Ter que se pagar para trocar a toalha de piscina. Almoço no dia de check out tivemos de pagar e estávamos com regime TI

24 Stunden bevor wir angereist sind, wurde ich informieren, dass das Hotel uns nicht empfangen können, angeblich technische Probleme, für mich ist es eindeutig eine Überbuchung von Gäste. Wir wurden n einem anderen Hotel um gebucht, viel weiterweg als ursprünglich. Das Zimmer war sehr klein, di Matratze sehr schlecht und die Klimaanlage konnte nicht ausgeschaltet werden, so dass s sehr laut in der Nacht war. Wir konnten 2 Nächte nicht schlaffen. Zum Glück wurden wir danach in einem sehr schön und komfortablen Zimmer verlegt. Was gut war, ist dass wir all-inklusiv bekommen haben. Das Personal von dem anderen Hotel war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und das Essen war sehr gut.

Az esti műsorok 11-ig tartottak, amelyek jók voltak, csak sajnos hangosak és a medence oldali szobákba nagyon behallatszott.

It was perfect for the price

La posizione è ottima, le camere sono molto pulite, moderne e confortevoli. La piscina è adeguata e ben curata. Il cibo è davvero molto buono e abbondante, con bibite di marca, cosa sicuramente apprezzabile. I servizi sono ottimi e tutto il personale si è dimostrato sempre molto disponibile, gentile e sorridente. Una nota speciale va all’animazione per i bambini, davvero molto carina: le ragazze, Linda e Linda, sono state bravissime, coinvolgenti e sempre attente ai bambini. Nel complesso, è stata un’esperienza molto positiva e sicuramente da consigliare! .

L'unico appunto che posso fare , l'orario della cena che termina troppo presto.

The location is wonderful, right next to the beach. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful. The food at breakfast and dinner was good. The public areas and general cleanliness were very good. The daily entertainment for both adults and children was a fun addition.

Maintenance Issues: We stayed in an apartment (not a main hotel room). The apartment needs major renovations. Specific Problems: The shower mixer leaked, the shower soap holder was broken, the shower door did not close properly, and the balcony lights did not work. Major Incident: On our last night, condensation from the old air conditioner leaked heavily from the ceiling. We had to empty a bucket of water every three hours, which meant we could not sleep. Service Failure: Because it was high season, the hotel could not move us to another room and offered no compensation for the ruined night.

El personal es muy amable, tuvimos problemas con la habitación y lo han gestionado de la mejor manera posible con las herramientas que les brindan. La ubicación esta bien para Playa de Muro, muy cerca de la playa. Tanto el desayuno como la cena tienen opciones variadas de buena calidad.

La primer noche nos dieron “un upgrade” a un apartamento porque no tenían disponible el tipo de habitación que reservamos y fue lamentable...El baño estaba en pésimas condiciones, pedimos cambio ya que no era lo que reservamos y nos ofrecieron una habitación en el piso -1 con un olor a cloaca que no se podia estar, por lo cual tuvimos que dormir en el apartamento. La segunda noche nos cambiaron a una doble superior y esa habitación sí estaba bien, sin grandes lujos pero al menos en mejores condiciones que el apartamento. Otra cosa que no me gustó es que hay mucho olor a podrido en diversas zonas del hotel. Por el precio que tiene esperaba algo en mejores condiciones.

Location was great and staff was nice.

The room was way too small (it was not 25m2 as advertised). The food was ok. The rooms were very poorly isolated and there was music (from the hotel) playing every evening until 23-23:30. Our kid woke up several times. It was not relaxing at all.

The hotel is situated close to the popular Playa Muro beach! It is clean, and the service is excellent—courteous, helpful, and, above all, friendly! Every guest receives a clear and thorough explanation upon check-in. The restaurant serves a varied menu that changes daily, so there is something for everyone! The food is fresh and delicious, featuring an abundance of fresh vegetables and fruit!

