Gute Lage. Kaffee, Tee, Mineralwasser frei erhältlich auf Zimmer.

Zimmerausstattung teilweise in schlechtem Zustand. Matratze vollständig durchgelegen. Lattenrost brach unter mir bei einfachem Liegen. Waschbecken hält Wasser nicht, was das Rasieren erschwert.

Es war klein und sauber. Kann ich nur weiteren. Allerdings sprechen die Leute an der Rezeption nur englisch, obwohl das Hotel in Deutschland ist. Das finde ich nicht schön. Zumal ich kein englisch kann.

Nichts außer die nahe Lage zum Bahnhof

Da wir unsere gebuchte Kategorie ( Superior ) nicht bekommen haben, sondern nur das Standard-Zimmer, waren wir sehr enttäuscht. Außerdem hat im Bad der Föhn gefehlt, es gab keine einzige Steckdose im Bad. Anstatt gebuchtem Doppelbett hatten wir zwei Einzelbetten, kein Wasserkocher und Ventilator vorhanden, was aber angegeben war und auf der Rechnung ersichtlich ist. Haben uns direkt mit dem Personal in Verbindung gesetzt, null Einsicht, im Gegenteil, der Fehler wurde auf Booking geschoben. Bei zwei versuchten Telefonaten wurde der Hörer abgenommen und direkt wieder aufgelegt. Einfach nur unverschämt und traurig so mit den Gästen umzugehen. Eine sehr unangenehme und enttäuschende Erfahrung! Die einzig freundliche und nette Person war die Dame vom Reinigungsservice!

Facilidad para entrar en el alojamiento y en las habitaciones. Parada de metro prácticamente en la puerta del hotel. A 15 min andando de la plaza central, y a 5 min de la estación central. La persona de la limpieza pieza fue muy amable y nos permitió dejar las maletas en la habitación , dentro de un armario para evitar pagar las cabinas. La habitación no estaba lista pero ella amablemente nos permitió dejar el equipaje. Mis mejores deseos para esa persona, un 10!

No lo recomiendo para personas que tienen dificultades con la tecnología, ya que todo se maneja con códigos, nunca encontramos a nadie en recepción, el locquer para dejar las valijas es a través de una aplicación y la entrada a la habitación con clave, salvo eso, el hospedaje es recomendable.

Keine richtigen Gardinen, lautes Dampfabzugsgerät im Badezimmer, durchgelegene Matratze super unkomfortabel, sehr ekelhaft chemisch riechender Geruch beim Eintreten ins Gebäude und im Zimmer, Zimmeraussattung schon ziemlich alt, keine Mitarbeiter weit und breit zu finden. Handtücher riechen komisch und haben Flecken.

La ubicación es perfecta para pasar unos días en Múnich, el self check in y que la cerradura sea digital ayuda mucho a que sea más amena la visita.

El baño es un poco viejo y se tapaba con facilidad la ducha, pero para una estadía tan corta no fue mayor problema.

De locatie van dit hotel is top! Meteen aan het treinstation en het centrum, maar ook dichtbij de klassieke biergartens. De bedden waren prima en de douche werkte goed!

Η τοποθεσία του είναι εξαιρετική καθώς βρίσκεται δίπλα στον κεντρικό σταθμό τρένων και μετρό του Μονάχου. Επίσης έχει πολύ κοντά στάση τραμ για το κέντρο της πόλης. Πολύ εύκολο το check in.

Θα μπορούσε να είναι πιο καθαρό.

Unfortunately, the bathroom had small cockroaches, and the response to problems was slow. There was a problem with the room's safe, and it took more than 8 hours to fix it.

Très bon rapport qualité/prix. La chambre était spacieuse, avec tout l'équipement nécessaire, et un kit de bienvenue. L'emplacement est idéal, proche de la gare, et des restaurants. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas inclus, mais il y a possibilité de le prendre dans un hôtel partenaire.

Das Zimmer lag zwar zur recht lebhaften Straße hin, war aber dank der gut isolieren Fenster sehr ruhig. Trotzdem ließen sich die Fenster öffnen und es gab eine Klimaanlage. Die Fußgängerzone ist in 10min zu Fuß bequem erreichbar

Assolutamente senza nessuna insonorizzazione, si sente tutto il caos delle scale e delle altre camere: quando le porte si chiudono trema tutto. Il deposito delle valigie è piuttosto costoso, sinceramente mi aspettavo una scontistica visto che si alloggia nel loro hotel. Zona della stazione non bellissima come molte zone stazioni nel resto del mondo.

Die Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof ist super, die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral und die U-Bahn ist ebenfalls direkt in der Nähe. Gerade wenn man spät noch unterwegs ist, kommt man schnell und unkompliziert zurück zur Unterkunft.

Das Badezimmer hatte leider einen etwas unangenehmen Geruch und ein paar Kleinigkeiten haben nicht ganz gepasst. Positiv war aber, dass sich das Personal darum gekümmert hat, daher insgesamt trotzdem ein angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Il locker era a pagamento e non era stato specificato anticipatamente. Non era presente un frigobar in camera. Non era pulitissimo

The beds were too soft for my back. They offer luggage storage but they are not responsible for it. By problems there is a hotline but you need to be patient until somebody is taking care.

Nunca nos enviaron la info para entrar al “hotel”. Llamamos muchas veces por teléfono y nadie contestó, luego de casi una hora afuera del recinto, devolvieron el llamado, nos dieron un código para entrar y era el de otro huésped y entramos a su habitación, fue muy incomodo. La ubicación cerca de la estación pero el sector no es bueno. Por suerte fuimos reubicados por booking.

Hôtel bien placé à proximité de la gare et de la vieille ville. Très bien quand on arrive tard en train.

Chambre convenable et propre. Mais il manquait la bouilloire alors qu'il devait y en avoir une comme tout était à disposition pour se préparer un café ou une tisane. Et quand je l'ai signalé il m'a été répondu qu'elle était dans l'armoire alors que ce n'était pas le cas d'où ma réclamation. Puis le ménage n'a pas été fait le troisième jour. En fait le manque de personnel à l'accueil n'est pas favorable pour faire des demandes en direct.

The doors are not well isolated. I had a room in front of the elevator/stairs and could hear people. Hair dryer wasn’t working.

El check-in es sencillísimo... te envían hasta un vídeo explicativo paso a paso, así que no entiendo cómo hay gente con tantos problemas para entrar... Sin duda, volvería a alojarme aquí.

Algún detallito que no voy a mencionar porque entiendo que pasando gente cada día por el hotel entiendo que haya cosas que necesitan mantenimiento pero requieren de su tiempo. ​En cuanto al barrio, es verdad que se concentra mucha inmigración, pero sin problema.

Kéna a szobába 1 minihűtő, és működhetne a wc a kicheckkolás után is. Nem szükséges minden nap törölközőt cserélni.

Konumu çok iyi. Münih hbf ye ve turistik bazı noktalara çok yakındı. Toplu taşımaya rahat ulaşım vardı. Günlük temizlik yapılması, odada su ısıtıcısı olması güzeldi. Otele giriş gönderilen bir şifre ileydi. Bu da ayrıca kolaylık sağladı bize.

Trovandosi vicino alla stazione la zona è frequentata da gente non molto raccomandabile. Una sera abbiamo assistito ad un arresto con uso di taser da parte della polizia proprio sotto il portone dell'albergo.

La stanza e il bagno puliti e accoglienti. Ottima la posizione vicino alla stazione centrale, che mi ha consentito di poter raggiungere senza difficoltà altre città per delle escursioni giornaliere.
