Very small for a hotel that is supposedly part of Best Western Hotels. Room was very hot even with a window open.

Die Kombination aus Lage, Preis und Leistung ist kaum zu schlagen. Ich kann die negativen Bewertungen (Stand September 2026) in keiner Weise nachvollziehen. Unser Zimmer und alle Allgemeinbereiche waren sauber und gepflegt, das Personal sehr freundlich, das Frühstück angemessen. Nicht Luxus, aber wir sprechen von einem Doppelzimmer für deutlich unter 100€ in der Innenstadt von München. Ich würde dieses Hotel sofort wieder wählen.

We stayed at this hotel for only one night. The room is very small, and there is no air conditioning. You have to choose between "fresh" air and quiet, because opening the window makes the room quite noisy and smelly as the hotel is close to the railway station. The shower also smelled a bit strange, maybe because of the pipes. The breakfast room had a strong cigarette smell, probably because people smoke near the entrance. The breakfast area is very narrow, and the staff member was constantly moving around and getting in the way while people were trying to get food. tiny room, no air conditioning, noise, strange smell, and an uncomfortable breakfast area.

Noise and vibration from trams right outside until about 1am, resuming early morning. Too hot in the room to open the window due to the noise. Lady at reception, who could have done with a helper, managed to move us from the front to the rear for the second nightbut there are few rear rooms. Carpets need a good clean.

Location was excellent . Room was available early which made it easy to drop luggage before exploring the city

Room was rather cramped and a bit 'tired'. probably value for the fee we paid but the room on our previous stay was better- brighter slightly larger and better laid out

Unfortunately, this hotel really didn’t live up to my expectations. I assumed that a hotel under the well-known Best Western brand would be of a decent standard, but sadly, that wasn’t the case. For the price, the room is definitely overpriced. It was very small, and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. The mattress was worn out and badly sagging, which made it really difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Since the hotel is located near the train station, there was also quite a lot of noise from outside during the night. The hotel itself looks old, dirty, and generally poorly maintained. Overall, I was very disappointed with my stay and definitely wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

This is for room 103 only! The tram is very noisy and runs late at night and from very early in the morning. The airport bus parks directly outside the window and is very noisy but...the absolute worst thing is on a Saturday night the club next door is open until 10AM!!!!! BOOM!BOOM!!BOOM!!!BOOM!!!BOOM!!!!! ALL...NIGHT...LONG!!! DO NOT STAY IN ROOM 103 ON A WEEKEND NIGHT!!!

Die Lage direkt am Hauptbahnhof ist super praktisch wenn man wie ich direkt am nächsten Tag weiterreisen muss. Das Personal war super freundlich. Auch das Frühstück war top. Die Ausstattung war sehr in die Jahre gekommen, die Betten aber total in Ordnung.

Die Lautstärke - es war zwar nicht super überraschend das es direkt am Hauptbahnhof nicht leise ist aber die Laufstärke was doch mehr als gedacht...

Zweckmässiges Zimmer ohne großen Schnickschnack. Sehr sauber und freundliches Personal. Trotz Fenster zum Bahnhof war der Lärm gar nicht so schlimm wie vorher gedacht und man konnte gut schlafen. Rezeption rund um die Uhr besetzt, kein Problem wenn man erst nachts zurückkommt. Lage sehr gut.

It’s a good position for a quick stop over near Munich main railway station but that’s about all that’s good about it.

One of the electric sockets was hanging out of the wall exposing wiring. The raw plugs had become loose my husband pushed the plug back into the wall to try and make safe but we could not trust the socket The room was dusty and stuffy and so very hot there is no kettle in the room and we arrived late so we could not have a drink. there was an old floor fan but it was noisy and we were a bit worried about the electrics. We left for a really early train and then emailed to reported the fault and asked for partial refund - the room was expensive but as we could not provide photographic evidence the hotel told us we were lying. I will never stay with this hotel chain again

The location of the hotel is excellent, right next to the Trams, train and Subway stations .A few minutes away from Old Town Munich. Beds are good and rooms are spacious.The rooms are very clean. No Air conditioning though.

The only thing was that while I was away sightseeing the city , some member from the staff got in my room , went through my things and Stole money from my stash inside my luggage. Unbelievable, I don't usually post negative reviews but this is unacceptable. I believe not all the staff is bad but there are definitely thieves in there. For that reason I won't be staying there again. And believe me it was not a lot of money but just the fact that someone went inside my room and did that , speaks volumes of the property. I don't want no money back or any type of compensation, I am just warning others. So sad

ルフトハンザの空港行きシャトルのバス停が目の前にあるのでミュンヘン空港とのアクセスはとても良いです。 地下鉄の入り口もすぐ近くにあるので移動には便利な立地です。

窓の外に従業員用の屋外休憩スペースのような場所が見え、0時を過ぎた夜中もそこから話声が聞こえていました。 恐らく一番安い部屋に泊まったのですが、キャリーケースを広げるスペースが無く、通り道をふさぐしかなかったので、ここに泊まるならもう少し広い部屋をお勧めします。

チェックインを30分早く受け付けてもらい、疲れた身体には大変ありがたかったです。エアポートバスがホテルの前に停まるとても良い立地でした。

The location is very convenient. Very close to the city centre (Alt Stadt). You can either walk or use public transportation for 1-2 stops. It is also very easy to reach the hotel from the airport since there are direct trains that reach the central station area where the hotel is located.