English below 🇨🇿Opravdu nerozumím tomu, jak tento hotel může mít tak dobré hodnocení a oficiálně 4 hvězdičky, protože to je snad nejhorší hotel, ve kterém jsme byly. * Nikde si nemůžete napustit vodu třeba na pláž (pouze do skleniček na hotelu, např. při snídani) a musíte si ji kupovat, což je komické, když máte all inclusive!!! * Neměly jsme nárok na večeři v den odletu, pouze oběd. (Check-out je v 11:00, transfer na letiště byl až v 18:40.) Pokud ji chcete, stojí 15 €. Ubohé. * Úklid pokojů je strašný a nepoctivý, kvalita úklidu se liší podle jednotlivých uklízeček. * Klima na pokoji odporně smrděla, pravděpodobně od plísně, protože ji nečistí, byly jsme zde ubytované, když byly vedra takže to bylo dost nepříjemné * Špinavé talíře a hrnky, které byly špatně umyté z myčky, a personál to nekontroluje. * Skleničky byly na gumových podložkách (otočené stranou, ze které pijete, dolů), které smrděly, a automat, ze kterého se čepuje voda, taky smrděl. Hygiena je zde pravděpodobně velmi špatná. * Odvážíme si střevní potíže a horečky. Rozhodně není normální mít za den 15× průjem, chytly jsme tu nějaký odporný bacil😡😡😡 * Večerní program bída. * Hotel není moc vegan friendly. Vegan se tu nají, ale nic extra, pořád dokola. Pro vegany nedoporučuju. V guacamole byl jogurt?? Proč, zbytečně.. v některých věcech bylo mléko úplně zbytečně, přitom by pokrm mohl být veganský!! * Kanál před hotelem – pokaždé, když přes něj přejelo auto, byla to totální rána. Hotel není v klidné lokalitě. * Hosté se chovají jako nevychovaná hovada, nerespektují noční klid, běhají a křičí po chodbách. Hotel by měl na tyto hosty více apelovat. * Vadili nám také kuřáci. * Neustále tu brečely a křičely děti, což neustále rušilo klid, hlavně u snídaní, obědů a večeří. * Personál neodnášel talíře, trvalo to velmi dlouho, jídelna byla celkově strašně hlučná. *Jediné pozitivní byl asi personál na recepci, ti byli nápomocní a milí 🇬🇧 I truly don’t understand how this hotel can have such good reviews and officially be rated as a 4-star hotel, because it is by far the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. * You cannot fill up your own water bottle anywhere, for example before going to the beach. You can only pour water into glasses in the hotel restaurant during breakfast, and otherwise you have to buy it. That’s ridiculous when you pay for an all-inclusive stay!!! * We were not entitled to dinner on the day of departure, only lunch. (Check-out is at 11:00, while our airport transfer wasn’t until 6:40 PM.) If you want dinner, you have to pay €15. Pathetic. * The room cleaning is terrible and inconsistent. The quality depends entirely on which housekeeper cleans your room. * The air conditioning in the room smelled awful, probably because of mold, as it clearly isn’t cleaned. * Dirty plates and cups that had not been properly washed in the dishwasher, and the staff did not check them. * The glasses were placed upside down on rubber mats (the side you drink from was facing down), and the mats smelled bad. The water dispenser also smelled. The hygiene standards here are probably very poor. * We are leaving with a stomach infection and fever. It is definitely not normal to have diarrhea 15 times in one day. We clearly caught some horrible bug here. * The evening entertainment was very poor. * The hotel is not very vegan friendly. Vegans can find something to eat, but the selection is nothing special and the same food is served over and over again. I would not recommend this hotel to vegans. * There is a drain/manhole cover in front of the hotel, and every time a car drove over it, it made an incredibly loud bang. This is definitely not a quiet location. * Some guests behaved like complete animals. They ignored the quiet hours, ran through the hallways, and shouted. The hotel should do much more to enforce its own rules. * We were also bothered by smokers. * Children were constantly crying and screaming, which completely ruined any chance of a peaceful breakfast, lunch, or dinner. * The staff took a very long time to clear away dirty plates, and the dining area was extremely noisy overall. *The staff on reception was helpful and nice

