The onsite restaurant was very good and the staff show great hospitality.

There was some room remodeling going on nearby. We could hear some annoying hammering intermittently. A call to the front desk rectified the problem within 15 minutes and the staff were very apologetic.

The hotel is very opposite metro station which is a boon.

The room which was provided had noise coming ~6.30 PM, because of the construction ongoing next to it

Very well maintained property though in a transition to a diff brand and management. We got upgraded to a Club room with a complimentary, expansive and luxurious breakfast - by the wonderful front desk folks. The restaurant service staff were very helpful. Though we were disappointed not to find the pool yet operational, everything else more than made up for it!

I would like to recommend trinity hotel, as I had a wonderful experience during my 10 days stay. After completing my first day when I returned to the hotel, I had severe ear pain and swollen lest cheek due to ear pain. Hotel staff (Pallavi), helped me out. She arranged for the hotel car to take me to the nearest hospital and also instructed the driver to stay with me till my session with the doctor is over to bring me back to the hotel. Driver was also very supportive and helped me during my struggle to get the ent specialist from 1 hospital to another and suggested a hospital that finally treated me. I would surely recommend this hotel to everyone. Regards, Mohit

Stayed in trinity whitefield for 15 days for a business related work, Had a very beautiful and calm stay here, The management was very calm and cool and always gave a warm welcome, The house keeping was excellent, Jason & Akhilesh did very great job in house keeping, They made sure I had a pleasing room on my return everyday. The chefs and waiters were very good and took care of us with great hospitality. Overall had a great experience.

The room atmosphere was fantastic. The room service by Jason was excellent. The restaurant service was top notch. The managers were very friendly as well.

Convenient location for whitefield work location. Good view from room. Cleanliness, hygiene was good. The housekeeping in charge Mr. Jason is very caring and cooperative member. The restaurant in charge is a friendly person and offers the food with smile on face and also explains the specialties of the food items they cook. Staff members are also very professional. Hassle-free check in and check out process. All the services offered are satisfactory.

Great business hotel near the teck parks with easy access via cabs. House keeping is very attentive specially Lawma who was always there with a friendly smile. The chef is also an amazing person who was very attentive. Kudos to all the staff. Only downside is the pool was under construction and the gym was not maintained properly.

We had a pleasant stay at Trinity , a Marriot group property at Whitefeild Bangalore. I haven’t seen this hotel before in Marriot and I think it’s a new alliance. Thanks for that. The best part of the hotel is their accessibility to Metro station ( 50 meters) and most of the near by tech parks. Like for me, the office was 1.2Km and I was taking a taxi to go and walking to come back. The reception and the welcome was quite good and I was assisted by Alka/moon with messages from the day before I check in. I was in hurry while I checked in where I have to drop my wife at hotel and rush to Office. They were kind enough to give an early check in and assisted my wife to get to the room at the best what they could. Moon was assisting all the time I was with the hotel and giving me good support , especially for my early check in and all. The rooms are quite large and bathrooms are well maintained. The temperature is set right too.. Few things like pool is under maintenance and hopefully I will see them in next visit. Their breakfast was having good spread and overall hospitality and attitude is well appreciated

I would like to thank Trinity Whitefield hotel and its staff for its exceptional service during my 2 week stay. Right from the reception including Mr Moon who helped me multiple times, Mr Jason for great room service and the entire kitchen staff (including Mr Ravi) for the mouth savoring delicacies served in the breakfast. The whole restaurant staff was exceptionally accommodating in serving dishes to my liking. Will definitely recommend this hotel if you are in Bengaluru area.

although the rooms were not good, the staff was more than accomodating to convert the experiance to Marriott class. All the help from the staff especially Shruti was worth eveery penny spent at the hotel. However the rooms are not at all close to the Marriott class. I did not even like the breakfast spread.

One of the best Marriott Bonvoy properties I’ve stayed at! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm and genuine welcome by the front desk team. They even offered me an early check-in at no extra cost, which was greatly appreciated. The room was comfortable and thoughtfully prepared, with multiple amenities provided to make the stay extra special. The food was excellent, and the service throughout was prompt and courteous. Overall, a truly delightful experience — couldn’t have asked for anything more. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers alike!

Although the hotel is currently under renovation, our stay has been truly wonderful thanks to the incredible staff. I went to dine at the restaurant Nxt.door at Trinity Hotel which was suggested by Moon at the front desk. The recommendation was perfect! The food was delicious and the staff service was excellent. I ordered a Veg soup, paneer onion curry and tandoori rotis. I really appreciate Moon for the helpful suggestion and friendly attitude!
