De airco maakt een brommend geluid evenals de ventilator van de onderbuurman. Investeer in mobile airco units, dan krijgt het een 9! Ook besloot een vent midden in de nacht te gaan roken in de badkamer naast mijn kamer waardoor het op mijn kamer stonk.

I gave tip to all who cleaned my room & the porter but The hotel got multiple BAD reviews that's why they took themselves off from GOOGLE. However on Google their other location is mentioned which is in aerocity, & it takes you there. I was landing after a really long flight. So in the middle of the night I was misguided to a wrong location. Later They only gave 3 bottles of water for drinking & anything else is chargeable. Too much checking at the mini bar. The guy literally verified for 10 minutes . AND THE LOCATION IS WRONG. They say its on the road but there is no entry ALL UBER'S come on road and then you have to walk. I added breakfast from booking.com BUT it wasn't added & they were asking for money. The WIFI is really slow. I hope I can get a full refund.

Reviewed Apr 23, 2024Very convenient location with serene surroundings and steps away from NEHRU PLACE area. Room size was good, however there is problem of mosquitos all around the hotel premises including dining zone and rooms. Hotel staff was quiet and helpful when requested.
Housekeeping staff needs more attentiveness for room preparations including keeping toiletries and dental kits in the room prior check in. TV in room was of limited use as self was unable to connect own media devices with wireless connection.

My bathroom was full of water after taking a shower . The water would flow out of the shower . Was using floor towels for the water to not put flow called the cleaner to clean it but on taking a shower again the water flowing out still continued. This needs to be rectified in the bathroom.