A simpatia e disponibilidade dos funcionários, a proximidade á praia e a transportes. E o nosso vôo é só á noite e eles oferecem a possibilidade de tomar um duche no hotel mesmo após o check out ( foi muito agradável) recomendamos

Funcionários muito simpáticos e acessíveis em todas as ocasiões. Fomos com tudo incluído. Buffet muito variado ao pequeno-almoço, almoço e jantar. Possibilidade de pedir antecipadamente sopa para bebé (creme de verduras sem sal) sem custo adicional (Que são saborosas e cremosas). No dia da chegada, para quem chega tarde depois da hora de jantar, existe disponível uma ceia fria sem custo adicional. Para quem tem carro alugado não é difícil encontrar estacionamento gratuito perto. Muito perto da praia a pé (2-3minutos)

Os colchões podiam ser melhores.

We spent 5 wonderful days at AluaSun hotel. It is the most welcoming hotel ever, all of the staff is so kind and friendly, and so attentive. Big regards to Pamela at the reception, she is so great! The hotel is very close to bus station and a beautiful beach. We had all inclusive, and the food was amazing!! So many choices and food was regularly replenished. Our room was quite small, but manageable. The wardrobe closet is not really useful, there are no shelves, only hangers. Mattresses are too soft for us, and this was the negative side. We couldn't get a good sleep on them. It is maybe comfortable for someone else, but sadly not for us. The hotel is in a nice location, everything is so quiet after 11p.m, which was important for us as we wanted to rest. Rooms are cleaned daily, and towels changed regularly. Hotel could use a renovation, but big compliments to the staff who work hard to keep everything going.

Praticamente tutto. Camere spaziose e pulite. La doccia molto grande. Il personale sempre gentile, disponibile e cordiale. Cibo a buffet, ricco e variegato. Unica cosa a colazione pochissima roba dolce, ma tanto salato.

Colazione avrei preferito dolci e torte.

La colazione era ottima, per tutti i gusti, con i prodotti genuini e freschi, vasto assortimento, per dire il miele in favo o kefir appena fatto. Ci mancherà la vostra colazione, grazie!

Breakfast was tasty but the same every day. Dinner was ok, could be better. Location is perfect.

Everything is fine in general

Please be cautious that this hotel does not have a designated garage or parking spaces if you have a car. Staff was nice and friendly. Our room was average and we noticed throughout the days that ants would come into the room somehow. Be aware that the pool closes early at 1900 every night and if you get half board with drinks included that doesn’t mean your drinks are unlimited at any time and there is no alcohol included either. You can only get your soda drinks “unlimited” during breakfast and dinner. Also, there were times where we had to shower in cold water with low pressure from the water head (this was terrible with our 2 young children). Food wasn’t terrible but not the best either. The entertainment during the day was good and inclusive to anyone who wanted to participate.

The hotel was very pleasantly located 5 mins walk from beach and main street on a side road . The hotel was welcoming and helpful throughout and the breakfast and dinner excellent. I thoroughly recommend staying at this hotel.

A személyzet nagyon kedves volt az ételek nagyon finomak, jó elhelyezkedés. Közel a tengerpart. A medence a snack bár is nagyon jó volt a hotel programjai napközben és este is szórakoztatóak voltak,

Nem azt a szobát kaptuk amit foglaltunk. A Hotel helyett az apartmanban helyeztek el minket. A szobában pár tárgy és ajtó kopottas, felázott volt. A teraszról egy szomszédos konyhára lehetett rálátni ami miatt folyamatos erős ételszag volt.

