Zentrale Lage, schnelle Verfügbarkeit von Didi und Taxi, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Ausstattung mit Schwimmbad und Co. … und das Bett war Super. Großes Bad mit Wanne und Dusche.

Ich fand es schon recht verschlissen. Nachts brannte im Schrank das Licht, der Wasserkocher hat sich nur bedingt selbst abgeschaltet, der Radio Wecker war aus den 90ern, … das Rollo am Badfenster machte was es wollte, es gab keinen Badezusatz, die Toilette war sehr Europäisch und damit ohne Dusche. Hätte für den Preis mehr erwartet.

My husband and I are extremely satisfied with the hospitality and service we received during our recent stay, specifically from your lounge staff, Alice Wang and Richard Yang. Alice was exceptional; she consistently ensured that freshly cooked vegetarian options were available for us. We were particularly touched one evening when we arrived back after 8:00 PM due to a road accident and heavy traffic. Despite the late hour, Alice organized freshly tossed vegetables and bread for us. After such a long, tiring day, this gesture really touched our hearts. Richard also stood out for his attentiveness, ensuring I had the opportunity to try the very best Chinese teas throughout our stay. His knowledge and hospitality made our evenings in the lounge a highlight of the trip. One Suggestion for Improvement: While the staff went above and beyond, we would suggest expanding the standard menu to include more strict vegetarian options (prepared without egg, meat, or fish). This would ensure that guests with these dietary requirements have a variety of choices readily available. Thank you to the entire lounge team for exceeding our expectations. We look forward to visiting again!

Nice place to stay

I stayed 3 nights at this hotel, part of a group china tour. The hotel is located in the business district so there isn't much going on in the area. There is a mall across the street. Unfortunately it is a high end mall so lots of high end expensive stores. Luckily in the basement level is a grocery store so you can purchase necessities for a reasonable price. You can even purchase meals and foodstuffs and alcohol. There are some eateries near the hotel. There is a nice exercise room in the hotel but unfortunately it was inundated with kids running around so I felt it too dangerous to use the exercise equipment. There is also a nice big pool but also had a lot of kids running around. The hotel probably needs to have someone in the pool/exercise room area to make sure that kids don't run rampant and the facilities are used properly and safely. We had the buffet breakfast included in our package. Unfortunately on 2 days there was no omelet chef available when the buffet opened so we were stuck with whatever was available for over a half an hour. The elderly omelet chef was available but he was too busy trying to set everything up and when he was near the omelet bar he was gruff and too busy to help customers for half an hour. On the other day of my stay that chef was off so the younger chefs were available when the buffet opened and they were very helpful making omelets for everyone. I would recommend the hotel get rid of the elderly omelet chef, he really made the meal unpleasant. Overall the hotel was nice and most of the staff were helpful and friendly. Just too bad that one bad chef made breakfast unpleasant.

Not as nice as it used to be to be, club floor food is lacking a western assortment and rooms are dated. If you are a westerner certainly do not pay for club level privileges, you will be disappointed. I would not recommend this hotel, probably better to stay at the nearby Ritz.

the breakfast was not that much good

Absolutely terrible service. Despite being a platinum elite member and suites clearly available, front desk manager refused a suite upgrade because "suite upgrades are only for paying customers if not how can they make money?" and I was staying for 7 nights which was deemed "too long". Lodged an official complaint a month ago and have not heard from them.

A smallish and oldish hotel, the front desk is smaller than i expected. Check in was good, and they kindly upgraded me due to my Ambassador status The suite is large but oldish. The toilet bowl doesn’t flush well Smallish gym but ok for use. Breakfast at the all day restaurant ok, nothing exceptional 9/10

Its a very nice stay in Beijing westin hotel. They gave me a very professional and warm welcome and prepared the welcome fruit and birthday cake. The room was very large and very quiet The executive lounge service was very nice Mr. Kelvin Wang's service was really warm and attentive, a very satisfying experience The only weakness was that there was no bellman service and no one helped me with luggage and the car door. This needed to be improved.

Overall we had a very comfortable one-night stay at the Westin. Unfortunately the first room we were assigned to reeked of smoke (we booked non-smoking) and it took some time for the staff to assign us to a new room. Other than that, the room was extremely spacious and comfortable. Gym was also clean and well-equipped. Would recommend.

It’s a great experience at the Westin Financial Street. It has a good location and excellent service.

Breakfast could be improved

We (family of 6) had a great time staying with Westin Beijing Financial Street. As a lifetime Platinum Elite member, I have stayed at many Marriott hotels around the world, and most of the Marriott hotels in Beijing. This is the first time I stayed with this Westin hotel at financial street, but I have to say this is the best! We appreciate all of the hotel staffs' effort in making our stay a very enjoyable one. Especially the two ladies at the front desk, Ali and Grace, who gave us the best support that made our stay a great memory to have forever. They made our check-in process a flawless and speedy one. Moreover, they put in extra effort to make sure they do all they can to give us the best possible experiences during our stay. They are both very professional and friendly, which gave us a very good impression especially after a long flight to arrive in Beijing. My wife and I were specifically happy because Beijing is our hometown and we love to see all the good things in Beijing. Thanks a lot again and looking forward to visiting and staying with you again.

