I arrived at midnight. I was the only person checking in. It took 15 minutes to check me in. Repeated requests for my information & Booking. Despite having it all on the booking. Took 800 RMB deposit incase I smoked in the room. Left 6hrs later. Took them 30 minutes to get me a taxi. Nearly missed my train.

Location. Reception desk was excellent especially Jimena was very helpful.

Toilets not properly finished. Missing piece on the ceiling. Foul smell in the corridor. No cups/milk provided in the room

The King Suite was very comfortable and we had to pay for an extra bed since our daughter was with us. Quite spacious. The breakfast was very good but lacked variation over the 6 days we were there. The staff were very friendly and helpful, specially almost everyone at the concierge, specially Banchero Tang. The reception staff were excellent and professional as well and spoke English quite well, except for 1 gentleman who was there early morning. We arrived at 6 AM and they were nice enough to give us an early check-in at 11AM. There's a medium sized mall called Rainbow mall right next to the hotel (attached to it actually) which was very convenient indeed for food and some light shopping, including cafes and a convenient store.The indoor pool was very nice and the fancy restaurant on the 3rd floor was understandable on the pricey side but great food. Jemina at the reception area was very attentive and always asked whether she could help in anyway whenever we crossed her.

Breakfast was great but little variation over our 6 day stay.Although I did guess this before booking it, the hotel is slightly away from the main tourist locations, but overall it wasn't a big problem since most car rides to malls and tourist sites were between 15-40 minutes.

Впечатления остались неоднозначные: у отеля есть свои сильные стороны, но есть и существенные недостатки. Заселение и персонал На ресепшене нас встретили приветливо. Сотрудники говорят как на китайском, так и на английском языке, быстро отвечают на вопросы и помогают с любыми просьбами. Перед поездкой я заранее просила сделать небольшой комплимент или повысить категорию номера в честь дня рождения моей мамы, однако, к сожалению, ни комплимента, ни апгрейда мы не получили. Номер Сам номер оказался значительно старее, чем выглядел на фотографиях. Мебель сильно изношена и местами заметно пошарпана. Шторы были грязноваты, а душевая уже нуждается в обновлении. Отдельно хочется отметить качество уборки. В какой-то момент я подумала, что потеряла браслет в номере, и заглянула под кровать. Там оказалось очень много пыли и мусора, что говорит о том, что под кроватями уборку практически не проводят. Для пятизвёздочного отеля это неприятный момент. Плюсы номера Из плюсов — красивый вид из окна и большое количество бесплатной питьевой воды. Запасы воды пополняли регулярно, что было очень удобно. Завтраки Завтраки достаточно разнообразные. Есть как китайская, так и европейская кухня, однако китайских блюд заметно больше. Европейский выбор довольно ограничен. Для пятизвёздочного отеля немного удивило отсутствие таких привычных для международных завтраков продуктов, как слабосолёный лосось. Один раз мы также ужинали в ресторане отеля. Ужин оказался действительно хорошим — к качеству блюд никаких претензий нет. Расположение Если вы планируете активно смотреть достопримечательности Пекина, расположение нельзя назвать удачным. Отель находится достаточно далеко от основных туристических мест, поэтому на поездки на такси уходило много времени.

I liked the inner garden - very nice place full of lovely blossoming treas.

Make sure your reservation name matches your passport name - took me 10 min to explain to the staff concept of short name, surprised that reception barely speaks English, sauna and steam room were under maintenance (not informed upfront), swimming pool is used for kids swimming classes, so only 2 lines available for guests.

We stayed in the hotel for 4 days and we really enjoyed resting there. The hotel, staff, facilities, everything met our expectations, the location is also quite convenient, metro station is 5 minutes walk from hotel. Breakfast was nice and there was a good variety of food to please ever

Amazing

It is very convinient for transportation, close to metro station which access all major sites in Beijing especially going to Universal studio. Breakfast and pool are perfect. Workers are supportive.

Arrived a bit later than we anticipated, greeted by the lovely staff, and check in process was simple and easy. Given welcome cookies on arrival. Rooms tidy, and beds super comfortable. Buffet breakfast was amazing, with so much selection. Shopping centre next door with a great selection of fast food and restaurants.

Parts of the wardrobe cupboards and draws worn out. No welcome slippers. Also 1 of the floor tiles wasnt levelled with the floor, and caused a trip hazard when walking out of the bathroom. No bidet or heated toilet seat.

The hotel is walking distance from the subway which is very handy. The room was a decent size. The buffet breakfast was excellent with a good choice of both Asian and western dishes, fresh fruit etc and the coffee was good.

The staff were excellent and provided all the information we needed. The food and service at both the Chinese restaurant and Buffet were also excellent. I highly recommend getting the peking duck at the Chinese restaurant - I regret getting the half duck and not the full duck.

L'hôtel est bien situé avec le métro a 2 minutes de marche, ce qui est très pratique pour les visites. Plein de restaurants autour de l'hôtel également et un centre commercial. Le petit-déjeuner buffet était bon et varié. Le personnel est à l'écoute, serviable et un grand merci en particulier à Crystal Wang qui a su rendre notre séjour très agréable grâce à son aide, elle a su répondre à toutes nos questions et attentes, c'était vraiment très appréciable !

Многие сотрудники не понимают на английском, номер относительно старый, хоть и вполне удобный и чистый. Отдельно удерживается сервисный сбор при оплате в баре и ресторане, что нужно учитывать при оплате

Best location

Het inchecken was gemakkelijk en snel. Het uitchecken ging zeer snel. Het ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid. Er is een gezellige bar. Het dinerbuffet is zeer uitgebreid en betaalbaar. De huiswijn is top.

Er is geen tapbier. Weinig keuze qua soorten bier. Het hotel is ver van de luchthaven gelegen.

Cold air and noise were constantly coming through the window. The heating system wasn't working.

Location is very good and the breakfast too. Rooms could be a little bit bigger, as we were very tight for an adult and three kids

It was hard to communicate with the staff. They were very nice and polite, but Chinese was the only language

Все проблемы от незнания английского языка. Очень сложно общаться. Бронировала номер на карту мужа, думала спишут с нее, писала заранее чтобы списали. В итоге при заезде были проблемы с оплатой: с его карты не списали как я просила, пришлось оплачивать другой, на что я не рассчитывала. При заезде берут депозит, заранее не говорят об этом. Потом проблемы с его возвратом были. Номера: у меня был номер на 16 этаже 1605, очень темный, освещения не достаточно, вечером просто темнота. Соседи из 1607 пели в час ночи и очень шумно себя вели. Ноль этикета. Кто-то курил в номерах, по вытяжке сильно несло. В ванной нет гигиенического душа. Завтраки: мне не особо зашли, ничего не ела кроме яиц (выбор тоже не особо) и фруктов. Кофе сносный, пить можно. Завтраки с 06 утра до 10:00. Очень не понравилось за завтраком, что в 9:30 к тебе подходит сотрудник и начинает говорить, что они работают до 10:00. Как по мне, так это полное отсутствие уважения к гостям! Уровень сервиса не 5*, причем я была во многих отелях данной сети