Bardzo blisko plaży, duży basen, czyste pokoje, codziennie sprzątane. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja

There was something for everyone, and we really enjoyed every meal. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always happy to help with a smile. We would especially like to thank the entertainment team, especially Linda and Lida. Their energy, enthusiasm, and positive attitude were amazing. They made everyone feel welcome, brought people together, and created a fun atmosphere every day. They are a real credit to the hotel. Thank you to everyone at AluaSun Continental Park for making our holiday so special. We highly recommend this hotel and would love to return in the future.

I liked the location, which was a block from the beach, close to many restaurants, shops and bus routes.

It was an old hotel and pricey. The air conditioning was not working well so maintenance came to fix it but said the units are old and my room was facing the sun so he recommended I leave the curtains closed at all times. Also the door jammed and did not lock so maintenance came to fix it.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay even though they can the air conditioning was poor, rooms were small and hotel would benefit from several upgrades. The pool was a good size, the buffet had many options, the staff was friendly but more importantly the location was wonderful (close to beach, restaurants and grocery shops).

All the experience in our stay was very positive. Very weel located near the beach. All the infrastructure is very well preserved and design to have a smooth vacations with your family. The staff is probably the best point of the hotel, very friendly and always worried about our baby. Very very satisfied with our experience!

La posizione dell’hotel era ottima , e tutto il personale era molto accogliente , ben preparato e sempre sorridente, sia camerieri , che receptionist che ragazze dell’animazione !

La camera aveva una luce malfunzionante in bagno , che non ci è mai stata cambiata , la pulizia della camera potrebbe essere migliore , ma comunque buona !

We had a fantastic stay at AluaSun Continental Park, and overall our experience exceeded our expectations. The biggest asset of this hotel is, without a doubt, the people. From the moment we arrived, Silvia at reception made us feel welcome and at home. In the restaurant, Teresa and Adela were always smiling, kind and attentive, while the gentlemen at the bar were equally friendly and professional. A special thank you also goes to Linda from the entertainment team—our little boy absolutely loved the mini disco every evening, and her energy was amazing. The housekeeping team also deserves recognition for keeping our room spotless every single day. The food was very good, especially during the first five days. Everything tasted fresh, and we genuinely looked forward to every meal. Towards the end of our stay, the menu became a little more repetitive, but this is only a personal opinion. One thing that really surprised us was the comfort of the beds. We slept so well that I’m now looking for similar mattresses for our home! 😊 A few small suggestions for improvement: * The air conditioning could be a little more powerful during extremely hot days. * A microwave in the room, or at least one on each floor, would be very helpful for families with young children. * The connecting rooms are a great idea for families travelling together, but the sound insulation between them could be improved. * The evening entertainment was enjoyable, but after the mini disco it was already bedtime for our little boy. We appreciated that the hotel offered us a quieter room, but it would have meant giving up our larger room and balcony, so we decided to stay where we were. Overall, we had a wonderful holiday and created beautiful family memories. Thank you to the entire team for your kindness, professionalism and hospitality. You made us feel truly welcome.

Hotel je bio čist i uredan, kao i bazen.

Iznimno bučne sobe bez ikakve izolacije. Svaki korak sa hodnika se čuje. Sobna vrata su podešena tako da se sama zatvaraju ako ih vi ne zatvorite, ali se zatvore tako jako da probude pola kata. Nemoguće za spavati. Sobe definitivno nisu primjerene za nešto što se zove godišnji odmor i ugodan boravak.

Camere ben arredate, con aria condizionata, ci è stata data la camera con la terrazza che era molto piacevole e l’abbiamo sfruttata alla sera col fresco. Bella piscina, grande. Ottimo il cibo, tanta scelta e abbastanza di qualità per essere a buffet. Molto comoda la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli dopo il check out e fare la doccia, così da sfruttare tutto il tempo.

Ci vorrebbe piú insonorizzazione perché si sente tutto e dalle porte ci sono le fessure da cui si vede praticamente il corridoio.