The two rooms were very small. We had to jump over the luggage (just two cabin size suitcases) in order to move inside the room. There was a clear negative smell inside the room and the floor seemed to contribute to that. The rooms are old and they lack cleanliness. Last but not least, there is no airconditioning which is a disadvantage if the weather is warm (the outside temperature during our stay was reaching 26 - 28 degrees Celcius plus humidity).

Zweibettzimmerl zu klein Badezimmer viel zu klein, keine Ablageflächen, winzige Dusche, keine Lüftung, Baustelle direkt vor dem Hotel, selbst nachts sehr laut. Da keine Klimaanlage vorhanden war, konnte man nur mit offenen Fenstern schlafen.

The room was spacious and the basic necessities were there. The staff helped us and could answer all the questions we had and the location of the hotel was great aside from the street side noises at night.

It was very hot in the room and the fans were not of much help. The wifi connection was bad and would occasionally disconnect and the safe did not work

Zentrale Lage zum Hauptbahnhof München mit Zugang zum ÖPNV. Die Lage "zentral" heisst, dass es etwas lauter zugeht (Baustelle Hauptbahnhof). Wir nutzen dieses Hotel hauptsächlich für den Transfer zum Flughafen (Anreise/ Abreise) mit der S-Bahn. schon seit einigen Jahren. Da wir das Zimmer nur nachts nutzen entspricht es unseren Anforderungen. Frühstück ist reichhaltig und kann nach Bedarf gebucht werden. Das Personal in Rezeption, Früchstücksbuffet und Zimmerservice ist kompetent und freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

1. 房間比較小，只能勉強攤開28吋行李箱 2. 沒有空調，但有提供一個循環扇，搭配開窗睡眠還算舒適～沒有想像中那麼炎熱 3. 一個人住剛好，再多一個人會有些擁擠

Das Personal am Empfang ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Das Badezimmer war nicht richtig sauber. Haare auf dem Boden. Kalkfleckem im Duschbereich. Der Abfluss der Dusche war verstopft. Das Wasser lief sehr schlecht ab.

Das Frühstück war exzellent, die Laage super und das Personal sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Das Zimmer war am Anreisetag schon früher fertig und Ich habe mein Gepäck noch problemlos am Abreisetag bis Nachts dort stehen lassen können! Ganz toller Service und sehr zu empfehlen! Danke für alles :)))

Bei offenem Fenster hat man die Straße gehört. Das Zimmer war im Hochsommer recht warm; ggf. hätte es dort jedoch noch ein Klimagerät an der Wand gegenben (habe es nicht ausprobiert).

Warme kleine kamer met piepkleine badkamer. Geen koelkastje en twee enkele bedden. Moesten ramen open houden ivm warmte en het geluid van de straat, vooral de trams, hield ons wakker!

J’ai passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. La chambre était propre, le personnel très accueillant et sympathique, et il y avait tout ce qu’il fallait. L’emplacement est vraiment pratique, notamment pour sa proximité de la gare.

Die gebuchten Zimmer lagen gegenüber, was sehr gut war. Das Einzelzimmer war für einen Kurzaufenthalt ok. Das Doppelzimmer auch . Die Zimmer sind sauber gewesen. Die Lage direkt mit Zugang zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln war hervorragend. Das Frühstück war zufriedenstellend. Die Auswahl war gut.

Im Badbereich vermisste ich Kosmetiktücher. Die Dusche im Einzelzimmer war sehr klein, der Vorhang klebte am Körper. Das Einzelzimmer lag zu einem Innenhof, dort befand sich in der Nachbarschaft ein zu einem Kiosk gehörender Außenplatz. Der wurde jede Nacht bis zum frühen Morgen genutzt. Die lauten Gespräche störten erheblich die Nachtruhe, wenn das Fenster auf Kipp geöffnet war. Es wurde auch dort viel geraucht, so war der Geruch des Nikotins störend. Bei geschlossenem Fenster und Ohrstöpsel konnte man durchschlafen.

Leider war es sehr warm auf dem Zimmer obwohl Fenster die ganze Zeit auf war. Leider dann auch sehr laut, sobald man das Fenster geöffnet hatte. Das liegt aber natürlich vor allem an der sehe belebten Lage.

Das sehr kleine Bad, aber für eine Nacht reicht es. Leider sehr laut zur Straße hin, aber es gibt ja Oropax. Wird sogar an der Rezeption angeboten.
