Breakfast was good for only vegetarian people but for the non veg it was no option for all 4 days same.

My experience for two weeks stay at Ginger Hotel was excellent. From food to Housekeeping room service everything was excellent. For restaurant Siddhartha did a very good job and for Housekeeping Samim and Dilwar took care of my room everyday. Service was very good. Location was also very prime just Beside kundalahalli metro station and I gate bus stop . Directly connecting to Whitefield and rest of Bangalore. The ambience is great.

The rooms were literally not worthy for the amount paid.

Facilities could have been enhanced. More facilities can be included.

I came to have breakfast after hearing positive comments from my relatives and they didnt disappoint. The breakfast was simple and good, enough to fill someone after a 50 km cycle ride. I was greeted by Geetansh who was kind and super helpful. If you want have a sweet and simple experience do give Ginger a try

Bathrooms have rust and peeling paint. Half items on menu not available in the restaurant. Very Limited food options in room service. Food taste average. Room is bigger in pics compared to reality. Mini fridge not cooling well.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and especially enjoyed the restaurant. Siddhartha and the restaurant manager made sure that the food was always excellent. I recommend trying the vanilla milkshake.

The atmosphere wa very calm and the rooms were regularly cleaned and well maintained.Good staff service and good food.As it's located between two metro stations it's very convenient for getting metro to any close by locations.The atmosphere was very calm and gentle.

Location is perfect 2min walking to metro stations. Atmosphere is like Whitefield is famous for. Daily cleaning with drinking water bottles and other amenities. They also provide office car pick and drop facility. Overall a very nice stay for 15 days.

When we arrived some things like toilet cleaning, exhaust were not working properly, and didn't look same as pic on Google maps or hotel booking websites. Tbh rooms were very small and charge per day is quite high for the size of room given with no chair. Bathroom smelled a bit.

One night stay in their mono / single bed room . Checkin was late nite and very smooth . Staff was very co operative . Breakfast spread was limited but good quality. Location right close to metro line as well as SAP and other corporate offices . I would rate high for business travellers whose office location is the vicinity .

Shamin, who works in the Housekeeping department, provided excellent service. He maintained very good cleanliness, was polite, and spoke very nicely, which made my stay comfortable. I would also like to appreciate Ramzan Hussain from the Restaurant team for his excellent service during dinner. He served the food very well and was attentive and courteous. Overall, my experience was excellent, and I will definitely visit Ginger Hotel Whitefield again. I had a very good experience at Ginger Hotel Whitefield.

Convenient location for me

Customer service could be better. The lift was out of action when I arrived and there was no back up lift- I had to move my son to a relatives house as he was recovering from an injury and could not climb 2 flights. The ‘gym’ is a joke.

The staff was genuinely very sweet and welcoming throughout my stay, which made the entire experience even more pleasant. They were always polite, attentive, and ready to help with a smile. The breakfast was honestly the best part of my stay — fresh, delicious, and well-prepared, with a good variety to choose from. It truly felt like a perfect start to the day. A special mention to Ramjan, who was extremely helpful and kind. He went out of his way to make sure everything was comfortable and smooth for us.

I recently lived here for two weeks in December while relocating to the city. The hotel's location to be very convenient. A bus stop is located right at the hotel entrance, and the metro station is just a short walk away. The room was spacious for two people, and the hotel premises were very clean. Each room is equipped with a mini fridge, which is a nice touch. Romjan was very helpful and attentive to our needs throughout our stay, making our experience even more pleasant.

It's a small compact hotel. Seen better days but it's kept well. The staff is exceptional. Prema checked me in and its was all very smooth and efficient. It was a very pleasant stay for me.