Arrived late at night, we were greeted by a lovely gentleman at reception who was very helpful and patient. We were given our key cards and we dropped off our cases in the room and headed for something to eat as there was a cold buffet waiting. Rooms are on the small side but have everything you need for an all inclusive holiday. Rooms are modern and the beds are so comfy. The doors do bang if you don't shut them properly they are heavy and may be fire doors. We found the food very good , lots of selection, sometimes a theme night such as mexican, and a fish night, with all sorts , razor clams, mussels ,king prawns . They have soup, salads of all kinds ,fruit and veg , a selection of main dishes and show cooking , it is a smaller hotel than we used to so it's on a smaller scale but there was plenty of choice. Animation team were excellent at their job especially Linda .They are dedicated and this shows and they are very good with the little ones. Hotel is very clean and the pool area all very clean. It's 10 euros deposit for a towel and you get it back when you hand it in. Reception give you a plastic token which gets you a beaker at the bar, the reason for this is so glass isn't around the pool. You can have a clean beaker if you want and hand it back at the end of the day for your token. This is only for the day. At night they give you a glass no token needed. Hotel is 5 mins from the beach which is beautiful and the sea is so clear , we spent a lot of days there.Only gripe the bar staff were a bit miserable and didn't want to serve you, and for this reason , I would question if to go back again , this needs to change management

Very enjoyable stay overall. The location is excellent, with the beach, shops, and restaurants all within easy walking distance. The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing, and the staff were always friendly, helpful, and professional. Our room was clean, comfortable, and cleaned daily to a high standard. The hotel is well maintained and cleanliness throughout the property was very good. Noise was not an issue during our stay, as the main road is far enough away not to cause any disturbance. Service was excellent. The facilities were good, although the pool water was quite cold, even colder than the sea. Booking in advance made the price reasonable, although it was still a little high for my budget. Overall, I would recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

Уютные номера, чистые, убирались каждый день. Недалеко от пляжа, 2мин идти, пляж большой. В отелях даже какие-то программы , можно посмотреть.

Не то, чтобы не понравилось, но разнообразия в еде не сильно много. Меня это не смущало, так как я вегетарианка и в принципе во всех отелях ем все одинаковое, но для тех кто гурман, гурман -будет маловато

Well maintained hotel, very helpful staff, great location for families with small children, comfortable beds. Do not forget to bring along some mosquito repelent for the nights as the hotel is near to the national park with lots of water areas and swamps..! Also ask for the room facing the mountains, you will get much less direct sunlight into the room, less noise from the pool and common areas and you will have a perfect view on the sunset skies :)

Upon arrival, the reception area stinks of sewers. Checked in no problem. Rooms on the small side especially if you have children with you. No kettle in the room, does have fridge and hairdryer. Tiny balconies. The pool doesn’t have nowhere near enough sun-beds and id hate to see it in the summer holidays! The pool itself was absolutely freezing, i know they are cold as we are hot/burning, but this pool didn’t get any warmer the longer you stayed in it. I went in once and that was enough. Foods hit and miss, breakfast bacon was always burned. Im a very fussy eater but i managed to always find something. Cant comment on the entertainment as we went out every evening. Oh and the pool bar don’t allow you to fill your own bottles.

Room was fine. Bed was comfy. No issues with the bathroom or shower. Reception often had a foul smell. Food selection and quality not as expected and was disappointing. Checking in and out was good. Pool area could do with more sun loungers. The stair area is quite cavernous so it was very noisy when people came up from the entertainment at night. Probably wouldn’t stay there again.

