The breakfast was simple fare but was tasty and enjoyable.

The Hotel is located at walking distance of major IT companies. Pleasant atmosphere and rooms are very clean and tidy , thanks to the house keeping team members Baiha , Nabin and Jateham for your hospitality.

Baina Das, Jatiham, Birendra were very hostile and very welcoming. It was a good experience staying in Sulit.

Comfortable stay and humble & Polite staff. Room service is excellent and specially Prakash is a go to person for any support and assistance.

The Hotel Location is very closure to Major IT companies and Staffs are very gentle and supportive got chance to interact with Prakash a decent and helpful person. Rooms are quiet and comfortable. Stay was pleasant in calm atmosphere. A big yes for Cozy stay .

Located in the heart of the city, Whitefield, close to metro, comfortable stay. Rooms are sufficiently spacious and well maintained. Room service was done by Remonto, Birendra and Prakash, they were very polite and helpful. Very clean and tasty breakfast. Pure value for money.

Excellent room service experience at The Sulit Hotel Whitefield. The staffs Jaganath, Abhi, Remanto were extremely polite, quick to respond, and ensured everything was well maintained throughout the stay. Their hospitality and attention to detail truly made the experience comfortable and pleasant.

Had a wonderful experience at the Sulit Whitefield. I stayed here for a business visit for 5 days. Pros: The hotel is clean and rooms are spacious. Jagannath, Prakash, and Yadav were all professional, attentive, and friendly. The room was spotless every day, and they made sure I was comfortable. All hotel staff is polite. The laundry service is good. They provide the clothes after laundry on the same day. Cons: The room walls are a bit thin I suppose because I could hear ppl talk in the room next to mine. There is no hair dryer in the bathroom. The in-room dining was not available during my entire stay. Overall it was a pleasant stay here. Towards the end of my stay they surprised me with a beautiful decor.

Our overall stay at the hotel was comfortable, and most services and facilities were good. However, one issue significantly affected our experience. During our absence, housekeeping staff entered and cleaned our room without any request from us and without a “Clean My Room” tag placed on the door. We value guest privacy, so this was unexpected and uncomfortable. When we raised the concern, we were told we could meet the General Manager, but the next day at checkout we were informed he was on leave. This felt like the concern was not properly addressed. If there is a policy allowing room entry without guest consent, the hotel should reconsider it. Guests should be contacted by phone and their approval taken before cleaning in their absence. If they do not respond or decline, their privacy should be respected. Aside from this incident, the rest of the stay was satisfactory, but this matter impacted our overall impression.

Breakfast was great, the room was quite big, much bigger than usual city hotel room size. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

The rooms were clean and decent breakfast was provided too. No concerns on the stay at all. The front end staff during the check-in time (25th night was courteous and the cleaning staff was top notch

It was communicated to me earlier that extra bed costs 1000 rupees. However, on the check in day it was noted to be 750 + gst and then on the checkout day, it was noted as 1500 + gst per day which I felt to be very costly. I'd two small children and didn't want a 2nd room to keep them separately. However, it appears to me that the hotel wanted to treat them as separate by offering an extra bed at the cost of 1575/- per day. The check out day (27th) front end staff was not courteous unlike the other staff. They just casually said its a mistake from check-in time and extra bed price had increased. It didn't appear to be a professional way of handling to me.

The hotel is in walking distance from the metro station, providing easy access to the downtown. The room was huge, much more than you would need. The wifi and breakfast were both alright.

One of the best experience I had with The Sulit Whitefield. Have stayed here earlier also and quality and service is always superb and beyond expectations... Special mention to Prakash housekeeping... Keep up the moment...cheers !!!

I stayed at this hotel for 15 days and had an amazing experience throughout. The housekeeping service was top quality—rooms were always spotless and well-maintained. The breakfast was absolutely top-notch, easily one of the best I’ve ever had in any hotel. The reception staff was kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. Overall, a highly satisfying and comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend!

Too much professional staff, very polite and helpful, buffet has good amount of variety, also rooms are clean and quality of the amenities is upto the mark. I have always preferred to stay here for my business trips, I would also recommend this hotel to my fellow colleagues.