We really love this place, The hotel room is clean and the room service is above and beyond. Special Thanks to Lucas the manager, he offered to switch rooms for us without hesitation when the water temperature in our room was hard to adjust. And he provided the best service possible for us and made this trip to Beijing unforgettable. I would definitely come back and stay again at Westin Financial Street Beijing for my next visit!

A lovely 3 nights with a familiar name. Location, service, food (including breakfast and evening reception at executive lounge) were wonderful. Front desk and everyone else was professional and gnerally nice. Downstair breakfast was "noise" -- wonderful variation of food and drinks.

We had a wonderful stay at your hotel in Beijing! With the warm welcome, courteous staff, convenient location, delicious breakfast, and spacious accommodations, it made our stay very comfortable. We would especially like to recognize Betty Li at the front desk, who was so helpful in getting us much needed supplies from the convenience store late at night when we first arrived. She went above and beyond the next morning in directing us to the nearest store. With her excellent command of the English language, we really appreciated her thoughtfulness and assistance. We look forward to our next visit to China and hope to stay at your luxurious hotel again!

Good contral location. The room has been renovated, the bed is very comfortable. The concierge and housekeeping staff are very helpful and prompt in their response.

I have been welcomed really bad, the moment I show my membership, the guy around the reception came to me to tell me that I was not in title of any points because my stay was booked by the company. If u know who I m why u don’t even welcome me and ask me how is everything instead of caring just about these points.

The Westin Beijing Financial Street is a centrally located business hotel. We had the chance to stay there for a university event and were pleased with the facilities. The rooms are incredibly comfortable, especially their king suites, due to the space availability in both the living room and bathroom. The gym and pool facilities are worth visiting if you want to relax and disconnect. In addition, their main restaurant offers a wide variety of breakfast options. Sometimes, there were some barriers to communicating with staff in English, but they did their best to work around them. Overall, it is a great hotel in Beijing, and I would consider it for future stays.

The wonderful Westin hospitality as always. Hotel has a nice lobby and a very famous (Hunanese restaurant). Service is prompt and professional. The staff also took noticed that it was my birthday during my stayed and voluntarily helped me decorate the room! Quite a delight.

Poor experience in their restaurant during breakfast. 1) the first staff who show me the seats is very rude. When I ask to sit more inside . She just stared at me 2) another Lady also very rude and unhelpful . Only playing her iPhone 3) these 2 ladies pretend working and always stand behind a shelf 4) when telling us last 30’mins. No eye contact at call 5) when I ask for toothpick . The lasy ask another lady to do. 6) manager is helpful but he didn’t control others staff Can’t believe I am in Westin .

The room was great and the bed very comfortable.

The wifi was terrible. I needed to download files and the connection kept going away. I had to use my phone’s cellular to do the download and that was expensive.

Just too many people with breakfast, and some people (children in particular) didn’t behave appropriately.

The location and level 5 swimming pool were both impressive.

Check in was prompt by Diana Song. She recognized my Bonvoy status and gave upgrades and perks! The lobby is modern and smells nice like Westin spa. The executive deluxe room is very large ,comfortable and cozy! Had all the necessary amenities. It was an excellent 3 night stay at the hotel. The breakfast was scrumptious with plenty of options for all tastes. There are many restaurants and malls near by as well as Subway station. Definitely will stay again when Beijing.

Too many people in the Swimmingpool. Also at the breakfast time, there are too many people. So crowded and laut.

I would recommend staying at this hotel whenever you have a business trip.

very expensive to eat and drink in the hotel. eg breakfast £30 Buffet dinner not available in evening. only dinner options were 2 pricy a la carte restaurants I tried to use room service via the QR code in the room. This was useless The doors to the hotel next to the marriott residences were locked through my whole 4 day stay. This is unacceptable. The green exit signs in the hotel point to these doors as emergency exits. I asked staff at reception twice to credit points for my stay to my marriott card. This was not completed Hotel ATM did not work.

Too crowded for breakfast. Noise from rooms around is abvious and made me feel not very comfortable.

Hebe Zhang made the experience at Westin Club a very pleasant and warm experience. Hood to see the Westin all renovated (haven’t been back for years) and refreshed with staff like Hebe. How Wee the rooms were quite cold during this winter stay.

The checkin was perfect. Mr Chiu was super helpful and attentive to our needs with a 3 year old boy. Upgraded for elite member perk. Baby crib and tent offered - kiddo loved them. Room is newly renovated in 2020. Fast and stable internet. If you have access, you won’t be disappointed by the hot dishes offered in the executive lounge. We also enjoyed the gym, pool and sauna. The location is ideally situated in the financial street. Perfect for business travelers too.

Rooms are clean and tidy. Wish that restaurants would close later than 9pm.

Stayed to attend a business function. As a Platinum member, I was given an upgraded spacious suite on the Club Level. I enjoyed the stay. Bedding and bedding were great and made for a comfortable sleep. Staff members were very friendly, attentive, and helpful.

This is definitely the worst hotel bread I have had in months. Everything is arranged beautifully on tables for self service. The fruit is beautifully arranged, fries eggs are neatly stacked and bread rolls and cakes of many styles are artfully arranges, but all at the expense of freshness and quality. Bread that should be fresh is dried out; croissants are crisp all the well through. Eggs ate cold. Coffee is lukewarm and weak. Cold cuts are cold but so are the pork sausages. Perhaps if I came later I would get fresh, warm food rather than yesterday’s leftovers. Service is inattentive and seems confused. Find a Starbucks.