I want to start by say location of this hotel was great, Beach is absolutely stunning and the main reason for us booking, This hotel is couple of minutes walk from beach which was great with regards to hotel here are my views Positives / Bedrooms modern and clean Bathroom clean modern Balcony fits two chairs and table we had a view of pool and sea Beds and pillows comfortable however it is two singles pushed together so mind the gap Air con very good Reception staff pleasant Lift access good No rush for subbed as nobody puts towels down till gone 10am Negatives / Food is probably the worst I’ve had at any hotel I was thankful were only half board so ate out whenever we could minimal meat on offer that wasn’t really edible it was pure fat and skin, Breakfast I ate yogurt each morning as the hot options where not great and always cold, one morning I stood at the omelette station in typical English fashion waiting patiently in the eye line of chef only to be completely ignored for a good 10 mins while she continued to flip fried eggs, We didn’t travel with kids but we saw very few food options for kids accept very cheap pizza There is not enough staff at the food hall No fresh water available with meals all drinks are out of machines No fresh water in room fridge on arrival which I’ve never not had water in fridge at any hotel I’ve stayed in Staff in food hall look miserable all the time Not many English guests mainly German and Spanish lots of over 60s Corridors smell of drains whenever you come out the lift Entertainment basic usual karaoke and Spanish dancers please beware of safety as evening entertainment is right next to pool we saw a few toddlers wonder dangerously close to pool Safe in our room didn’t work and balcony door doesn’t lock However the worst part of our stay came at checkout we had a late flight and were offered towels to shower room in the basement next to gym as we walked down the stairs the stench was horrific pure filthy drain smell I opened the door to the shower cubicle and there must have been 50 flys/ mosquitoes in the actual shower it was like something out of a horror film I went to reception and did inform then I was unable to shower and why receptionist was very apologetic and looked mortified but I suspect they are aware something is not right down in that area All in all this hotel is not 4* lots of obvious cost cutting could be a lot better if they sorted food out and the drain issue is a matter of urgency would I recommend this hotel sadly not however Playa de Muro is lovely

I travel a lot every time I charge different hotel and first time when we make a booking come we get a room really nice you nice balcony location was good. Food was good. Cleaning was good. I’d say I’ll be go again.

Everything was so good , I really recommend this hotel, the food is delicious and the staff is friendly and helpful. Everything is clean . The beach is just 2 minutes walks from the hotel. I definitely I will go back.

The location is a very short walk for the beach which is beautiful, it goes on for miles so you will never be without a space to sit and relax, you’ll find that there’s lots of people selling blankets, sunglassses and massages but also fresh fruit and beers sometimes too! However, I found in some of the shops the staff were quite rude and unpleasant to be served by. Inside the hotel was beautiful, the rooms were kept lovely and clean but almost daily you could smell the sewers. I also felt that some of the staff were rude too, we were ignored at the bar and stared at in the food court. There was also some staff who were very nice and friendly but we unfortunately felt unwelcome overall in the common areas. When we stayed at this hotel, it was mainly older Spanish guests, and they would blatantly stare at us and some would give us nasty looks and mutter in Spanish. We didn’t feel comfortable roaming the hotel unless we were in the room. The entertainment was okay, pretty standard for an all inclusive hotel, and the entertainment team was great! Very lovely and chatty. The restaurant was okay too, looks lovely when you walk in and there’s plenty of option, but the food wasn’t our cup of tea. The meats were questionable and bread was dry. I basically ate chips and salad for 2 weeks. Overall I wouldn’t stay here again, mainly because of how unwelcome we felt, but also because we paid around £2000 to be there, and it didn’t provide a service worth that. There are nicer areas to stay nearby where British Travellers are treated much better, we took a big walk round to Alcúdia and the staff in the bars and restaurants were friendly, happy and polite.

The room was worn out, the terarace door was wery difficult to close. There was mold on the walls, a lot of moisture on the terrace door, which means that our clothes were a bit damp. The staff was not very welcoming and spoke almost no English. (except for those at the reception)You have to pay a deposit for towels and glasses at the pool. The food was ok, many days the same. The coffee was terrible. The pool area was nice and clean. The hotel is in a nive place near a lovely beach.