Stayed at the property for 5 night and 6 days and it was a business purpose visit. The stay was comfortable and the location was perfect. Very good service from Baina, Pawan, Jagan, Prakash and Abhilash. Breakfast was good and had decent options from both South and North. The rooms are very spacious and definitely worth the price. No complaints and would surely recommend this property.

Good and pleasant stay. Staff is courteous, prompt and caring- be it room service, house keeping or front desk. Special call out for the breakfast serving staff and housekeeping staff (Das, Prakash, Birendra, Abhilash) “Superb job, keep it up”. Missed two things only else that would have made my stay a “5 star” one. 1. No in-room dining as the hotel restaurant was closed during my stay due to renovation work 2. No swimming pool

Very Clean room and great service. Value for money. In room dining is good too. Close to major offices. Food is nice, serving size is good. Did not try the bar and fitness centre. Happy with the experience, mo complaints or issues. The air conditioning can be better.

The Sulit rooms are big and comfortable, provides all the amenities and the housekeeping is very efficient and helpful. Very clean and spotless rooms and the service areas. Good hotel. Staff is very responsive. Abhilash, Ravi, Uddin, Kalaivani kept my room very well. There is no hair dryer in the room but the staff was very prompt in giving me one when I called for it. They also have great breakfast. Well located.

The room was well kept and clean. The room size was good. The restaurant is good. Staff was flexible to help with late check-in and early checkout. The hotel prices are super reasonable.

The room is quite spacious and with all the modern amenities. All the decor is quite new and well maintained. There is no bad odor or stains in bedsheets. Bathroom was clean and all amenities were nicely provided. Breakfast is sumptuous as well. This is one of the best hotel rooms I have ever stayed in.

There is an Asian restaurant but would be good if they carry more Indian delicacies.

Clean, quiet and professional - just how a hotel should be! The breakfast was sumptuous; the staff was great - you never got the feeling they're doing something in the hopes of a tip; the room was silent and the facilities were very clean. I can highly recommend this hotel.

Check -in and Check out was rather quick and smooth . SASHAY( tap room and kitchen restaurant) : the staff (ROSIE) and food ( lunch and dinner) is excellent at this restaurant . Again a minimalistic menu but still very good.There is a cool vibe at this place esp over the weekends. The breakfast spread at the hotel, although minimal but each item is very good when its fresh out of the oven or off the pan . We had booked the “DELUXE KING ROOM with breakfast” ; it was definitely spacious . Although there is zero supervision in this hotel of the trainees, they are more receptive to helping resolve issues at any time . Luggage can be weighed in advance through a secret lift , in the lobby or garage Check -in and Check out was rather quick and smooth .

From the time the UBER got to the hotel from the airport : Security guard / concierge didn’t bother asking to assist two female travellers esp since one of them is an elderly individual , with their luggage.Not a major issue as we are used to handling our baggage by ourselves , but then it would have been nice to be offered at least esp when travelling with elderly individuals . The reception staff were cold throughout our duration of our stay. From the time of Check-in , we had inquired and requested for an early breakfast on the next day, as we had an urgent appointment and had to reach on time .In the past many of the 4-star and 5-star hotels have obliged us, but sadly we were given the run around , even after repeated calls from the room , the following day when we arrived for breakfast ,we were told “ there was no information conveyed to them for the same” . There is zero supervision in this hotel of the trainees. The breakfast is supposed to be served by 7:30a.m but on certain days until 8:30a.m, they would still be arranging breakfast items. The breakfast spread does not have burners and the cloche lids are left open , so perpetually either it gets cold or non -palatable . Location : nearest mall is PHOENIX MARKET CITY or PRESTIGE MALL . There is absolutely nothing for 3-4 kms of this hotel .It is surrounded by other hotels like GINGER, LEMON TREE , FORTUNE. We had booked the “DELUXE KING ROOM with breakfast” ; the room was spacious but surprisingly for two occupants , we were told only a single bottle of water would be kept and so forth with the toiletries and towels. The room offers a “city view” ,there is none - only I.T concrete jungle.