Mixed emotions about this hotel. My husband and I travelled with our 14 year old daughter for 1 week (booked full package all inclusive with Easy Jet) I must start the review and state this hotel definitely doesnt feel 4 star as advertised. I would place it at more 3 stars. The vibe is more of an "older vibe" we are in our 40s but 80/90% of guests must be 60 plus! We were surprised to find that you are NOT dropped off outside the hotel upon arrival, but on the side of a main road (2 min walk) but left to find the hotel by yourself. Luckily its not too hard to find. Upon arrival (3:30pm) the receptionist, Juanjo was extremely happy and friendly and informed us of everything we needed to know, we felt this was very welcoming. Our room was apartment 26 - this overlooked the main road and you could just about see the sea from the balcony. It seemed like a clean room but was very tired looking. (Left over shards of biscuits were left in the cupboards from a previous guest) The bathroom mirror needs replacing (very worn) the bathroom had a terrible intermittent smell of drains (sometimes took your breath away) but my husband poured water down the shower plug hole and it went away (although it eventually came back!) There were a few broken tiles on the floor which really need replacing. The beds are very close to the wall, so if you sleep on the far side you either have to roll over the whole bed to get out or shuffle along the bottom while trying not to knock your head on the TV which is on the wall. I must say, the beds and pillows are very comfortable. My daughter slept on the sofa bed in the lounge, it was a good double size and she said it was comfortable. The size dominated the room (small lounge area) but this wasnt an issue for us. There is obviously no sound proofing between the walls and we could hear the young children crying/screaming/ parents having an argument all hours. We were woken up once by a new family arriving in the room next door at 4am! It was so noisy with cases being wheeled over their floor and the children crying as they were so tired. Safe to say, we were very tired the next day too! The apartment is set up suitably for self catering and I would suggest you do this rather than go all inclusive here. There are 2 hobs for cooking, a microwave, fridge and toaster/kettle and obviously crockery/cutlery. The towels and bedding are changed everyday apart from on a Sunday! Even though the bedding etc was changed our room was not cleaned and if it was it was not sufficient, especially the bathroom area! The shower in the room was cold on our first night but warm for the remainder. There is a hairdryer in the bathroom. The pool is a lovely pool area (water was cold but you acclimatise to it after 10 mins) the area was cleaned every morning and the sunbeds look new. The pool is only open from 10am until 6pm (due to the lifeguard) We had No problem obtaining a sunbed each. Even in the afternoon there is always a few available, so this was nice and only 1 or 2 were reserved in the morning, but it didnt cause any issues. There is no poolside music and not much entertainment. So if you want a lively resort this place wouldn't be for you. Pool towels can be picked up from reception for a €30 deposit charge (you get this money back at the end of your holiday) if you want a towel change you have to pay €1 per towel. As a "4 star all inclusive" I would not have expected to pay this - but we had too! The food was meh! Very repetitive with limited choice. By day 4 we had had enough and chose to eat out (we paid all inclusive) I would have much rather been self catering. My daughter one day had a raw burger and I also had a piece of fish that wasnt cooked. If you are happy to live on bread rolls, sliced sandwich meats and cheese and salads all week, then youll be ok. Im so fed up of eating melon and oranges! I just wanted a decent bit of protein and something that had flavour. Although, the porridge in the morning was tasty. The pool side snacks are also limited, a few ham or cheese, triangle sandwiches, fish sticks, biscuits and maybe the odd bit of basic salad bits. The soft drinks/water are self service. Although you have to pay €1 euro each for a token which you exchange at the bar for a plastic cup. You keep this cup all day then hand back to the bar at the end of the day and get your token back. The process repeats itself the next day! The bar staff are miserable as sin and sometimes give you the completely wrong drink, but as they are so miserable we couldnt be bothered to argue about it. The entertainment staff are friendly and really take the time to talk to you, especially the blonde girl with glasses (apologies we did not get your name) she was lovely. There is a kids disco every evening at about 8:30 til 9pm and the main entertainment is from 9:30pm til 11pm. Mixture of entertainment from bingo, movie quiz, bands, karaoke etc. All very good and enjoyable. The bar really needs more staff members in the evening as serving of the drinks was extremely slow. The location of the hotel is pretty good. There are plenty of restaurants up and down the road and the beach is literally a 2-5 min walk away. Two restaurants i would highly recommend is the pizzeria 5 mins walk to the left of the hotel and a tex mexx restaurant called Dakota about 10 min walk to the right of the hotel. Burger king is also literally across the road (30 second walk) Overall we had a nice holiday - will we return here, probably not. Maybe we expect too much for a 4 star (we have travelled many other places and stayed in 4 & 5 star hotels so have a good bench mark for standards)

At the beginning of our stay we viewed certain aspects of our holiday as England v Spain - half way through we felt the score was England 1 : Spain 2 with the Spanish pride and passion at dancing putting them ahead but by the end, we had at least achieved a score draw with Chris’s rendering of Elvis’s Foolish Minds getting one back for England at the end of the Karaoke Night !! A very enjoyable stay - rooms very comfortable - restaurants more than adequate - entertainment very good (special reference to Linda on the Animation Team who was exceptional) - pool experience limited (no easy access to pool for those with limited physical abilities of which there were quite a few!) - outside of hotel etc OK!! Would we go again - possibly. Did we enjoy our stay - Yes!!

Overall we had a lovely stay and would return. The hotel itself was nice, the rooms were cleaned daily and having a mini fridge was a great bonus. The pool area was also lovely and the entertainment team did a really good job getting guests involved in games and activities throughout the day. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, although a few did seem a little miserable at times. We were half board plus and one thing we found slightly confusing was the inconsistency with drink prices, as we were sometimes charged different amounts for the exact same drinks ranging from around €5–€7.50. The main negative was that several members of our group became ill towards the end of the holiday with what we believe may have been food poisoning, as the buffet was the only place we had all eaten together. Thankfully this happened at the end of the trip so it didn’t completely ruin the holiday, but it was still unpleasant. One other thing we noticed was that many of the guests were Spanish and some interactions felt a little unfriendly towards British guests, with queue pushing, being ignored when trying to be polite or say hello and staring at us. Of course this wasn’t everyone, but it did affect the atmosphere at times. Despite this, we still had a really enjoyable holiday overall and would consider returning in the future.

We booked a double room but we're given a twin room which was 2 single beds pushed together. Hotel was clean and food was ok, plenty of choice but somewhat tasteless at times. Entertainment was mostly in Spanish, we went in May when most of the guests were Spanish so we kind of understood the entertainment choice. No cider as part of all inclusive only beer and other drinks and spirits, I had to pay 4 Euros for small bottles of Magners. Staff were helpful when they could understand your English. Entertainment staff were great and organised some games a couple of times a day. Pool was cold but staffed with a lifeguard at all times. Hotel location was good, near local shops, restaurants and the beach was 5 minutes across the road.

Good central location & 5 min walk to the beach. Clean room & cleaned daily & towels changed if you wanted. We had an apartment which had all the essentials you needed. We had half board plus which was more than enough for us. The food was varied every evening & a good selection breakfast for all tastes. We had a package holiday & stayed for 5 nights, good value for money. Only one criticism is that the room we had on the front was noisy through the day & night. Clean pool & pool area, spotless. Lovely staff especially the young man on the pool bar, didn’t get his name but a very hard worker & very polite. We came for the 312, perfect location 🫶👍

Had a lovely stay here with my granddaughter, very clean and tidy, very helpful staff, plenty of sunbeds available, lovely beach about 5 minutes walk, easy to get the bus down to the Harbour where there's lots of different things to enjoy 😉

Absolutely stunning hotel! All the staff were so friendly. Especially Toni (entertainer) & Sylvia (receptionist) who made us feel really welcoming. Rooms are lovely and clean and beach is only 5 minutes walk which is a bonus.

Had a fabulous time. The hotel and rooms were really clean and the bed was so comfy. The balcony with sunbeds over the pool had the sun all morning which was amazing. Food and drink was good always something to suit everyone's taste. Staff were welcoming and friendly and the entertainment staff did a fab job of including everyone in the activities. So a big thank you to them. The area was beautiful and so was the beach which was only a three minute walk away.
